The steak I had was really good. To the point and delicate. Service is attentive unless it gets too crowded. Prices a little above average but still acceptable.

Price-performance rather poor. Pizza and gnocci are rather below average for the price. The service was very disappointing. We said several times that we were waiting for a third person (it was about 15-20 minutes), but during that time we had already ordered several drinks to pass the time. Then the waiter came and wanted to take food, and because my brother thought about it for a while, the waiter became extremely unfriendly, shouted jokes at us and slapped the cards on the table while cursing on the way back. We behaved respectfully the entire time and received passive-aggressive behavior in return.

The food and atmosphere are great, but unfortunately the behavior of some of the waiters is really substandard. I have never seen such behavior in a restaurant!

Discovered by chance... looked nice from the outside. Everything else was actually nice :-) in a positive sense! Food came quickly and was of good quality. There were also lavish little things from the house. Not only do I leave well-fed, but I'm also happy and in a good mood... with the intention of definitely coming back.

The restaurant is located in a quiet part of town right at an intersection. Finding parking is a problem. The whole thing looks a bit like a large hall. We were there early in the evening during the week, the noise level was okay. If it's full it might be different. The meal was okay. Dr service quick and pleasant.

My son was allowed to watch Albania vs. Italy in the stadium and I was allowed to watch it here. The first time in 57 years that I was told at the Italian restaurant that we were out of pizza 😂. Everything was eaten before the game...so all that was left was the salad and a boring game from an Italian perspective

We made reservations by phone. When we arrived we were told our table was already taken. We were then seated at a small table in the middle of the room, directly behind the cash register. It was very uncomfortable because someone was constantly walking past our table and the people at the checkout were also standing around. The starter went relatively quickly, the main course took what felt like an eternity. The pasta was cold and there was oil on the pizza. She was very unappetizing and limp. The guests at the next table were courted and everyone who was busy in the restaurant ran to them. Needless to say, they came after us and had their food before us. Waiters were constantly walking past, but no one even asked if we would like something more to drink.

Great food and friendly staff, we got takeaway and the bruschetta and pizza Margherita were both fantastic. I definitely recommend if you are staying at hotel Dorint or are at the westfalenstadion. Price was great value and service was quick.

Tínhamos feito reserva e chegámos alguns minutos antes da hora. Havia apenas algumas mesas com clientes. A mesa foi-nos prontamente apresentada e o menú entregue. Enquanto escolhíamos chegaram mais clientes e percebemos que a maioria vinha do jogo e não tinha feito reserva. Os recursos eram claramente escassos, pelo que estando ocupados a sentar novos clientes, demoraram cerca de 10 minutos a vir recolher o nosso pedido. Enquanto esperávamos, muitos mais clientes chegaram tendo o restaurante ficado completamente cheio, incluindo mesas com grupos. Observámos que os empregados discutiam entre si frequentemente sobre onde sentar os clientes, sobre que mesas estava ou não reservada e sobre os pedidos das mesas que não chegavam ou haviam sido trocados...estes sinais de desorganização concretizaram-se e imaginámos o que viria a seguir: a comida tardaria e poderia vir enganada. Passou-se 1h e perguntámos o que se passava; resposta: lamentamos, mas o restaurante está cheio e portanto a comida demora mais; temos de esperar!!! É esta a ideia de serviço ao cliente? Esperar pois nada mais podem fazer? Errado! Se só têm capacidade para servir 50 pessoas não podem aceitar 100! É a pura ganância de ganhar dinheiro sem querer saber da qualidade do serviço ao cliente! Sinal de que não percebem como gerir um restaurante e as expectativas dos clientes. Quase 1h30 depois vieram 2 pessoas da cozinha servir-nos, aparentemente para apoiar o serviço de mesas. A comida estava razoável, mas nada de especial e a entrada fora esquecida...após o prato principal pedimos a conta, pois já estávamos saturados da situação stressante e desagradável. Depois de tentar pedir a conta por 10 minutos, tivémos que nos levantar e pedir a conta na caixa...o empregado pediu desculpa, mas ainda assim não se escusou a pedir 5% de gorjeta! Verifiquei depois que a entrada que não foi servida acabou por ser contabilizada! A casa de banho estava nojenta; percebemos que horas antes haviam passado por aquela estrada grupos de fãs que usaram a casa de banho e a deixarem imunda. Estando os jogos do Euro 2024 marcados há meses e estando o restaurante perto do estádio do BVB, seria de esperar que se tivessem precavido para limpar a casa de banho antes de receberem os clientes para o jantar! Mas parece que não se importaram, deixando a casa de banho suja! Em suma, a experiência foi muito má, com claras indicações de uma gerência e pessoal que não sabem ou não querem saber de prestar um bom serviço, mas apenas de ganhar dinheiro de qualquer maneira. Um restaurante a nunca mais voltar!

We came straight from the Turkey-Portugal game and made reservations a day in advance. Have to wait more than 1.5 hours for the food. The food was very good, but the extremely long wait was annoying and unpleasant.

