Great service, super tasty pizza, it's great to have two toppings on one pizza. It was a bit of a shame that our table was a bit small for six people, even though we had a reservation.

Great service from Daniel and Vicki in dealing with our international group! They also solved our mishap professionally and gave us a lovely evening!

Three of us visited L'Osteria in Heilbronn. We were very hungry after a hard day at work. The only thing that was even more hungry than our hunger were the pizzas that the super friendly Daniel served us. We'll be happy to come back, it was super delicious! Thank you very much!

Was a guest on my birthday with my 5 boys and had very friendly and attentive service! Adriana brightened our evening with her warm manner and her radiant smile. Great visit with excellent service and delicious food! The three of us ate at L'Osteria Heilbronn and were absolutely thrilled! As soon as we entered the restaurant we noticed the clean appearance, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. The service was extremely friendly and even helped us with good advice about the food - especially when choosing the burgers. We chose two great value deals that each included a burger, fries and soda. The selection of lemonades was large and very refreshing, and the design of the burgers was also great - you could put them together according to your own wishes. We particularly liked that there are also vegetarian options! We also appreciated the opportunity to sit both inside and outside, which is a real plus, especially when the weather is nice. All in all, the visit to L'Osteria Heilbronn was a completely successful experience. Delicious food, friendly service and a diverse selection – we will definitely be back!

Pizza was good, so were the appetizers. The pasta pomodoro has plenty of room for improvement.

I went to Losteria today and had a great evening! I would particularly like to highlight the waitress Adrijana - she was incredibly friendly, attentive and read our every wish. The service was simply great and you could tell that she was passionate about her job. Thank you for the great time 🙂

It's difficult to give a fair assessment. My pizza was almost cold when it arrived and only moderately topped. The price/performance ratio is almost unbeatable. If you know what to expect, everything will be fine and you can leave satisfied and full.

The pizzas are delicious and typically L'Osteria very thin. This is not for everyone. I liked the pizza very much. It is very large, which is why it is in principle sufficient for two people to share a pizza. The staff is friendly and all wishes are fulfilled quickly. The biggest problem is the noise in the store. Conducting conversations is very difficult and tiring.

Super tasty pizzas, friendly service, but not exactly cheap

I ordered 3 pizzas via Uber, what happened I got 3 wrong pizzas. At first I thought it was the Uber driver's fault. Which actually can't be right because he drove back and showed me the other pizzas to be delivered and mine weren't there either. Then I called Losteria. The person on the phone wasn't able to check what had just happened until we went through my order together. Well, long story short, the mistake was at the Losteria because my pizzas were still there, so the pizza baker or employee handed out the wrong order, which the guy on the phone didn't want to see, but it was clear. Or is. I asked the guy on the phone for a solution and he said I wouldn't like either solution because he can only cancel it with himself and not with Uber. Or I should get the pizzas. I then made a new order, and then I was promised that we would get dessert and a drink as compensation, now the big cheek is that I simply don't get any fresh pizzas, they were given the ones that had been left there an hour ago, and the compensation was given also not given. For me, almost €70 is a lot of money, and I certainly didn't eat that disgusting, stale, cold pizza either. In addition, there will probably be reasons why I have the food delivered to my home, which I don't have to justify. It was a shame to tell me that I should just pick her up

The food is super tasty and the waitresses are very friendly. Our table request was even accommodated. For me personally, negative and something that could be improved... my starter came when I had already finished the main course. Carpaccio for dessert, Not Bad.

Hello everyone, We ordered two main courses, which unfortunately were served at different times. The pizza was cold, which was disappointing, while the pasta was nice and warm and cooked just right. Otherwise everything was fine.

Yesterday we were in a group for dinner there. Nice location, rustic and comfortably furnished. However, the tables are too small, especially when several people are eating pizzas. One pizza basically overlaps the other. It's nice that you can look directly into the kitchen, so to speak, live cooking. Relatively expensive, the pizza is very large but not particularly rich in toppings. But the pizza tasted good. The staff seemed to us to have been “not quite up to speed” yesterday. The disposable "placemats" were not distributed to everyone who ate pizza, which resulted in some of the pizza being left on the table. A pizza was finally placed at the table after it was served. The pizza was served too quickly. The spaghetti was too hard and not aldente. Taste OK. We had the impression that the coordination wasn't quite working. But the service itself was very friendly! Maybe people were just having a bad day. Since the pizza's were bigger than expected, my daughter couldn't eat all of her pizza. So we wanted to take half of the pizza with us. Unfortunately, the remaining pizza was not packed in a pizza box, but simply wrapped in one of those disposable place mats and put in a bag. This caused quite a bit of dripping. This can certainly be done much better. A restaurant also includes toilets. These are clean and well maintained. Overall: You can go there again, but I would like to see some improvements.

