Ordered dinner for 2 people via Wolt. The noodles we ordered didn't come. I complained about that. I was first subjected to an interrogation like that of the Spanish Inquisition and was supposed to send some pictures. I was then asked what the missing noodles were called - which of course I couldn't see in the chat window. Meanwhile, dinner got cold. Then after a few minutes the offer of a subsequent delivery came, which I accepted, slightly frustrated. A few minutes later, however, support told me that unfortunately he couldn't reach the restaurant by phone and whether I would agree to canceling the noodles and receiving a voucher? No, of course not - we couldn't do much with half dinner. Then no more answer, refund of the pasta. Food is cold.

Terrible service. Didn't even get to try the pizza. Sat there for 15 mins without an attempt to place an order. Rude a d unfriendly.

Great pizza, at great prices and always nice waiters in this branch. Unfortunately it is sometimes very cold and drafty in the restaurant as the large entrance door is often left completely open. Every time I visited, I usually had to get up 3-4 times in the middle of eating to close it

The food itself was perfectly fine, unfortunately the service was a lot to complain about. We had ordered a pizza that had two different toppings and asked for it to be served on two plates. This didn't work, so we asked for an extra plate & only got a small salad plate. When we asked again three times, we were only fobbed off with "I'll tell my colleague."

I spontaneously went there alone in the evening to quickly eat a salad. The service was really nice and accommodating. The food was delicious. In this L'Osteria you can sit outside very nicely. At typical dinner times, I would make reservations in advance, especially with several people.

Ordering via the website is quick and easy. All offers & products are listed. You can also set the pickup time manually. There's never been a problem so far. After I had to wait longer for the order. (The place was well filled) There was an espresso on the house. When the weather is nice you can sit outside.

We dined here with my family to celebrate my son's birthday, and the experience was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff. Both our server, Isabela, and the manager were exceptional—attentive, warm, and ensured that every detail of our meal was perfect. The food was incredible, with large portions that made it ideal for sharing and enjoying a true family-style meal. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, creating the perfect setting for our celebration.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon and reserved a table. The food was good. The service was the complete opposite. First a man took our drink order. Shortly afterwards a young woman came and served us the rest of the time... It was absolutely chaotic. Didn't everyone receive the food at the same time. The salads came much later than e.g. the pizza. When we finished eating, no one came to us anymore. We wanted to order something ourselves, but then lost interest. In the end we called the lady to pay. When there was little tip and sometimes no tip at all, she left with the words “that’s fine...”. Um, yeah. Tips or more tips come with good service. It's a shame that you then forget about the good food. Maybe the lady had a bad day, you never know…

A very good Italian restaurant. Prices are correct for the location. QR code for a table with a list of dishes that contain foods to which you are intolerant. The toilet can pass somehow.

So pizza is ok. But completely overpriced. This juice shop is completely chaotic. We ordered a pizza to take away. Then we were told we had to wait another 10 minutes. Then it turned into 20 minutes and in the end the pizza was almost cold.

The food was good, but the staff was overwhelmed by the rush on a bank holiday afternoon. We had to say 4 times that we wanted to pay, were yelled at and when we complained it was made clear that the customer always gets something like that. Overall, very satisfactory service ;)

I'll start with the food, the pizzas were quite good and quite large at 45cm. I also had a spaghetti carbonara, but for €15 it wasn't recommended. There was a lot going on the day I was there, but that didn't change the quality of the food and the carbonara "sauce" couldn't be compared with other (cheaper) restaurants at all. Now I'm coming to the service and what happened to us, that's not possible. Due to lack of space, we all wanted to buy a pizza to take away. A colleague then started ordering at the bar, after which we were told that there were seats outside. The colleague had already paid and also tipped the young employee at the bar. The employee said that was no problem, he would take care of the pizza and bring it to the table himself. Well, I waited a good hour until my colleague was allowed to get the cold pizza in the box (not even on a plate) himself. The employee didn't do anything, didn't bring the pizza, didn't tell anyone and the main thing was that he got a tip. You would expect him to make a little more effort to get a tip beforehand. The colleague who was supposed to get his pizza first got it last and was no longer fresh. Organizationally bottom drawer. There was no kind of compensation for this drama. There is one star for clean toilets and nice waiters who tried to help us with the whole incident.

