Neuer Besitzer, der sich extrem bemüht. Die Karte ist wohl mehr oder weniger von früher übernommen und unser Essen war lecker, wie eh und je … Die videoüberwachten Parkplätze vor der Tür können auch länger als die angegebene Stunde genutzt werden, sofern man im Restaurant Bescheid gibt und das Kennzeichen im System hinterlegt wird. Gebt dem neuen Team eine Chance, sie haben es verdient!

Der Besitzer war super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Pizza und die Pasta, die wir bestellt hatten, haben mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Und sie hatten sogar Lassi! Ich habe mich riesig gefreut, es auf der Karte zu sehen und gleich ein Mango-Lassi bestellt. Es war köstlich! 🤤

La Fabbrica ist einfach super! Das Essen war sehr günstig, die Portionen riesig und die Qualität hervorragend. Der Besitzer hat uns allen sogar noch ein Stück Tiramisu geschenkt. Das Lokal war blitzsauber und wunderschön eingerichtet!

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp in Nürnberg! 👌🥰 Nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber es lohnt sich total! Wir hatten eine authentische 36 cm große Holzofenpizza für nur 14 € – riesig, köstlich und sogar zu groß für zwei Personen 🙈 Sie passte kaum auf den Teller! 🍕😍 Die Atmosphäre ist modern, fröhlich und entspannt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Mann, der uns bediente, war gleichzeitig der Inhaber – elegant, freundlich, zuvorkommend und wirklich angenehm im Umgang. Das Tiramisu als Willkommensgruß war eine völlig unerwartete und schöne Überraschung – vielen Dank! ❤️ Ein Besuch in diesem Restaurant ist absolut empfehlenswert, wenn ihr in Nürnberg seid!

Leider sehr enttäuscht. Der Besitzer hat gewechselt!!!! und das ist auf allen Ebenen spürbar. Wir hatten nur Pizza und Nudeln zum Abholen bestellt. Schon die telefonische Bestellung war schwierig,da das Personal nur bedingt deutsch versteht. Angekommen im Lokal sagen sie mir die Nudeln gibt es gar nicht, wir müssten was anderes bestellen. Die Pizzen waren aber ja schon fertig u so mussten wir auf die Nachbestellung vor Ort warten. Pizzen zum Teil sehr stark verbrannt. Essen im Internet u selbst im Lokal auf der Karte nicht verfügbar. Also Achtung, dafür ist es nämlich auch gar nicht günstig. Ich werde dort nicht mehr erscheinen. Selbst ein Stern ist hier noch zu viel.

Essen war sehr lecker, Personal sehr nett und das Ambiente gemütlich. Wenn man zu Fuß/mit der Bahn/Fahrrad anreist ist es perfekt. Mit dem Auto würde ich abraten, hier ist nur eine Stunde kostenfrei parken. Preis/Leistung war von der Portion her super.

Das einzige was sich positiv verändert 💪 hat ist das Ambiente, 🫣 die Service Kraft hat uns leider nicht verstanden (weder englisch noch deutsch), ihre männlichen Kollegen waren auch nicht besser und hatten an diesem Tag leider das duschen vergessen. 🤮 und auch die Grundlagen eines normalen Services war nicht gegeben. Schmutzige Gläser, nicht eingehaltene Eichstrich….unfreundlich! Macht nichts, denn für eine verbrannte und geschmacklos Pizza braucht man da nicht mehr hin! Schade, war mal so ein toller Laden. Würde mich freuen, wenn Sie es irgendwann schaffen wieder besser zu werden. Dann gehe ich gerne noch mal Test essen! Essen: null Sterne ⭐️ Service: -10 Sterne ⭐️ Parkmöglichkeiten: -5 Sterne ⭐️

Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Naja waren seit langem mal wieder bei unserem ehemaligen besten Italiener, wo wir vor Ort erfahren haben, dass der Inhaber sich gewechselt hat. Die Karte ist nicht das was früher war :(( echt schade :(( bestellt man sich was, dann kommt die Kellnerin nach 10 Minuten und sagte diese haben Sie nicht, da Sie seit 1 Woche offen haben und das mit einem frechen grinsen. Dies ist kein Kunden Umgang. Wirklich sehr enttäuscht!!!!