We received a very friendly welcome and warm, fresh bread with a tuna-garlic dip with a few olives was brought to the table free of charge. After a short wait, the pizzas and pasta were delivered to the table. The pizzas were large and tasty. Thin base and an excellent crispy edge! The pasta (spaghetti AOP and arrabiatta) were very tasty and well seasoned. Pleasant atmosphere and very nice staff. Definitely a recommendation!

I ate there for the first time today and unfortunately the pizza had tuna that was way too salty and the cocktails we ordered were inedible! There was way too much rum and vodka that you couldn't drink it. When asked not to make the cocktails so strong, the cocktails were simply diluted with water instead of mixing a sensible, ENJOYABLE cocktail. In addition, the pizza dough was very thin, like a pancake. The service was extremely unfriendly and served customers without a "thank you" or "please". There wasn't even soap in the toilets and there were flies flying everywhere. I'm very disappointed because I expected better based on the good reviews!

After reading some positive comments, I was simply shocked by my experience at this restaurant. Firstly, the cocktails in this restaurant are simply indescribably terrible and are more reminiscent of diluted rum and vodka with water. Even after we asked for the cocktails to be improved, the bartender could only add more water instead of mixing a decent cocktail. Secondly, the pizza was served with very over-salted fish and a runny dough that fell apart on the plate. In addition, the staff was extremely unfriendly and didn't even know the simplest words like "please" and "thank you". There was also no soap in the toilet and there were flies flying everywhere in the restaurant. I don't even want to imagine what her kitchen looks like. Honestly, I've had much better experiences at basic takeaways than at this restaurant, and that says a lot about its poor quality.

Very unfriendly service, no smile, the food + drinks were slammed on the table without comment. Very loud, conversation is hardly possible. Food had to be complained about. This was the first time in 20 years that I didn't leave a tip.

Food OK. Pizza wasn't baked crispy and was more like a pancake. After an hour of waiting, the main course finally arrived. Service (Fri, May 10th at 5 p.m.) by waiter number 3 was underground. We were given a salad bowl in our hands and we had to take drinks from the tray ourselves. No proper serving and no greeting, smile or anything like that. Tables are very close together, the background noise is loud, so you can't have a conversation. Due to this mass processing, we will avoid this restaurant in the future.

Excellent pizza, attentive waiter. Very full, had to wait a short time despite reservations, but it was within limits. It was relatively loud, making it difficult to have a conversation in a large group.

Reservations are definitely recommended! We were lucky and barely managed to get a table for two around 4pm on a Saturday. The staff is trying to cope with the rush of guests. It's neither particularly friendly nor unfriendly - completely neutral in a way. Overall, they were courteous and quick in service. We were very impressed by the quality of the food. The pizza with roast beef tasted very good and was a great size - also a fair price. Personally, I found drinks to be a bit overpriced. The tables are quite narrow, probably to accommodate as many guests as possible. There was also live music at our meal time, which increased the noise level enormously, which wasn't all that nice. All in all, a restaurant you should visit!

Super tasty pizzas, like in Italy. The dough is very thin and the edges are baked crispy in the stone oven. The dessert plate was a mix of various Italian desserts such as tiramisu, panacotta and chocolate mousse. I would eat there again and again.

We ate here while visiting a trade fair. Not far from the trade fair, a 10-minute walk from the trade fair hotel. Very tasty, fresh and high quality food, you feel like you are in Italy. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. Gladly again!!

The food is okay, but the price and performance are not right. The service was very friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was full. The ambience is rather simple and crowded, creating a noisy environment.

When we visited Ciccio's it was very busy. The architecture of the restaurant resulted in a very high noise level, which was a bit unpleasant for us. The staff was friendly, but a bit overwhelmed, so we had to ask a few times to get what we wanted! The food was average. Not bad, but not as good as we would have liked from a good Italian restaurant.

Nice restaurant near the Westfalenstadion. Despite the full house, fast and competent service, I would be happy to come back for dinner with my business partners.

Incredibly delicious Italian restaurant. We have rarely eaten pizza and pasta so well. Small “extra wishes” were also prepared for the children. The atmosphere is very nice and the waitresses were very friendly. There was also live music (Saturday afternoons). I can highly recommend this location.

Also when we got our pizza and tell what pizza we got the server ignore it and just "threw" the plates on the table and left. To be honest to me and my friends this was a little bit rude. Huge Italian - everyone very nice and helpful. We were there at peak activity and had to wait a bit, but everyone was very hard-working and in constant use. The food itself was absolutely TOP. The tuna steak was a delight, as was the dessert (tartufo). Try it out. Unfortunately it's a bit noisy when it's at full capacity, but that's just how it is when you offer good food. Would love to come back.

Delicious pizza, no complaints about the dishes. Although I can't say that the food is extraordinary. We had dinner on Friday night, there were a lot of people, accordingly, it was very noisy, so I won't talk about the atmosphere. They ordered a mojito cocktail, it's not at all, it's a different taste, too strong and tasteless.

