Very tasty pizza. Unfortunately, part of our pizza was burnt. We'll find out next time whether there's no other way or whether we were just unlucky.

I went here for dinner with my girlfriend and what particularly impressed me was the great service from Henry our waiter 💯💯💯

The food came quickly and tasted very tasty. Henry, our server, was personable and very friendly. When the restaurant is full it can get noisy, but the decor is very cozy and inviting, especially with the outdoor option. Despite the slightly higher prices, the food is very worth it. I can only recommend it if you want to enjoy a casual evening.

The pizzas are huge, toppings and ingredients are fresh. The prices are a little higher, but it's worth it because the quality pays off. This is the first time I've seen the option to choose two different pizza halves. Top! Especially when you can't decide. Our server, Henry, was very friendly and personable. The food also came very quickly. It can get a little louder in the evening when it gets a little more crowded, but the visit was well worth it. Gladly again :)

The pizza was very large and tasted good. Even though we ordered from the special lunch menu, we had to wait over 30 minutes. Not suitable for a short lunch break.

Welcoming but at the same time cold and distant staff, they did not warn us that the kitchen was about to close and consequently we did not complete dinner. The food below expectations, the pizza is about 21 inches large and tasteless. Be wary of Italian imitations.

Disappointing experience – Long wait with no excuses I was in this restaurant today and unfortunately I have to give a negative review. The waiter had warned us that the meal would take about 30 minutes, which we accepted. However, we ended up having to wait a whole hour for our food. That alone might perhaps be forgivable if it had been an exceptional case. But what really bothered me was the lack of apology or explanation from the staff. It was simply dismissed as completely normal, without showing any understanding for the long waiting time. For a restaurant that advertises Italian hospitality, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The quality of the food was OK, but the poor organization and lack of service ruined the visit. I probably won't be returning and unfortunately I can't recommend this restaurant.

The food is standardized, but still always delicious.

Order arrived completely expired. All salad dressings had expired. Shrimp were so burnt and over salted. We called and they were so cheeky and rude. Never again

Lunch menu only shown when asked, 20 minutes to order, asked about the food after 50 minutes, “you only ordered half an hour ago, what do you want”. Service rude, incompetent and overwhelmed.

Was there for dinner last night and was unfortunately very disappointed. Unfortunately, we had a very long wait for the food, which was perhaps also due to the fact that Lieferando and co. delivery people were queuing up to pick up the ordered food, which unfortunately the guests had to pay for on site and had to put up with long waiting times. After more than an hour our pizzas finally arrived, the toppings had been better, but unfortunately that's just how it is. After my wife's second piece of pizza, she just said that there was chili oil on it, which you could see and taste. We then called the waitress over and said that there was chili oil on it and she just said that they put it on every pizza on Tuesdays. Then they asked for the menu again to see if that was what it said, since my wife always gets the same pizza and there was never anything spicy on it. Of course there was nothing about it on the menu and she just asked snidely whether my wife would like a new pizza or whether she would eat it, which we refused and asked for a new one, and we were only annoyed that there was no sorry or apology, yes It always happens, but to say it's always like that is a bit bold, unfortunately. Despite tipping when paying, no thanks or have a nice evening, unfortunately I know otherwise. We've always enjoyed going there, but this time we thought it was totally wrong, mistakes happen, but then you should stick to it, luckily there are other branches.

Jamil was a very nice and friendly waiter. The food was very tasty and definitely enough for one person (at least as far as the pizza is concerned). Recommended!

I ate at L'Osteria with my colleagues and were thrilled with the service and food. After 3 hours of cozy get-together, we all went home full and happy. We would love to come back...

