Pizza is really delicious. I can't rate the service because we took the pizza. The waiter and staff were very friendly.

On October 16th, I left my wallet after going to a restaurant. I had to go to Prague the next day and it opened at 11am. When I went the next day, the person working had changed. I left an email asking them to contact me when I found my wallet. As I was moving to Prague, I received an email saying that I had my wallet... I asked them to send me cash to their account, but they checked with my bank and said that foreign transfers are not possible. The account I gave them is that of a guide who lives locally... And they couldn't contact me, so they said they would return it. Did he change his mind? I think I should ask the German police for help. I can confirm that you have the wallet, but it's unfortunate that there is no way to receive it.

Very nice food, quick service, staff had *okay* English but that is to be expected as obviously it's not in an English country.

Visited a few weeks ago. Service was overwhelmed that day because the trade fair and only two people were on duty and the shop/open space was full. Had to wait a long time for the food which was no longer really hot. Lukewarm pasta doesn't taste as good. I would have received a meal earlier, but I hadn't ordered it twice. Perhaps more service staff should be shared, at least on trade fair days.

Sorry to say but I have given this restaurant 3 tries. The food is not good. I recommend walking just a few steps further into the mall where there are many dining options.

Basically, it is difficult to rate a restaurant like this at a time when staff shortages are the order of the day. I am aware of everything that nowadays means keeping a restaurant or franchise open every day and offering a certain quality, but there are certain things that have to be taken into account regardless of the staff and the person in charge had to see that. The menu is completely fine, there are no thousands of dishes, the prices are 1 to 3€ more expensive than average, the pizza was also good, the service was good, the espresso was excellent (5 points) The interior of the store is beautiful. What doesn't work at all: the sliding door of the toilet was always open and you could smell and sometimes hear the resulting smells. The urinals are so close to the toilet door that when a child/woman or whoever goes in or out, they have to watch what they are doing, which is a lot of minus points for that!!! What I also miss is simply the flair/character of an Italian restaurant, you are addressed with “Hola, gracias”, the waiter wanted to remove my water glass when it was still filled with water 🤯 regardless of the price 3.5€ (0.2cl) you don't do that. Overall, if you look at the Munich gastronomy level, “Ciao bella” is quite ok for me for a quick pizza, nothing more. There is still a lot of room for improvement.

The food is delicious, I think the portions are also good. The pizza was especially delicious! I think they go a little overboard at peak times, but in the end we have no reason to complain. We are happy to come another time, if life brings us!

Service and ambience ok for understaffed staff. Food standard.

So, first of all, no one felt responsible for giving us a place or reacting at all. We waited a while to even get our tickets and it definitely wasn't crowded when we arrived. The waiter reacted very negatively to the request not to have onions on the salad and when we asked whether it would be possible to put feta on the salad, the sentence was “we don't give, we only take”. And that wasn't a joke. I actually had no feta on my salad and no normal reason why. Half of our drinks were wrong and the bruschetta wasn't that tasty either. Wouldn't come here anymore.

The food may be very good per reviews..., but today we have got a really bad experience. While we were really hungry, thirsty and tired after a long trip from the US, we sit there and waited for a good 20 minutes without menus, without cutlery sets, without even an eye contact from the servers. Because I noticed that all the servers were very busy while the bartender wasn't, I approached to the bartender and asked him if I could have a couple of beers and carry them myself so we can start to drink. Then I was told I need to wait at my table. I said OK, thanked him, went back to our table and kept waiting. Then we noticed the people who came after us started to get food and drink and the servers still tried to avoid looking at us. I have to say that I was very polite and did not show any attitudes during the whole time as it was my first day of European vacation after all! So with some hesitation, we decided to quietly leave our table after 40-mintue wait without any service at all...

Great location near the shopping center, food and drinks were excellent, but the service was disappointing. Furthermore, a beautiful location

There were two of us here. My dish came practically immediately after ordering. After half an hour of complaining about where my friend's dish came from, I did indeed raise my voice slightly. After this, some kind of shady manager came to me together with the staff and practically abused me verbally. They shouted at us. We left immediately, but paid for the drinks. Fortunately, more people were not pleased with this and also left the tent. The people who work here may be very good at other things, but catering is not one of them. Hospitality is a talent and a calling that requires you to be of service! We were here together. My course came directly after we have ordered. The course from my boyfriend takes very long. After a half hour complaining, I have indeed raised my voice, because I was fed up with the lazy attitude. After that, Some weird manager showed up with the rest of the staff and verbally abused us. They were yelling very loud to us. We have left immediately after we pay for the drinks. Luckily more people in the restaurant didn't like this attitude from the staff and also left. The persons who work here, maybe do have a lot of talents, but working in a restaurant is not one of them. Working in a restaurant demands a lot of talent and it had to be your destiny. You have to provide a top-notch service and the customer is the one that pays your salary. I don't think these persons really understand that.