Selten so schlecht gegessen, vitello tonnato konnten wir gar nicht ganz essen weil uns vorher schon schlecht wurde. Penne arrabiata, weit weg von al dente (Nudeln mehr als durch) Soße, billige Tomatensauce mit ein wenig salz. Salat pollo garantiert mit fertigsauce, Risotto geht leider auch viel viel besser. Die letzte pizza kam als alle anderen fertig waren, angeblich war der Ofen kaputt, blöd nur, dass die ganze zeit Pizzen raus gingen.... Nach 3x nachfragen kam die pizza dann. Ok sie wurde von der Rechnung genommen, aber Service geht anders. Wir waren definitiv zum ersten und letzten Mal hier.

Ordered via Uber Eats. The delivery time was relatively quick, but unfortunately the pizza was inedible because the pizza base was completely burned. In addition, the pizza felt bathed in oil. When the pizza arrived, the pizza box was completely soaked with oil. Unfortunately for an Italian shop it's just a disgrace. The pizza from the Dönermann tastes better

Unfortunately, our visit to l'Osteria was not as pleasant as we had hoped. We had to wait longer for the waitress to come to us. Additionally, the tables were dirty, and we were told that's how the tables are! There were leftover pizza pieces on the floor that couldn't be missed, but no one seemed to care. What was particularly disappointing was that the waitress had to smoke on a balcony instead of attending to the guests.

Left without eating! How come? First I had to wait a long time until I even got a seat, even though there were many empty tables! Then I wasn't even offered a high chair for my child, which is okay. Then I waited for over 10 minutes until I finally asked the waiter if I could order because my child was very thirsty and hungry and I got an absolutely stupid answer from the waiter asking if I couldn't see that he had other things to do... ( Clearing tables?!? Instead of taking my order?! ) I also work in the catering industry and that's an absolute no-go! After that he continued to ignore me and I finally had to leave!! Never, never again! Such untrained and bad staff is not possible!!

Just horrible! I would prefer to give no star at all. The service and the manager are simply unfriendly and disrespectful. We had been there a month before and the service was just as horrible but we turned a blind eye. But this time it was the last time! The waitress (young lady with black hair) was simply unfriendly and didn't even greet us and looked at us, she stood there like a robot. The manager then came and didn't want to see this. We had ordered our food and had no intention of the service being bad to represent. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME!!!

Good food, but increased the prices and now is not so good than before. For thats prices you can go for a indian or greek food. When you order a pizza to pick up, the waitress put you the tip on the machine without ask. One of the waitress make a lot of mistakes (I went there a lot of times, but not more), and never recognized and always push saying he is right. Very rude.

Update June 26, 2024: ordered again and again no bread was delivered. They really don't seem to be able to pack a fairly simple order correctly. This was really my last attempt. Goodbye🫡 _________________ I often order here via UberEats. With pasta you should actually add bread if you choose it, but in about 2 out of 3 cases no bread is delivered. That's annoying.

As usual for a l'Osteria, top food. The staff was attentive and super friendly. The location is nice, it's on the street, but it doesn't bother you and is normal for Munich. Gladly again and definitely recommended.

Extremely ugly service. They sat us at a table in the corner that was dirty and uncleaned and we waited for 20 minutes for them to take our order. During this time we tried to call the waitress who came in with her colleagues. When he finally came to take the order he didn't even ask if we wanted something to drink. After five minutes another waitress came and informed us that the kitchen was closed and we couldn't have dinner. Sorry, but no matter how good the restaurant is, we won't come back….

It was suddenly claimed that for groups of 10 or more people only one invoice could be issued. Apparently this was communicated over the phone, but we didn't know anything about it

Pizzas are very good. However prices almost 18 euros for a pizza...almost 6 euros half a beer...I like the ambience. Service was weak, we noticed that some people were sent inside even though almost everything outside was free. Around 2 p.m. 22.6. sometimes unfriendly and very quickly irritated. At 1.35 euros we didn't even have to say thank you and make a face... by the way, we didn't get an invoice, they just gave us an amount and showed us the registration device. Amount was €40.65. Overall, definitely again, but we'll see who's serving.

Today was an absolute disaster! I am aware that we have a shortage of skilled workers and that the temporary workers are usually extremely committed employees. But today we were unlucky! The fact that she had no expertise is not a bad thing; you can compensate for that with kindness. But the lady was so unfriendly that I still can't believe it!