I rarely write reviews, reserving them for experiences that are either outstanding or deeply disappointing. Regrettably, my recent visit to this restaurant falls into the latter category. The establishment was overcrowded and incredibly noisy, and despite arriving at around 6:30 PM, our pizza wasn't served until 8:15 PM that was including waiting to do order and another 50 minutes for food to arrive The staff continously ignored our complaints and failed to apologize, with one waitress being particularly rude. I had to shout to make her hear through the noise and explain situation and she took it wrong and refused to serve, completely unprofessional and first time ever happened. there were also 3 young children <8 in the group who were also upset. The same waitress even had the audacity to request a tip and attempt to shame us into complying. I have had mixed experiences at the Mitte branch. In September 2024, the day before the marathon, the restaurant was nearly empty, yet it still took almost an hour for our food to arrive. The staff apologized and offered a concession. In contrast, I had a birthday party there in March 2024, and the experience was very good, prompting me to provide a generous tip. However, after last night's disastrous experience, I have decided to boycott this establishment altogether and not recommend others unless they want to take risk waiting long-time. The inconsistency in service quality and the staff's inability to handle customer complaints professionally have led me to this decision.

I love the pizza here! The service is always helpful and super friendly! Only the cleanliness concept could be improved a lot. Sunday evening - after a long day for the team, the marble tables are glued together and no one takes them down quickly. There is no toilet paper in the women's toilets and there are no paper towels at the sink. SH A D E! Nevertheless - I'll be back! The food is delicious and the pizza is fantastic…

Food is very good, unfortunately you have to wait a long time. The shop was packed and the three waiters were overwhelmed, which was a shame. When you finally order, get your food and pay, you smell terribly like food. When you get home, put your clothes straight into the laundry. It certainly won't be like that on the outside terrace in the summer, but if there aren't any more waiters there, you'll probably wait even longer.

“The kitchen closes at 9 p.m.” Where do we live? In a provincial town?

The pizza is delicious and great for the price. At least the arugula pizza. The selection of vegetarian pizzas is large. Service is very friendly. Everything is fine.

The pizza is large but thin, which is how I like it, and the al dente pasta also tasted great.

Dear L'Osteria team, As a long-time and actually very satisfied guest of your restaurant on Savignyplatz, I unfortunately have to mention an incident from December 1st that really disappointed me. My wife and I entered your restaurant at 4:40 p.m. - there were only three tables occupied and two of them had already eaten or were still eating. What followed was a real odyssey of waiting: - First waiting phase: Looking for a waiter (who was probably waiting for both of us to sit at the table at the same time) - Second waiting phase: The epic journey of our non-alcoholic wheat beers (over 20 minutes) - Third waiting phase: The mysterious disappearance of our pizza order While the existing guests were paying and new ones were arriving - the place was visibly filling up - and even guests who had arrived much later were receiving their food, my wife wanted to ask about our pizzas. She didn't get to do it because the waiter who rushed past dismissed her with a casual "Don't worry, you'll get your food too." A sentence that was hard to beat in its indifference. After waiting some more, I went to the pizza counter to see how far our order was. To my surprise, there were no pizzas anywhere to be seen. When I asked the waiter about it, he accused me of being too loud and condescendingly told me not to behave like that. His arrogance and unprofessional behavior were the last straw. We then left the store at 5:30 p.m. - without paying for the half-drunk wheat beers that we had already waited over 20 minutes for. The waiter probably simply forgot to take our order. (But I would be happy to come and settle my outstanding bill.) As a former restaurateur with 16 years of experience, I know the pitfalls of the business. Mishaps can happen, but they require communication and genuine regret - not condescending reassurance. The good news: We then received what we had waited almost an hour for in a restaurant nearby within 13 minutes. Oh yes, by the way: Their men's washrooms were completely devoid of soap and towels - a detail that seems particularly notable in these times. I am absolutely speechless. We ate here today and the restaurant was relatively empty and we still waited over an hour for the spaghetti Bolognese. Me and my child absolutely did not like this dish. And for over €16 for one portion. Overall, very very very disappointing, given this price/performance ratio. We will never come back.

Very unfriendly staff, our waiter, a gentleman with curly hair and a dark complexion, was very friendly, but the waitress, a woman with long hair, 2 braids, was very unfriendly, we arrived, we didn't even sit down, the first statement was at 8:30 p.m. They had to leave immediately because we were The next reservation was made 10 times in the 2 hours we were there and you don't feel welcome. The pizza was so thin and crispy, hardly any sauce, reminiscent of nacho chips, not recommended, the pasta was really hardly seasoned, fat carpacio was exactly the same, not seasoned at all, it didn't taste like anything... I wouldn't go there again