We had dinner there this evening - luckily we ignored the negative reviews. The young man who served us was extremely attentive and friendly from the start. The food and drinks were excellent and the service was absolutely top notch throughout the evening. We actually can't understand the negative reviews at all and can absolutely recommend the restaurant!

I've been there several times and received great service from the young waiter... but yesterday there was an older waiter on site and we weren't even looked at for half an hour... After two new guests came and they were served within a few minutes, we burst out Collar and we left... we then complained to the boss but without any response... luckily there are other good restaurants... very disappointing...

The foods are nice but if you pay much attention to the services, you may be disappointed. Some waiters charge you service fees while some don’t. It depends. If you don’t go having meal at rush hours, the services are better. Solution: enjoy your meal at non-rush hours. And as for the tipping, my experiences of going there for 3 times. I got only 1 time that they requested service charge. So, it varies based on who serves you.

We had dinner at this restaurant on 07/13/24 in the evening. A very nice woman served us; unfortunately, she didn’t see our badge. The service was excellent, everything was brought to us super quickly, every time she asked if we liked everything. We ordered salami pizza and pasta with vongole, everything was very tasty. Have been here and first time tried Italian pasta. Tried Penne speciale (chicken +mushroom) which is awesome in taste and quantity also ok. The staffs are cooperative and friendly. Good place to try Italian food - Pasta and Pizza.

Bad service, had the same pizza 3 times. Forgotten starters or mixed with main dishes even though everything was clearly indicated. Is treated rudely and stupidly. Manager was a pancake. Never again.

Everything went wrong that could go wrong, pizza popped into the oven 3 times and still not good, the 3rd time you go there, every time it went wrong, you indicate this if you want to leave because it is so bad , you get the answer, why are you still coming?

First almost all our starters went wrong, we got our mains for a starter, later they just brought back our cold mains. What they served as a starter! So we left.

For the 4th time in a row they ruined my diner. All the courses came in random order. Mains/Sides all mixed. And on top they tried to scam us with a pizza. They used the same pizza 3 times on 3 occasions. They just put it back in the oven and try to hide the old ingredients. When we tried to say something about this way of gastronomy, they just asked: Why do you return here then? In short: Good food, Bad timing, Not able to coop with a little pressure and worst employees

Every time the family is in the Riem Arkaden, we eat there. We never had any reason to complain. The service is also great! Taste was very good and the portions were quite large. We always enjoy coming back.

A “small birthday present” for the host was a small portion of tiramisu, but for the hefty price of 17 euros. No invoice was possible for this either.

Catastrophe... The service is rude and forgets half of the order. The dishes are prepared listlessly and the noodles don't look appetizing at all. Unfortunately not recommended!!!

We ordered a pizza. At the same time there was an order for 80 pizzas. All 80 other pizzas were made first instead of ours first? Why? So we had to wait 1 hour for 1 pizza margarita...

Unfriendly waiter, far too expensive for carelessly prepared food. Quality wasn't outstanding either.

Unfortunately not even worth one star. We sat down outside, it wasn't really full but the staff were running around and busy, so much so that we weren't noticed at all until we finally got fed up and left. When we got up, a waiter came up to us and asked what we wanted to drink, apparently only then did we notice. Absolutely unacceptable. We don't wait half an hour and then order like it's nothing. Won't come anymore. (May 15, 2024 8:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.)

Very bad service, low quality food, bad experience….

Here you can enjoy the best warm antipasti I have discovered in Munich. Simply divine. Not so common in an Italian restaurant anymore, fantastically beautiful Italian ❤️ music. The waiters exude charm and friendliness. A must to have experienced it.

I was just having dinner with my wife when we were lucky enough to be served by a young, friendly waiter. Very attentive and very customer friendly Tip Top!!

The food was very good, the service was outstanding. We sat with the whole family in the back area at the glass door and our waiter was very helpful, quick and personable.

This is my 3rd visit. Pasta and pizza are all delicious. It's a great place to eat near the exhibition hall.

Actually good food, but unfortunately always bad service. The highlight this time was when we were turned away at the door over an hour before closing time, even though there were more than enough tables available. Apparently there weren't enough staff to be able to serve us in time for the end of the day... not particularly business-minded! Ciao Bella……

We didn't feel comfortable here. Food ok, service unfortunately very unfriendly.

