Everything was great. I was greeted and served warmly by the waitress Angelina. Everything was to my satisfaction.

The food was delicious, as you'd expect from L'Osteria. The service in Fürth, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Besides the completely confused employees and the chaotic way they interact with each other, you can tell that the people working here have no clue about the restaurant industry. The service is truly abysmal; they urgently need adjustments and further training.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The lady who served us always made sure we had everything we needed, occasionally asking if we needed anything else, like olive oil, Parmesan cheese, or balsamic vinegar. We were there at 4 p.m. on a Friday, and it wasn't crowded. The music was at a comfortable volume so we could still have a conversation. The food was delicious.

The food was absolutely delicious—freshly prepared and full of flavor. We also really enjoyed the ambiance: cozy, stylish, and simply relaxing. The service was attentive, friendly, and prompt. All in all, a wonderful afternoon—we'll definitely be back!

We arrived around 9 p.m. after the theater, and there were no pasta dishes left. It's a shame, and I think that's completely unacceptable. The salads and pizza were delicious, as usual.

Disastrous and rude service! My husband and I ordered a pizza for delivery – after almost two hours, the pizza still hadn't arrived, and we live in Fürth. After repeated inquiries, we were rudely turned away over the phone. This is definitely not how you treat customers. This was our first time ordering from there and we certainly won't order there again, let alone eat there or recommend L'Osteria in any way. If you specify delivery times, you have to stick to them. We don't want to eat dinner at 10:00 PM even if we ordered at 6:30 PM. Impossible.

Leider musste wir fast 20 Minuten auf Getränke warten , die mit dem Essen zur gleicher Zeit aber nicht korrekt kamen. Auch auf den espresso musste wir lange warten. Man sah immer Service Personal in Trauben beisammenstehen aber für unseren Tisch der rechts vom Eingang stand fühlte sich keiner wirklich verantwortlich. Schade aber wir werden uns den nächsten Besuch sehr genau überlegen.

The pizza is probably delicious, if you get one. But it didn't come to that: I haven't eaten there for over a year because the service has been a disaster ever since the bearded guy with the man-bun left the counter. The new staff isn't that motivated, and comments or extras when ordering are always amiss. I gave it another chance today because my favorite pizza place closed... and was immediately disappointed again. Here's the full experience: I can't order for pickup by phone because no one answers, so I download the app. The app only shows pickup times after the store closes, so I switched to the web version. Since that didn't work either, I went straight there. I was noticed after 10 minutes, left standing by the grumpy staff, and after another 10 minutes, I still hadn't ordered anything. I asked politely, got yelled at, and walked to Rewe and got a frozen pizza. Conclusion: I've been to L'Osteria elsewhere before, and it was relatively okay. In Fürth, I'd rather just walk right past it; Rewe is only 50 meters away. I'll be avoiding that place again for now. 👀

The pizza was, as always, delicious, the knives were sharp, which was necessary, and the service was friendly. Everything was good, a perfect lunch. Only the music was a bit distracting; who chooses this loud, blaring music?

Pizza tasted like nothing. They ate outside. Apparently no spices... Quite tasteless. Ate the pizza outside so ordered takeaway. When it was empty I brought the cardboard box in and asked them to throw it away. No. Don't throw them away. You have to throw it in the trash somewhere outside. I don't call it service when I order pizza, and after I've eaten it means they don't throw away the cardboard from the pizza. Which is just a minor point. But if the food doesn't taste good...

Nice ambiance, very friendly and attentive service. The pizza was large, the crust was really thin, and it tasted great. The salad had only good, fresh ingredients. We were very impressed.

So I have to say that I have never had as few gnocci at any Losteria as I have here. We also saved a lot on the pesto. Servies was a lady and a gentleman. The lady was personable and friendly. The gentleman rather less so. Also that there is no first and second course because there is too much going on. I find it a bit strange.

