The service was friendly and charming, but overall a lot went wrong for us and at the tables around us. Forgotten pizza rolls, ice cream came forever after the espresso... Little things, but you still have to have room for improvement. After all, the store was packed. Ambiance: Very cool. Something different. You have to like it a little louder. Everything was a little cramped and we had an unpleasant spot at the passage. That's why there's a star deduction. Nevertheless, overall absolutely recommended!

We dined there with 12 people at Christmas time. It was a complete success, courteous service, everyone received their food at the same time and everyone was satisfied. Most people are probably familiar with the food at L'Osteria. As always, the pizza was a delight, but everyone also enjoyed the pasta dishes. Overall there was nothing to complain about.

It is a very nice restaurant and has a wide variety of dishes at excellent prices. I only judge the portion of food except for the pizzas, which are generous. The staff is very fast, helpful and friendly. The only thing we didn't like is that in general it felt a little chaotic with so many customers and so little space between the tables, anyway, it is understandable because of the time, but it is not pleasant to eat with another family almost like talking at your own table. In conclusion, it is highly recommended for locals and tourists.

In my private life, I have been to L'Osteria several times, it is very cozy and despite the tables being fully booked, the service and food are always top. Some of the employees have been there for a long time and as a result you are greeted and looked after very personally and warmly. Recently I ordered pizzas “to go” for employees of my employer. Here too, only praise. Everything was super organized and delicious. Also a big plus: very clean toilets. Definitely a clear recommendation for a good time with delicious food and top employees in the city center.

There were 5 of us there yesterday and we had reserved in advance, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to get a seat at 6:30 p.m. like some others without having to wait further. Even though it was so busy, we were always served quickly and had good and attentive service. The drinks came quickly and were okay. We already knew in advance that the pizzas were huge, so we opted for halves, pasta (Conchiglie di Fiume), risotto (Funghi) and salad. Everything tasted good and we were satisfied. But I have to say, I'm not a fan of the huge and thin pizzas either, but that's exactly their thing and what they're known for. So when I order a pizza here, it's with extra cheese on top and then it's more to my taste ;-)

We had dinner at your place yesterday, on a Sunday, and I have to say, we are more than disappointed. It is absolutely not okay that if you have a bill of €40 and pay by card you are automatically asked how much tip you would like to give - and all of this with a starting value of 10% upwards. This leaves a very intrusive impression and doesn't exactly give the feeling that the tip is voluntary. When we decided not to tip, the waitress' reaction was beyond unprofessional. The look on her face spoke volumes and it was obvious she couldn't handle it. As if that wasn't enough, she also bumped into us as we were leaving the restaurant - without any apology. Something like that doesn't work at all. At this point, employee training in dealing with customers would be urgently needed. Friendliness and professionalism should be a given in the catering industry, regardless of whether the customer tips or not. We definitely won't be coming back.

Very good service and great food! After a bad experience at 60 Seconds to Napoli, we went to L’Osteria yesterday (a group of 9 people) without a reservation. Of course it was full and we had to wait a bit until something was available. The waiter at the entrance brought us a glass of champagne while we waited. That was a very nice gesture! We had a reservation at 60 Seconds to Napoli (for a birthday party) and when we arrived (before the reserved time) they had given our table to other customers. There was no excuse and no solution. That’s why we went to l’Osteria. Going to L’Osteria was the smartest decision ever! As I said, the staff was very friendly and nice and we ate very well. Very good service and great food!
