war alles sehr lecker und Bedienungen waren höflich und schnell essen war warm und die Portionen von uns beiden waren genau richrig also ist immer wieder zu empfehlen !!!!!!

Super gemütliches Ambiente, Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich. Ich hab den Abend mit meinen guten Freunden hier verbracht, haben es alle sehr genossen!

Heute war ich das erste Mal nicht zufrieden. Die Spagetti alio olio waren geschmacklos, keine Würze, nur Öl und Tomaten. Außerdem war das Essen schon ziemlich abgekühlt, als es auf den Tisch kam. Ich hoffe, beim nächsten Mal hat dieses Gericht wieder mehr Pep.

Sehr leckere und große Pizzen! Besonders positiv: Man kann 2 unterschiedliche Beläge mixen. Der Service ist freundlich und schnell.

As someone who likes to go to the lOsteria in Nuremberg or Regensburg, Ingolstadt is very disappointing!

Wheelchair users are discriminated against and have to go up stairs. I have never experienced anything like that in previous years.

They have very good customer service even though the place is quite busy most of the time. I love their pizza especially the fact that the size is quite big (value for your money).

Nice atmosphere, nice restaurant. It seems very modern and you feel comfortable, but the mentality of the restaurant has not yet arrived in today's times: there are no gluten-free alternatives or at least one pizza or pasta gluten-free. Not to mention gluten-free bread with the salad. Too bad.

The restaurant is extremely loud and crowded, too many tables. I had a Campagnola salad. It came with the wrong dressing and the mangoes in it were not fresh but from the freezer. One piece was still extremely cold. You had to order bread separately with the salad. The only plus, the staff are very friendly.

Quality pizza has decreased. Service not good as usual and the workers were throwing the plates making unnecessary noise.

It was a really nice visit to a nice Losteria with staff who are really on their toes.

Have been to several LOsteria restaurants. Everyone is great. Huge pizzas. You have to be hungry. Noodles are really tasty too. The salads also taste very good. I also think the 2-topping option is great. Very suitable for sharing. The dessert selection is not that big, but sufficient. I always enjoy coming here. No matter whether in Nuremberg, Würzburg, Frankfurt or somewhere else.

We love coming here . Feels very homy. Means are good and portion big. Just come with patience sometimes it can take long and sometimes waiters feel a bit overwhelmed 😬. We order to go often and meals are prepared quite quickly. Can recommend it and when in other towns , we also visit it.

I think the L’Osteria team has improved significantly over the years. It's just a shame that all the Lieferando, Wolt, etc. are causing unrest with their constant coming and going. If necessary, this can be optimized in the process (side entrance, etc.)

I went to Losteria with friends and we were very satisfied. The pasta was delicious and the salad was nice and crunchy. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was very accommodating – would be happy again!

Service (Tamim) was very quick and attentive. The pizzas are more than you can manage - great offer to be able to have one pizza topped with two variations. Reservations are necessary for the weekend. Gladly again!

L’Osteria is always a pleasure, whether pizza, pasta or salad. We quickly got a nice seat even without a reservation and were served in a friendly manner, as always.

Today we were guests in Ingolstadt for the first time. Smaller store compared to the others we've been to. Good location with parking space in the underground car park (charges apply). Super friendly service and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Lunch offer a pizza plus a 0.3 liter soft drink for €14.95. Also fits.

I went there with friends and we had a great time. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the salad was fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive – we will definitely be back!

I was here again today and again I and my companion really enjoyed it. The ambience is also great and you can feel comfortable at any time... the only thing that bothered me today was the music that was too loud and too "jittery".

We had a great evening at L'Osteria in Ingolstadt. We had pizza and vitello tonnato. The food was very good and the pizza was huge. Our waiter Tamim was very friendly and quick.

Unfortunately the service was impossible. We were there with a larger group. Including a birthday child. The waiter said there was a round of limoncello on the house. After we had all paid and were on the way out, the same waiter stopped us and said we all had to pay for the limoncello, except for the birthday child. Well, however, he had previously said it differently... In addition, the waiter was unfortunately constantly annoyed.

Food and atmosphere very nice - great restaurant.

Had been here to pick up an online order but the service was terrible for people placing an online order.The waiter was extremely rude and could not even assemble an order and kept most of us waiting for minutes without even telling where and how to pick up our delivery and finally after asking a couple of waiters where to pick up our order finally found out that it was not even ready and had to wait again for minutes to get it done and finally after coming home to open our order to our surprise the pizza was literally burned at the corners and the honestly it was terrible.Food being average is fine but the waiters and service being rude and extremely ill mannered could not be tolerated.Need definite better treatment for customers placing an online order.Hope the management takes notice and measures to train the staff.

You have to order the topping you ordered twice so that you can see what you actually ordered. The dimensions of the pizza definitely do not correspond to the ratio of the toppings. Price performance is completely out of all proportion to other pizzerias. Never eat pizza there again...

Very unpleasant experience. While reserving in said 4 adults and 1 child. But we were shown a table for 4 adults. We were told I should have simply told as 5 adults !! How would we know this? And this was told in a rude tone. Next coming to food, Risotto was totally undercooked. The rice was so raw. I wonder how such an establishment with rude employees and bad service still survives

Unfortunately, the bottom line is that drinks are bottled. The pizza was just soggy in the middle. The service despite the restaurant being half full was rarely seen.

