Yesterday (September 7, 2025) I went to eat with my girlfriend at L'Osteria in Ingolstadt. I ordered zucchini spaghetti but without shrimp. When we paid, I asked the waitress how much the dish cost without shrimp. She told me the same as with shrimp. I asked her why that was??? If I didn't order shrimp, I can't pay with shrimp. She wouldn't be able to change it on the phone, and there's no other way. I was very upset about it and think it's outrageous to pay for something I didn't get. I could have ordered it and given it to my girlfriend. I'm furious; this has never happened to me before.

Very good service, the staff were also top-notch; every request was fulfilled, the food tasted great, and the hygiene was also very good. I would recommend it.

I got served a decent time and the food was good, however, it took almost hour for someone to come so I can pay. I asked several waiters if I can pay and they all said “I will tell my colleagues” like why is it only one person that has a card machine?

The servers here are very nice :) We sat outside and even got blankets since it was getting a bit chilly. The food is amazing and doesn't take too long to cook. I definitely recommend it!

First of all: The ambiance on the terrace was delicious, the espresso and dessert were delicious. Unfortunately, the service at that time was very poor. We were at L'Osteria after a walk in the city center and wanted a quick drink and maybe dessert. We didn't order a main course or anything similar, but just wanted something sweet to eat. The waiter came very quickly and took our order. 1 espresso, 1 soda, and 2 small desserts in a glass. These are usually prepared in the morning and chilled throughout the day. The drinks arrived, and I pointed out the dessert. After a while, the dessert still didn't arrive. The espresso was getting cold; I wanted to enjoy it with the dessert and not separately. I pointed this out to the waiter. He responded very arrogantly, "You should have said you wanted both together." In general, the staff's demeanor was very condescending and showed no understanding. They could have also asked when ordering whether the items should be served together, assuming they were expected to be served separately. I mean, if someone only orders a coffee and dessert, they'll be served together in any other restaurant. Unfortunately, a very bad experience and no understanding of the guest's situation.

"Unfortunately, the visit was disappointing. With the outside temperature at only 15°C, all the windows were open, causing a strong draft at our table. I asked to change tables, even though there were plenty of other seats available, but I wasn't allowed to. Since we had already ordered, we couldn't just leave. I find that kind of behavior rude to guests. The food may be okay, but the service and consideration were sadly lacking here."

Great atmosphere and friendly service! The pizzas are huge and delicious – crispy bases, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked. The pasta is also highly recommended. Drinks arrived quickly, and the staff was attentive without being intrusive. The value for money is definitely good here. I always enjoy coming back to L'Osteria Ingolstadt – a definite recommendation!

I went to L'Osteria and ordered an arugula pizza – and I have to say: it was absolutely delicious! The crust was nice and thin and crispy, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The arugula, in particular, gave the whole thing a fresh touch. Plus, the pizza was huge – definitely bigger than the plate! If you like pizza, you should definitely try L'Osteria. I'd love to come back!

Yummy thin crust pizzas, I love their 'half and half pizza' recommendation, it's one of the best and most unique. You get to taste 2 different pizzas at lesser cost. Their pastas are also delicious.

I was absolutely thrilled with my visit to L'Osteria! The spaghetti was outstanding – fresh, perfectly seasoned, and truly delicious. The rooms are stylishly and comfortably furnished, making you feel immediately at home. I would especially like to emphasize the friendly and attentive service. All in all, a fantastic experience – I'll definitely be back!

If you want good food, this is the place for you. I had the aglio e olio spaghetti, which was slightly spicy and well-oiled. If you like it spicier, this is the dish for you. For me, it was a tad too spicy, but still very good. The pizzas are very large, but have a very thin base. Depending on the toppings, the perfect ratio. The service was very attentive.

Whether it's pizza, pasta, or salad, the food simply tastes amazing. The portions are more than adequate. I also think it's brilliant that you can have two pizza halves with different toppings. We always enjoy coming here.

Beneath all dignity! Absolutely no sense of service – extremely unfriendly, arrogant, and disinterested. Anyone who doesn't feel like working should stay home and not treat guests so disrespectfully. The ambiance was also a disgrace: The music was much too loud, making it almost impossible to have a normal conversation. No consideration was given to seating – not even to a pregnant woman. Instead of asking or offering us a suitable seat, we were simply dismissed. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in the restaurant industry. We therefore decided not to order anything at all. It's a real shame, because the waiters are the face and calling card of the business – and that's exactly where it completely failed.

Simply a disaster, no staff and the prices are simply too expensive and the service is terrible, unfortunately I cannot recommend it.

