I can't understand the good reviews. Oily pizza (large, to my credit...), tortellini that definitely isn't homemade, and the service is uninviting, with the ambiance reminiscent of a movie theater lobby. No thanks.

Good food. Bring plenty of appetite for the pizzas. The value for money is good.

This is truly one of, if not the best pizza I've ever had (outside of Italy). Incredibly delicious and the portions were also very generous. The service was also very friendly and personable. My companion had pasta and was also very satisfied.

A fantastic restaurant with a truly unique outdoor area with a direct view of the Rednitz River! The friendly service is particularly noteworthy; nothing is left to be desired. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality and portion sizes are just right. Definitely recommended.

This was our second time here, and the warm welcome alone makes it worth a visit. The service is a 10/10. And of course, the great surroundings and truly delicious drinks (and food) are just as good. It's so inconspicuous and almost hidden, but absolutely recommended!

Modern, cozy ambiance. The terrace by the river was also lovely. My stuffed truffle pasta was very good. My friends' pasta sauce was almost unsalted. But we felt comfortable.

The food is delicious and the service is outstanding. I was there for a company party; the place was packed, the service was super fast and always smiling. As I said, I had the Rednitzburger, which I highly recommend.

We discovered this restaurant by chance during our stay in Fürth and were delighted. The food was delicious. We had pizza and soup, and both were delicious! You should definitely try it. The pizza portion was large and filling. The service was very fast and the servers were friendly. It's sometimes difficult to find a table without a reservation, but this time they helped us. Don't leave Fürth without eating here!

Why didn't we come here sooner? The food was sooooo delicious. To the waitresses: You're so sweet. Thank you for the fun and unique service. Please stay the way you are. The outdoor area is very cozy, pure vacation feeling.

We booked a place beforehand on Saturday evening 19:30, but fun fact, we weren’t greeted the way as we actually booked it. We had to stand for like 5 minutes without anyone paying attention to us at the entrance and then 15 more minutes simply waiting for menus. Even though we actually were trying to get attention towards us. We waited for food for a really long time too. Pizza as at the picture was very nice. It was huge in a size, tasty sauce and nice filling! However curry pasta was THE worst dish I tried in my life. I honestly wanted to go wash that pasta in the water, that’s how bad it truly was. After giving a comment of not liking this pasta to the waiter she funnily reacted saying that it’s not her favourite either as many other customers. My question is: why do you keep serving it? Because obviously people want to try something new, but when everyone around knows it’s disgusting - it feels like a waste of products and money of customers. I got the drink with strawberries and watermelon which essentially weren’t even fresh strawberries but frozen and watermelon taste was present there through the sirup. Overall, it was my second time at this restaurant. And it was nothing in comparison with Ruhe first visit, which made me quite impressed with the place. So all I have to say: order pizza, don’t try to experiment with pastas, unless you are really sure about it. Be aware of a long waiting time. And so not expect a consistent high standard, because it depends on the luck, day and time you are coming at.

We celebrated our civil wedding at La Scala, and what can I say? It was simply WOW! Since we were looking for a restaurant open for lunch, we decided to make a reservation there. We received professional advice from the very beginning. We had a small group who could sit comfortably together. All arrangements were made as agreed. Communication via email was also seamless. We had made a selection beforehand. Our decorations were also set up as discussed. The food was, as always, delicious. Every dish was excellent. The service was simply first-class. Friendly, prompt, and no one had to wait long. All of our guests were absolutely thrilled. Since we have been guests there several times, we have no regrets about celebrating there with our family and friends. It was a cozy atmosphere, and even after the celebration, the restaurant received enormous praise. I highly recommend this restaurant for celebrations or for a la carte dining. Thank you all. Beautiful terrace by the river. The friendly, cheerful staff is on the ball, but the food wasn't amazing that day. Pizza and burgers were good. The lasagna was quite low in salt. The tagliatelle had to be returned because it was a bit too al dente (it cracked when bitten into). The cocktails, however, were very tasty.

La Scala is a beautiful restaurant located on the Rednitz River with a wonderful ambiance and a flair alla dolce vita. The food was delicious, varied, and prepared with fresh ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the waitress, J.J., with her warm, courteous, and very attentive manner. We spent an overall very pleasant evening at La Scala, felt well looked after, and can warmly recommend the restaurant. A real insider tip! We will definitely be back!

I wanted to order a takeaway pizza with my nephews and was greeted and dismissed with a friendly "Not now, we're busy!" (the place was almost empty). A desert of service at its finest!

We were there as a large group, and everyone was absolutely thrilled. The pizzas are very large, nice and thin, and incredibly good. According to my companions, other dishes were just as delicious. The service deserves special mention, as it's very attentive, always cheerful, and relaxed. We felt incredibly comfortable. The ambiance inside is very tasteful and welcoming, but the highlight is outside under the trees right on the shore with a view of the water – wonderful.

