Very nice location in the courtyard. The staff was attentive and quick. Short waits due to the high occupancy were acceptable. The mixed salad was crisp and delicious. The ravioli with green asparagus from the seasonal menu was also very tasty.

Terrible service. Food was only ok. There was a heavy shower of rain as we arrived and everyone rushed inside so we were left sitting at the bar while they got a handle on the floor, which was fine but after we were seated we continue had to ask for things. To order, for cutlery, for condiments etc. We got a drink from the bar and paid for them but I was asked three times if we had paid for the drinks. I almost had to shove the receipt in their face.

L'Osteria just as you know it. Actually I should have only given one star. On the day we were there, the men's toilet was completely dirty. Urinals overflowed and the urinal grid was on the floor. Terrible, because the eye eats too. If the toilet had been clean, I would have clearly given it 5 stars. I will come back, the food was very tasty. I think I'll give it 5 stars next time I visit.

The meal was a disaster from the start; a noticeable lack of friendliness from certain staff members, to the point of outright rudeness. We waited 50 minutes for a pizza and spaghetti with tomato sauce. After asking twice about the delay, I received only silence and indifference in response. The pizza arrived cold, with little flavor, few ingredients, and undercooked. The pasta wasn’t much better either. I had been to other locations before, so I was hoping for at least decent service and taste, but this was by far the worst experience. I'm sure losing a customer won’t matter to you, especially judging by the 'copy-paste' responses you give to feedback, but in my case, the decision is made. Thanks to these arrogant attitudes and experiences, I’ve come to value the professionalism that is sorely lacking in this sector even more. I hope this at least makes you reconsider certain behaviors.

The food - here there were two pizzas - was excellent. The service was quick and super friendly. Value for money is great.

We were there (6:45 p.m.) for dinner. You wait at the entrance to the terrace until a waiter releases a table. We had Appetizer: Antipasti della Casa great👍 have us the small version divided. Main course: Aglio e Olio/Crabs👍 - I Orecchiette di monza al lime 👍-my love Drinks: Wheat beer + bitter lemon👍 Digestif - 2x👍 Hugo The entire meal was above average or very good and cost €75. The service was very pleasant. We had a very nice stay there.

It's very good, a great portion, but unfortunately the food is very heavy. I ordered an Acqua Monaco and it came with an Acqua Pana, which is completely different.

Visited Trier with a friend. Stayed at the Ibis Hotel. The restaurant is located directly in the courtyard. Unfortunately, after more than 15 minutes at the table, we were punished with disrespect. There were enough staff, but no one felt responsible for us!!!! Then left the location. Very humble service!!!!

Super nice atmosphere and delicious food!! I was here with my family and the service was also super nice. The pizzas are gigantic, I shared one with my sister. We were able to have both sides topped differently and then had our halves pre-cut on our own plates. Shared pizzas are definitely a recommendation, especially because the pizzas are otherwise so big that you can hardly eat them alone. Price-performance is also great :)

So sry but it doesn't work at all. We ordered food to be picked up and my friend was then allowed to wait half an hour after the pick up time until it was ready. Nobody felt responsible and when they asked for a voucher as compensation, they were offered an espresso on the way home. What a shame 😂 The food was also really bad, the salad was unbelievably poor value for money and the pizza was cold and instead of half/half the topping was 3/4 to 1/4 🤣 sry guys, but you really missed that. You won't see us again.

We were there on a Sunday with seven people and a dog. The online reservation worked well - the confirmation came with a little delay, but everything went smoothly. The welcome was warm, the service was super friendly and attentive. We drank rosé wine, prosecco, children's spritzer - and our dog was also treated to a bowl of water. For dinner there was tomato soup with wonderful homemade bread, pizza calabrese (very spicy but really tasty!), pizza prosciutto, pizza margherita and gnocchi. The pizzas were huge and tasted great. Conclusion: Online reservation, food, service and atmosphere – all great! Child and dog friendly. We'd love to come back!

