L'Osteria in München

I ordered through Uber Eats, and the Losteria employees delivered it themselves. I've been waiting for two hours and my food still hasn't arrived. Phone calls aren't being answered either. Very unreliable.

Very nice restaurant with a modern ambiance. We got a large table and were able to browse the comprehensive menu right away. There's a wide selection of Italian dishes. The server was very friendly and prompt. The food also arrived very quickly and tasted great, especially the pizzas, which were very large. The portion sizes of the pasta dishes were just right to fill you up. Overall, it was a very nice experience. I can definitely recommend L'Osteria 👍

L'Osteria is part of a chain, but you wouldn't notice that in the food or drinks. They're consistently good, even if Munich prices are a bit high. We had a huge arugula pizza, pasta with crayfish, risotto with mushrooms, a liter of wine spritzer, 1 liter of water, and an espresso. That came to a whopping €84.50. I expected that, but I find it a little cheeky that when I paid by card, I only had the direct choice of 10, 20, or 25% for the tip (at least €8.45!). I had to tap around on the device to enter 5%, or €4.30. I was also personally bothered by the fact that the waiter wore so much perfume that it took my breath away when I was near him. The open window helped, but there were two smokers sitting outside whose cigarettes never ran out. At times, it was as if they were sitting at the table. Unfortunately, this somewhat dampened our evening, even though the food and drinks were highly recommended.

I went there for lunch with a friend, and as always, everything was excellent. We'll be back and I'm convinced that L'Osteria simply has the best caprese pizza. Thanks to the team and especially to our lovely waitress.

When you go to Losteria, you know exactly what you're getting—and that's a good thing. The quality and taste are, as always, reliable and convincing. The price-performance ratio is also good. The food was, as always, very good, and the server was super friendly and attentive. The location is also really nice. Overall, the whole package was just right.

My visit to the Osteria on Elisabethstraße in Munich was, unfortunately, disappointing from start to finish. Neither the service nor the quality of the food lived up to the expectations one might have of an Italian restaurant in Munich. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, even abusive; the food was mediocre at best, and the ambiance lacked any kind of comfort. For the prices charged, you can find much better Italian restaurants in Munich. All in all, I unfortunately cannot recommend this Osteria. Anyone looking for good Italian food and friendly service should look elsewhere in Munich.

L'Osteria on Elisabethstraße is always a highlight for me. The service is consistently friendly, attentive, and warm – you simply feel welcome. The food is, as you would expect from L'Osteria, always top-notch: huge pizzas, delicious pasta, and everything freshly prepared. I particularly like the location – the winter garden is an absolutely relaxing place with a great atmosphere. I definitely recommend it – I'll be back again and again!

I've been to L'Osteria in Munich a few times now, and it's always top-notch. The pizzas are huge and incredibly delicious – thin crusts, fresh ingredients, just my thing. The pasta was also amazing, nicely seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The staff was super friendly and, despite the busy place, they served quickly and in a good mood. You just feel at home. Ideal if you want to go out to eat with friends or just want to spend a relaxing evening. I'll definitely be back!

The food is great, but the female waitresses seem to expect high tips for poor service. The appetizer you requested is brought with the main course so you don't have to go twice. When paying by card, you're forced to tip by being told, "Here you can choose from the table of 10, 20, or 30%." I've never experienced such impudence, and I didn't tip at all.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. We were asked for bread for the salad, but it was forgotten and brought by another waitress who brought the food. The biggest faux pas of the original waitress, however, was that she didn't want to manually type in the €2.20 tip for a bill of approximately €27.80, but instead typed in 10% (€2.80 tip) and then said that was okay. Afterwards, she even admitted that it was too much effort for her, in what she probably considered a humorous way. Absolutely wrong!

Pretty decent, but the pasta is supermarket-quality. The pizzas are good and very large. I was a little disappointed with the service. The waitress hadn't told us there was a daily special, so I ordered food and drinks separately. It cost a lot more than ordering them together. And then I noticed there wasn't enough soap in the restrooms, and the waiter told me he didn't care and there was nothing he could do about it. In short, it's okay to go once or twice, but in the future, I'll look for other alternatives.

Most likely the last time. The service was terrible; the pizza arrived after 40 minutes and was cold. They responded by putting it back in the oven. A total disaster; too bad since it's in my neighborhood.

Typical L'Osteria – therefore, fast, relatively solid food at a fair price. That's what I like about Losteria – you're not negatively surprised because it's simply the same everywhere. Positive: The kitchen is open relatively late until 10 p.m. – it seems that's no longer a given these days. NeoTaste works perfectly here, too.