We made a spontaneous reservation last night because we have the voucher book and wanted to go to L' Osteria again after a long time. While waiting at the reservation desk, we were completely ignored by a young, dark-haired lady - standing at the counter (in full visual contact with us) - who was busy having a long conversation with a colleague. Another colleague came behind the counter to pour drinks - we, the waiting guests, were not worthy of a glance. Another service person with very noticeable eye make-up came directly to us, she also completely ignored us, we weren't even worth greeting her. We then went to the counter to ask for our table. I asked the young lady if she hadn't seen us, the answer was a terse "no". Despite glasses? Unusual. However, one of the pizza makers greeted us very friendly as we passed. Thank God we had a different waiter than the three previous employees, otherwise I would most likely have left despite being very hungry. The dark-blond, tall, young gentleman was very friendly and served us pleasantly. Pizza and salad were very good, the juices were fresh and chilled. Despite the good food, we won't be visiting the restaurant again due to the ignorant staff. A friendly greeting is part of a successful meal. Since there are many restaurants in our beautiful Ingolstadt that have friendly and empathetic service staff, this is not a loss for us.

2 stars... Previously there would have been 5 but the quality has continued to decline. It's best never to order pizza to take away; before you can take your first bite, the pizza is only lukewarm at most. What I find particularly sad is that there are mushrooms hiding all over my pizza (normal ham pizza)??? I don't know why there is a ham and mushroom pizza when you can just spread some on the pizzas without mushrooms. If one or two get on the pizza (by cutting or something like that) it's not a bad thing, but is it randomly distributed among each individual slice? You have to get that done first. Always a disappointment!

Some of the waitresses have no idea. Location too small and narrow. Prices for drinks too expensive.

I would like to write about our experience from yesterday evening. We have already been guests in various l’Osterias in Munich, Regensburg and Rosenheim. First of all, I would like to say that I work in the catering/hotel industry myself and have a little more than a little understanding when things don't go “totally smoothly”. We reserved a table for 5 people on New Year's Eve at 7:00 p.m. We already knew in advance that we only had a time window of 1.5 hours for eating, and the service manager told us (not particularly friendly, but still OK) as we sat down. The waiter who served us was super nice and the food was very, very tasty. For our antipasti plate we still needed vinegar/oil and salt. We tried to communicate this to the temporary waiter, who unfortunately didn't speak German very well. Unfortunately he left too quickly, and it was quite loud too, and then only came back with the balsamic vinegar. We then informed him that unfortunately we also needed salt. The service manager then noticed this, who then shouted at us over the heads of 5 tables (we were sitting in the very corner) - exact quote: "Hopefully that's all, Senoria, so that the colleague doesn't have to run 10 times again must?"). All the people turned around and shook their heads too. I would like to emphasize again: we had no special requests, simply NOTHING. We were honestly flabbergasted at first, but then tried not to let it ruin the evening somehow. We just wanted to spend a nice New Year's Eve here. When we left our table promptly at around 8:30 p.m., there were X free tables and the kitchen had already started cleaning. We gave our friendly waiter a tip of just under €15 (he can't help it, for his completely provocative, unfriendly and unprofessional boss) Despite the delicious food: this shop in Ingolstadt saw us for the first and last time. Absolute no go 👎🏻

The food was good and the portions were large. The service was very friendly, the reception at the entrance with a beaming look! The restaurant has a nice ambience, the square right on the Viktualienmarkt, nice. I can only recommend it!!

Pizza and pasta are always delicious and the place is nicely decorated. A reservation is recommended. Since the pizza is very large, two people can eat one together. Even different coverings are possible. We go there regularly and are always very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In summer you can also sit outside.

Food very good and in my opinion the second best pizzeria in Ingolstadt. Also good for ordering. When it comes to eating on site, I find the decor to be a bit uncomfortable, the aisles are often too small and the waiters and other guests stay attached to your own table and you when it's full. (Back restaurant area, front is not good but better when crowded) Unfortunately, as soon as it is half full, the staff is extremely overwhelmed and tends to forget things. I know the personnel problems in the industry, so only 1 star deduction overall, but a larger deduction would also be justified.

Nice and friendly service, very attentive, the pizza is large with a thin, crispy base, you can divide it into halves with different toppings, we thought that was a particularly great idea. The restaurant was very full and the noise level was quite high, but that was more due to the guests.

We had to wait about 30 minutes before our order was taken. Then wait about 30 minutes for the food. In total it took more than an hour until we could eat. And that considering the fact that the restaurant was only about 60% full. Food tastes good, only the service (there were 5 cellars in the restaurant) makes it questionable whether it's worth it.

Waiter, manager or whatever. The Indian was very rude, he was rude. We had a reservation, he pretended to be silly and shouted to his colleagues "who confirmed the reservation" .. Very tasty food and the rest of the team, the waiters are great but this one is enough to ruin the whole night unfortunately.

Very nice and friendly staff, you feel comfortable, even if you haven't made a reservation they try very hard to find a free place (personally I recommend making a reservation, this way you relieve the burden on the staff and reduce the stress level) And as always very tasty...

Incredibly bad service! I've had the same waiter twice and once he was completely drunk and made rude comments. He was very rude and disrespectful. He can't even talk to the guests normally. Only when there is a tip to pay does he manage to talk and ask if the food was tasty. Otherwise you won't hear or see him all evening. You had to wait forever until he took the order.

Been here several times, for good reason. Food and ambience a dream. The service is very reliable, especially from Tamim, he knows what I want before I know it myself.

We went there and ask for a table for 3 persons. They offered as a small rounded table. As the restaurant was almost empty (it was 15 uhr) we ask if we could seat on a 4 pax table. The waiter (he said he was also the responsible) replied in a very bad way to my daughter that either we take the small table for 3 or we can go. Obviously we decided to go!

It was very crowded and loud today and we had to wait a long time for the food. And there wasn't even a coffee on the house for the long wait. It was a bit of a shame.

Very bad service and only their pizzas are edible.
