Die Liebe Sarah E. hat und uns sehr gut bedient. Sie ist eine kompetente und vorausschauende Art, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und besonders macht. Das Essen war auch super lecker! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Unfortunately, the system for picking up pizza doesn't work at all. I waited in the restaurant for half an hour to get a half-warm pizza that had been ready the whole time.

I'm a craftsman and wanted to eat there on Friday lunchtime. I sat outside, there wasn't much going on, I waited for about 15 minutes. Waiters walked past me several times, saw me, but didn't serve me. I then went in to ask at the counter if I was still being served. The young man said he didn't understand anything and continued to do his work. Tradesmen apparently not welcome. Then I went to a butcher shop nearby.

Great service. Excellent location. We sat outside in the glass box where it was a bit cold but after sometime heating did its work. Pizza was great - BBQ Chicken, Caprese. Pizza pane starter was nice. I did not like Bruschetta personally but not too bad. Drinks were good especially my friend like the hugo alcoholfree. Will visit again!

We were there today to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, despite a reservation, no table was scheduled for us because the waitress first had to look where she would seat us (for 5 minutes). When we sat down, it took a while until we could order our drinks (this is no different at other locations). 1 person out of 5 already got their food from us, 20 minutes later the remaining 4 dishes arrived. The first person was already finished (in my opinion the worst thing that could happen). Unfortunately, the pizzas weren't convincing either (we didn't know that from L'Osteria). In our opinion, this location is overwhelmed with a full house and a lot of delivery orders. Too bad.

Please check out. Ebru is the best waitress in the local. Super good food. We'll definitely be back

Food wasn't particularly tasty, salad came with the main course. Despite a reservation, there was no good table that wobbled. Location very crowded and very loud, it's hard to have a conversation. But what's a real minus point.... If you pay by card, there's a huge button that says what percentage of the tip. Where you can enter an amount yourself, very small on the display. 10,12 or 20 percent. I'm sure a lot of people don't see that, and it really annoyed me! I thought there were only 3 to choose from. Don't come back!

Today was an absolute disaster! I am aware that we have a shortage of skilled workers and that the temporary workers are usually extremely committed employees. But today we were unlucky! The fact that she had no expertise is not a bad thing; you can compensate for that with kindness. But the lady was so unfriendly that I still can't believe it!

The little black-haired employee was very cheeky, after one of the worst services in my entire life - she wanted a tip from us! Not even a greeting or a smile when I walked in. The food wasn't the best, but ok... it came very quickly but unfortunately it was served cold - we didn't say anything about it. We also had to call the waitress three times to serve us! Since she was always on her cell phone, she couldn't hear us and rolled her eyes when we tried to order. She then asked us where we wanted to pay and whether we would give her a tip. We then said no thanks and then she burst out and was very angry with us and said next time we should eat at McDonald's and that tipping is always part of it. (We like typing very much but with good service) That doesn't work at all! From the beginning she was very cheeky and unmotivated to work!! We then wanted to talk to the manager about it and she said that was her?! So I will post about it to all my relatives/friends and on the internet so that no one goes there again, I have never received such bad service in my life!

Everything was great, as usual. L'Osteria in the old Rossini simply has a lovely atmosphere. The food was good as always.

I had bad luck with the pizza today, it didn't taste good. That's why I didn't give a good rating. Then one of the waiters asked me. He stopped me from going out. Threatening situation, very aggressive and invasive. So, dear people, be careful when rating!

The ambience is quite nice, the food and the service could be better. The egg in the spaghetti carbonara was already set and therefore no longer tasty and after we said we wanted to pay we had to wait 20 minutes until we were charged.

Very friendly service, you don't have to wait long for someone to come, even though it's busy. The l'Osteria is comfortably furnished, the music is not too loud, so you can have a good conversation. The pizza was large and tasty, as you would expect from a l'Osteria. I'd love to come back.

Genuinely italian place, crowded with locals, serving oversized thin and well seasoned pizzas. If you don’t require supernice treatment and are a fan of a urban atmosphere, this place is nor loud or quiet, but the more alive.

I ordered food from the provider Wolt. Spaghetti Carbonara and pizza rolls. Unfortunately the food arrived cold but the restaurant can't do anything about that. The spaghetti carbonara was flawless as always. The reason I can only give two stars is because of the bad pizza rolls. I definitely wasn't delivered pizza rolls, but rather old pizza crusts from customers that would otherwise end up in the trash can. Even the tomato sauce still stuck to it. In addition, the promised herb butter as a dip was not delivered. Simply disgusting and charging almost six euros for such rubbish is just an impertinence. I will definitely not order from this location again or eat out in person. Luckily I got my money back from Wolt for the pizza rolls.

Everything was fine. But my request for extra garlic on the pizza was not fulfilled. It said there was only garlic oil :-(. That's not the same for me!

