L'Osteria del Parlamento in Berlin

The service is friendly and the ambiance is average Italian. Unfortunately, the pizzas were so bad that I really wonder how this restaurant gets such high ratings. The dry, thin crust, with equally thin and carelessly topped pizzas, was a disgrace—a frozen pizza is three times better (and doesn't cost €16). Maybe it's the pasta that's good here? It must be. I won't know because I'm simply too disappointed to come back.

I would give 100000 star if I could. Food: 1. the shrimp ravioli is the best I ravioli have ever tried. I’m not over exaggerating at all. I’m sincere. Maybe I haven’t got enough Italian food but I enjoy every bite of it and I even use the bread to clean the plate. Maybe also because I’m too hungry. Or because they make me feel so comfy and home feeling so I can eat more. I usually don’t need to eat too much to feel full. But yesterday I basically cleaned the plate. 2. Brownie with vanilla ice cream is great!! I won’t say it’s the best I have ever had (had an amazing one in Zurich last year, but they such at every other dish I tried , so) but that’s not the point. The point is it goes so well as a dessert when u finish all the heavy stuff. Only wish there could be more ice cream, otherwise without the ice cream, the portion of the brownie could be too much for someone like me who doesn’t eat too much dessert. cuz I don’t usually eat too much sweet. But, I also finished it all!! That’s what people do when they feel like home and happy! I asked them what’s their favorite and both the cousin and mom recommended this one to me. They didn’t lie. It was perfecto! Im here to visit only and didn’t know what to expect before I come in. But they are supreme not just in food, but their service, their atmosphere and most importantly, they make sure you feel like home! It’s a Sicily family owned authentic Italian restaurant. special menu has the great taste. Best that I have ever tried. But you guys live in Europe so I won’t want to raise your expecting too high. But it’s really really good. Just personal experience. I saw another closer Italian restaurant zoe first, but they turn me away saying it’s too late to order(google map said they close at 11pm tho when I asked around 9:30ish) then i have to search another one instead. I ask if they are closing or if it’s too late to eat now. They say Nono ofc not. They say they never let customer go back home with empty stomach. And recommended good food, provide good seat, even made customized sauce substitution for me cuz I prefer red sauce over white one. And they let me eat till all the customers are gone. the Ravioli is my so far best ravioli experience ever. But it’s just me. My credential: Chinese girl, 19years in China, 14 years in the United States mostly west coast. Stockholm and Europe for 15months roughly. I prefer Asian food in general. Not so into sweet and cheese. But pasta and pizza is what I like to eat among all other fancy fine dining or western food. And this is the best Italian food I have ever tried. But their kindness and welcoming vibe is what set them apart tbh. And how I feel when I eat matters the most. Anyway, I haven’t write serious review for quite a long time cuz I’m way lazy. But I want to write this to help people know what to expect and also thank them for the kindness. I like this neiborhood even more because of them, and I feel very satisfied going home that night. It was a long day for me and that’s the only meal I have that day. And they really made my day. For that I’ll be grateful forever :) Thank you for the treat and great food! Molte grazie

We had a lovely evening in this restaurant. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was very appealing. Even if the menu corresponds more to the standard of a typical Italian restaurant and the price-performance ratio is not entirely consistent in our opinion, it is still a solid restaurant that you can definitely visit. Unfortunately I had to wait a little longer for my food. It's not enough for a full five stars, but overall we had a good meal in a pleasant atmosphere.

Authentic, Italian restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating located in a quiet corner of Helmholtzplatz. Already busy at lunchtime during the week, a good sign for the cuisine that impressed us afterwards. The service is very friendly and nice, the food surprises with its portions and quality. A price-performance ratio, that's right. Example: The scallops alone (see picture) as a starter would have been enough as a main course, and this for just 16.90 euros. The pasta verde with veal liver was in no way inferior to this one, the small drawback was that the meat was a little too dry. Otherwise, this dish was also very good and also very large. The same applied to the tiramisu, freshly prepared, but with cream instead of mascarpone. Overall, a convincing cuisine, you'll be happy to come here again.

Nice restaurant, nice boss and friendly waitress. Prices are a little higher, but... that's just how it is everywhere these days. We had a large salad with chicken, which was really generously topped with chicken!, saffron noodles with scampi and scallops, which weren't very big, but sufficient and elegant and, my highlight, the really cutest children's pizzas I've ever seen 😍

Very friendly service! Pizzas tasted good. Quite expensive or price/performance could be optimized, especially with the drink prices… We paid €64 for two normal pizzas, two children's pizzas, two large soft drinks and two small juices.

My first impression was “really nice here”. The service was courteous, but the selection of meat dishes was definitely not enough for me. Unfortunately there were no fries or other side dishes with the dishes, just potatoes with a side of vegetables, which were very minimalistic. Unfortunately, my chicken didn't taste as good and was rubbery. The starter and dessert were good. Conclusion: for the unspectacular food and the lavish prices, I don't have to eat there again. Unfortunately, even our birthday guest didn't receive any attention, which was a shame.

A really great restaurant in the heart of Prenzlauerberg. We stayed here with 8 people and were given a wonderful welcome. The service was really incredibly friendly and served us quickly. They were also very flexible with special requests and were able to fulfill all of our wishes. The starters were really amazing! The bruschetta came differently than I know it and it was super tasty, you can definitely share it with several people. The main courses were all great too. My personal highlight was the truffle pasta, I haven't had such great truffle pasta in a long time. For everyone who lives in Berlin and hasn't been here yet, an absolute recommendation!! Definitely coming back here soon.