The restaurant is good, the food is delicious, and the waitresses are friendly and attentive. But the room manager, who wears glasses, has an inappropriate style for this place and is rude. He speaks to guests with arrogance and harshness. I hope you don't lose your customers because of them.

There were seven of us, and we had obviously made a reservation; otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to get a seat for that number of people, as the restaurant was very, very busy. The pizzas are HUGE and delicious; you can even order half pizzas, which is a great positive. The pasta and salad were also very good; everyone was happy with the food and the service. The only very small downside is that we had to wait a short while for our seating when we arrived, but we arrived 15 minutes before our reservation. Another positive is that you can make a reservation online and receive an email reminder the day before your visit. Keep up the good work, L'Osteria

We ordered through Lieferando for self-pickup. At first, no problem. I opened the app and it said "Food ready for pickup." I drove there and went to the bar, where the receipt was already hanging, indicating that it had already been received. The waitress handed it to me and told me to go over to the pizza place. I gave him the receipt and he said he needed 10 minutes to make the food. (I ordered the pizza 40 minutes ago and it said "ready" for pickup). So I waited 10 minutes and then he said he didn't read the receipt properly and that the two pasta dishes were still missing, and I had to wait another 10 minutes. Absolutely terrible service, and every time you order something for delivery, something was always missing. Sometimes drinks, sometimes entire meals.

The pizza is delicious. The drinks are overpriced. The salad was terrible: the tomatoes were almost rotten, as were the leaves (see photo). It's a shame, it doesn't suit this restaurant.

The most unfriendly treatment when you come in with three people. The three of you only get a table for two next to a chain smoker, even if other tables for four are completely free. In short, as a customer with three people, you're worthless; they prefer empty tables. What a pity.

The K is Losteria, which stands for competence. The food was supposed to be picked up at 6:45 PM. I waited 30 minutes before I was allowed to take it with me.

We were at L'Osteria in Ingolstadt on a Friday evening. We had reserved a table and were given a really small, round one upon arrival. Complaining wasn't a problem, though. It was incredibly hot in the restaurant due to the summer temperatures. The outdoor area was closed for some unknown reason. The waiters seemed stressed but always tried very hard to be friendly. We ordered appetizers, which arrived at our table incomplete and at different times. So we could hardly eat them together. The side salad was okay, with all the ingredients, but really not that great. We were disappointed with the pizzas. 🍕 Yes, they are huge and wafer-thin, but the flavor is completely bland and topped with very few ingredients. I couldn't find any herbs on them either. The price-performance ratio isn't there. Unfortunately, not recommended :-(

We had lunch with our youngest daughter today, and it was delicious, as always! I had an antipasti platter, my wife had pasta, and our little one had a kids' pizza. The accompanying tips and lemonade were particularly delicious. The only slight drawback was that when we arrived, it took a moment for the waiter to reach us. Nevertheless, the waiter was very, very good and attentive, and everything was served as requested and as usual.

DO NOT COME DO NOT COME I went to eat with my family and friends. There weren't even any night lights on the tables. We wanted to change tables to a more illuminated place, but they were very angry with us. They got incredibly angry and shouted at us as if we had done something illegal. Generally, the waiters were very nice at first, but when we wanted to change tables, a bald male Turkish waiter or chef came and did this. When we said we would complain about you, he said he was the boss, but we had seen him working, so we moved to another restaurant without eating. They treated us like this because we were Turkish, and the waiter said something condescending about us being Turkish.

Everything was great, the new monthly menu is really cool and delicious, and even though it seems like there are very few employees, everyone was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for my server's name; it was a tall, blond young man :) - but we found him very accommodating. Overall, as always, a solid, pleasant visit to Losteria.

The food is edible, and that's about it. The pizza is quite large, but overpriced—€11 to €16 for cheap ingredients, while a true Neapolitan pizza in Italy costs €7 to €10. Three women's restrooms are a big plus, as are the location and ambiance. Due to the unfriendly server and the cheap ingredients on the pizza, the rating is accordingly low.

Perfect. I had a date with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed the night. Service, food and the atmosphere were all top-level. Overall I enjoyed my time there and would recommend and I would definitely go again there. In our case we were lucky to find a place as a Walk-in, but I advise to actually reserve especially in the weekend, because it could get really crowded.

We were spontaneously in Ingolstadt today and happened upon L'Osteria. We immediately got a table for five. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We ordered bruschetta, pizza, and pasta, and everything was delicious. The pizzas are a highlight, especially because of their size. All in all, truly excellent. Thank you, dear L'Osteria team 👍

What a shame. We had a problem with a pizza that arrived in poor condition. They left it on the table and refused to offer any explanation. When we asked to speak to the manager, no one came. The manager went into hiding. After several years at L'Osteria, we won't be returning. A huge disappointment.