Very friendly, prompt service from JJ, even though the restaurant was packed. The food (antipasti, veal loin, and chocolate soufflé) and the wine were very, very good, nothing like it used to be. Eating at La Scala is now such a culinary enrichment. The owners even arranged for us to sit by the window, despite the restaurant being very busy, because we were celebrating a special evening. The location right on the river is beautiful! The prices are appropriate for the menu offered - neither cheap nor expensive. The food was prepared very quickly and the employees were mostly very friendly (y).

The food from my meat-eating colleagues was probably pretty good, but I have to say that the vegetarian options really leave a lot to be desired. There's actually not much choice, I don't think I've seen anything vegan. The service was actually quite nice, but when my father was “grossed” it was over for me.

The food and the wine were very good. However, the best part was the service from Jay Jay. She is such a funny and humorous lady, very quick-witted and has her heart in the right place.

Unfortunately disappointing – money for tap water? We were very disappointed that this restaurant charges a €2 fee for even basic tap water. In this day and age, it should be a given to offer guests free water - especially if they have already ordered food or other drinks. Unfortunately, that seems petty and inhospitable. The food was OK, but such practices leave a bitter aftertaste. We won't be coming back.

Overall a cosy place do grab a quick bite. The restaurant itself lives by the motto: “size over taste”. The size of the pizza’s are ridiculous, no need to choose a starter as you could easily share a single pizza with another person.

After a 50-minute delivery time, two cold pizzas arrived, which we had to scrape out of the box, falling apart into their components. Unfortunately, there was no sign of the arugula we ordered. We found the delivery to be a disgrace and would highly advise against ordering from here!

Superschöne Location mit toller Terrasse. Leider hält das Essen nicht so ganz mit. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht so gut. Getränke sind im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants in Fürth extrem teuer. Portion Carpaccio war mengenmäßig eine Frechheit. Bedienung war freundlich und der Service i.O..

Nach 50 Minuten Lieferzeit kamen zwei kalte Pizzas die wir zerfallen in ihre Bestandteile aus dem Karton kratzen durften. Vom bestellten Rukola leider keine Spur. Wir empfinden die Lieferung als Zumutung und können nur davon abraten hier zu bestellen!

We were in Fürth at the weekend and at La Scala several times. The food - both pizza and pasta - was very tasty and plentiful. Salad and desserts too. The service (Jay Jay on Saturday and Sunday) was first class: fast, friendly and accommodating. We were very satisfied!

The ambience is quite nice but we were disappointed with the food and the value for money. It's just too expensive for the food. In addition, a waitress there pocketed my cell phone (when it fell out of my handbag) and it was only because we were very pushy and were able to locate it that we were able to pick it up in Johannis. According to her friend, I lost it on the subway and the waitress found it there and took it with her. I wasn't on the subway that evening so it couldn't have happened. I had my cell phone with me before eating and in the restaurant too, of course. We then walked to Huase directly after the restaurant. The chef can't help it, but we've been avoiding the restaurant ever since. It's a shame because it would have been nice to have an Italian restaurant around the corner.

In my opinion the best pizza here in Fürth. Huge and very authentic. Also very tasty salads and pasta dishes on offer. In summer you can also sit outside, right next to the river.

The ambience is nice, although unfortunately very loud and noisy. The service was good, but unfortunately the food didn't convince me. Some restaurants believe they want to gain praise and points by serving large portions. But it's more about the quality than the quality. The pizza was cartwheels, some people are impressed by that, it doesn't impress me, especially when the edge is rock hard after 5 minutes and the rest of the pizza is a soft mush and soggy.

Beautiful location, great outdoor terrace, completely overpriced and poor price/performance ratio unfortunately. Most expensive saltimbocca from Fürth and then the meat was totally dry. Carpaccioo vanishingly small portion without any special note. Most expensive beer prices / drink prices in Fürth. I don't know. How does that work? High prices are ok when it's wowwh, but unfortunately that's not the case. Such a shame for this location.

We were able to celebrate our wedding in the incredibly beautiful LaScala. The boss was super nice right from the planning stage and was able to answer all of our questions straight away. On the day itself he was so attentive, really implemented every wish and took care of each and every one of our guests. The food was simply excellent. Everyone who accompanied us that day was completely happy 😊 So our wedding really became a dream wedding. ❤️ Thank you very much again for this great day with you. P.S. It was a bit noisy as the restaurant is relatively small, but it wasn't unpleasant. The food was super tasty and not too expensive for the price.

The food was, as always, very tasty. However, the service should be more attentive! It's unacceptable that we have to sit at the table with empty glasses for over 45 minutes. Couldn't even order an espresso after dinner, plates weren't put away. But addressing the guests as “Schatzi” – such nonsense! That doesn't make for good service.

Were here in transit and on the advice of the hotel. If we come to Fürth again, I know where we can eat 😉
