Great atmosphere! The food was delicious, and Daniel's quick and friendly service left nothing to be desired.

The food was good, as expected from a restaurant chain. The staff was attentive and friendly.

It was very busy, yet the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A warm and welcoming atmosphere is clearly a priority here. The very friendly gentleman at the entrance took great care to find us a table, and his proactive approach ensured that everyone had a place. The table service was excellent, and the food arrived promptly. I will definitely be back.

The food was very good as always, but the music was terrible and far too loud. Conversation was almost impossible.

We ate there on a Saturday, a party of three. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The waiter seemed very stressed and was rude. Due to the noise level in the restaurant, he barely made an effort to understand us properly, which made ordering unnecessarily complicated. Overall, we didn't feel welcome.

The bruschetta appetizer was an absolute disgrace. It was just bread with chopped tomatoes, nothing more...it used to be really good with fresh tomatoes and garlic. The pizza wasn't tasty either. The mushrooms weren't cooked properly, the pizza was very carelessly made, and there was hardly any topping. I was incredibly disappointed; I always used to enjoy going there.

We've been here a few times and the pizzas never disappoint! They're huge, the base light and crusty and a huge range on the menu. I booked 2hrs before online, definitely recommend booking beforehand. Service, well they were understaffed but still managed to serve well. We weren't in a hurry so didn't mind waiting as there were huge tables. And they were turning so many people away at the door who hadn't reserved! It takes 2 mins online! If you want a great pizza, here's the place to go to. Frankly, I wouldn't order anything else!

We went there for the first time last night – six of us for dinner! The table was a bit too small, as four out of six of us ordered pizzas that were truly enormous! :) But we were still very impressed with the place, and the food and service were excellent! I'd especially like to commend the staff, the young man at reception and the lovely young woman – they were fantastic – incredibly attentive and friendly, and really on the ball! The food arrived quite quickly, so things seem to be running smoothly in the kitchen and at the oven! We'll definitely be back!

I strongly advise against going there. The service was incredibly unfriendly. I've never experienced such arrogance. They clearly don't need customers. Go to a more independent pizzeria instead.

I ate here with my family today, December 25, 2025. When booking online, we were offered a complimentary piccolo tiramisu al pistacchio. We mentioned this, and the very professional and friendly waiter brought this little delicacy to our table for dessert. The meal was good and plentiful. We'd gladly come again. Thank you!

Yesterday's visit was also a complete disaster. There were ten of us, and we arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 pm. After our meal at 9:30 pm, we wanted to order dessert when the waiter informed us that the kitchen was closed. When I pointed out that they usually ask if guests would like anything else before closing, he replied: "You can't ask every table if they want dessert." There were only three tables occupied. The dessert glasses are in the refrigerator! However, we were asked if we wanted to pay, even though no one had asked for the bill. Clearly, everyone just wanted to call it a day. We enjoy going to the Osteria, but this waiter is absolutely unacceptable. It's all about the way he says it!

We held a company party here. Very attentive service and excellent food. You were all fantastic, keep it up!

We had reserved a table in advance, but unfortunately, it wasn't ready when we arrived, so we had to wait. The pre-ordered bottles of drinks weren't ready either, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the waitress was very friendly. She was attentive and helpful, so despite the initial inconvenience, we felt well taken care of. Taking our order and waiting for the food were both pleasantly quick. Overall, a mixed impression: good service and fast food, but there's room for improvement in the organization surrounding reservations.

The ambiance is quite different; it's not really the right place for a quiet conversation. However, the atmosphere is something special! The service was very quick, attentive, and friendly, even though it was very busy when we visited. That deserves respect! The food we ordered wasn't quite what we expected. The size of the pizza was impressive, but the taste wasn't very exciting and was rather bland. Overall, it was a great experience, but it does feel a bit like a mass-market operation. This is just my personal opinion and impression; you should definitely check it out for yourself 😉

Please hire more staff! My favorite restaurant has unfortunately become a place I'm reluctant to return to. On our last visit, we had to wait about ten minutes at the entrance—no one approached us. We ended up getting a table ourselves. After waiting another five minutes, we finally managed to get hold of a waiter and ask for the menu. After that, someone was sent to clean our table. This person even complained that we hadn't chosen a cleaner table—then they wouldn't have had to wipe it down. However, since we had to wait so long for service again, we at least wanted to sit at the table we had selected. Overall, the situation was extremely unpleasant. Especially on a Friday evening, when you just expect good service and a relaxing meal after work. Instead, the visit only caused us additional stress.

