A wonderful cozy place with mice. If you ever dreamed of eating in the company of heaps of little mice that politely run around the terrace of the restaurant and occasionally compete in jumping on the trampoline, feel free to visit this restaurant. They are too thick and it was impossible to take a picture with them.

I don't understand why he did it this way, when we looked at the popularity here, we left, I feel sorry for the money I spent, it's not worth a penny. We said we would like a cold dessert made of pizza, nonsense dough, no flavoring ingredients, no ingredients, it's ridiculous, it's ice cold so we can order coffee. Don't go, friend, it's worth nothing!!

Food and especially service were really good. For the fifth star, the special thing about the food is still missing. Unfortunately I had a totally negative experience a few days ago. Were warmly welcomed. It wasn't busy but it took about 15 minutes until a waiter came to take the drinks. Food was also ordered. But this probably went completely wrong. I don't know whether the waiter booked something wrong or the kitchen did something wrong. In any case, the pasta dishes came first (it was fine) and then the disaster began. It should be a salami pizza with additional ham and mushrooms. But these are served on 2 plates. Actually very clear order. The waiter brought half a ham pizza and half a salami pizza. A complaint was made immediately... A short time later, which was absolutely incomprehensible, the identical halves arrived again, but once as ordered and once ham. 🙄 This was then complained about again and after almost everyone had finished eating, it came, now for the third time!!! , Put it in the oven and put the last partly black half pizza on top with the remaining ingredients. No apology or anything like that. Complaints can happen to everyone, but then putting the identical pizza in the oven multiple times and serving something like that to a guest is an outrage. You can expect more when it comes to prices and that's actually the case, because it's different from other branches. Conclusion... This is something that urgently needs to be improved and how to deal with complaints in particular needs to be trained again.

Berry Lillett Tonic, Spaghetti Carbonara, pizza mixed with Chicken BBQ and Salsiccia Piccante. Been here three times. The food is good every time. On one occasion, the staff seemed annoyed that I asked for the bill twice. If it is busy, expect a small wait. Dinned in with 5 people for an hour, and many tables were still reserved while guests were waiting to sit.

1 star just because you can give one. We were seated and our order was taken - after 45 minutes we were told that there was no more tomato soup available. When asked where the pasta would be then, the answer was that they are being made now. Waited a total of 1 hour for the food - didn't even get a sorry or anything and was lied to twice about the time. Unfortunately the waitress was totally incompetent.

Today I was served by the worst waiter ever. A restaurant like this deserves better. And that changes every positive opinion you could have had.

Der dünne, knusprige Boden und die frischen Zutaten machen jede Pizza zu einem Genuss. Besonders toll: Man kann zwei verschiedene Beläge auf einer Pizza kombinieren. Ambiente: Die Atmosphäre in der L'Osteria ist lebendig und einladend. Das moderne, gemütliche Design des Restaurants und die offene Küche schaffen eine tolle Stimmung. Freundlicher Service: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, trotz des vollen Hauses. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut betreut. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Die Portionen sind groß und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Hier bekommt man wirklich viel für sein Geld. Vielfältige Speisekarte: Neben den berühmten Pizzen gibt es auch eine gute Auswahl an Pasta, Salaten und Desserts. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Fazit: Die L'Osteria ist ein großartiger Ort für Pizza-Liebhaber und alle, die eine entspannte, lebendige Atmosphäre schätzen. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch und kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Less suitable for picking up food. You are first left standing in the entrance area. In both of my previous visits, I arrived ten minutes later and the food was still not ready for pickup. Even though I wrote in the order that I wanted a receipt for entertainment, it wasn't done. Since the very friendly lady in the bar initially didn't know what a hospitality receipt was or how to issue one, the manager had to be called first. The whole thing took far too long. There is a need for improvement here. But the food is delicious.

It was nice again to be served so well 👍 and to enjoy such a great meal (pasta with crayfish). Well, the ambience isn't worth a 5 and the loud music is annoying sometimes, but the service 🌟 and the food make up for it all. All in all, this restaurant is always worth a visit.

