Very friendly and in a good mood

A visit we would rather not have made. As soon as we arrived we noticed that the service was completely disorganized. Orders were taken with a delay, drinks only came after repeated requests, and we waited 1.5 hours for the food - in vain. What was particularly annoying was that guests who arrived after us were served much earlier. Our complaint to the manager was simply dismissed - no insight, no interest in a solution. The waiter didn't make a better impression either. Unfriendly, sometimes even rude. After this experience we left disappointed. Customer friendliness? None! We definitely won't come back here

Unfortunately an absolute disappointment! No structure or organization from the start - service completely chaotic. After a long wait, the drinks only came after repeated requests. The food? After 1.5 hours of waiting, still not there! When we complained to the manager, we were brushed off - no interest in customer satisfaction. The service was not only unfriendly, but sometimes even rude. Glasses were slammed on the table so that the drink spilled over - that's not how you treat guests! The waiter (longer hair with a braid) seemed overwhelmed, but the manager (black short hair, visible tattoos) was just arrogant and uninterested. After this experience we left – never again! Definitely not recommended!

We had a lovely meal as a family. The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pizza was huge and very tasty. However, when the restaurant is full, the background noise is loud.

Gnocci were very good, extremely tasty with seafood and didn't fill you up. Drinks came immediately and you didn't have to wait long for food. Fits.

A colleague from the staff with a bald head and a white sweater was very rude and apparently didn't know how to talk to his guests, which unfortunately made the lovely evening very unpleasant, the rest of the staff were polite. The food tastes okay, nothing special but not much to complain about either. Doesn't have to happen again.

His open and polite demeanor made my visit particularly pleasant. In general, the entire team at L’Osteria Heilbronn is extremely friendly, open-minded and solution-oriented. You feel welcome from the first moment and the service is consistently at the highest level. The quality is also good: the cappuccino was perfect, prepared with a La Marzocco portafilter machine, which you immediately notice in the taste. Coffee is made with passion here. An all-round great restaurant with first-class service – absolute recommendation!

Pizza Bo was burnt on top but the dough needed a little more time. I'm not used to this chain. Service was good, furnishings are getting old. Chairs wobble alarmingly.

L'Osteria is (for me) simply the address for delicious pizzas in the area. Thin base, crispy, fresh and delicious ingredients. The pizzas are very large (approx. 60 cm), so you can easily take one for two, but you can also have the halves filled with different toppings. The rest can simply be packed up. Reservations are not absolutely necessary (except for larger groups), you can just wait at the bar if necessary. Usually quite full, so the noise level. You should be able to. :)

Last weekend we went to the Losteria in Heilbronn again. Julian, our waiter, was extremely attentive and friendly. The penne arrabbiata was a little too spicy, and the pizza, although large and tasty, could have stayed in the oven a little longer. Nevertheless, we had a great evening and would love to come back.