The pizza was delicious! Fresh, generously topped, and perfectly baked. The taste was fantastic, and the quality pleasantly surprised me. I'll definitely be back – highly recommended!

The food is absolutely fantastic, and we always love coming back here. 🍕 On a recommendation, we tried the pistachio tiramisu and were thrilled. A real highlight! We also had a great time chatting and spent a long time there because the atmosphere is just so pleasant. We especially want to highlight the outstanding service. I went to L’Osteria Heilbronn with my girlfriend on Monday around 2 p.m. and was very disappointed. The restaurant was almost empty, yet my ordered pizza, Salsiccia Piccante, sat on the counter for about 20 minutes and was served lukewarm. I had already noticed that instead of salsiccia, it only had spicy salami on it, which I could have accepted, but the pizza was simply inedible when cold. When I complained, the waiter reacted irritably and offended. He said I should have said something sooner. The pizza was just reheated and brought to me with the comment, "Eat it before it gets cold," without any fresh cutlery, even though he had taken it with him earlier. In the meantime, he sat outside drinking espresso and smoking while other customers were still being served. I used to come here often with friends and family, but after this experience, I won't be returning.

Very tasty pizzas, and vegetarians and vegans are also well catered for.

Finally, a pizzeria that's up-to-date, because it offers vegan food and vegan drinks, and they're very tasty too.

We already knew L'Osteria from our hometown. Here in Heilbronn, the quality was just as good. We ate with two children. The children had a separate menu, and our youngest simply got a portion of pasta with tomato sauce. The staff was very friendly. The price-performance ratio is excellent. We highly recommend it.

Service is questionable, the food is ok, however a bit expensive for the missing flavours. There are better restaurants of this chain for instance in the region (in Karlsruhe for instance)

The three of us went out for dinner today. The pizza and pasta were delicious, and the sauté had a good mix of ingredients. The seating was a bit cramped and quite noisy during peak hours. Nevertheless, we felt comfortable.

I've ordered takeout from this place several times now, and I have to say it's always a gamble. Either the food is surprisingly good, fresh, and delicious, or it's incredibly bad—oversalted, extremely greasy, or tastes like nothing at all. It's a shame there's no real quality guarantee that's actually kept. Since none of the dishes tasted good yesterday, we've decided not to go back.

I visited L'Ostaria in Ludwigsburg a while ago and was absolutely thrilled. So, I was really looking forward to going to the L'Ostaria in Heilbronn. Unfortunately, this visit was a bitter disappointment. The acoustics in the room were terrible; it was incredibly loud, even though it wasn't even close to being full. The server was neutral to downright unfriendly and seemed completely unmotivated. My girlfriend's pizza was delicious, but my salad was awful. The meat was dry and overcooked, and the salad and dressing were completely tasteless. The salad ingredients were also meager; there wasn't much to see besides green lettuce. A real disappointment for me.

A nicely decorated L'Osteria branch, just as you'd expect. However, the food tasted significantly better than in Ulm. The pizza also had much more toppings, which is actually the reason we no longer go to the Ulm branch. The service could be a bit more attentive, with the staff making eye contact with customers more often. It was certainly busy, but that's to be expected; it makes the atmosphere less rushed.

The food wasn't communicated upon request, but the fact that you could have a pizza with two different toppings was delicious and arrived quickly. The service was good and friendly. The ambiance was OK but very loud. It was almost impossible to have a conversation. Some of the seats were damaged, and the restroom wasn't exactly clean. One restroom had no toilet paper and the towel dispenser was empty. Recommendation: Make a table reservation. Otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to get a table with four people. (Saturday, 6:30 p.m.)