I was often and at different locations. The Losteria in Heilbronn is by far the worst. You wait forever to be able to order and then wait another 20 minutes for the drinks, then you only get bottles, glasses were forgotten. Want to order a vegetarian pizza, the waitress says it's sold out???? How does that work please?? The four of us each ordered half, but at first we only got them on two plates. We pointed out to the waitress that we needed two more plates, but they felt like they were thrown in our faces. Want to order dessert... surprise! Strawberries sold out...ordered 2 deserts, got 1...I don't even want to write about the disgust in the toilets...plus no toilet paper, no soap...we can't recommend this place and won't go there again . The other service was still nice, pizza was good, even if it was significantly smaller than in other Losterias, so I give it a well-intentioned 2 stars.

Unfortunately this time it was very disappointing. Appetizer came before drinks. There were three of us. One meal was eaten incorrectly and when the first person finished eating, the second meal came cold and was returned to be warmed up. After almost 2 hours the last meal finally arrived. The waitress kept pushing behind my chair and bumping into me. Seemed completely normal. Instead of apologizing, just roll your eyes. The level has dropped a lot.

We made reservations for 19 people on Boxing Day, 9 of whom were children. Everything worked out great, 3 children's high chairs👍. Painting supplies for the children 👍. The food came relatively quickly! Good service!

I have specially reserved a quiet place. Wasn't interested. Unfortunately the service was not attentive. I didn't want still water, but I got it. A meal arrived when the rest of us were finished. My cappuccino was forgotten. was very disappointing this time.

Luckily we had reserved a table, The waiter came straight away to take the order, he was also friendly, but he felt alone in a long hallway in a full restaurant. Unfortunately, the pizzas we ordered only arrived after a 45-minute wait. It was a shame, but luckily the taste was great. A little compensation on the house might have been nice. Hopefully the next visit will be quicker.

The staff lied that the food would be ready in 20 minutes. It was only finished after an hour... I could totally understand it if you said that from the start. But since I'm in a parking lot where you have to pay to stand, it's really stupid if you lie about it just to get more money into your cash register. I won't be entering this store again. Food didn't really taste good either. You can do it if you're hungry, but it wasn't worth it.

A single waiter served all the guests in the restaurant as best he could yesterday. This led to considerable waiting times for the order. He did his best... and somehow I felt sorry for him too. But as quickly as he was at the table, he was gone again. Normal communication was not possible. Yesterday I had to wait 40 (!!!) minutes for my main course. I may not have received an invoice because I paid in cash.

I came to the restaurant after work to eat pizza. I have particularly positive memories of the ambience, the service and the friendliness of the staff. The pizza maker Muhammed baked an extremely delicious pizza. The boss also greeted and served with particular dedication. Everything was great!!

There is zero attitude towards the staff, they have been there twice and they just ignore you. The third time (just because the food is good when it comes after an hour) there are 7! Waiter walked past us without even assigning us a table. It was during the week and empty. Then they left.

The food was good at L'Osteria. But the tipping policy is a disgrace. I can understand that in America you have the choice between 10%, 15% or 20%, the staff earn very little. But in Germany that is really inappropriate. I like to tip but not like that. Don't come back.

The seven of us were at L'Osteria in Heilbronn to celebrate my father's birthday - unfortunately the evening turned out to be a disappointment. At the beginning we were mistakenly brought orange juice spritzers instead of the orange juices we had ordered, which was corrected after a complaint and was not particularly significant at first. However, the chaos really began with the pizzas, so that in retrospect the first mistake was a kind of harbinger. While 5 of 7 pizzas were served quickly, we waited in vain for my parents' pizzas. My sister-in-law's vegan pizza was served with animal cheese, which we immediately reported because she can't tolerate real cheese. Despite our advice, nothing happened for a long time. When we asked, we were given evasive explanations – one pizza “fell” and the other “burned”. There was no clear communication and the staff even became slightly rude. After about 1 hour we finally had to cancel the missing pizzas. Overall, the behavior of the staff seemed quite unprofessional and not very customer-oriented.

We recently visited Losteria and we were absolutely satisfied! The food was simply great, fresh, tasty and prepared with a lot of love. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness of the service staff. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very welcoming and pleasant. What made the visit even better was the friendly and courteous service. The service staff were always attentive and really took care of every detail. An all-round successful visit. I highly recommend Losteria!
