Very delicious pizza and pasta options. Ambiance was good and staff was friendly and helpful! Menu is a standard one for all branches of L'Osteria which is good and enough. Various options of drinks and desert available. Vegetarian pizzas and pasta are also available! Must visit!!

L’Osteria – We'll be back! 😃 The combination of pasta and fragrant truffle was a real highlight. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauce creamy and harmoniously seasoned – a dish that wonderfully combines quality and flavor. The pizza also impressed with its thin, crispy crust and delicious taste. The service was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy – just the right mix for a wonderful evening. 🍽✨

Typical decor for this type of restaurant and quick service. We had to wait a bit longer for our food, which was fine since the large restaurant was full and we were informed of this beforehand. There were five of us on a Saturday evening, and we got a table immediately without a reservation. A waiter gave us a very warm welcome and served us exceptionally well. The food arrived quickly and tasted delicious. Highly recommended!

It's always a lovely experience, no matter the city, the food is really top-notch. Unfortunately, the salad was forgotten, even after asking twice. Even when it's busy, that shouldn't happen. But since we're all human, we can overlook it. Maybe they could pay a little more attention to making sure the round tables don't wobble so much. 😉

Honestly, this place is amazing! The pasta was super tasty and the pizza was chef’s kiss.Crispy crust, loads of flavor and of cheese which added an extra touch. You can tell everything’s made fresh. The servers were all so friendly and welcoming, and I’ve gotta mention the lady with the beautiful smile she honestly made our night! Such great vibes all around.

Waited for about 10 minutes on a Saturday night - that alone shows how popular the place is and how good the food is! We ordered Vegetariana Pizza and Arabiata - taste on point! Worth the price! Rodrigo, the Mexican guy - he is your man! Friendly, quick and helpful!

Losteria is worth a visit no matter where you go; the pizzas are always top-notch, and so is the atmosphere. Please note, however, that it's not wheelchair accessible. It might be possible to get to the front, but not the restroom, which is in the basement (see photos). Otherwise, highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

I've been to L'Osteria Ingolstadt several times and I'm impressed every time! The atmosphere is lively yet cozy—perfect for an evening with friends or family. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes you feel immediately welcome. The pizza is huge, crispy, and topped with fresh ingredients—exactly the way you want it. I especially recommend the Prosciutto e Funghi pizza. What I particularly like: Despite the crowds, everything is very organized, the wait times are short, and the value for money is absolutely spot on.

For work reasons, we've visited several L'Osterias across Germany. The one in Ingolstadt was, unfortunately, the most disappointing visit. We had reserved a table for three people online and called again to be sure and to have our reservation confirmed. When we arrived, we immediately had the feeling that we weren't guests, but had simply arrived in a mass-production factory. Our request for the table (where we got engaged exactly five years ago) was immediately rejected with the argument that there were only three of us. The table we wanted was empty upon arrival and was only a table for four. There would have been room for three people. We were moved to the very back, to the smallest table in the middle of the aisle. Upon politely requesting another seat, we were again rudely turned away. (There were apparently several other tables free, but the gentleman didn't care, because he's important.) When I asked for the manager after the "table manager's" repeated, irritating, cute manner, he introduced himself as the manager. To somehow salvage our special day, we sat on the table. Our daughter had to sit on the corner of the bench, while we had to sit on wobbly, uncomfortable little wooden chairs. The waiters and guests kept bumping into my chair. (Back massage included, I guess, is what they call it in this restaurant.) Up until then, we hadn't felt welcome as people or guests, but rather that the only thing that mattered was making as much profit and money from the wallets of the guests going to the slaughterhouse. After all, it was Saturday, and everyone wanted to eat there. So, they were operating for maximum profit, with no consideration for the guests. So much for the first impressions. The waiter himself was polite, engaging, courteous, and convincing. Here, he also received a tip, which he truly deserved. The only drawback was that there was no menu for younger guests. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, the price was a bit overpriced considering the amount served. However, the bruschetta was quite generous, so much so that, in my opinion, the bread was too thick, making it almost impossible to tear off. The place and the decor are nice, and at first glance, it looked cozy, but at second glance, it seemed very worn and worn. This was confirmed in the restroom. The faucets were past their best. Water barely came out. The corner of the wall was patched with tape, which was hanging halfway down. We were also far from clean. Reviews: 1.) The table manager acted like the manager! 2.) When we left the place, our desired table was only occupied by two guests. 3.) A table for four by the window in the back was occupied by two young girls by the table manager. (No other guests arrived.) 4.) A family with a small child is not welcome. Conclusion: When you left this place, you felt like you had been made fun of, lied to, exploited, and not welcome. Simply put: you felt like a slaughtered animal, being robbed of every last cent in the saddest way possible.