Great evening! We went there for cocktails and dessert – both were delicious. The drinks were creative and beautifully served, and the dessert was a real highlight. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Happy to come back!

Huge pizzas. Driver came on time, was super nice. The telephone inquiry was also extremely positive. The pizzas are extremely thin and the toppings are sufficient. Fresh champions and cocktail tomatoes were on it. Since they are very large, there was still some left over, which was warmed up in the oven at 180C the next day. Here too, everything was nice and warm and not too hard. Next time we'll try the pasta. A clear recommendation.

Today we visited a pizzeria - and to be honest, it was rather disappointing. The waiters were super relaxed, almost too “chill”. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks. There were four of us and we ordered pizzas - they were huge and barely fit on our small table. When we politely asked if we could add an additional table, we were simply refused. Because there was so little space on the table, a glass had to be on the floor. We looked for waiters for ages, even though it was only 4 p.m. and the place was maybe 15% full. Conclusion: Food okay, but service unfortunately weak

Unfortunately the pizza was a bit weak, so points were deducted. The staff was absolutely friendly but extremely overwhelmed. Also hit a cockroach... After that the appetite was gone.

Today I went to L'Osteria with my husband for the very first time - and I'm absolutely thrilled! We got a really nice place, the atmosphere was cozy and the pizza was simply heavenly delicious. But what I particularly remember is the warm welcome. A young blonde waitress with curls welcomed us - so warm, friendly and simply magical. Unfortunately I don't know her name, but she had such a warm, positive charisma that you immediately felt welcome. Thanks to her, my first visit was very special. I would come back in a heartbeat just because of them – service like this stays in my heart. Thanks for the wonderful evening :)

We tried another L'Osteria again. Unfortunately at the wrong time. The staff was nice and polite and also tried very hard. But due to inexperience, because it was the first day, the rest of the team could hardly iron it out. The shift manager tried his best, but somehow the experience couldn't be saved. The team should give newcomers more guidance if they don't know the concept/experience. As written, first day, probably excited and very unsure.

I can definitely recommend this pizzeria. My recommendation is the pizza 🍕 for 2, everyone can have their side individually prepared. If you eat this pizza alone, you should be very hungry 😉. Very friendly staff, leads to the square. Always my pleasure.

Rarely had a better pizza like this... outside of Italy 😉. Absolutely recommended! Good service but prices a bit higher. Personally, I found the pasta portion a bit too small. All in all, Grande gracie mille!

We love going out to eat in all the L'osterias and it always tastes wonderful, but yesterday in Fürth the service was actually quite friendly, when I was paying I pressed "no tip" on the card reader because I don't think much of it, I wanted to give her coins in cash, her reaction was a pissed off "ciao" and left the table and then stood at the counter, shook her head and said "unbelievable", if she had waited a minute before she "freaked out" she would have got something but even I was shocked by the reaction. So definitely never again in Fürth.

We've always enjoyed coming to this restaurant. Last week, the service was disastrous; it was bitterly cold in the restaurant. After repeated requests, the door was closed to the outside. We weren't given another seat. The pizza arrived cold, no wonder the pizza maker had to ring the bell five times before it was picked up. After we mentioned that the pizza was cold, we were asked if it needed to be reheated. Unfortunately, the service was very, very poor. We will refrain from another visit.

This place is more for young people. The large pizza sits on a piece of paper on the small table. There are no plates, and they wouldn't fit on the table anyway. So you have to cut a slice off the pizza and eat it out of your hand—not really my thing.

The food tasted good. However, rotten mint leaves were thrown into the tea twice in a row, making it inedible. No note was given when paying, apparently for the reason that the bad tea had been accounted for.

As a long-time regular, I have always been satisfied with the service and quality of this restaurant. Unfortunately, on my last visit I had to wait 45 minutes for my pizza, which is unacceptable. Despite my loyalty and a generous tip, I didn't feel valued this time. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously
