I visited L'Ostaria in Ludwigsburg a while ago and was absolutely thrilled. So, I was really looking forward to going to the L'Ostaria in Heilbronn. Unfortunately, this visit was a bitter disappointment. The acoustics in the room were terrible; it was incredibly loud, even though it wasn't even close to being full. The server was neutral to downright unfriendly and seemed completely unmotivated. My girlfriend's pizza was delicious, but my salad was awful. The meat was dry and overcooked, and the salad and dressing were completely tasteless. The salad ingredients were also meager; there wasn't much to see besides green lettuce. A real disappointment for me.

A nicely decorated L'Osteria branch, just as you'd expect. However, the food tasted significantly better than in Ulm. The pizza also had much more toppings, which is actually the reason we no longer go to the Ulm branch. The service could be a bit more attentive, with the staff making eye contact with customers more often. It was certainly busy, but that's to be expected; it makes the atmosphere less rushed.

The food wasn't communicated upon request, but the fact that you could have a pizza with two different toppings was delicious and arrived quickly. The service was good and friendly. The ambiance was OK but very loud. It was almost impossible to have a conversation. Some of the seats were damaged, and the restroom wasn't exactly clean. One restroom had no toilet paper and the towel dispenser was empty. Recommendation: Make a table reservation. Otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to get a table with four people. (Saturday, 6:30 p.m.)

I ordered a tuna pizza from L'Osteria Heilbronn today. Unfortunately, it had onions on it, even though I'd requested otherwise. After a quick phone call, I received immediate and super-friendly assistance – I got a new pizza for free, plus an extra one for free! The manager was very nice on the phone. Great service and delicious pizza!

The food was good, as always. However, the service and ambiance left a lot to be desired. At 9:30 p.m., the front door was flung open, and the guests sat in a draft for ages while the staff cleaned up the terrace. At the same time, the kitchen and dining room were being cleaned up, and it was loud and there was clattering everywhere. At 10:00 p.m., they had already started putting the chairs up, even though there were still guests in the dining room. After ordering food and drinks, they didn't even ask if they wanted anything else. It was an absolutely uncomfortable evening, and from 9:30 p.m. onwards, you felt unwelcome...it was uncomfortable and the atmosphere was not pleasant. A real shame...

Service: Very good and friendly service. Food: Great pizza, but the salads could be a bit larger. Ambience: Cozy decor, but the dining room is very noisy.

When we arrived, we simply sat down at a free table outside. It took a while for a server to arrive. She was very friendly. The drinks came relatively quickly, followed by the calzone. When he was already halfway through, two portions of pasta arrived, and the third was almost finished, so we canceled it. Normally, people who come together want to eat together. This isn't possible here. It was a disaster. The food was delicious, but the calzone was lukewarm and only filled in the middle. Payment was quick. If you're hungry and short on time, this is the wrong place. If you wait a long time and only get hungry later, you can eat well there.

Super delicious pizza, pasta, and salads! Despite the restaurant being packed, we quickly got a table with our larger group, and the service—especially from Jannik—was simply excellent. Everything arrived at the same time, was fresh, and absolutely delicious. We were all totally satisfied and will definitely be back!

This wasn't my first time at L'Osteria Heilbronn, but unfortunately, my last visit was disappointing. The food itself tasted good, as usual. The pizza and pasta were of decent quality. What really bothered me this time, however, was the service. The staff seemed very unmotivated and unattentive. We didn't feel welcome. More like we were being intruded upon. Particularly disappointing: the dishes arrived very late. The pizza was already cold by the time the pasta was finally served. And this despite the restaurant not being particularly busy at the time. Overall, it's a shame, because I'm actually used to better experiences from previous visits. So, despite the good food, the impression remains of a mediocre experience.

I was at L'Osteria today and I was absolutely thrilled! The lasagna was simply perfect—super fresh, wonderfully seasoned, and served piping hot. You can immediately tell the love and care goes into the cooking here. A huge compliment goes to our waiter, Daniel. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. You rarely experience such great service!

I recently visited L'Osteria in Heilbronn and was completely impressed. The restaurant has a very inviting atmosphere – modern, lively, yet cozy. The service was super friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The absolute highlight, of course, are the huge pizzas, which are not only visually impressive but also delicious: thin, crispy bases, fresh ingredients, and perfectly prepared. The pasta was also excellent, and you can tell that great importance is placed on quality here. I also particularly liked the fact that the pizzas are easy to share – ideal if you want to try different varieties. The value for money is excellent, and the portions are more than fair. Also, a big compliment to the lady at the reception. She seemed not only super friendly but also very organized. Keeping calm with such a large crowd is not something to be taken for granted. All in all, a great restaurant for a relaxed meal with friends, family, or even just the two of you. I will definitely be back!

We ate at L'Osteria yesterday, and I really have to leave a review! The owner, Jannik, is incredibly personable and super friendly. You can tell right away that his guests are important to him. He was incredibly kind and polite when seating us and gave us a table right away. It hadn't been cleaned at first, but he had it ready for us within two minutes. Jannik brought a high chair without asking, as did a bowl of water for our Labrador. The service was truly top-notch – fast, attentive, and we felt completely in good hands.

I ordered pizzas for a group of 30 people from L'Osteria in Heilbronn via Uber Eats the day before delivery. The delivery was scheduled for yesterday between 3:15 and 3:45 p.m. At 3:15 p.m., I checked my phone and saw that my order had been canceled at 2:45 p.m. According to the L'Osteria employee, the order never arrived at the restaurant. According to Uber Eats, the order couldn't be fulfilled because L'Osteria was experiencing technical difficulties. Anyway, at 3:45 p.m., I found myself with no pizzas and 30 hungry people. That was really annoying! The L'Osteria employee at least did their best to get the order prepared quickly. We ended up picking up the food ourselves, although some members of the group had already left by the time the food was delivered. L'Osteria, please get your technical issues under control or find a more reliable partner for your food delivery.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've received a badly burnt takeaway pizza (see photos). Very disappointing – I expect better quality from L'Osteria. I'll check my pizzas on-site in the future.
