Loesmann on the heath in Lippstadt

The food is German home cooking, always very meat-heavy, with large portions. I had the plum doughnuts for dessert, expecting something like a Berliner or something similar. What I got were eight plum quarters fried in a tasteless batter, with some ice cream. I was a bit disappointed. The other guests at my table loved everything.

We were here for lunch. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We'd love to come back.

We've celebrated our wedding, baptisms, and now our first communion here, and for us, there has never been a better location. We always enjoy coming here, even just for fun. We've never been disappointed. Quite the opposite. The staff is also incredibly friendly and wonderful.

A very nice restaurant with a great atmosphere. The service was very friendly. Unfortunately, I have a walking disability and didn't find the restrooms accessible. Unfortunately, I also had to park on the busy street, which was a real pain since I have to get out of the car with crutches. The walk to the restaurant was a bit far. But hey, you can't have everything.

Loesmann auf der Heide could also be renamed Loeschmann auf der Heide, as a tranquil, idyllic oasis of well-being for body and soul has been created here. Whether you're traveling through the cozy and tranquil Lippe meadows by bike or prefer to travel comfortably by car or on foot, Loesmann is wonderfully accessible. The rustic, Westphalian buffet on the charcoal grill in the dining room (under fire-safe conditions) is a wonderful place to unwind. A wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is served courteously, friendly, and quickly. I've never been disappointed on any of my trips to this place. For private celebrations, there are even suitable supporting activities such as archery and mini golf, keeping middle-aged children occupied and allowing parents to focus on what matters most. It's worth it! Go there, treat yourself, and enjoy this place of blissful tranquility in the heart of nature!

I'm totally disappointed. Today, June 19, 2025, there was supposed to be brass band music in the beer garden starting at 4 p.m. We got there at 3 p.m., supposedly with everything reserved. When I asked, the daughter of the restaurant explained to me that you can only get a table with a reservation...there's no need for blatant advertising...it's a real shame. They could have announced that on the poster, then we could have saved ourselves the trip. But it's definitely nice there...it was just a stupid move...

Greasy fries, loads of crap impossible to eat from this layered plate, Cambert watery, schnitzel from the deep fryer, pepper sauce tastes like nothing.

Super nice service, great facility

Nice restaurant with an inviting beer garden. There is a playground, a mini golf course and an archery range. There are sufficient parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant, which is also located directly on a cycle path. It's definitely worth taking a look here.

I went to this place with my colleagues after canoeing. We had a couple of beers and I had this Tirol schnitzel with onion rings, grilled tomatoes, and hollandaise sauce. The schnitzel was bomb, but the onion rings were the real MVP—super crunchy. The main course came with a side snack, and I got these krokoten things which were pretty good too. The vibe of the restaurant was cool, and the service was on point. There was mini golf nearby, and they even had a foosball table in the restaurant. It was old and dusty, but it was still playable. I'd definitely recommend this place for a chill evening with some beers, good food, and fun times.

Grill buffet was tasty, but limited selection and too expensive. Staff attentive and friendly. Location very quaint and beautiful.

The huge fireplace in the hall was great and created a cozy atmosphere. It was great there.

The service was nice, the food was on the table quite quickly and it tasted good. What more do you want? Oh yes, the portions weren't huge, but definitely sufficient and adequate. Whenever I'm in this area again, I already know where I can eat well again!

Wir waren zu einer Feier als Gast in diesem Restaurant und ich muss sagen, dass das Essen wirklich sehr lecker war. Es gab Grill-Gerichte von Bratwurst über Steak, Hähnchen, Lachs, Kartoffeln etc. Alles war auf den Punkt und gut durch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wurde oft gefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob man noch einen Wunsch hätte. Lediglich die Zeit zwischen Bestellung der Getränke, bis zur Lieferung hat manchmal etwas gedauert, was aber für uns nicht so schlimm war. Aus meiner Sicht, kann ich das Restaurant nur empfehlen

Wir waren auf einem Geburtstag im Saal eingeladen. Das Grillbuffet war wirklich gut und reichlich, die Bedienung sehr freundlich! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

It is one of the best place to hangout with colleagues, good for team events, You can experience some sports like Arteries,mini football.. Food was tasty too. Overall nice experience in a calm place.

Schöner großer Biergarten. Top Service. Bei meiner Matjes Portion viel der Fischanteil für 14.50 etwas zu klein aus.

Wir waren dort zu einer Hochzeit eingeladen. Es war super gut. Die location an sich ist sehr schön. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und das Essen wirklich sehr lecker. Kann man nur empfehlen:)