Essen schmeckt nicht völlig verbrannt und im Innenhof läuft da ein verrückter Alter man der nur englisch redet und beleidigt dazu ist er total aggressiv das schlimmste ist man kann nur 1 stunde parken was ist das bitte vermeidet dieses Restaurant macht ein Bogen drum. The food tastes completely burnt, and there's a crazy old man in the courtyard who only speaks English and is incredibly aggressive. The worst part is that you can only park for one hour. What's going on? Please avoid this restaurant! steer clear of it.

Kurz und und knapp, Super Pizza 🍕 Sehr Nette Mitarbeiter !

Der Kellner war nett und das Essen war gut soweit. Eine Woche später kam dann 50 € ins Haus geflattert, obwohl wir auf einem Hauseigenen Parkplatz geparkt haben und sogar im Restaurant unser KFZ Kennzeichen angegeben haben. Bei einer nachträglichen Prüfung sind wir auf ein Schild aufmerksam geworden, dass an dem Tag von einem Auto verdeckt war. Offiziell darf man nur 1 Stunde parken. Wer zur Hölle ist nur 1 Stunde in einem Restaurant?! Wir waren Sage und Schreibe nur 11 Minuten drüber, als wir den Parkplatz verlassen haben. Wohlgemerkt mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Sprich wir haben nach 1 Std 5 das Restaurant verlassen und die Kinder noch im Auto platziert. Somit 1.std. 11 Minuten. Absolute Frechheit!!!! Wir sind eine Junge Familie die sich seit langem mal wieder gegönnt haben Essen zu gehen und dann zahlen wir mehr fürs Parken wie fürs Essen?! Wenn man schon so ein bescheuertes System fahren muss, warum muss ich im Restaurat dann mein Kennzeichen angeben?! Warum steht beim einfahren in den Parkplatz nichts ersichtliches das hier Videoüberwachung Parkplätze sind?! Warum steht direkt vor dem einzigen Schild ein Monster Auto, der dieses verdeckt?! Ich bin echt ein verständnisvoller Mensch, aber hier geht mir echt die Wutschurr. Ihr habt uns zum letzten Mal gesehen!!!!

Ich war seit Jahrzehnten regelmäßig Kunde in diesem Restaurant und werde nun nicht mehr hingehen! Nach dem letzten Besuch habe ich für 1h15min parken während des Essens auf dem ausgewiesenen La Fabbrica-Parkplatz eine Parkplatzrechnung im Nachhinein über 58,60 Euro erhalten wegen Überschreitung der Höchstparkdauer von 60min! Kein gut sichtbarer oder mündlicher Hinweis darauf im Restaurant selbst.

Das Essen war gut. Wenn man eine Woche später dann aber eine Zahlungsaufforderung von über 50€ wegen zu langem Parken auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz bekommt, ist es dann nicht mehr so gut. Ich habe dort weniger als 2h gestanden. Insofern eher keine Empfehlung bzw. nur für Schnellesser.

Uns wurde gestern dank euch der Silvesterabend gerettet. Bestellung aufgegeben, ins Hotel geliefert. Dazu die Pizza super lecker und frisch! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! 😊

Vorsicht Parkplatzabzocke! Muss im Nachhinein 53€ Parkgebühren zahlen, da ich im Restaurant anscheinend nicht mein Kennzeichen angeben habe. Ein Satz dazu von der Bedienung hätte gereicht. Aber nein... Der Kassenbeleg hat als Nachweis nicht ausgereicht. Hatte dem Restaurant geschrieben und gebeten mir den Besuch zu bestätigen. Bis heute nicht mal eine Antwort. Gehe seit Jahrzehnten in die la fabbrica. Werde nach dieser Geschichte aus Prinzip nicht mehr gehen und mein Freundeskreis und Familie auch nicht mehr... Gibt genug Pizzerien ohne Abzocke und mit anständigem Service. Ich habe fertig.