We come with 6 people, 4 of them Italian. We ordered, then we wanted an appetizer, but the waiter didn't think that was good at all. Because there was a problem then in the kitchen. They are inflexible and therefore rude. It was okay solid but didn't blow my mind for the price. If asked, I wouldn't recommend it. But my observation says that the other service employee seemed to be better.

Absolutely okay for a pizza in this district. The best thing about the shop, however, is the young waiter. There would even be 5 stars for him. Entertaining and mindful. Good combination.

Nice pasta, quick service although a little bit more relaxed than expected. Treating a walk-in customer who could be your dad as if it were a classmate is a slight bit too much for me. Price little on the high side.

The dining experience was disappointing with overcooked meat, soggy vegetables, undressed salads, and issues with beer and wine service. While some staff members were friendly, these culinary and service shortcomings need attention for an improved overall experience. Das Restaurant-Erlebnis enttäuschte mit überkochtem Fleisch, matschigem Gemüse, undressing Salaten sowie Problemen beim Bier- und Weinservice. Obwohl einige Mitarbeiter freundlich waren, bedürfen diese kulinarischen und servicebezogenen Mängel Aufmerksamkeit für eine verbesserte Gesamterfahrung.

Telefonisch eine Pizza Gorgonzola Spinat ohne Zwiebeln bestellt, war super schnell fertig. Beim Abholen wurde extra noch mal gefragt: Ohne Zwiebeln? Zu Hause aufgemacht und erst mal jede Menge Zwiebeln gesehen. Schade

Sehr gute einfache und ehrliche italienische Gerichte. Mich wundert ehrlich gesagt, dass hier die Durchschnittswertung unter 4 ist. Ich war hier zur Mittagszeit und es waren eher wenig Besucher. Ich könnte mir nur vorstellen dass es nur zu schlechteren Qualität kommt wenn der Laden voll ist, da mir die Küche gegebüber der Anzahl der Sitzplätze eher klein vorkommt. Der Kellner war während der ganzen Zeit ein wenig witzig sowie nett und habe mich wohl gefühlt. Der Salat war knackig, frisch und hatte ein leckeres Hausdressing was für mich sehr überraschend positiv war. Der Hauptgang Penne all’arrabbiata war reichlich und geschmacklich ebeso sehr gut. Die Toiletten waren sauber und völlig OK nur vielleicht nicht ganz auf dem Niveau wie der Rest. Fazit: Ich finde in dem Restaurant natürlich in Bezug auf den Preis alles stimmig. Ambiente, Essen, Kellner. Schade, dass ich nicht aus München komme und ich dieses Restaurant nicht öfter besuchen kann. Für mich ein ABSOLUTER GEHEIMTIPP wenn man leckere und einfache italienische Gerichte sucht. PS: Wer meine anderen Rezessionen kennt müsste wissen, daß ich nicht einfach so 5 Sterne vergebe und eher kritisch bin. Hier musste ich auch nicht lange überlegen ;-)

Die Pizza ist nichts besonderes, aber ok. In einer größeren Gruppe kann man sich drinnen nur noch schwer unterhalten. Der Service hat seine Höhen und Tiefen.

Wir gehen immer wieder gern dort essen. Sind noch nie enttäuscht worden und die Preise sind völlig okay.

Pizza sehr gut. Kann mich nicht beschweren.

Ich habe eine Pizza Salsiccia picante bestellt zum mitnehmen. Auf der Webseite wurde der Belag beschrieben mit Salsiccia (würzige, italienische Wurst), scharfer Peperoni, Paprika, Tomaten, Rucola und Mozzarella. Kurz um, es waren 6! kleine Scheiben Salsiccia auf der Pizza, der Rest des Belags hat gefehlt. Gezahlt habe ich trotzdem den vollen Preis. Und bei der Abholung hat es ewig gedauert bis ich die Pizzen bezahlen und mitnehmen konnte. Nie wieder!

Obsluha totálně nestíhá. Musíze ji nahánět, abyste zaplatili. Pak se ještě diví, že nedostane dýžko. Jídlo OK, ale dost napálené.

Nettes italienisches Restaurant, war mehrmals dort, das Essen ist geschmacklich 8/10 aber leider sind die Portionen sehr klein. Das Personal wirkt äußerst unerfreut wenn man mit Karte bezahlen möchte, war allerdings immer möglich.

Der ältere Herr super Sympathisch, gequatscht Qualitatives essen mega gut also die Penne Arabiata und das Tiramisu Einer der besten meines Lebens aber zu sehr kleine Portion
