Indifferent staff, a manager who didn't care even when we expressed our dissatisfaction, a long wait, and a TERRIBLE pizza. This isn't a pizza, it's dry bread. If you've ever eaten pizza before, you wouldn't call this a pizza. Not to mention the arrogant attitude of the staff and the manager. 0 points.

We love coming here, every time my friends and I meet up we go to eat here. The food is always top notch, and you go in knowing what to expect. My staple is the BBQ Chicken pizza, we get two toppings and split it. Our server today, Eric, was super sweet and kind to us, and we got our food within 10 minutes.

The restaurant is really nicely decorated with good atmosphere. The pizza are definitely a good deal as they are massive, same for the pasta. Very busy as it is near Karlplatz but also easily accessible via U-Bahn and walking.

We went to this place based on the amazing reviews on Google Maps, but were super disappointed by the food. Lasagna was *not* good at all! Same with Spaghetti Bolognese - same sauce, same problems!

Following the adage "third time's the charm," I visited three times in total. Even on my third and final visit, the same issues bothered me. Waiting 15 minutes for a table, despite having a reservation, seems to be the norm. The location is beautiful, but so loud that conversation is difficult. This isn't just due to the loud music, but also to the sheer number of guests crammed in thanks to the closely spaced tables. Unfortunately, the pizza was quite dry and burnt on two out of the three visits. It's a real shame, because, as I said, the restaurant is beautiful and the location is fantastic.

We were in a group and they left us outside past the scheduled time, freezing in -6 degrees, delaying our schedule. I find this immature and unfair. The service needs to be reconsidered. The pizza isn't like Italian pizza.

It was a wonderful evening at L Osteria; the pizzas and pastas were perfect for conversation, unfortunately a bit too loud, but the service was very accommodating.

i really liked this place, we went as party of two and enjoyed it veery much. we didn't had reservation and therefore wait 20 minutes to seat or so i thought because there was a party of 4 with also reservation and they did wait with us. we seated near the bar area and we fully wanted to come here for atmosphere but were pleasantly surprised with the tase of the food and deserts like tiramisu, it was very delicious. in the and we had to wait for 10 minutes to get our bill. all the staff speaks English and mostly very kind and sweet. The pizza portions are very big and all was very delicious but i don't think they had any vegan options or very few, though they had some vegetarian options. They had a great verity of alcoholic drinks but also mocktails too.

We visited L’Osteria in Ingolstadt and were absolutely delighted. The pizza was huge, fresh, and tasted fantastic – just as you'd expect from L’Osteria. The pasta was also delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was friendly, attentive, and, despite the restaurant being busy, relaxed and professional. The ambiance is modern, cozy, and inviting. Our waiter, Elvijon, provided excellent service and was very friendly. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Definitely recommended for a relaxed evening with friends, family, or as a couple. We'll gladly come back!

If you go, you have to order pizza; they're huge and delicious. The chicken and barbecue pizzas are spectacular. The service is fast, and it's not expensive.

The restaurant is centrally located in Munich's old town, just a short walk from Karlsplatz, and boasts a very appealing architectural design and decor. However, the noise level in some areas can be quite high, making dining and the atmosphere unpleasant – especially if you're trying to have a quiet conversation. The lunch specials are reasonably priced and attractive, but they're only available online and aren't actively promoted or advertised by the staff, which is a shame because you can easily miss out. Unfortunately, the wait for food is often quite long. The food itself is decent – ​​both the pizza and pasta are tasty. The service is inconsistent – ​​there have been instances where the staff were rather curt and unfriendly, which somewhat marred the overall impression. All in all, this is a restaurant with potential, but with some weaknesses that detract from the overall experience.

Calling yourself an Italian pizzeria is an insult. I've never eaten a pizza like it abroad. Terrible, really terrible... like the service!!

We were a large group and shared all the dishes. The service was very friendly, and the food was good. The pizza was expensive but huge. Fair value for money.

The pizza was very tasty, but the waiter, who was bald with a light beard and glasses, was completely unfriendly. We asked for a suggestion and his answer was simply "I don't know how you want it." Or when he brought the pizza, he just threw it on the table without saying anything, no "Enjoy your meal," no smile, he didn't make the guests feel comfortable at all.

We had made a reservation for a larger group and even received written confirmation via email. It was therefore quite surprising that, upon arrival, our reservation was, according to the staff, "no longer in the system." As a result, we had to wait outside for about 30 minutes while they tried to find us another table. When we were finally seated, it wasn't at one table, but at two separate tables. This was followed by further delays: about 30 minutes until we received the menus, and another 30 minutes until the food was served. I found the behavior of a waiter named Aimé particularly irritating. He informed our group, in what I perceived as an unfriendly tone, that we had "officially been there for two hours" and had to leave the table in ten minutes – even though we had been seated considerably later and several people were still eating at that time. When I pointed out the waiting times, he reacted impatiently once again, as if throwing away his pen. He also explained that due to numerous Christmas party reservations, things were currently difficult and he had to "please everyone." From our perspective, this was unfortunate, as we had to wait a long time despite our confirmed reservation. He added that "no one was eating anymore" and that we could "as a courtesy, have a drink at the bar." However, at that point, members of our group were still waiting to eat. On the other hand, I would like to commend another waiter named Jannis, who tried to find a solution and ultimately arranged a new table for us. His efforts were the only truly positive moment of the evening. Overall, our visit was disappointing and did not meet the expectations we had for our confirmed reservation.

