We placed our order online (were in transit). Unfortunately I accidentally chose the wrong branch in another city. The employees on site looked after us in a friendly manner: the wrong order was canceled (with a refund!) and our pizza was prepared very quickly. The taste was also A1 :) Very nice service and really tasty pizza!

So the service is a disaster. It takes at least an hour for the food to come to the table...

Visited this restaurant with my family today. Really not suitable for strollers and wheelchairs, although a disabled toilet would be available. Very dissatisfied when we said goodbye and the service was very unfriendly. I would never recommend this place to wheelchair users.

Incredibly good and clean shop with some of the most polite staff in the restaurant industry in general. Great recommendation for a big hunger or a short coffee break.

I've eaten there several times now and have always been impressed by the size of the portions, both pasta and pizza. I think it's particularly great that there are vegan alternatives on the menu and that the pizza halves can be ordered separately. Yesterday I was there for pizza again and apart from the very large and delicious pizzas, this time we had an above-average motivated waiter who greeted us very friendly and accompanied us through the evening. Kudos for a great evening and thanks to Rodriguez.

Food, ambience was really good - the waitress was nice and quick, unfortunately she forgot the side salad and the main courses came when the starters hadn't been cleared away yet - it wasn't all that tragic. 2 really big negative points: when I made the reservation online, I asked to be allowed to speak to someone briefly about organizing my birthday meal - tonight was a kind of rehearsal dinner, but no one responded to that. As I was leaving the restaurant, I asked the manager whether I could make a reservation on the occasion of my birthday - he entered it relatively disinterestedly and when I asked whether I could choose a table, I only received an emotionless "No, you'll get a table." who is free”… This is how you like to have breakfast and that shows guest orientation and service with heart. That's exactly how you deal with people and a special occasion - pure disappointment and horror!!!! I'm very curious whether they'll try to make amends somehow on the day in question...

So the food tasted good despite the waiting time of an hour... The waitress could smile a little more instead of always being so bored or not showing any interest..! But the young pizza maker was super nice and cool 👍🏼 he alone deserves 5 stars in my eyes.

The pizzas and the pizza makers deserve the two stars - everything is always great here. However, this cannot be said when it comes to service. Regardless of the workload, the staff is always very hectic and short. At the same time, it takes an eternity until the drinks can be ordered and then a second eternity before the food can be ordered. You don't necessarily want to sell an additional drink here, so people avoid the table every now and then. The big hit on the last visit was that the waitress needed three attempts to bring the right drink - but she still awarded the first two failed attempts and wanted to cash in on them at the end.

The waitresses were very unfriendly, the pizza was good but the Prosciutto pizza with 6 small slices of ham was more like a Margherita. First and last time there.

Pizza and pasta are always delicious and the place is nicely decorated. A reservation is recommended, but can be done quickly and reliably via the app or homepage. Since the pizza is very large, two people can eat one together. Even different coverings are possible. We go there regularly and are always very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Sitting on the terrace is also wonderful when the weather is nice.

Sometimes, however, even a critic has to take a risk. This applies in cases where he makes a discovery and advocates for it, because the world often looks with suspicion on new artists and their work. The new must be protected. Last night I met the new guy. I ate an exceptional pizza, prepared by an exceptional chef. The word “surprise” would be a scandalous understatement here. Yesterday's experience shook the foundations of my being. Not everyone can be a great artist, but a great artist can be in each of us. It is almost impossible to imagine a more inconspicuous figure than the genius who works at L'Osteria Ingolstadt today and who, in my humble opinion, is the most outstanding chef in all of Ingolstadt. Soon I will visit this restaurant again, hungry for new experiences.

The pasta was extremely tasty but unfortunately the portion was significantly too small compared to the pizzas. In terms of price and performance, you should grab pizza here to fill yourself up. Nevertheless, everything was extremely tasty and the interior was also very nicely decorated.

I'm here on site. Unfortunately there are few tables outside. At the entrance and in the rooms there are different levels with stairs. It is very loud in ddm rooms The food is good, the pizzas are huge and the waiter Rodriguez is very, very nice.

Very loud background music, which automatically increases the noise level of the guests. The size and taste of the lasange is comparable to a frozen one from the supermarket, but only 4 times as expensive.

The food ordered via Ubereats was only partially delivered. When I asked “management” whether the rest of the food we had ordered would still be delivered, I was told in an extremely unfriendly manner by a man named “Hamid”, who introduced himself as management, that it was not his problem and that I had to contact Ubereats. After I pointed out to him that it was the restaurant's job to bring me the food I ordered and paid for, he became unreasonably loud and hung up in the middle of the conversation. During repeated phone calls, which again had no result, he tried to explain to me about 20 times that the food was no longer with him and that Ubereats was therefore responsible and that I, as a customer, had to contact Ubereats about it have to take care of. Again the tone became very inappropriate and he hung up again in the middle of the conversation. If the actual management reads this, please report I still get chicken for my Caesar salad😀

We were here on Saturday night and it was total chaos for me. We waited quite a long time for everything. We had to outright catch the waiter to reorder and pay, which was unpleasant and also takes away from the company's sales. If someone stopped there from time to time, we would at least order more drinks. We had pasta and a pizza, which I recommend to have rather half, it was really big. But very good. We also tried the dessert and were satisfied with the food.

