Unfortunately we were disappointed. Three regular pizzas for 48.50 euros! The size was a joke for the price, no comparison to the last time (it's been a while). We had to look for some of the surface.

I ordered a pizza and a piece of tiramisu via Uber Eats before 8 p.m. It is now 9:30 p.m. After I sent an update request to the restaurant via the app after the expected delivery time had expired, it was unfortunately ignored. I just called for the third time and let it ring for a really long time - so that in the end the receiver would be picked up and I would be pushed away! Sorry, but what is that?! Someone doesn't feel like doing their job at all. Very unfortunate... Edit: 5 past halfway. Just called again. “The number you dialed cannot be reached at the moment”. You don't close until 10 p.m.?!

When will you repair your cooling system? It is no longer bearable to have this noise in my ears every night while I sleep. We've been complaining for 5 weeks. Unfortunately, the food is a complete disaster, too expensive and nothing on the plate. I tried it again 4 weeks ago.

So actually I've always been super satisfied. Last time I didn't get my beloved dessert even though I ordered it over the phone and said that it was no longer there, absolutely fine. And today I was honestly really shocked, there were originally 5 pieces of strawberries in there and it has shrunk a lot, I would still accept the size, but given that there was about three times as much in there, I think that's audacious. (cream of fragola) And these aren't whole strawberries, they're just pieces of them.

Massive pizzas with thin crusts, yummy spaghetti ice cream, upbeat music at a non-intrusive volume, and lovely service. My friend and I had consistently enjoyable times here.

The stated delivery times have never been met and have sometimes been exceeded by 1 hour (!). Apart from that, it tastes very good here, the portions are large as usual and the dishes are really tasty. It's easy to wait a bit (although it would be really great if the delivery time were at least transparently communicated).

Delivery time stated as 25 minutes, the food arrived after over an hour - no apology or information. Pasta lukewarm, no parmesan on it. Pizza not cut and the box completely soaked. Next time we'll go shopping again and cook ourselves.

We have waited for over 2 hours for the delivery of our pizza, we have called at least 6 times and the answer would always be " it will arrive in 10 minutes", and it was closing time of the restaurant and we didn't get anything. Terrible customer service, never again!

I hope it's just a one-time bad experience... We got here at 5:30 p.m., at 5:35 p.m. we were told we could choose our spot (after we had to ask). The waitress said her colleague would be there soon and then went home without saying anything. At 6:00 p.m. the time had finally come and we were allowed to order (after realizing two minutes beforehand that we were even there). It took a while until the food finally arrived at 7 p.m. (salad, 2 pizzas, pasta). I had the tortelloni prosciutto e panna, described with ham, parsley, Italian hard cheese, onions, cream. Unfortunately it wasn't stated that the tortelloni were made and filled with spinach, the onions weren't there... Nevertheless, it tasted delicious, but the portion size was more of an appetizer. As always, the drinks were delicious and arrived very quickly after ordering. I hope that things will go faster again in the future and that the map will be adjusted so that no misunderstandings can arise.

There is really delicious food there! The pizzas are always great and really big! The staff is consistently friendly and competent. Eating there (especially in the next room) is really very pleasant.

Small but nice :) As an original restaurant, L'Osteria on Pirckheimerstrasse differs visually from the well-known style of the chain. This creates a more personal atmosphere and when it's really full, it can get a bit chaotic. You almost feel like you are in Italy. However, only the guest room is smaller than usual. The pizzas are just as big and tasty as usual.

very tasty pasta! We ordered 25 portions for our team. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity. The packaging was very practical. Incredible taste. Highly recommended for everyone! Delivery was on time and ordering was very easy. The desserts were also a very nice surprise as a gift. Each player received a delicious tiramisu and a chocolate mousse. A real compliment and I will definitely order from you again next season!

Went to L'Osteria for the first time in Cologne and ate Tortellini Proscuitto e Panna - it was absolutely heavenly. This time I tried Pirckheimerstrasse in Nuremberg and what can I say: still an absolute delight. The Penne Arrabiata is also highly recommended. Having good food served by very friendly service in a nice atmosphere makes lunch a successful little break. Gladly again!

I'm actually a pasta type and the pasta dishes are always a highlight here. When a pizza ends up on the table, it is deliciously crispy - not too thick and with fresh toppings - not too much and not so little - you can simply taste every ingredient without the cheese coating as is often the case in other pizzerias. I haven't eaten in the restaurant itself - always pick up and always satisfied😊

A woman answers the phone in a blatantly rude manner in Italian even though she doesn't even understand a word and passes the phone down in a derogatory manner with a stupid comment (didn't want to order anything eaten)

As in every L'Osteria, there is good food in a beautiful atmosphere. No matter where you are, visiting a L'Osteria, including the very first branch here in Nuremberg, is always a good choice.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be... I used to eat there often or have food delivered. Unfortunately, I will have to look for another local restaurant in the future. The last time I wanted to have some food delivered, the delivery time was given as 50 minutes, which is a long time for a distance of 500 meters. After 1 hour and 30 minutes my food still wasn't there so I called them to ask where my food was. You can hear the lady on the phone asking a gentleman when he was leaving, then it took another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The food I had waited almost 2 hours for was now ice cold and I had to quickly stuff myself half of it because I had to go to work and couldn't enjoy my cold food. It was quite a disappointment that I will never go through again.

The only good thing was the friendly service. Otherwise, I now remember why I haven't been there for years. The pizza was dripping with grease, sucuk was probably used instead of salsiccia, the pasta was soggy, all the glasses had clear fingerprints, a chair was broken in the middle. If you want to go to the toilet, you have to go outside when it rains and get wet.

Food was very tasty and the portions were large. We had Pasta Macceronchini Colorati twice. Our waiter Rea was very funny and nice, we felt very comfortable. The only thing that is a bit noisy is that you sit outside on the street. Inside the ambience is even nicer.

The restaurant is very cozy and cute. The hosts are very welcoming. They were very warm to my toddler and gave her pencils and a coloring page. Food was very good and fresh. We really liked the taste.

We visited on a Friday at around 7pm with my wife and daughter. The place is beautiful, well lit, comfortable with small round tables seating 3 to 4. The main highlight was the delicious veg pizza.

Food was great, huge pizza as always. The service was also great, even though we were here with a larger group (8 people). What wasn't so cool was that 2 pizzas came with the starter and the corresponding ones had already been eaten by the time the remaining main courses came to the table. Otherwise great evening.
