As always, very good. You should definitely reserve a table.

The only thing that could be improved is the ambience. It's simply too loud. And why does the receptionist only speak English? I found that a bit odd.

Favorite restaurant in a great location! Also very suitable for families with small children. We had a children's menu for our 4.5 year old and a high chair and changing table for the baby. For entertainment you can watch the chefs making pizza and watch the ships.

Super great restaurant! I am very excited. Everyone was very nice and totally on their toes! Payment was also completely modern and uncomplicated! Really great! The food and drinks were delicious!

We were here at lunchtime; It was correspondingly full and loud and the service times were sometimes very long. The salad was very tasty; However, the pizza fell short of our expectations.

I had a reservation for a special day and wrote it in my note. They didn't even ask my name and give us the worst table. Also table was not big enough to put our plates. Not warm welcoming like other L'Osterias. Shame. .

We (family) are in Hamburg very often and Losteria is a must every time. Great view, super nice, friendly and attentive staff. No matter how busy the restaurant is, you can't tell from the employees. Very high praise. The food is always delicious and of the same quality. Looking forward to the next time 😊

Oversalted, overpriced Italian-style fast food, unfortunately that's all there is to it. So the music is too loud to entertain, the food is endlessly greasy and has nothing much to do with Italy. I don't know, sitting outside would probably be nice because it wouldn't be booming, but then please only order the drinks that are too expensive. Better go to a real Italian restaurant.

A fantastic view of the port of Hamburg - with a view even of the Elbphilharmonie. Delicious Italian food. When the weather is good you can sit outside and you're basically sitting above the water. I always enjoy coming here when I'm in Hamburg.

Pickup time doesn't match. Pizza picked up ten minutes before the time specified in the order and announced by email. And even then it was only lukewarm. Get there earlier than stated in the pickup time!

Eating something relaxed on a Friday afternoon, not here. Very loud from the visitors and also loud music… Food is good as always, but we felt very stressed. Therefore we do not recommend it. It feels like the prices are constantly rising. I think €16 for pizza is way too much.

One of the most beautiful L’Osterias. Here you sit directly at the port of Hamburg and can look not only at the port but also at the occasional ship that passes by. The interior design was also stylish and open. The pizzas are huge and very tasty. I'm also impressed by the concept of the half/half pizza. Service is friendly and attentive. I think it's particularly great to be able to order food or pay for the food directly at the table using the QR code. We also used the latter and were even able to pay the bill in whole or in parts. At the same time, everyone could tip, either with a specified percentage or individually. I was very impressed. You should definitely make a reservation and you can park directly at the harbor.

I think the prices are pretty high for what you get. If you value the view, that's fine, but for what you spend you get significantly better food in a more pleasant atmosphere. It's super loud in the restaurant, even though it wasn't particularly crowded when we visited. What you have to rate positively is the great service, it was really perfect.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant after my visit. We were a large group and it was very busy on a Saturday evening. I ordered tomato soup and lasagne. The soup was delicious, but unfortunately the lasagna was too salty, lukewarm inside and the bechamel sauce was completely forgotten. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he just asked what he should do now. I think the waiter should answer the question himself and fulfill the customer's wishes if you already mention that something is wrong. There was also no apology or accommodation. It's a shame, I can't recommend the restaurant more.

The pizza was very large and tasty. The setup is very simple. But the noise level in the premises is very high.

Super delicious huge pizza that you can enjoy with a view of the Elbe. Definitely a must if you come from the beach. Today on March 9th Been there again and had another delicious meal.

L'Osteria is known for its pizzas and rightly so. These are always a pleasure and I have never received a bad one. The view of the Elbe from outside and inside is worth seeing.

Food solidly good. Great location. Entertainment is hardly possible. It has more of the vibe of a large canteen and you'll be happy when you can hear the rustling and clattering of the harbor in your ears again.

Food was good, service too, but serving a Nonino in a Ramazotti glass is not possible. Please, please get proper grappa glasses.

