Locanda Busento Pizzeria in München

Es war im Biergarten sehr voll darum sind wir nach drinnen gegangen. Es war dort zur Hälfte belegt. Die Wartezeit auf Getränke und Essen war angemessen! Die bestellte Pizza war optisch schön, doch mittig zu dünn und durch den Belag aufgeweicht. Saltimbocca hatte für meinen Geschmack zu viel Salbei und das Kalbfleisch war nicht das frischeste…

The gluten-free pizza is simply from Schär! I thought I was going to fall off my chair: the gluten-free version of the pizza is super small (compared to the normal version, see photo). When I compared it at home with the ready-made pizza crust from the Schär brand, I recognized it. This pizza cost me €16 (the peeled base costs around €4 for 2 bases). I'm super disappointed because it's not mentioned anywhere on the map. You expect a pizza of the same size. And then there was the realization that it was a ready-made pizza base from Schär. Never again!

Overall not impressed. The spaghetti frutti di mare looked way better than they tasted - oversalted and bathing in oil instead of sauce. I have also had better pizza out of the freezer than the one here for 18€. The outdoor area is also unfortunately directly near a busy street. The service was commendable - friendly and forthcoming. Yet, overall, not worth a second visit.

Pizza, paste, scundi.... The all-round Italian in Sendling/Hadern just before the A96.... It's all ok! Pizza oven in the store! Neapolitan, of course! Always equally good. Always full. So be prepared to wait sometimes. It's worth it.

This is our favorite Italian. I love the pinsa there, it's just outstanding. The selection is large and the quality is very good. In summer the beer garden is very nice despite the busy street next door. The waiters are nice and do their best, even when it's hectic at peak times.

Best pizza in Munich and the surrounding area

The margarita was very good, the bruschetta too However, the tuna pizza was uneatable. We ate half of it by force, but while eating it, our taste buds burned and left ridges after eating the tuna. We reported it to the staff and they insisted that everything with the tuna was OK. We paid... we won't come back. We do not recommend!

I didn't want to write a review because we often come to Locanda Busento . Besides, we are all human and all make mistakes. But after today, I have to write something. So yesterday the three of us ate there. We ordered drinks, a pizza and 2 pastas. The waiter himself repeated what pizza and pastas we ordered + took notes. After a minute he came back and asked again what drinks we had ordered. Ok, we repeated. He served the drinks and mixed them up - he brought water with gas instead of the one without. All right. The food came. Instead of one of the pastas we ordered, the waiter brought a pizza. We said that we had ordered pasta. The waiter was quite disappointed, but took away the wrong pizza and after a while brought us the pasta we ordered. When we had already finished eating, another waiter came to our table with another plate of pasta, the same one that was served to us at the beginning! This other waiter saw we were finished and walked away with noodles. When we wanted to pay, our waiter brought the bill. And we noticed that on the bill there was another pasta and another pizza instead of our order! When I told the waiter that we didn't order/eat these, he got angry and walked away. After a while he came back with the same bill and his cell phone and used the calculator to subtract the items that we hadn't ordered. He didn't apologize and looked angry. The next day we came for lunch. Another waiter served our table. But the waiter from yesterday was also there, and when he saw us, he said loudly to his colleague (the other guests also heard this): "Be careful, yesterday I had to pay €20 for your bill out of my own pocket." What the fuck?? First mess up the whole order, then try to deceive the guests with the wrong bill, not apologize and then this? It was our favorite restaurant in Munich, and now I understand many of my friends who refuse to go there because the service is terrible. I would also think twice before going there again, there are plenty of other good restaurants in Munich.

Pizza was good and arrived quickly, but the waiters seemed annoyed and didn't really give us any advice. We were asked to pay into the restaurant (Biergartenplatz). When I wanted to pay with a card, I was annoyed and shook my head and said "no card". Conclusion: if you don't stay here If I absolutely have to go, like we did after a funeral, then I would definitely spend my money somewhere else.

Food was good. Service disaster! We gave the restaurant a chance twice. Unfortunately we were disappointed again the second time and will not come again. Service staff underground. A meal was completely forgotten. When I asked about it, it came about 20 minutes later (the others had already sat up) without an apology. We weren't asked if we wanted anything else to drink, even though the glasses had been empty for over an hour. At some point the waitress came to us with the bill without saying a word. There was no communication. Last but not least, each of us had to calculate our own amount from the total bill. The two waiters were nice, but we were served by a waitress who didn't particularly want to do her job. We won't be coming back and can't recommend it.

Was there on sunday. Ordered a pizza and a lemonade. It toon me 2 hours in this place to order, eat and pay only 1 pizza.. Furthermore, there was no salt in the pizza at all, of course this is something positive who doesnt like salt. But the most terrible part is here: I ordered a lemonade, as it is written in the Menu and Sprite or 7up was served.. I told waiter that Sprite is not a lemonade, that they have to specify in their menu. But I was tried to be convinced that Sprite is a lemonade :D such a shame for an Italian restaurant that they do know how to make an original lemonade. I would be happy to make a lemonade for this restaurant and show what really a lemonade is 😉

Delicious Italian pizza! Amazing cake. Beautiful Italian decor. Pasta dishes, some very delicious, others mediocre, but the pizza is worth visiting this place. Enjoy your meal!