We came across the pizzeria by chance a few years ago - now we always order a table in good time when we go to Dortmund. The vegetarian pizza is a dream, also steak and mussels - all very tasty 😋

Restaurant bietet Onlinereservierung an, klappt aber nicht. Dem zu Folge wurden wir recht unfreundlich zu einem Tisch geführt. Ich empfand das Personal als sehr unfreundlich, welche noch nicht einmal Guten Tag sagen, wenn man das Lokal betritt. Meine Nudeln die ich bestellt habe, waren ohne Salz gekocht und dann in Tomatenmark gewälzt. Garniert wurde es mit einem Blatt Basilikum. Ich habe es nicht gegessen.

Die Pizza sehr lecker aber der Service etwas langsam. Nachbestellen eines Getränks dauerte sehr lange obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll war. Ambiente sehr schön mit Malerein an den Wänden

Wir waren zu einer Messe hier in Dortmund und sind dann hier essen gegangen. Der Service war gut, das Essen kam zügig und entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Aber: Toiletten unsauber, kein Toilettenpapier und keine Seife. Für ein Lokal mit dieser Aufmachung keine Empfehlung. Und noch eins: Man sollte sich den von der Servicekraft eingegebenen Betrag auf dem Kartenlesegerät gaaaanz genau ansehen!!! Ohne kontrollieren wären hier mal „ups da habe ich mich wohl verhört“ glatte 50€ mehr abgebucht worden. Obwohl wir 10€ Trinkgeld gegeben haben.

Top! Super schön, super aufmerksam, super lecker. Die Umgebungsgeräusche könnten bei vollem Haus etwas intensiver sein, weil der Raum recht groß ist aber das muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Für mich ein sehr guter und richtiger!! Italiener. Vielen Dank!

Ansich ein schöner Abend jedoch war die bestellte Lasagne kalt, maximal lauwarm. Bei Reklamation, nahm man das Gericht mit und brachte selbiges erneut aufbewärmt zurück. Leider war die nun heiße Lasagne total verkocht und matschig . Nicht mehr genießbar. Trotz Nachfrage, wurde der volle Preis mit den Worten " Was soll ich machen." berechnet.

Leckeres Essen, Service könnte aufmerksamer sein und wirkte etwas unfreundlich und gehetzt. Ansonsten ist es sehr, sehr laut, so dass eine Unterhaltung nur schwer möglich ist.

Ich bin richtig enttäuscht von meinem Besuch hier, das Essen war schlecht, auf die Frage nach einem schönen Tisch würden wir neben den Toilettengang gesetzt. Dort war es echt zugig. Service eig nicht vorhanden, sehr chaotisch. Insgesamt für die Preise da kein schöner gemütlicher Abend.

Das Essen ist wirklich gut, die Tomatensuppe ist sehrgut, einziges Manko, sie wird sehr lieblos serviert. Nur die Suppe in einem angeschlagenen Teller, ein Klecks Sahne mit einem Basilkumblatt in der Mitte, würde die Suppe ins richtige Licht rücken. Es sind zu wenig Servicekräfte für so ein großes Lokal vorhanden. Dadurch keine gute Aufmersamkeit für den Gast vorhanden. Es wurde nicht gefragt, ob man noch etwas trinken möchte, wenn das Glas leer war. Die Toilette im Keller ist wirklich sehr dreckig gewesen, die Ecken in der Toilettenkabine waren länger schon nicht gewischt worden, Spinnenweben, etc.. Die Toiletten gehören für mich zum Gesamtbild dazu, ansonsten hätte ich 4 Sterne gegeben.

모교방문 기념으로 학교다닐 당시엔 가본적 없으나 졸업하고 한참이 지나 와본 모교 근처 식당이 이렇게 훌륭한 맛을 자랑하는지 이제야 알 수 있었다

I plotted down here with a bunch of friends prior to the BVB v Newcastle game. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had seafood linguine which was really good. We dived in again post match to avoid the crush at the train station. I had the tuna pizza which was absolutely superb. Really smart looking restaurant with friendly staff.

Essen war super! Pizza war mega lecker! Service so lala, waren aber auch an einem sehr vollen Tag vor Ort. Das Restaurant hat einen Hallencharakter und es war sehr laut. Die Toiletten waren wirklich schlimm! Dreckig, unhygienisch, kein Papier, keine Seife.

Ich bewerte grundsätzlich ziemlich hoch. Also dem Koch gebe ich demnach sechs Sterne! Ich hatte Kalb in Weißweinsauce. Einwandfrei! Der Service war leider mehr damit beschäftigt die Tische wieder frei zu bekommen. Das war schade! Aber das Essen lohnt sich.

Das Essen ansich war sehr lecker, nur die Portion viel zu klein für den Preis, die Cocktails ungenießbar (für die cocktails würde ich glatt 0 Sterne geben) und dann haben sie Tatsache sich um 50 EURO vertan, ist ihnen aber erst aufgefallen, als wir die Rechnung wollten. IHR SEHET UNS NIE WIEDER ! Frechheit.

Ein toller Ort für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Ambiente, Essen und Service, alles sehr gut aufeinander abgestimmt.... sehr zu empfehlen!