I was here about 8 to 10 years ago for a company party and thought the food was great. That's why I was so happy to come back. It was very cold that day, and even though we arrived 10 minutes early, the doors weren't opened until exactly 5:00 PM. I would have appreciated it if the person hadn't just unlocked the door but had actually opened it and invited us in (but that's just my personal opinion and doesn't reflect negatively on my experience). We were served quickly, and the staff was very friendly. We had the bruschetta, which I definitely wouldn't recommend. Either the oil wasn't good or the seasoning was strange; it tasted very fishy, ​​and I spent the rest of the evening burping up fish. Otherwise, the food was rather mixed (the fish was overcooked, which made it taste very bitter in places, or they used the same seasoning throughout), but my pizza was decent. It was very large, and I couldn't finish it. I found it unpleasant that balloons were being inflated in a room separated by a glass partition, using a machine that sounded like a hairdryer. One kept popping, which completely ruined the atmosphere. All in all, it seemed very messy and disorganized. Which was a shame, especially since we were offered a complimentary liqueur at the end, which unfortunately didn't improve the overall experience. For us, this was the final straw – we won't be coming back. What a pity! 😞

The pizza was completely burnt on the bottom, extremely greasy, and unfortunately inedible. The base was black and hard, and the toppings were dripping with grease – it was truly disappointing. For the price, I expect significantly better quality.

First, the positive: the waitress was very friendly and helpful. Excellent service! The bruschetta was delicious and highly recommended. Unfortunately, the whole place had more of a hall feel (which isn't a bad thing), but the noise level made it almost impossible to have a conversation without shouting at each other. Unfortunately, I can't recommend a calzone at all. My first one was cold inside; even the small pieces of cheese weren't melted. The mushrooms and ham were simply cold. So, I complained about the pizza, and after about 10 minutes, a new, second calzone arrived... What can I say: the same thing again. Nice on the outside, but cold on the inside, and the cheese wasn't even remotely melted (you can clearly see it in the picture. It was cut right in the middle, by the way). When they offered me a third, "regular" pizza, I declined and went to another pizzeria.

We were here last week and were very pleased with the food. We had spaghetti all olio, spaghetti with mussels, and pasta. Everything tasted delicious!

The service is abysmal. No "hello," no "goodbye." Despite very few customers, no waiter is in sight. The service is taciturn, and card payments are met with a rolling of the eyes. No one has to court me, but at €14 a pizza, I at least don't want to feel unwelcome. The pizza was good, but nothing earth-shattering. There's probably a reason why it's dead these days (it was always busy a few years ago). I won't be coming back.

The Italian food is good, even if you have to accept some compromises in quality. The service seemed unfriendly and at times overwhelmed. It's not a big deal if your order ends up at the wrong table, but you can apologize for it.

An Italian restaurant where you can feel good in the middle of GOHO without any frills… super delicious wood-fired pizza that goes beyond the edge of the plate… fresh toppings and preparation just the way I like it… a thousand graces for the farewell Ramazotti… we would like to come back more often

Unfortunately, it was a bitter disappointment. The pizzas were greasy, the dough was sloppy, and the flavor was unimpressive. The advertised pizzas bore no resemblance to what was actually delivered. The toppings were so poorly distributed that everything kept falling off while eating. Additionally, the delivery time took a full 1.5 hours – far too long for this quality. Definitely not worth ordering again for me.

Der Belag war so schlecht verteilt, dass beim Essen ständig alles herunterfiel. Zusätzlich betrug die Lieferzeit ganze 1,5 Stunden – viel zu lang für diese Qualität. Für mich definitiv keine Bestellung mehr wert.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, which unfortunately arrived completely burnt. When I contacted the restaurant by phone, I was treated extremely rudely – they spoke to me as if I were making up the situation. I didn't receive an apology. After a lengthy argument on the phone, I was finally promised a new pizza. But the surprise: the second pizza was barely cooked and of equally poor quality. Overall, this was a very disappointing delivery. Both the customer service on the phone and the quality of the food delivered were poor. For me, this was one of the worst experiences with a delivery service – I would not recommend it at all.