Great, just great. We have never eaten such large pizzas as we did there.

Absolutely disappointing service, starters came together with the main course. Then the main course was returned, brought back cold and the pizza was forgotten. 1 hour 10 minutes in the restaurant and someone at the table still has nothing to eat.

So the people are super nice and funny. I find it pretty funny that “fish” is only 30 cents more expensive than a pizza without meat and €2 cheaper than one with it. The food came quicker than the drinks, but I think that was because the waiter just hadn't been doing his job that long.

Last time eating in this restaurant! To be on the safe side, we even called twice to make a reservation when we arrived, but nothing was noted. Very rude service, who very harshly refused to redeem our (obviously valid) voucher. With reference to the legal situation, they said, “That could be true, but we won’t do that!” As the unfriendliness increased, we were forced to change restaurants.

As usual, pleasant LOsteria atmosphere. Reservation worked successfully! Very courteous and friendly staff. Food & drinks (also the summer specials) are very tasty. I always enjoy coming back here. Absolute recommendation.

Hello, we were guests today around 4:30 p.m. Welcome very cold and you had the feeling that you had just interrupted the nice conversation of your colleagues at the counter! Service staff very arrogant and not good hosts for me. We thought it was like a youth center! Your colleagues probably get along well and that's great, but you shouldn't lose sight of the guests! No how do you like it or would you like to drink something else! The sink on the toilet could use a cleaning. Food tasted as you would expect at L'Osteria. Positive: Most pizza makers wore gloves when preparing the pizzas.

Die Pizzen sind RIESIG groß, allerdings auch nicht gerade billig, unter 15 € ist da nicht viel zu machen. Hier fände ich es gut, wenn auch kleinere Varianten angeboten würden. Meine Pizza hat sehr gut geschmeckt, auch meine Frau war mit ihrem Salat sehr zufrieden. Was uns gestört hat, war die genervte, eher unfreundliche Bedienung. Weiß man denn immer noch nicht, wie viel das in der Gastronomie ausmacht? Ich muss ehrlich sagen: Obwohl die Pizza wirklich lecker war, würde ich aufgrund der Service-Erfahrung nicht ein zweites Mal hingehen.

Had two salads yesterday, one Caesar's and the second with prawns and avocado. There was really only the bare minimum in both salads and that's simply not enough for the price. It seemed careless and overpriced. When we asked, they brought us two slices of unrusted white bread. There was no olive oil, vinegar or spices at the table. It's a shame, it used to be better.

L'Osteria is - as everyone knows - a restaurant chain with the same offering throughout Germany. The quality is always very good The pizzas in Ingolstadt were also very good and very large! The pasta is also recommended. The service has never disappointed us - on the contrary: always very committed, nice service staff!!!

So the service is really a complete disaster... we were there on June 18th around 9 p.m. Had ordered a starter and 2 main courses. The food itself is actually quite good. After we had to wait for our main course half an hour after we had finished the starter, the unmotivated service person came and put the plates down and just left the starter plate standing there, like she had done it 30 minutes before didn't get around to taking the plate with her even though she had passed by several times. When I then asked if we could have new cutlery because it had already been used and had been lying around for half an hour, the lady replied with “You already have cutlery” and pointed to the starter plate, which she left standing. When I then said that it was completely normal to want new cutlery when the old one had been lying around for a long time, she told me that wasn't normal at all and, visibly upset, took the starter plate and left. But instead of directly bringing cutlery, we watched her go to her colleague and obviously point at us and start to gossip. When I told another colleague I wanted to complain because that was really just cheeky, she said she would pass it on. When we wanted to leave we walked past the 2 ladies and “caught” them gossiping again. I don't know who the boss is there and whether he's interested, but you can't let this lady loose on customers. That was the most brazen experience I've ever had in a restaurant.

They didn’t let us sit on table we choose because that table is for more than two people.. ok i understand that, but restaurant was empty and no one sat there while we were there, so we spent time on burning sun while table near tree was empty, not even reserved.

The pizzas are really big and very thin, but they definitely fill you up, but they didn't really impress in terms of taste. They didn't taste intense and there was simply no kick, it wasn't a special taste experience. Standard pizza, but very good value for money for the (comparatively low) price. The gnocchi had a very good, soft consistency and tasted very good. The ambience inside was good and the service was also good.