L’Osteria in Ingolstadt is always worth a visit – great food, a fantastic atmosphere, and fast service. I'd especially like to highlight Rodrigo, the friendly Mexican waiter. He's incredibly attentive and kind, and his warm personality simply brings good cheer to every table. Thanks to him, you always feel welcome and well taken care of. We went here today for pizza. The blond-haired male waitress was extremely friendly and accommodating. He asked us if we needed anything and whether everything was tasty. The food was also delicious. We'd be happy to come back.

It's especially lovely in summer – sitting outside, watching the hustle and bustle, and enjoying a pizza that's bigger than your plate. The quality is top-notch. The dough is thin, crispy, and flavorful, the toppings fresh and not overly opulent. You can tell that routine and craftsmanship come together here. The pasta is also cooked to perfection and beautifully seasoned – simple, yet truly Italian. Service? Friendly, attentive, efficient. Even when the place is full, the team remains calm and organized, which isn't always the case during peak times. My favorite: Pizza Salsiccia Piccante with a glass of Montepulciano – robust, spicy, and simply exactly what you'd expect when you're craving authentic Italian soul food. L'Osteria Ingolstadt stands for reliability: You know what you're getting – good quality, fair prices, a pleasant atmosphere. Not fine dining, but honest Italian cuisine with heart and pace. In short: If you love Italian food and value atmosphere and consistently good quality, this is the place for you. My go-to spot in Ingolstadt when I'm craving pizza with character.

Super delicious pizza, everyone asks if everything's okay, and everyone has a smile on their face. That's what makes eating fun!

Both when ordering through Uber Eats and when eating in the restaurant itself, things are constantly missing. It's happened several times that several pizza toppings that you have to pay extra for were simply missing. If you eat in a restaurant, you can at least point it out and get the missing toppings (that shouldn't be necessary either), but if you have it delivered, it's unfortunately not so easy. It's a shame, because I think the pizzas taste great, but I don't want to constantly get only half of what I paid for.

Unfortunately, I can only give it one star. After a long wait for a "salad," no one could remember my order. In the meantime, I had finished my delicious pizza. We had a table next to the kitchen, which made conversation almost impossible due to the loud shouting and noise. It was our first time there, and we definitely won't be back.

We ate at this restaurant yesterday and ordered a calzone with just mushrooms and pepperoni. We got it with ham and salami. After complaining, we waited 20 minutes, then got the SAME pizza back, only the salami had been removed. The pizza was cold, the dough raw, and inedible. A total disgrace. We used to come here often, but after this experience, we'll definitely never go back.

The food was really good, but the service was a complete disappointment. We were treated unfriendly right from the start, and this tone continued throughout the evening. Such an indifferent and unfriendly attitude is completely out of place for a restaurant like L'Osteria. The food alone isn't enough; if the service continues like this, we certainly won't be coming back.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The reception by the restaurant manager was uninviting – he seemed annoyed by our presence and was more preoccupied with his phone than with attending to us. Instead of greeting us appropriately, he simply assigned our group of four to a small, round coffee table. Our request for a larger table was ignored, and no response or explanation was forthcoming.

Yesterday (September 7, 2025) I went to eat with my girlfriend at L'Osteria in Ingolstadt. I ordered zucchini spaghetti but without shrimp. When we paid, I asked the waitress how much the dish cost without shrimp. She told me the same as with shrimp. I asked her why that was??? If I didn't order shrimp, I can't pay with shrimp. She wouldn't be able to change it on the phone, and there's no other way. I was very upset about it and think it's outrageous to pay for something I didn't get. I could have ordered it and given it to my girlfriend. I'm furious; this has never happened to me before.

First time eating here and definitely not the last time. The staff were very good and took care of every little detail for me and the food tasted great too. The staff member's name was Elvion and I would happily recommend it ☺️

First of all: The ambiance on the terrace was delicious, the espresso and dessert were delicious. Unfortunately, the service at that time was very poor. We were at L'Osteria after a walk in the city center and wanted a quick drink and maybe dessert. We didn't order a main course or anything similar, but just wanted something sweet to eat. The waiter came very quickly and took our order. 1 espresso, 1 soda, and 2 small desserts in a glass. These are usually prepared in the morning and chilled throughout the day. The drinks arrived, and I pointed out the dessert. After a while, the dessert still didn't arrive. The espresso was getting cold; I wanted to enjoy it with the dessert and not separately. I pointed this out to the waiter. He responded very arrogantly, "You should have said you wanted both together." In general, the staff's demeanor was very condescending and showed no understanding. They could have also asked when ordering whether the items should be served together, assuming they were expected to be served separately. I mean, if someone only orders a coffee and dessert, they'll be served together in any other restaurant. Unfortunately, a very bad experience and no understanding of the guest's situation.