I've been treated like an outsider at many many places but this place made me feel like family and at home. Amazing bread. Amazing staff. Amazing food. Everything is top notch. Fair prices. Pasta Carbonara was very tasty. Unfortunately, the Quattro Formaggi pizza was far too oily... but you can also see it in the picture. The delivery person put the pasta on the pizza, so the lid stuck to the pizza. Wasn't that smart.

The price/performance ratio is absolutely acceptable. The pizzas are very large and children probably won't be able to eat them all the way through. The menu is slim, but that speaks for the freshness and work that goes into each product. Food, of course, delicious. The service is always friendly even under pressure and always has a smile. Waiting times are ok (20-30 minutes), but last time we were a bit unlucky because there were two larger family celebrations at the same time. Then it took longer. But that hasn't been the case on the other visits so far. There are also good connections via public transport (5 minutes walk to the subway) and there are usually enough parking spaces. A reservation, especially on the weekend, would be good.

The restaurant is nestled in a former industrial building from Nuremberg's history with a southern touch. You are greeted in a friendly manner by the service, the drinks and what you would like to treat yourself to from the extensive menu are quickly absorbed, but then it starts to wear off. If you still need a new drink before the food arrives, that's a real dry spell. The kitchen does its best and what ends up on the plate looks delicious and tastes fantastic (1*) Whether savory or sweet, portions are very good and show what the kitchen can do. When it comes to service, even with a nightcap or coffee at the end, things are poor again. On the whole, the kitchen and food are great, the atmosphere (except for the toilets in winter) is inviting, the service clearly has room for improvement. I can recommend it with the hope that the service will take it to heart and not exploit the performance of the kitchen

Geschmack war gut, Aber die Konzistenz war unterirdisch. Rand verbrannt und komischerweise labbrig und die Mitte war nicht durch. Teig war nicht durch gebacken. Das Mundgefühl war schrecklich. Parmaschinken zu dick und übereinander gestapelt. Die Salami trocken hart. Was dem Teig fehlte, hatte die Salami. 80 Minuten Lieferzeit, zu lange. Pizzen waren lauwarm und labbrig. Die Größe war ausreichend, wie es ne Holzofen Pizza sein muss. Aber alles andere war schlecht. Hier muss nachgebessert werden. Daher bestellen wir dort nicht mehr! Das Geld war es nicht wert, rausgeschmissen, leider

You shouldn't change your favorite Italian. My experience, unfortunately bad. But one thing at a time. The taste would have been good. Pizza was spicy. The consistency is terrible. The edge is mostly burnt, but limp. An edge must be crispy and not soft like a wrap. The middle was not yet baked through and was inedible. So there's not much left of the big pizza that you could have eaten. The salami was dry and hard, which pleased the edge. The Parma ham too thick and stacked on top of each other, also not edible. And last but not least, 80 minutes delivery time. All in all, money wasted for us. The size of the pizzas was positive. Not eating anything else. Therefore we will never order there again.

As for eating in the restaurant and delivery, I can only say it's top, I can only recommend it, you can't say more about it, top people, keep it up

Food was good, the number of drinks ordered was mixed up twice, no greeting, not a word at all other than a commanding tone from the bald waiter, standing in line at the cash register to pay, there was a strong smell of cleaning products while eating. There were 5 of us and we have had this experience with the arrogant, unfriendly waiter several times. He seemed to want to get rid of us from the start and he succeeded. We're definitely not coming back

I have to say I was disappointed, the store was packed and therefore extremely loud. Pizza wasn't a mega burner either. And you would have to wait a relatively long time for everything.

I ordered a pizza online for a cozy evening with friends. The browser showed me that the order had been received and confirmed. After no pizza was delivered, I called La Fabrica, but no one answered the phone. Within the next 30 minutes I called twice more, to no avail. Nobody called me back either. The pizza was never delivered and we then spontaneously had to go somewhere else to eat. After I wasn't allowed in during opening hours on my last visit because Italy was having a football match and they spontaneously decided not to let any more guests in, but gave me an average pizza to take away, I'm now really annoyed and disappointed and won't be staying here anymore buy.