We waited almost 30 minutes for our drinks and then another 1 1/2 hours for our food. Apparently there was a system error.

We were already there on March 31, 2024, and we were already disappointed. had noodles. no taste and when we asked the young female waitress at the time if we could pay, she initially said she would come straight away, but she didn't come at all and instead stood further away at another table and calmly chatted with the guests. After complaining to another young waiter, he had no understanding at all and said she was very busy at the moment! Very bold. Today, July 30, 2024, we were there again because we wanted to give the restaurant another chance, and were promptly disappointed again! Starting with us asking if there was still a table available outside, we were given a table with a “reserved” sign on it. Means that we so brazenly simply got the place of guests who had reserved. At least that's what you think, but we noticed that they simply put the "reserved" sign on it, even though there apparently wasn't a reservation at all. Because all the tables with the sign on them remained empty the whole evening!! And when we paid, the waiter immediately put the sign on it, we hadn't even left!! Then we sat there after being assigned a table and were promptly ignored even though the neighboring tables were being served. After about 10 minutes, my husband got up and went in to point out to a waitress that we still hadn't been served. The female waiter then came to meet him and finally took the order for food and drink. When we commented that we had already been waiting for 10 minutes and had been ignored, she apologized. So, we both ordered pasta. The drinks (2 Kölsch) only arrived 20 minutes after we ordered. We had to wait a full 40 minutes for our food to finally be served. So, since my husband had finished his Kölsch shortly before dinner, he ordered another one. But this didn't come. When the food was brought to us, I asked the female waiter where the Kölsch was, and she said "it's coming straight away", which wasn't the case either. My mother started to eat, and when his plate was half empty, the Kölsch wasn't there! I then kept an eye on the waitress and when she looked over at me, she was pissed, which she clearly demonstrated with the grumpy expression on her face, because she immediately understood that I had my eye on her because of the forgotten Kölsch. Conclusion: the Kölsch arrived a full 20 minutes after ordering! Again the excuse was “Sorry, we had to change the barrel”. But that's not entirely true, because the serving tray inside had been fully occupied on the counter for a while!! You could tell that she went in because of our Kölsch and came out again almost 2 minutes later with a full tray to serve a few guests at the same time!! I told my husband that replacing the barrel was no reason that we had to wait an exorbitant 20 minutes for a Kölsch. She must have noticed something and shamelessly said, with a spiteful laugh on her face, that she would then take back the apology! It doesn't work like that. And to make matters worse, she gossiped about us to a waiter (we heard it from afar) and laughed about it. This unfriendly behavior is an absolute no-go.

Very large and tasty pizzas. I ate pasta, certainly tasty, but not very special. Extensive menu and therefore lots of choice. Friendly staff.

Good Italian food and huge pizzas

Nice place to grab a bite to eat. Staff were great and friendly, the restaurant itself was very busy as it was Cologne pride. Our food was fab, I had a lovely lasagne and my husband and daughter did the half and half pizza. 100% recommend.

It was pretty good (of course not as good as an Italian restaurant) but everything was really nice. Even the waiter talked to us in Spanish when he noticed we were speaking Spanish

There were five of us... 4 were able to eat, the other person didn't get a salad despite repeated requests, somehow they couldn't manage it... although other tables that came after us also got salad... The service was otherwise great

The service is very friendly and flexible when it comes to changes, splitting the bill, etc. A special highlight are individual promotions like last night - a tiramisu from the house for the birthday child in our group with 3 spoons! 6 stars!

We were here today (Monday, July 8th, 2024) with a larger group (approx. 22 people). Since we had already ordered the food last week, the food came really quickly. The food was on the table before the drinks. Unfortunately my pizza was a bit burnt and sometimes had a really large edge. I don't know anything like that and I've eaten at different L'Osteria several times. The service was very nice. I would go to a different branch next time.

