The staff is very unfriendly. We had a very unpleasant experience. There are too many tables on the outdoor terrace, which has to be used to their full potential, and the fact that guests can't sit normally is irrelevant.

Extremely disappointed with the level of service. The staff was unprofessional and rude throughout the visit. Even if the service were free, I wouldn't consider returning. Customer care should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was clearly lacking.

Very poor service and unfriendly staff. I was there today and said I needed a table for four people and three children. We then put the tables together because one was too small for us. Then an employee came and said that wasn't possible. I asked what I should do now, should I leave or not? He then said yes, we should leave the pizzeria. I'm never coming back.

The boss with the glasses welcomed us very warmly. The waiter with the neck tattoo and slicked-back hair, a slim waiter, had already made a mistake when ordering our drinks and argued with me in a very annoyed manner because he didn't realize he'd done something wrong. Then he brought us the right things, but he still complained. He also gave us too much change, which prompted my mother to return the extra ten euros he had given, and he started arguing again. The Indian colleague standing next to him tried to explain it to him, but he didn't accept it. I've worked in the restaurant industry myself, in various establishments, and I've never seen such a disrespectful and unprofessional waiter, and that's putting it politely. I enjoyed visiting this place, but I'll reconsider going back. And on my mother's birthday, no less.

We went to L'Osteria in Ingolstadt and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with one of the salads. We ordered the "Insalata Pollo e Ovo," which, according to the menu, included green salad, roasted chicken, cherry tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers, walnuts, and egg. The first salad arrived incomplete – although I didn't notice this until later. When I added more salt, the entire lid of the salt shaker and its contents fell into the salad. We were then given a new one. The second salad, however, was just green salad with a few chicken strips. No tomatoes, no radishes, no cucumbers, no egg, and no walnuts. When I mentioned it to the waitress, a small extra bowl with some ingredients arrived without comment – ​​thrown in rather carelessly. Cherry tomatoes were still missing. We didn't have to pay for the salad, but the handling of the complaint was unprofessional. The manager also only offered a brief apology – we didn't feel like we were being taken seriously. Positive: The pizza was – as always – excellent. We actually enjoy coming to L'Osteria, so it was all the more unfortunate that the service was so lacking on this visit. Conclusion: Disappointing – neither the preparation nor the handling of the complaint met the usual standards. Hopefully, this was just a slip-up.

I was passing through Ingolstadt on 06/05/25. I needed to have lunch quickly. I saw Osteria. Excellent carbonara, insalata and a glass of white wine... a piece of Italy was a pleasant surprise! The service is very good! Good luck!

I was here with 10 people. The service was perfect. And the food was okay, too. The people were perfect. Can't say anything against it.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times. The food itself is good. It's usually a bit noisy inside. This time we ordered through Wolt. A portion of pasta and a pizza. The order arrived after over 100 minutes and the pizza was no longer warm. I wonder why you are asked for special requests if they are then ignored. The pizza was completely unseasoned, no garlic oil, no chili oil even though it was offered. There was parsley on the pasta even though we specifically removed the parsley tick. The promised roll wasn't there either. It's a shame that this restaurant could be great but they prefer to fob off the customers because they apparently have enough anyway.

The food was good, but the service was unfortunately extremely poor. We were the only guests in the restaurant, with only one other table occupied – so there was really no stress for the staff. Nevertheless, the lady serving was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I've been there several times, and each time her behavior was bad. For example, when I asked if there was anything I could change on the pizza, she responded rudely: "You eat it as it is – or you don't get anything at all." It felt like she was trying to tell me what to eat. When we wanted to pay, we called out to her politely – no response. I repeated the question and said I wanted to pay by card. She didn't answer, just walked away, and left us waiting for over 30 minutes. When she finally returned, she treated us in a completely annoyed and disrespectful manner. Because of this woman, I will definitely not return to this restaurant.

Everything was superlative, everything was excellent, I really enjoyed the food.

Hello, I have to say, I actually remember L'Osteria as well as I can remember. It was really bad today. I made a reservation via email and wrote in the email that it was a birthday dinner and please set the table nicely. When we arrived, it was already noticeable that it was very busy. The four of us were seated at a small, round table that was meant for two people. You know that the pizzas here are exceptionally large. The table wasn't set at all. To make matters worse, the crust on the calzone pizza wasn't even close to being cooked through. You could tell it was very busy; a very large Chinese group came in. It wasn't a problem, but a group of ten people was crammed onto a table that might have been big enough for five. So, I have to say, I'm really disappointed. :/

L'Osteria impresses with a great atmosphere, friendly service, especially at the bar, and huge, delicious pizzas and fresh pasta. The dishes are prepared to a high standard and taste authentically Italian. Even when busy, the staff remains attentive and courteous. The prices are fair – especially for the generous portions. Highly recommended for fans of Italian cuisine!

It was our first time in Ingolstadt, and our pizza arrived very quickly. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. We had a reservation and were a little late, but luckily that wasn't a problem. We got a nice table.

We went there for lunch. At the entrance, they advertise a lunch special, including pizza and a drink, but then inside, they don't have anything else available and charge the full price. So, definitely not a recommendation for lunch; there are better places, and we felt cheated.