We had made a reservation and were seated on time. Unfortunately, the enormous noise level in the restaurant made any meaningful conversation impossible. Our food and drinks were okay. My impression was that the hectic pace of the kitchen was contagious... the waitstaff certainly did a good job, but often couldn't keep up with serving the orders.

A terrible place, at least the left side is like a canteen. Terribly loud, constant commotion, cramped seating! The receptionist greets you in a top that shows your midriff :-). The food was okay, otherwise avoid it!

The food was amazing! We ordered a half-Maghreta and half-Caesar pizza; one pizza is big enough for three people. We also ordered spaghetti with white sauce, red bell peppers, and mushrooms—it was delicious too! Everything we ordered was halal. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Italian food. Its only drawback is the very loud music, which makes the other diners speak very loudly. It would be great if they lowered the music; people would naturally lower their voices.

I ordered a Caesar e Pollo with extra fried chicken breast strips. The pizza arrived half-baked. Hardly any dressing, very little Parmesan or cheese in general. There was practically no sign of the extra chicken (for which I paid an extra €4!). They put more effort into it in Nuremberg. This Losteria definitely has room for improvement when it comes to delivery orders. A shame.

We went to L’Osteria at Künstlerhaus today for a birthday party with a prior reservation at 7:00 PM. Despite having received a reservation confirmation via email, we were initially told upon arrival that no reservation could be found. As a result, we had to wait outside for half an hour before we were finally offered two separate tables. Another 30 minutes passed before we received the menus, and only after asking for them. It was particularly unpleasant when, around 8:50 PM, we were told we had to leave our table in a few minutes. The communication was unnecessarily unfriendly. Fortunately, another employee then stepped in and arranged a table for our group, for which we are grateful. Nevertheless, the evening was very disappointing overall, especially since it was a birthday celebration and neither an apology nor any form of compensation was offered. We hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that the process is improved for future guests.

Chic location. The food used to be good. Now it tastes like everywhere else. Update after 7 years: Today I was there with my mother; it took 25 minutes for the waitress to come to us, and 45 minutes later the food still hadn't arrived. We left without eating.

I really don't understand the hype. The pizza is delicious, but the atmosphere is stressful and loud, the staff are constantly rushing around, chairs are being moved around, and the music is so loud you can barely hear the person you're talking to... I even got confirmation when I asked that they don't turn the music down so the guests leave quickly.

Whenever we attend an event at the Künstlerhaus, we eat pizza at the neighboring Osteria, which is very tasty. However, the music is so incredibly loud that it's practically assault! When we asked them to turn the music down so we could have a conversation at the table without having to shout, the waiter explained: "That's management's order!" If that's the case, then yesterday was our last visit to the Osteria!

Overall, we had a pleasant experience, the food wasn't exceptional, but it was tasty and enjoyable, and the prices were generally fair. The space was nice and the person who served us was genuinely kind and helpful. One thing we didn't love was being charged €6.50 for water without being asked whether we wanted the more expensive option or something simpler. It wasn't a huge issue , but it would have been good to be informed beforehand. Still , we left satisfied and appreciated the overall atmosphere and service.

The manager, you best man, by God, my king as BBQ chicken was missing bell peppers and onions. The MAN (Manager King) quickly fried them up for me in the kitchen. I kiss your heart, my brother. Kiss

We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes and our order hadn't even been started. No information, no apologies along the way. In the end, we cancelled because there was no sign of our food. We were still charged full for our drinks. The staff was busy rearranging tables. It was also quite noisy overall; we will avoid this branch in the future.

Even after repeatedly asking why guests who arrived significantly later had already received their meals, we were still waiting. In the end, we canceled our order, which, as it turned out, hadn't even been prepared yet. The staff was completely overwhelmed, and the pizza chef seemed to be processing orders randomly. The food at L'Osteria is usually delicious, but this branch was an absolute disgrace, and we will not be returning.

Unfortunately, we received no service at all. Only after a second request and over half an hour later was our order taken. The staff generally paid us very little attention. When the cash register froze during checkout, we were asked to pay again, which we did. We were then told that if we had been double-paid (because the payment had gone through), we could contact them and the amount would be refunded within 3-4 weeks. (A timeframe I already consider unreasonably long.) That was about four weeks ago, and our attempts to contact them have been completely ignored, both by email and phone. We haven't received a single cent back from the €120 bill we paid twice. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great selection of pizzas that are so big, nice service.

We've been here several times, but unfortunately, each time the same employee, a young man (apparently the manager), has stood out negatively with his ironic and rude manner. On our last visit, we waited on the terrace for about 20-25 minutes. He walked past us twice, went out for a smoke, saw us – but didn't mention that we had to order ourselves inside and that there was no table service outside. A brief reminder would have been perfectly sufficient. It's a real shame. This kind of behavior simply makes you feel unwelcome as a guest.