Spontaneously got two places. Really super nice staff. Drinks and food came quickly and were really great. I deducted a star for the ambience because the tables were quite crowded and it was quite full. But there was also football going on 🤗. All good then. We'd love to come back for the giants 🍕

The ambience is beautiful, but the music is a bit loud If you love spicy, it's best to eat somewhere else, you get chili oil where it doesn't do anything and the penne a arrabiata is 0% spicy, maybe for pensioners but not for young people :) You always have to call staff over and you can tell that they are overwhelmed

I like the concept of L'Osteria, the locations I've visited so far have been nice and the dishes are to die for... ......until yesterday I had a pizza where I ordered half with tuna. What can I say.... This side was fiddly, or inedible, depending on what you chose The kitchen had chopped the red onions into small pieces, but without removing the outer skin. So you had the choice of either chewing each piece of pizza for ten minutes or surgically separating each onion from the outer skin beforehand. Catastrophic. It wasn't fun. It will never be there again, as my criticism was accepted by the - actually extremely nice - staff, but no solution to the problem was offered. This is how you got rid of two customers 👍 The two stars are for the niceties with which you are welcomed and served. Zero stars for quality management for complaints

We were a table of 5 and ordered basic pasta dishes. 4 out of 5 plates arrived after 30 minutes. The last dish eventually arrived one hour later. No need to say that we were already done with the 4 other plates. No excuses given by the staff whatsoever. The bill however was given surprisingly faster, without any discount. When we asked if any discount would be possible considering the catastrophic service, the waiter sat at our table and asked « why? ». Apart from the service, the pasta were undercooked and the spaghetti were cut. Quite fantastic for an « Italian » restaurant.

I have been to several restaurants of this chain in different cities. Unfortunately, this store is one of the worst so far. The calzone was only very sparsely filled and the cheese in it hadn't even melted properly. Half raw calzones are not my thing. We ordered 3 cokes, none of which contained carbon dioxide. I pointed this out to the waitress, who then said she could bring us something else. But only drinks that don't contain carbon dioxide. I then took some water, my companion decided to keep the cola. Of course the 3 cokes were calculated! Outrageous!

Price-performance is top. The pizzas are large and the dough is airy and light. Unfortunately our waitress forgot a few things, but was always friendly.

Waited at the door for about 10 minutes… it looked like one guy told the other guy “hey help them” the other guy give off the gesture “oh they can wait”. Few staff members passed us by like they didn’t see us. Hospitality goes a long way, just a litttle “Hello guys give us a few minutes” would’ve suffice. We left, didn’t want to eat somewhere where we felt a bad vibe.

We spontaneously came here for dinner with 8 people and were lucky that a place was quickly made available to us. There is a children's menu for children. We went on a city trip to Cologne as a family and we actually came to L'Osteria twice because our children liked it so much and the pizza and pasta were very, very tasty. With the pasta, salt might have been helpful in the pasta water when cooking. But that's complaining at a high level or a matter of taste. The service was very friendly and people were happy to give a little more tip. Thank you for everything!

Ordering a pizza online has never been so complicated. Call refers to the website and on the website you first have to find the store in which city in Germany it is. There are several in Cologne. Very complicated when you are in a foreign city. Then the page disappeared again and I had to search again. Found it, great then, like with an online order like with clothes, I have to specify everything instead of being able to simply choose that I want to pay on site when I pick it up, it doesn't work. I collected a lot of negative points today. So it's totally unsuitable to get a quick pizza in a foreign city. 👎

Had a prosciutto pizza. For me, one of the worst pizza experiences ever. Super long waiting time. We ordered with extra cheese. After 1 hour she finally came. Already glowing red from the distance. Almost no cheese on the pizza. Apparently, the worst use of garlic powder was to create flavor. This doesn't belong on a prosciutto pizza.

We were there on June 23rd, 24 at 4 p.m. and ordered pizza and Cola Zero. The menu says Cola Zero bottle price 4.50 and Cola is served from the tap in a glass and when I asked the waiter why no bottle, he said we haven't had a bottle for about a month and it always says why after a month still on the card is simply FRAUD.!!!!