I was there with my Wife and two kids. In front We were waiting for a long time. Nobody was there to receive us. After a long time one person came and ask, did we reserve before, if no we have to sit outside. Although the behind of the restaurant was completely empty.It seems like we went there without reservation, it's a crime. The way he was talking to us, it was totally unacceptable. I am also working in a gastronomy. Such kind of behaviour I can't even imagine in my restaurant. So finally I left the restaurant with my kids in empty stomach. I was at L'Osteria with friends yesterday. Even though it was extremely full, the four of us got a seat straight away without having reserved beforehand. Our waiter Tamim was super friendly, attentive and even brought us dessert on the house (due to the long wait). His humor and friendliness made our experience even better. The boss also took care of us, especially my friend on crutches. Unfortunately the food arrived a little late, but the service sorted that out. We'd love to come back!

Twice this store, twice pure impudence. Only thrown out after eating because we didn't order again immediately. The next time we just wanted a drink - but were treated as if we were unwanted and chased away from the table like dogs. Hospitality? A foreign word. No matter how good the food is, anyone who treats guests like this has no place in the catering industry. I could happily put the 50 euro voucher I got for Christmas somewhere else - just as unnecessary as going there a third time. For me the most miserable restaurant in Ingolstadt. Point.

Losteria is really a great restaurant! The atmosphere is super inviting and the food is delicious. The pizza and pasta in particular are an absolute highlight – freshly prepared and made with a lot of love. I can highly recommend Pizza Rustika! It is simply fantastic, with great ingredients and a delicious taste. The service is also partly friendly and attentive. And if you take an Italian course in the toilet, it will definitely be fun too! It is the perfect place to spend a good time with friends or family. I can only recommend it!

Unfortunately I have to update my rating because your quality, especially the pasta (pesto) is no longer worth the money to say the least. I understand that prices need to be adjusted, but adjusting them and then releasing a pasta that can almost be described as pasta without sauce is cheeky. Honestly, I had more oil than pesto on my pasta, the flavor was barely there due to the lack of sauce and the 5 additional pine nuts you sprinkled on top didn't make it any better. I'll leave the old picture in there as a comparison, but guys, it doesn't work that way. Your pizzas are becoming more and more expensive and sometimes the quality is decreasing. We were always enthusiastic about you, but I'm afraid those days are over after many years. I bought it from you yesterday & unfortunately it wasn't the first time in the last few months that we were disappointed. The prices are one thing, my dears, but then saving on the sauce is just sad...

An order that costs 130 euros doesn't even get a small discount or free drink!!! We have decided never to order from them again!!! Now second attempt in the restaurant and the result: Today we received an important visitor from Belgium. The cousins ​​(employees of the European Union) and we wanted to give you the chance to correct the bad rating. We arrived at 7:45 p.m. and got a long table. The table was not clean and the cutlery had white streaks that we polished ourselves. Next we had to call the cellar specifically to place the order, which went smoothly. As a drink we ordered two large bottles of water with 5 glasses, but the glasses were very dirty. After the waiter didn't come for a long time, we called him again at the counter so that we could get clean glasses. They said this is how it comes out of the dishwasher! We have three children and one of the children cannot sit for long periods of time due to illness and was very hungry, but it took an extremely long time for the order to arrive at 9:01 p.m.!!! But for garlic, hot oil and much more we would have to call the waiter again and again!!!! The woman's pizza was burned (it was still charged in full, see pictures) Our guests and we were very angry because we had to eat quickly because the children were already very tired! We didn't have time for wine or coffee or dessert!! Our lovely evening was completely ruined and we will never visit this store again!!!!

We visited Losteria yesterday. The food was tasty really good and we have each other looking forward to our visit. Unfortunately my order came Daughter only very late shortly before the rest of us are already done was. It was explained to us that you dish was burned first. One waitress was really nasty and unfriendly and when I was eating I had pasta that smelled sour and my friends had pizza, both of which didn't taste good. I've had much better bruschetta elsewhere. Overall it's not worth visiting this store.

L'Osteria in Ingolstadt is simply fantastic! From the first moment you feel welcome here. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home straight away. The relaxed atmosphere is particularly pleasant and invites you to linger. When it comes to food, you really can't go wrong. The pizza is to die for - the dough is thin but nice and crispy, and the toppings are fresh and rich. Particularly noteworthy are the homemade pasta dishes, which are prepared with love and seasoned to perfection. The antipasti are also a delight - a wonderful selection that is ideal for the start of a successful meal. And then the dessert – simply heavenly! The sweet temptations round off the culinary experience perfectly. I also think it's great that L'Osteria always invites new guests and regularly has creative offers. This shows that you are valued here not only as a customer, but also as a person. All in all, a top address for delicious food, excellent service and a great atmosphere. I would love to come back and can absolutely recommend this restaurant!

The food is excellent, both pizza and pasta. Our table wasn't ready, so we had to wait 10 minutes at the bar, but we were given a free glass of Prosecco. Make sure you make a reservation; it's always busy on weekends. It's worth a visit.