System catering. Quality as you know it. I tried the lasagne for the first time. She was okay.

We were there on Valentine's Day evening and had the best on-site service staff you could ask for. 3 young people who had so much fun and passion for what they were doing that we really felt like we were in great hands.

Delicious Italian cuisine with the port of Hamburg in the background. A really great location, where you can go outside the door even when the temperature is below zero and photograph the setting sun over the crows from the harbor. Great for tourists and Hamburg fans. Pizzas are served oversized and you'll feel full.

Unfortunately, quality has deteriorated over time, often limp pizzas that are not cooked through. What I haven't experienced yet - extremely rude staff - took the order completely wrong and then said they would pick out what was wrong - there was a topping on it that I didn't order and should I pay for it? Totally rude communication and absolutely not accommodating, paid and decided never to come back again.

I've noticed the great service on several visits now. Extremely friendly. I immediately felt very comfortable. The pizza is huge and tastes great. Ambiance: a bit loud but that's part of it, a short language course in the toilet, an all-round successful experience there.

We've wanted to leave a positive review for a long time ❤️ EVERY time we come to L'Osteria, we feel well looked after. Even when the store is full, the service staff makes a great effort, is super friendly and spreads a positive atmosphere. We don't even need to talk about the pizza: favorite pizza far and wide 😍 The general volume isn't quite my thing, but it's a lively shop 😁

A very delicious pizza with plenty of it because it is a very large size. They have a fairly comfortable payment system where each diner can choose what to pay to appropriately divide the bill.

My husband and I went to L'Osteria at the Hamburg fish market yesterday. The food was, as always, excellent. We were particularly impressed by our waiter Giuseppe - a person who does his work with so much joy and dedication, always has a smile on his face (and not just when he is at the guest's table), is very attentive and incredibly friendly. Thank you very much for the fantastic service, we haven't experienced anything like that in a long time. You'll be happy to come back there. The only point of criticism: It was very drafty at the window, but it was also very windy outside. Grazie mille dear L'Osteria team and especially to Giuseppe.

Nice place to enjoy Italian cuisine when in Hamburg. Huge menu to choose from. I especially enjoyed the huge antipasti plate. We sat at a table overlooking the harbour. Unfortunately, it was so foggy that there wasn't much of at view to enjoy.

Great location right on the water. It was very busy, so it was quite loud. Very nice service! The pizzas are really tasty. Personally, a size smaller would be enough for me. It's a shame if it's cold afterwards. Next time I visit I'll just share them. Then you can add a starter/dessert.

It's nice for you that it's so crowded, but that means there's a lack of everything. Normally we like to give tips, but there are just too many things wrong with you. The service is somehow very anonymous, but very fast. The pasta dishes taste good! Keep it up. The pizza is the size of a wagon wheel and doesn't look bad, but the taste is completely disappointing, at least for me. Unfortunately the pizza is also quite dry. I would argue that most branded frozen pizzas taste better...

The food is nothing special. It was ok. Service quick and friendly.

We were there for the Christmas party with 30 people. Everything was fine, but it was very loud because of this huge room and the many guests. Otherwise everything was fine and we can recommend the restaurant!

The food was excellent, exactly what is should be if you are n Thailand in a nice restaurant. You have to mention, this is not Thai streetfood, but a higher class of Thai food. We loved it.

The L'Osteria restaurants are always worth a visit. The Hamburg branch also does its job very well and very correctly. In addition to the delicious food and good service, you also get a beautiful view of the Hamburg harbor -- and, if you come at the right time, a beautiful sunset. (little tip for a romantic date 😉)

We were a large group and must say that there was a lot of food left on the plates. My calzobe was very doughy which was very little baked.

For me by far the best Italian or the best pizza. But you also have to eat the other dishes. The salads are huge and the bread is so tasty and crunchy. With the View of the harbor is always the first choice. But the small Neapolitan pizzas can pack a punch. 🥰
