The food was delicious as always and came very quickly. Franco, the waitress, was friendly and joking.

I guess I have to write a review... the evening is too beautiful and delicious not to say thank you to dear Franco and the team 🙏

Have eaten here many times and always enjoy coming back! Great service and no long waiting times. Franco took good care of us. 😊 I would dim the lights a bit for the ambience, but that's a matter of taste. 👍🏼

I visited L’Osteria for lunch and had a delightful experience. The Lasagne and spaghetti were delicious, with fresh ingredients and a crispy crust. Our waiter, Franco, was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations. His warm personality added a personal touch to our lunch experience.

Excellent service, and giant size pizzas. I ordered a glass of Montepulciano which was very good. The Panna Cotta dessert was delicious. Highly recommended.

I thought for a long time whether and how I should summarize my last delivery experiences with Osteria. We used to live close by so we could always just pick up food. It's now about a 5-10 minute drive to us and it's easier to have it delivered. This used to work quite reliably, as predicted on the ordering platform. On October 2nd I then ordered food at around 6:50 p.m., which was supposed to be there after 40 minutes. Unfortunately it didn't come. From 8 p.m. I started calling every 15 minutes. After about 45 minutes, the gentleman who answered my call at the time noticed that the suffix 'b' was missing from our house number (the address is taken from a saved account, so it is unclear how this happened), and b I actually received a delivery around 9 p.m. (!). There was also a tiramisu, but one dish we ordered was missing. There was already an apology and an assurance that we would refund the amount we had paid. Now, after another phone call, the last meal arrived after 10 p.m. There was kindly a bottle of Prosecco, but I later found out from neighbors that the doorbell had just rung and the delivery person hadn't received the correct address. I'm still waiting today for the refund and the promised vouchers. A week later we wanted to give it another chance and ordered food for a birthday party at 5:40 p.m. with a predicted delivery time of 25 minutes. To keep the whole thing short: the food arrived shortly before 7 p.m., so unfortunately another bitter disappointment when it came to the delivery service. I called once that evening to ask, but unfortunately I didn't have the feeling that non-compliance with delivery times was really of interest. The two stars are for the food and the additional things that were included with the first order.

Unfortunately, we usually get a table that is much too small for the size of the pizza. The parking situation is usually difficult, it's best to come by bike, the food is delicious, service depends on the day, sometimes great and sometimes not so great. But the food is always consistently good! Hence a recommendation

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience at L’Osteria! The risotto and lasagna were perfect—so flavorful and beautifully made. Franco and his team were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back for more!

Over an hour late, the driver was very rude, no apology, the pizzas were cold. It's nice that you answer your critics and please give it another chance because you can do it better. No, you can't do it better. I can't get my money back nor can I write another bad review to warn people about your poor delivery service.

Pre-ordered by phone for the second time with the information, it takes 25 minutes. Arriving on time on time, I was allowed to wait another 25 minutes and was put off three times with “it will only take a short while”. The only positive thing was the drink offered. Still, the waiting time is annoying, I won't order there anymore!

Disaster again!!!! I don't normally write reviews, but I don't want to leave this cheek uncommented! Ordered pizza, on the phone they said 15-20 minutes! After 15 minutes I'm there and then the employees say to me: 'Just wait a minute!'... no problem! There were three people in the restaurant who were also waiting for their takeaway food, the rest was empty! One hour!!! Later, those waiting in front of me got their 2 pizzas and I still had to wait! None of the staff communicated with me, everyone was kind of busy and nobody really cared! Really disappointing! I left after more than an hour and ordered from the pizzeria around the corner! And mind you: the restaurant was empty and they had no customers!

Great ambience to feel good! Franco gave us a very friendly welcome, it wasn't full at all and the food and drinks came very quickly. We found it very comfortable and it was very clean, including the sanitary facilities. All in all perfect for a nice evening ☺️

I ordered the pizza bread through Lieferando because there is no vegan pizza. For 10€ it is not only tiny but was also cold and hard when it arrived, in the end it is just dough. Was very disappointed. For €5 it would have been ok

I ate here for the first time in the opening year 25 years ago and again today. The pizzas are still great. The only L'Osteria with a real Italian Osteria atmosphere. It's also the very first one.

Unfortunately, the delivery time stated was not met and the supplier could have been friendlier. I had very hungry guests that I had to keep putting off 😅, so more transparent communication about the delay would have been really great. If I had known it would take longer than 1.5 hours, I would have ordered with more lead time. Nevertheless, the pizzas tasted really delicious.

Pizza was OK when delivered, unfortunately there was only a single small piece of Gorgonzola on the pizza, even though the ingredient was ordered and paid for separately (3.50 euros). In my opinion it doesn't work. Therefore only 3 stars.