I ordered a salad and a shared pizza (7:20 p.m.) and chose the next pick-up option (7:45 p.m.). Was there on time, it was busy, I was asked to go to the bar and took a seat there. I wasn't in that much of a hurry, but when at 8:05 p.m. there was still nothing ready and in progress, I started to get grumpy and started asking where the food was. Long story short nonsense at 8:20 p.m. I came out with a 1/3 2/3 filled pizza that wasn't baked through... When asked, no discount or voucher was given.

Great restaurant, if you were lucky you could get a table for six people at short notice. Pizza is huge and can be ordered with two toppings. Price is okay. Service as it should be, nice and professional.

Hello, I am particularly disappointed with this restaurant, because, firstly, we had to wait 30 damn minutes even though the restaurant was empty! secondly, the waitress did not want to speak French even though we spoke this language and she was able to answer us in French, she actually told us so at the end. thirdly, at the end, we had to pay a minimum 10% tip. And finally, the price of the carbonara was average, except that the carbonara was really not incredible, no guanciale (weird for an Italian restaurant) and sauce with cream.

The waitress with the big breasts serves very badly, she is not respectful and she never came to ask if everything was okay

We arrived, there were 9 of us, 5 of us received our dishes quite quickly but the others had to wait half an hour. One of the waitresses threatened to tip us.

Well, L'Osteria created a hype years ago. But why? Two years ago I ate salad here. It was very fresh and delicious. Pizza today with two guests and it was mediocre. I took leftovers with me and gave them away on the street. So pizza is no longer here for me.

I ordered pizza there once and salad another time. The restaurant is always almost full and popular. The food is okay for my taste. Pizza tasted better than salad. Most of the employees are polite.

It tasted like it wasn't freshly prepared and the bechamel sauce was missing. Although this is listed on the map. We searched every layer for this in vain. That's why we left them there. When the young waitress came, we said that the pizzas were very tasty and explained why the lasagna had not been eaten. She cleared our table and a few minutes later another waiter, a young man, came to our table with the lasagna in his hand and asked in a certain tone what was wrong with the lasagna. We calmly explained that the bechamel sauce was missing and that we didn't really like it. He replied quite rudely that the lasagnas were delivered ready and were just warmed up, the lasagnas were always like that there. There must be a small dollop of bechamel sauce somewhere in the lasagna. When we said that we hadn't found any, we simply replied that that's just how they are. In the end, he left us with an uneasy feeling. We then ordered the bill, which we listed without lasagna, and paid to the same waiter. With the sentence: "I have something else for you," he came back with the menu a few seconds and pointed to a dish that we could order instead of the lasagna next time. We wouldn't have had a problem with it if there wasn't any bechamel sauce on the menu for the lasagna. We just expected something different. The review is actually only written because of the waiter's reaction, as we found the handling to be rude and unpleasant. Very unfortunate.

It was incredibly loud and incredibly crowded. We waited about 90 minutes for our food. The waitresses were very friendly and extremely busy. The food itself was quite delicious.

Unfortunately I can't really write a positive review here. The food was okay, but the tortelloni was clearly not enough for the price compared to the huge pizzas. (11 tortelloni with a few fatty diced ham). Pizza was okay but just a lot of dough with few toppings. Atmosphere is nice, but way too loud. Apparently no one cares about this. Unfortunately, I understand something different when I say a quiet meal on my birthday. The 'birthday' request in the reservation was also not addressed. If you're looking for a relaxed dinner with friends, you've unfortunately come to the wrong place here, at least on a Saturday evening.

Unfortunately very disappointed this time, pizza was extremely spicy and very greasy in the middle. Pasta dishes far too small and no taste. Service was poor, hardly helpful and had to be asked for everything. Had to wait 50 minutes for food. Were only served for the first time after 20 minutes. Not again.

The food was good as usual at L'Osteria. Unfortunately, we had to wait outside for a few minutes before being seated (the restaurant wasn't full), so we're deducting a few points from our B-rating. We also had to wait an unusually long time for our food. Of course, it could have just been a snapshot. However, we get bonus points for the food and the quick payment process ;)
