It's a shame that the staff's work is so underappreciated. It's backbreaking work, and you're always under time pressure. Lecker Langos is the best langos for miles around. From what I've heard, some people like their langos to be cut, which in itself isn't in keeping with tradition. In Hungary, langos is never cut, but at most torn. The bad reviews are completely unintelligible. Be a little more understanding. The portions are huge, and at other places, they often only serve a small langos with a cake plate. So... delicious, delicious, delicious. Keep it up.

Best Langos we know. Large portion, super tasty and special requests such as extra garlic are gladly taken into account. No matter the event and no matter how many competitors there are, we always only eat our Langos here and are happy to accept a longer waiting time because a lot of people seem to have the same opinion and there is often a long queue in front of the stand waiting for the delicious food.

I took a detour so I could finally try this famous Langos for myself. And I wasn't disappointed! Lots of variations, very tasty, pleasant to the bite, filling and simply delicious! And the service was very friendly, quick and competent. Everything was completely satisfactory. A delicious overall package. I'd love to come back next time!

I don't understand the reviews at all. Super delicious food, very friendly staff. It's a shame that many people don't understand that lángos are not cut for traditional reasons and for hygienic reasons. I definitely recommend it!!!

I ate my first langos at Kim's over 10 years ago... I love it. Whether it's at the Old Town Festival, Autumn Week, or the Christmas market in Lippstadt, I'm always happy to come back and always friendly... Keep up the good work!

While waiting in line at the 'Lecker Langós' stand at an autumn market this October, I witnessed a customer politely requesting to share her food. What followed was simply unbelievable: The vendor reacted so loudly and rudely that you'd think the entire premises could hear him. His reaction was completely excessive and in no way appropriate for such a harmless request. Instead of calmly resolving the situation, he complained aggressively that the dish would definitely not be shared. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also very unpleasant for everyone around. This is simply not how you treat customers.

At the 2024 Maxipark Hamm autumn market, my grandma and I wanted to share a langos from 'Lecker Langós'. Although the portions were large, the service was anything but satisfactory. When I politely asked to share the food so my grandma and I could enjoy it together, the owner dismissed me in an extremely rude and loud tone. With a red face, he made it clear that the food would not be cut under any circumstances. This reaction was not only inappropriate but also disturbing. The lady at the stall tried to excuse the behavior by explaining that her husband, after 20 years in sales, was annoyed by such requests. However, we don't find this a comprehensible argument. Such behavior toward customers is unprofessional and unacceptable. Friendliness and customer service should be a given after so many years in the business. Instead, we were met with a level of rudeness that truly disappointed us. This should never happen in a family business.

When asked politely to share the langós, the stall owner responded with a completely inappropriate volume and aggressively complained that this dish was not being cut. His choice of words was neither explanatory nor factual, but rather had a didactic tone that made us feel that our request was obviously unwelcome. As someone who worked in sales and marketing for many years, I can say from my own experience: This is not how you treat customers. Such behavior would never have been acceptable to me or my colleagues. Customers deserve respect and friendly, professional treatment - unfortunately I completely missed that at this stand. This unprofessional behavior leaves a lasting negative impression and I hope that this will be considered.