I live nearby and dropped by last night (a Monday) and stood in the entrance to the restaurant for quite a while until a waitress bothered to talk to me. She had walked past me avoiding eye contact a couple of times. She said I could have the table right by the door, and when I said I would prefer a table futher from the door (I know the table and it's winter here) she said that that is all there is, every other table is 'besetzt', and just walked off. I doubt that nothing was available, but she simply didn't give a ... So I left. This is not the first time that this has happened to me here. I won't be returning any time soon. Service 0. Unwelcoming 10.

The pizzas at L'Osteria have all gone extremely low. Unfortunately, it's a shame but all the other dishes are okay. Well, when I thought of L'Osteria I always thought of the giant pizzas but they're not what they used to be. So what should you think about now 🧐 Hopefully someone will read my posts from L'Osteria and change something about it. I've already written another article for L'Osteria. Otherwise I see it black in the future like Vapiano

Tried ordering online. Spent 20 minutes deciphering menu as I’m overseas , then they turned off deliveries at 6.20pm. Not impressed. Happy to spend my money elsewhere!

Very tasty pizza (as usual from all L'Osteria restaurants), a great arbor that provides shelter even in slightly worse weather and cooler temperatures and a somewhat sober but suitable dining room. Also typical and popular when you're not that hungry: half/half pizza with two different toppings. I always enjoy going there. I don't like the new tipping function when paying by card. Tips are only possible from 10%.

Despite a reservation, no appropriate space was provided, a small table right at the entrance was an appropriate place for the team even though it is winter and cold air comes through the door! We had a reservation for the dinner. Our place was in the corner, it was very dark place we didn't feel very well. I ordered tea and tiramisu, the waitress gave me the tea without the spoon, without honey or sugar and cup was without the plate. We felt a bit odd there. But the food was great, as always

Arrived 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. The food was excellent. Rich selection of pasta and pizza as well as wines, spritzers and beers. The service was outstanding, without stress, despite arriving 10 minutes before the kitchen closed. Inside the restaurant, traditionally Italian and stylishly furnished. Price was more than reasonable and satisfaction is guaranteed!

Hello! We made a reservation by phone, but when we arrived it was not available so they put us in the terrace area and we were cold. However, the food is a delight.

The food is tasty, but nothing extraordinary - L'Osteria just ;) Unlike other L'Osteria locations, you don't feel like you're in mass processing here. The ambience is more reminiscent of a traditional Italian restaurant and makes the shop very cozy.

Good value for money, very good service. The dark linguine from the weekly menu tasted excellent. The corner table with a large window front is the best place in winter, a real insider tip; ) As in many branches of the chain, the music was not very Italian and overall a bit too loud.

Unfortunately, my friend's pizza was better than my own. The surface looked old and stale. The staff was very friendly and the drinks were delicious. I really liked the atmosphere. Cozy, a bit of a New York pizzeria feeling.

“Although we are not full, we are not allowed to make reservations for the same day. Just come by, but there's no guarantee of a table. That's the rules here.” Well, there are other and better Italians in the area.

I ordered a salad and pizza rolls through Wolt and was disappointed with the restaurant's quality and service. An ingredient that was ordered and paid for was missing from the salad. When I added the dressing I realized it was expired. This meant that the entire salad was inedible and had to be thrown away. Instead of fresh rolls, I received cut edges of a pizza that neither looked appealing nor delivered anything close to what I ordered. The condition even suggested that they might have already been on a plate. I contacted the restaurant through Wolt and asked for an appropriate refund. However, the restaurant refused. Mistakes can happen, but then shirking all responsibility is simply not okay. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Excellent pizza and fabulous service. We don't normally have dessert but the waiter was adamant - and it didn't let us down. Highly recommended.

Always nice and good food but that one waitress always… what can I say? 1. It takes forever. 2. She not only mixes up food and drinks when delivering them to the table, but also generally just brings the wrong thing 3. She comments when she doesn't get a tip (after poor performance). I'm a student myself and don't have any money at home. 4. After you don't tip, she snaps, stops talking to you, or says goodbye. I'm talking about the young waitress with dark curly hair. Maybe a personal conversation with the manager could help. I'm now trying to avoid this service.

I was back at L’Osteria yesterday and would like to say a big compliment – ​​especially to the young waiter with an earring who served me. His service was simply outstanding! He was super friendly, attentive and knew exactly when he was needed without being pushy. This was a really pleasant change, as I've had the impression a few times in the past that some of the waiters were a bit pushy or not entirely on task. But this time it was different: the waiter was always there at exactly the right time, worked professionally and at the same time likeably and made the visit a really nice experience. A big thank you for that! I would be happy to come back, especially if the service remains at such a high level.

Ordered dinner for 2 people via Wolt. The noodles we ordered didn't come. I complained about that. I was first subjected to an interrogation like that of the Spanish Inquisition and was supposed to send some pictures. I was then asked what the missing noodles were called - which of course I couldn't see in the chat window. Meanwhile, dinner got cold. Then after a few minutes the offer of a subsequent delivery came, which I accepted, slightly frustrated. A few minutes later, however, support told me that unfortunately he couldn't reach the restaurant by phone and whether I would agree to canceling the noodles and receiving a voucher? No, of course not - we couldn't do much with half dinner. Then no more answer, refund of the pasta. Food is cold.

