L'Osteria Ingolstadt in Ingolstadt

We ordered the lunch special on a weekday as it was a Monday and the sign outside the door stated that this lunch special is available every day of the week during lunch time EXCEPT holidays. Because when we arrived we were served by a grumpy waitress who didn't look at me when I asked a question and she said that the lunch special was not available during the "school holidays". So why don't you note on the website and on the sign outside the restaurant that there is no lunch offer during the "school holidays"? (which makes no sense as adults still work during these holidays and eat lunch normally) Even worse is that we didn't receive the free bread as an appetizer nor the grated cheese as an accompaniment to the pasta dishes, even though it is a standard for Losteria. The space where we sat was cramped and the ventilation pipes underneath were dusty.

I really loved this restaurant. I was there with 3 other guests, unfortunately I had to wait 10 minutes longer for my food than my friends. When I paid I was told that the food was on the house. I was extremely excited about this gesture. The pizza, on the other hand, was extremely tasty. Really can only be recommended!!!

Had to wait a long time for our reserved table. The waitresses tried very hard but were totally overwhelmed. The pizza was really good, but both the plates and the table for three were far too small. It wasn't really fun to eat under these circumstances.

The food was very dough-heavy and somewhat carelessly prepared. The constantly playing music is disturbing, adding to the background noise of the numerous visitors.

I would like to thank our waiter Rodrigo for the colorful and warm welcome! We ate delicious food and had a great time in a warm atmosphere! Best wishes!

Unfortunately it is very loud and you get totally overstimulated by the noise level. Tables and chairs wobble. The food was at most the level of a quick lunch menu, the noodles were drowned in a cream cocktail sauce. The staff may be nice, but they don't really try hard. Unfortunately not the right place for a cozy dinner with the family.

Nice place in itself. Centrally located. Food as always very good. Service was initially friendly. Afterwards, when it came to paying, it was a bit unfriendly because we “just” rounded up the amount and didn’t give a tip in that sense. Nowadays people pay more attention to money. A round table is provided for 3 people plus a small child. Sorry, but that's absurd when it comes to pizza sizes.

Very centrally located on the Viktualienmarkt, with very nice interiors. Food was okay, the pizza was a bit too crispy for my taste. Overall it was fine.

Hello dear L' Osteria team. I'm still sitting in the restaurant full of enthusiasm for the delicious pizza. It's there with the voucher book. The icing on the cake is the service person Rodrigo, who with his. Temperament and friendliness, Mexico with Spain and Italy can be felt. We will visit the restaurant again and recommend it

A really nice and lovingly furnished restaurant. With a cozy atmosphere. The service staff was super friendly and provided us with a table even though we didn't reserve. Of course we were lucky too. The food was served quickly. Really tasty and the portion is enough. If you don't manage to finish your plate, you can have the rest packed up. There is also a matching carrying bag. I often go to Ingolstadt on business and enjoy coming there.

The restaurant itself is very nice, but it took us almost 20 minutes to order the drinks. Then waited forever for it again, and also ages for the food. We sat at the large table in the middle, the others at the front came after us and had their food and drinks beforehand! There is one star only for the pizza, which was okay. We are very disappointed, of course we liked it best that the waiter stood next to us with a customer and exchanged Instagram names and we were simply ignored while we waited! Hospitable is definitely different...

Every shopping visit in Ingolstadt actually ends in L'Osteria. The food is always delicious and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. You feel completely comfortable and welcome. Absolutely recommended! It's always a pleasure to come here.

NEVER AGAIN!! Pizza is big but also very, very thin. We also had a voucher that was cashed in but not billed and we didn't get a receipt either because otherwise it would have been noticed straight away. We only figured it out when we did the math at home. You have to hurry up with your meal because the table will be given to others soon. The food there is also expensive (price performance total flop)

I just had the opportunity to eat at L'Osteria and absolutely loved it! The pizzas are simply huge and incredibly tasty - crispy base, fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. The pasta was also excellent, with a wonderful selection of sauces that all tasted freshly made. The ambience was also convincing: modern, cozy and inviting. The service was attentive and friendly, so you immediately feel at home. All in all a great restaurant for a relaxing evening with great food. I'll definitely be back!

I was really disappointed with the service here at the moment. It's a sunny day and they refused to open the outside patio for some reason. They seated us (a group of 5) at a table for 4 at the front. The table next to us was free so we thought we could combine them so we weren't squashed at the small table. They insisted that we reverse it because the second table must be free for other customers, which was completely ignorant to us. All in all very rude and very careless towards the customer, always having to have a conversation with him.

The pizzas and the pizza makers deserve the two stars - everything here is always great. However, this cannot be said when it comes to service. Regardless of the workload, the staff is always very hectic and short. At the same time, it takes an eternity until the drinks can be ordered and then a second eternity before the food can be ordered. You don't necessarily want to sell an additional drink here, so people avoid the table every now and then. The big hit on the last visit was that the waitress needed three attempts to bring the right drink - but she still awarded the first two failed attempts and wanted to cash in on them at the end. Unfortunately it's an ongoing issue.

We were here last month and again today because it is super nice and beautiful here. The terrace is beautifully furnished and this is our regular spot. Oh yes and the pizza is delicious as always :-)

Very nicely located in the city center. Generously equipped with outdoor seating for good weather. Very harmonious and beautifully furnished inside. Pleasantly quiet and pleasant thanks to the many partitions. Service is very friendly and fast, the food is good, like everywhere else in L'Osteria.

We placed our order online (were in transit). Unfortunately I accidentally chose the wrong branch in another city. The employees on site looked after us in a friendly manner: the wrong order was canceled (with a refund!) and our pizza was prepared very quickly. The taste was also A1 :) Very nice service and really tasty pizza!

So the service is a disaster. It takes at least an hour for the food to come to the table...

Incredibly good and clean shop with some of the most polite staff in the restaurant industry in general. Great recommendation for a big hunger or a short coffee break.

Visited this restaurant with my family today. Really not suitable for strollers and wheelchairs, although a disabled toilet would be available. Very dissatisfied when we said goodbye and the service was very unfriendly. I would never recommend this place to wheelchair users.