I recently picked up several pizzas here. The young man who handed them to me made it quite clear that I should leave him a tip. When paying by card, the lowest rate you can choose directly was 10%, which came to €7 for my order! In retrospect, I was really annoyed that I had tipped so much. So here I was unpleasantly pressured to give completely disproportionate amounts of tips, even if the only condition was that I would hand over the pizzas.

One of the nicer and quieter L'Osteria restaurants. Overall, the food was okay, but we also had reason to complain. What particularly annoyed me was the lack of customer-oriented approach to the Amici/Amore program. In my opinion, the waiter did a very poor job here.

I've been to several L'Osteria branches and wasn't disappointed here either! As always, the pizza was huge and super tasty – typical L’Osteria. I would particularly like to highlight the great atmosphere in this branch: The building has real charm, with stylish furnishings that make you feel comfortable. A real highlight was the covered outdoor terrace – even in winter! With heaters and windbreaks, you could sit outside and enjoy your food even on cooler days. The service was friendly and attentive. If you love L’Osteria, you should definitely pay a visit to the branch on Elisabethstrasse!

Was there last night. As always, the food was good and the atmosphere was simply great. Quiet, not overcrowded like other branches, just cozy. Best “Losti” in MUC. However, employees lounged bored at the entrance or counter, no “hello, thank you or ciao”! Was in a branch during my studies, with F&R (insiders know). We would have received an enema that we would not be able to walk for three weeks. The restructuring of the last few years has taken away the Losti's charm.

A really great experience! A visit to L’Osteria is always a pleasure for us. So far, the L’Osteria in Parsdorf has been our favorite, but from now on the branch on Elisabethstrasse will definitely be one of them. There was a lot going on in the restaurant, birthdays were even being celebrated at several tables - and yet the waiters were really quick and attentive. The service team was extremely friendly and quick – big compliments to the guys! The waitress also looked over at us from time to time and gave us a friendly smile. We were particularly happy about the little gift for our son: gummy bears! All around great service and a great atmosphere. Thank you very much – we would love to come back!

The pizzas are huge, super crispy and really tasty - I can especially recommend the classic Margherita and the one with prosciutto e rocket. The service is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is cozy yet modern. Even when it's busier, you can get your food relatively quickly. Definitely a clear recommendation for all pizza lovers!

Very unfriendly service, I paid with a Visa card and would like to have my bill extra. I didn't get it, the waiter forced me to pay with my girlfriend... I wanted to talk to the manager, but the waiter said he was the manager and I was banned from the house from now on... I just reported to the customer consumer advice center about my rights

Pizza sizes are huge. Capricciosa was delicious. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly. I enjoyed it very much. Prices are worth it.

The service is underground. Unfriendly staff, no smiles and stroppy answers to the simplest questions. Annoyed looks. I can't describe it any other way. The food was thrown at us. In general the atmosphere is very loud and hectic. The unfriendly service did nothing for your well-being. The staff changes constantly. Not a good sign, I think. No tip, but we were charged 50 cents for “diverse dishes”. I can handle the 50 cents, we definitely won't be coming back. If the waitress finds the guest disturbing per se, then something is wrong....

I ordered pizza through the delivery service offered on the website. After no pizza arrived for a long time, I called and was informed that there was no delivery service and that this was simply stated incorrectly on the website... wonderful. We were offered to pick up the now cold pizza ourselves. The restaurant couldn't tell me how I could get the money back that I had already paid in advance.

I'm a craftsman and wanted to eat there on Friday lunchtime. I sat outside, there wasn't much going on, I waited for about 15 minutes. Waiters walked past me several times, saw me, but didn't serve me. I then went in to ask at the counter if I was still being served. The young man said he didn't understand anything and continued to do his work. Tradesmen apparently not welcome. Then I went to a butcher shop nearby.

Great service. Excellent location. We sat outside in the glass box where it was a bit cold but after sometime heating did its work. Pizza was great - BBQ Chicken, Caprese. Pizza pane starter was nice. I did not like Bruschetta personally but not too bad. Drinks were good especially my friend like the hugo alcoholfree. Will visit again!

We were there today to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, despite a reservation, no table was scheduled for us because the waitress first had to look where she would seat us (for 5 minutes). When we sat down, it took a while until we could order our drinks (this is no different at other locations). 1 person out of 5 already got their food from us, 20 minutes later the remaining 4 dishes arrived. The first person was already finished (in my opinion the worst thing that could happen). Unfortunately, the pizzas weren't convincing either (we didn't know that from L'Osteria). In our opinion, this location is overwhelmed with a full house and a lot of delivery orders. Too bad.