Great pizza, at great prices and always nice waiters in this branch. Unfortunately it is sometimes very cold and drafty in the restaurant as the large entrance door is often left completely open. Every time I visited, I usually had to get up 3-4 times in the middle of eating to close it

The food itself was perfectly fine, unfortunately the service was a lot to complain about. We had ordered a pizza that had two different toppings and asked for it to be served on two plates. This didn't work, so we asked for an extra plate & only got a small salad plate. When we asked again three times, we were only fobbed off with "I'll tell my colleague."

(The place was well filled) There was an espresso on the house. When the weather is nice you can sit outside.

We dined here with my family to celebrate my son's birthday, and the experience was absolutely delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff. Both our server, Isabela, and the manager were exceptional—attentive, warm, and ensured that every detail of our meal was perfect. The food was incredible, with large portions that made it ideal for sharing and enjoying a true family-style meal. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, creating the perfect setting for our celebration.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon and reserved a table. The food was good. The service was the complete opposite. First a man took our drink order. Shortly afterwards a young woman came and served us the rest of the time... It was absolutely chaotic. Didn't everyone receive the food at the same time. The salads came much later than e.g. the pizza. When we finished eating, no one came to us anymore. We wanted to order something ourselves, but then lost interest. In the end we called the lady to pay. When there was little tip and sometimes no tip at all, she left with the words “that’s fine...”. Um, yeah. Tips or more tips come with good service. It's a shame that you then forget about the good food. Maybe the lady had a bad day, you never know…

A very good Italian restaurant. Prices are correct for the location. QR code for a table with a list of dishes that contain foods to which you are intolerant. The toilet can pass somehow.

So pizza is ok. But completely overpriced. This juice shop is completely chaotic. We ordered a pizza to take away. Then we were told we had to wait another 10 minutes. Then it turned into 20 minutes and in the end the pizza was almost cold.

The food was good, but the staff was overwhelmed by the rush on a bank holiday afternoon. We had to say 4 times that we wanted to pay, were yelled at and when we complained it was made clear that the customer always gets something like that. Overall, very satisfactory service ;)

I'll start with the food, the pizzas were quite good and quite large at 45cm. I also had a spaghetti carbonara, but for €15 it wasn't recommended. There was a lot going on the day I was there, but that didn't change the quality of the food and the carbonara "sauce" couldn't be compared with other (cheaper) restaurants at all. Now I'm coming to the service and what happened to us, that's not possible. Due to lack of space, we all wanted to buy a pizza to take away. A colleague then started ordering at the bar, after which we were told that there were seats outside. The colleague had already paid and also tipped the young employee at the bar. The employee said that was no problem, he would take care of the pizza and bring it to the table himself. Well, I waited a good hour until my colleague was allowed to get the cold pizza in the box (not even on a plate) himself. The employee didn't do anything, didn't bring the pizza, didn't tell anyone and the main thing was that he got a tip. You would expect him to make a little more effort to get a tip beforehand. The colleague who was supposed to get his pizza first got it last and was no longer fresh. Organizationally bottom drawer. There was no kind of compensation for this drama. There is one star for clean toilets and nice waiters who tried to help us with the whole incident.

Selten so schlecht gegessen, vitello tonnato konnten wir gar nicht ganz essen weil uns vorher schon schlecht wurde. Penne arrabiata, weit weg von al dente (Nudeln mehr als durch) Soße, billige Tomatensauce mit ein wenig salz. Salat pollo garantiert mit fertigsauce, Risotto geht leider auch viel viel besser. Die letzte pizza kam als alle anderen fertig waren, angeblich war der Ofen kaputt, blöd nur, dass die ganze zeit Pizzen raus gingen.... Nach 3x nachfragen kam die pizza dann. Ok sie wurde von der Rechnung genommen, aber Service geht anders. Wir waren definitiv zum ersten und letzten Mal hier.

Unfortunately, our visit to l'Osteria was not as pleasant as we had hoped. We had to wait longer for the waitress to come to us. Additionally, the tables were dirty, and we were told that's how the tables are! There were leftover pizza pieces on the floor that couldn't be missed, but no one seemed to care. What was particularly disappointing was that the waitress had to smoke on a balcony instead of attending to the guests.

Left without eating! How come? First I had to wait a long time until I even got a seat, even though there were many empty tables! Then I wasn't even offered a high chair for my child, which is okay. Then I waited for over 10 minutes until I finally asked the waiter if I could order because my child was very thirsty and hungry and I got an absolutely stupid answer from the waiter asking if I couldn't see that he had other things to do... ( Clearing tables?!? Instead of taking my order?! ) I also work in the catering industry and that's an absolute no-go! After that he continued to ignore me and I finally had to leave!! Never, never again! Such untrained and bad staff is not possible!!