Incorrectly invoiced and despite being informed, no willingness to correct it. We ordered a small side salad with the pizza at a special price of 2.90 and clearly pointed our finger at the note on the menu. We were then charged for a normal large side salad at more than double the price. It is now almost common practice that you are no longer shown the receipt when paying, but only afterwards when explicitly asked. The only response to our comment was that it was not understood that way and that it is rarely ordered. (?) No tendency to give something as a gesture of goodwill or to correct the bill. That would be zero stars rather than one for the service. Food was good and we had a nice seat by the window.

A bit of a hassle when we were there and it took quite a while to eat and pay. Colleague said he was taking a break and the other waitress couldn't/didn't want to cash in.

The staff has now been replaced again, very young staff and nepotism takes place here, the tables are sometimes given to friends, I don't think that's possible in the restaurant, the management, a little young lady, has no plan at all, the shop is actually nice but it's going out of business Down the drain in my opinion...Never this restaurant again... There is no service here!!

I've been eating here for years and have always been satisfied, but recently the service and cuisine have changed a lot. For the second time the coffee was almost cold, unfortunately so was the food and the bruschetta - the tomatoes were as if they had been canned, previously everything was always fresh. The waitress told an older woman that she couldn't call a taxi, that wouldn't be her job . Now that's quite customer-unfriendly. It's a shame actually.

I am very disappointed with the services. The waitress didn't respond to us and instead gave priority to serving other guests, even though we had been waiting for a long time. The smell inside was strong and unpleasant. Management should pay better attention to their staff. We couldn't place an order and decided to look for another pizzeria to finally eat.

The food is great etc... One thing bothered me, I was there at 5:10 p.m. and wanted to sit outside. The waiter said outside is not possible, only inside, something like that isn't possible and no, it wasn't full or anything. I'm a customer and I pay and I also ask to sit outside if I want.

Hello dear team, You make really great pizzas, even though the employee said the asparagus pizza wasn't available, even though it was advertised. And what's not possible is that if you order a Caesar salad to go when the store opens at 11:30 a.m., you get croutons that are from the day before or the day before. Something so tasteless and hard that you can sink your teeth into it, something like that just doesn't work!!! Best regards

We recommend. Fast and very friendly service. Extra requests were implemented promptly and easily. In terms of taste, the pizzas and the mafia cakes were enormous 🤗😎. Just about manageable for a good eater. And..... 1.5 liters of excellent wine can be ordered in the bottle. So it's also an excellent place for good drinkers.

I've been to many restaurants in the L'Osteria chain, but I have to say this was by far the best of them all. The pizza was really extremely good, and the additional order of “with rocket” was also extremely generous. The service was extremely nice and attentive. I'd love to come back here!

Waiters place trolleys in front of the guests' chairs without any charm. Waiters ask if they can go smoke before taking orders. Overall poor, very poor service, bottomless service. Me and my partner felt very uncomfortable. I do NOT recommend this disrespectful restaurant EVEN to my worst enemy.

We went to this Losteria for the first time yesterday and were very happy with the restaurant. Pizzas are good and of course losteria moderately huge.

The L’Osteria branch offers a great selection of delicious food and drinks in a cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive. The portions were generous and the food was freshly prepared and delicious. One point deducted for the slightly longer waiting time, but overall a very pleasant visit. I will gladly come again!

Very nice, rustic restaurant. The music was a bit loud at times, but you could still have a good conversation. The service sometimes took a little longer, but overall the waiting time was okay and the service was very friendly. The pizzas were large and delicious as always.

Store was clean and open - nice location. We had made a special reservation and mentioned that we had a birthday child with us - unfortunately our information that we had made a special reservation was completely ignored. Food came quickly, met the usual Losteria standards and was therefore quickly out of the store. Service could have been friendlier, but no "Hello" when you entered, just "Pick a seat" and when the order was taken, not a word was spoken other than a "Here you go!" - There was also a bit of a sniffy reaction to the fact that we didn't give a tip. But sorry, if I do the service with so much rejection, what else do I expect in tips? That's why no 5 stars, because of course we only met one person.

Ordered food on March 23, 2024 just before 10 p.m. 35 minutes later, Wolt driver is there but there is no food. The driver doesn't speak a word of German, he waves his cell phone around. I should call the restaurant. Said and done. I have a gentleman on the phone who just asks “what?”, then I explain to him what’s going on and in the end he just passes the phone on. Someone else answers and I have to tell him the story again. In the end he just says dryly “call wolt” and that’s it. Service looks different!
