Great evening! We were there for cocktails and dessert – both were absolutely delicious. The drinks were creative and beautifully presented, and the dessert was a real highlight. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. We'd love to come back!

Huge pizzas. The driver arrived on time and was super nice. The phone follow-up was also extremely positive. The pizzas are incredibly thin and the toppings are plentiful. They were topped with fresh mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Since they're very large, there were quite a few leftovers, which we warmed up in the oven at 180°C the next day. Here, too, everything was nice and warm and not too hard. Next time we'll try the pasta. A definite recommendation.

The Losteria gnocchi were really tasty – nice and soft, with a pleasant texture and an excellent taste. Perfect as a quick, but still high-quality dish. Gladly again!

Definitely worth a visit. The food is really incredibly tasty and the service is very attentive and friendly. The tortelloni are definitely recommended! We didn't have to wait long for food. Everything was perfect and we will definitely come back!

Today we visited a pizzeria - and to be honest, it was rather disappointing. The waiters were super relaxed, almost too “chill”. We waited 15 minutes for our drinks. There were four of us and we ordered pizzas - they were huge and barely fit on our small table. When we politely asked if we could add an additional table, we were simply refused. Because there was so little space on the table, a glass had to be on the floor. We looked for waiters for ages, even though it was only 4 p.m. and the place was maybe 15% full. Conclusion: Food okay, but service unfortunately weak

Ordered food online, waited almost 3 hours and nothing arrived.

Unfortunately the pizza was a bit weak, so points were deducted. The staff was absolutely friendly but extremely overwhelmed. Also hit a cockroach... After that the appetite was gone.

Today I went to L'Osteria with my husband for the very first time - and I'm absolutely thrilled! We got a really nice place, the atmosphere was cozy and the pizza was simply heavenly delicious. But what I particularly remember is the warm welcome. A young blonde waitress with curls welcomed us - so warm, friendly and simply magical. Unfortunately I don't know her name, but she had such a warm, positive charisma that you immediately felt welcome. Thanks to her, my first visit was very special. I would come back in a heartbeat just because of them – service like this stays in my heart. Thanks for the wonderful evening :)

We tried another L'Osteria again. Unfortunately at the wrong time. The staff was nice and polite and also tried very hard. But due to inexperience, because it was the first day, the rest of the team could hardly iron it out. The shift manager tried his best, but somehow the experience couldn't be saved. The team should give newcomers more guidance if they don't know the concept/experience. As written, first day, probably excited and very unsure.

Rarely had a better pizza like this... outside of Italy 😉. Absolutely recommended! Good service but prices a bit higher. Personally, I found the pasta portion a bit too small. All in all, Grande gracie mille!

I can definitely recommend this pizzeria. My recommendation is the pizza 🍕 for 2, everyone can have their side individually prepared. If you eat this pizza alone, you should be very hungry 😉. Very friendly staff, leads to the square. Always my pleasure.

Waited a long time to order, service doesn't match Italian friendship at all, pizza was brought, pizza was burnt, after I said that I wouldn't accept something like that. Service -5 .

We love going out to eat in all the L'osterias and it always tastes wonderful, but yesterday in Fürth the service was actually quite friendly, when I was paying I pressed "no tip" on the card reader because I don't think much of it, I wanted to give her coins in cash, her reaction was a pissed off "ciao" and left the table and then stood at the counter, shook her head and said "unbelievable", if she had waited a minute before she "freaked out" she would have got something but even I was shocked by the reaction. So definitely never again in Fürth.

We've always enjoyed coming to this restaurant. Last week, the service was disastrous; it was bitterly cold in the restaurant. After repeated requests, the door was closed to the outside. We weren't given another seat. The pizza arrived cold, no wonder the pizza maker had to ring the bell five times before it was picked up. After we mentioned that the pizza was cold, we were asked if it needed to be reheated. Unfortunately, the service was very, very poor. We will refrain from another visit.

Modern furnishings, everything looks good, there was a lot going on inside, but you weren't noticed outside, drinks came after 10 minutes. It's a shame, it's actually a really great restaurant

This place is more for young people. The large pizza sits on a piece of paper on the small table. There are no plates, and they wouldn't fit on the table anyway. So you have to cut a slice off the pizza and eat it out of your hand—not really my thing.

The food tasted good. However, rotten mint leaves were thrown into the tea twice in a row, making it inedible. No note was given when paying, apparently for the reason that the bad tea had been accounted for.

As a long-time regular, I have always been satisfied with the service and quality of this restaurant. Unfortunately, on my last visit I had to wait 45 minutes for my pizza, which is unacceptable. Despite my loyalty and a generous tip, I didn't feel valued this time. I hope that management takes this feedback seriously

Got burned pizza, only underneath,when asked for another one the staff was not really nterested in a sollution because we already ate from it.... it was not in all places burned, but we also did notthink to check underneath....

We had to wait over an hour for our food and the pizzas were dry and rather tasteless; We’re not used to that at L’Osteria. We hope things get better again. Our waiter was very friendly.

The parmesan is systematically forgotten here and the pizza would have needed another 5 minutes as it was almost raw.... You can see in the picture that the pizza is still (cheesy/light). I can't say anything about the ambience. From here 2nd entry so recession number 2. After the Google answer from L'Osteria, we ordered the same thing again, this time I got the parmesan with the pasta, but I also pointed out that the pasta was TOO al dente for my taste. Children could get a stomach ache... I also wrote in the order that the pizza goes through this time as written in your answer... I got a pizza that is cheesier than an Irishman... can be seen in picture two. Own you would have to ask for the money back :(

In my opinion, the price-performance ratio of the food is not the same, too expensive for mediocre pasta/pizza. In addition, delivery times are sometimes extremely long without prior notice.

We ordered food to pick up today. We were told on the phone that it would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived on time and had to wait another 20 minutes. The staff came across as totally overwhelmed. Last time we had the food delivered and it took over 1.5 hours to be delivered.

Hallo wir waren heute das erstmal hier... hatte online gebucht und alles hat gepasst... wir hatten Sonntag für 12.30 reserviert, unsere Bestellung wurde zügig aufgenommen ,haben Getränke und essen zusammen veranlasst... Unser Essen hat sage und schreibe 1h gebraucht und es war auch nicht wirklich heiß ( Spagetti Carbonara ). Portionen sind mehr als ausreichend. Personal war sehr freundlich, aber habe auch nur 2 Leute gesehen die den vollen Laden am laufen halten. Ich würde nicht nochmal kommen.