The portion size was absolutely not appropriate given the rather lavish prices. There was also no further response to politely expressed criticism, which was acknowledged but received no response whatsoever. For this reason only one star, although the quality and taste of the food was very good. After many positive culinary experiences in the city, this was unfortunately by far the most disappointing. Comparable quality is available at a subway station beforehand at much cheaper prices, where you can also get your fill. Addendum: It later turned out that the information was not passed on to the operator, with whom I spoke personally after the visit. He was able to explain to me in an understandable way that he had not received the relevant information and not only apologized with everything he could, but also put the lost culinary joy into perspective. Therefore, as the operator of this restaurant, I have to express my express thanks to him, among other things, for his fairness. With this background, criticism of the relevant information not being passed on can only be maintained. Everything else about the food that was not objectionable has already been mentioned.

When you go dinner but you’re alone, they let you rapidly feel with their attitude you’re not welcome. When they start to ignore me, I decided to change place and go to Zoe restaurant not far. They are more welcoming there.

The food was simple and very poor in taste, despite a decent price. There was no parmesan served with the pasta dishes, which would have improved the meal a bit. As a welcome, other guests were given olives and bread. When we asked whether this was customary as a greeting, the answer was: yes...but nothing was given to us. We're out of there!

Obviously you have to choose the right day to visit; there is no other way to interpret the different reviews. Yesterday I was at L'Osteria del Parliamento with two other people. But after this visit, I probably won't be coming back any time soon. The menu was obviously new and offered a good selection of pizza and pasta. The prices have probably increased and are in line with the corner of Berlin, but the surrounding areas still have to catch up. My pizza was OK, but the antipasti were disappointing. Two of our group of three didn't feel well the next day, which further clouded the overall impression. The service was also not convincing. Either the staff had a bad day or it is common for people to make faces in front of the guests. What was particularly annoying was that you could only pay in cash, as the restaurant supposedly needs cash for the suppliers. Comments were dismissed snippily and we were referred to the ATMs in the area. Overall, the visit to L'Osteria del Parliamento was a disappointment and I will probably prefer other restaurants in the near future.

5/5 stars!!! I was here today with friends from my class and the service was phenomenal very very nice I also think the food is incredible and corresponds to its price. However, the shop is on a grassy side and without the internet site we wouldn't have come across the shop at all (A friend discovered a small mosquito in the food and then didn't want to eat the food anymore but didn't say anything. In the end we were asked why the food hadn't been eaten and we said that there was a mosquito in the pasta. The service has changed looked at the whole thing and said the pasta was going to the store (she ate less than half of it)) general impression: everything kept clean and very hygienic Furniture included, new and pretty

I ate well and it was a good experience. On the other hand, the waiter seemed not to like men and once he came to pay he seemed more concerned about the other customers than us. He even dared to ask us for tips in German knowing that we answered him in English.

Spent a nice evening here outdoors with 4 people. Service okay. Food: 3xpizza, 1xpasta plus 2 starters and 2 drinks each = 130 euros + tip (there were freshly printed menus...) The pizzas with crispy dough and a good size were okay with sparing use of cheese. Pizza Jalapeno really had some heat. Pizza Spinaci-Gorgonzola was good standard. Insalata Mista consisted of leafy lettuce with a delicious dressing and two small tomato quarters on the edge. The tagliatelle were reportedly very good.

The pizza tasted good, the service was friendly and thanks to the good weather we were able to enjoy the food outside.

Delicious food, normal price, were here late in the evening and sat outside, it was very cozy there. Classic pizzeria, but simply good. Three stars because it costs €2 if you want more parmesan, which doesn't have to be the case. At the end it was mentioned that we didn't give a tip, but that doesn't matter, it doesn't have to be that moderate for a nice day.

The food is good, at least the pizza I had was. This restaurant is located in a nice neighborhood, go walk around here and have a meal at this place if you want to get some vibes of the actual life around here, slightly away from the touristic city center. I would say that €7,50 for a bottle of water that has a cost price of <1 euro is a bit steep though. It gives you the idea that the coperto thing was brought over from Italy, but without having it stated on the menu or offering e.g. bread.

We spend the most beautiful evenings here with the best waiter, Croce; great food, great drinks, regular guest feeling.

A very good restaurant with many typical Italian dishes, drinks and spirits. We were there around 3 p.m. during the week and were offered a table easily and without prior reservation. The dining room is tastefully decorated and the many warm colors, the quiet atmosphere and the pizza maker in the middle of the restaurant invite you to linger. The young waiter is very friendly and exudes the typical Italian friendliness, hospitality and relaxation. In addition to the classics, you will also find changing offers on the menu. We ordered four different pizzas, which were baked directly in the stone oven in the dining room. The pizza base is thin and crispy without being dry or crumbly. The various toppings were made from fresh ingredients and distributed on the pizzas in a very appetizing/appealing way. My son's pizza was even pre-cut, which I definitely consider to be very good service.

A nice coincidental hit, we actually wanted to visit an Italian restaurant 2 streets away. Luckily we were greeted very unfriendly and brushed off. Here we received a normal and friendly welcome, even though the store was very busy. After a short wait we got a table. Friendly and quick service. We ordered pasta carbonara and lasagna. Both dishes tasted very tasty. (big compliments to the kitchen) All in all, a lovely evening for two. I would particularly like to mention that although the shop was busy and all the dishes were prepared quickly, there was not a hint of a hecktick. Very professional. See you next time.

Absoluter Lieblingsitaliener!! Leckeres und qualitativ hochwertiges Essen, wechselnde hausgemachte Desserts und authentischer, freundlicher Service. Ich war bereits öfter dort und konnte feststellen, dass die Qualität immer gleichbleibend sehr gut ist. Für mich ein ganz klarer Grund das Restaurant guten Gewissens weiter zu empfehlen und immer wiederzukommen!!!