Definitely the best pizza in town. The service is quite good for many. However, some employees don't cope well with the many guests. You should make a reservation if you want to go there in the evening.

Impeux overcooked but good quality product with freshness

We stayed at Locanda Busento today with our two children. The quality of the food has been good for years. Unfortunately, I still have to leave a negative review because the service clearly came at our expense. Instead of the starter we ordered, we were served a more expensive dish. A mistake that can still happen accidentally. The biggest impudence, however, was that when I was cashing out the waiter simply pocketed €5 more for the tip, even though I had stated the total amount clearly (instead of €90, I gave out €95 for an €80 bill). This is very bad style and not worthy of this place.

We were outside in the beer garden, which is nice. We didn't notice anything of the direct neighborhood to the street because there were a lot of people there talking. The staff is friendly and nice. Despite it being so full, we didn't have to wait long for either the food or the bill. Parking can be a bit sporty.

The food was delicious as always. Unfortunately, the service was very slow and uncoordinated, which was probably due to the high occupancy. We had to wait a few minutes before a waiter even spoke to us to show us our place and also to pay and in between we often had to wait an unnaturally long time until someone came to us. Apart from what can happen when the store is full, everything was great and I would recommend it at any time!

Very long waiting time, some were ignored by the service, others got food and drinks earlier even though they came later than us. Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience.

So I was just there and waited longer than 40 minutes for my food, then I left. Very incompetent staff, they can't get anything done and are very overwhelmed, so not recommended, AT ALL!!!!

Dieser Itaniener ist genau so, wie es dir Summe der Bewertungen ausdrückt - mal gut, mal schlecht! Bei mir heute leider sehr schlecht. Die Pizza war geschmacklich zwar okay, der Rand aber zu dunkel/ schwarz. Und bei einer neapolitanischen Pizza ist der Rand halt das Highlight, nützt aber nichts, wenn man ihn nicht essen kann. Service war auch schlecht, lautes Pseudo Gequatsche zwischen allen Kellnern anstatt einfach ihren Job gut zu machen! Langsam und unfreundlich! Kann können wie gesagt aber wieder alles gut sein…!

Went there at lunchtime, there was nothing going on in the restaurant or beer garden, there were a lot of waiters discussing who had which table and we weren't even asked what we wanted to order for 10 minutes. The service leaves more to be desired. Then we left again. Luckily there are more restaurants nearby.

I was usually always happy to be there, but today the ignorance of the service staff made me give up this review. Just hope the owner reads this and takes it as constructive criticism and improves it. I wanted to go out for a nice meal with my son today, arrived and was greeted. So we have already registered that we are present. Then we sat down next to the oven because my son wanted to watch how the pizzas were made. Service staff walk past us several times and even after 10 minutes neither received the menu nor done anything. Then another group sits down next to us and after a few minutes a waiter comes over and brings the cards and a few minutes later the drinks order. In these two moments neither a menu was brought nor a question as to whether we would like something to drink. After a total of more than 20 minutes, I just left with my son, very upset, and at the entrance/exit at the checkout, we only see a service person standing, preferring to just play around on his cell phone instead of making customers happy. I would also like to point out that the restaurant was pretty empty. Even if it were more crowded, you could at least get the tickets and place your drink order. Very unfortunate!!!

For me the best Italian in Munich, nice atmosphere and perfect pizzas

Very tasty pizza. The dough is great and the topping is of very good quality. Service rather unfriendly. Unfortunately, card payments are only possible from €25 onwards, and then only by EC. If you pay in cash, you will of course only receive a receipt upon request...

The service is nice, helpful and fast. We had gluten free pizza. It was a little dry, but the dough was good. I would definitely come again.

Excellent pizza from the stone oven. Very good and nice service. Always a good choice when it comes to good Italian cuisine! 👍🏼 When the hut is full, it can sometimes take a while for the food to arrive, but it's worth every minute. A striking number of Italians also come here to eat, which alone should provide enough information about the quality here. 😉

Great Italian in the south/west of Munich. Mega fresh things and also a veggie or vegan selection. Recently there is also gluten-free dough for almost everything. Reservations are recommended on weekends, but pizza can also be taken away. Edit: Card payments are sometimes not possible. It's better to take enough cash with you.

Pizza hatte mehr Rand als belegte Mitte. War aber lecker. Sehr hoher Geräuschpegel im Restaurant. Unterhaltung nur laut möglich. Wenn man Essen und Getränke bestellt hat wird der Service danach eingestellt. Eine weitere Getränke und oder Dessert Bestellung war nicht mehr möglich. Zum Schluss die Rechnung - Wasser 0,25l für 4,20€ finde ich einfach nur unverschämt. Insgesamt zu teuer für die Lage in München.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut , günstigste Pizza unter 10 Euro mit schon ordentliche Größe. Von Geschmack hier würde ich sage ist gute, leckerer als viele Pizzaladen. Ich mag es. Nur würde ich nicht als Mega bezeichnen. Allgemein was mit sehr gut gefallen hat ist, dass die nicht sehr ölig und nicht sehr salzig ist wie manche Pizzaladen. Die Pizzabeden ist dünn damit kommt es sehr gut mit die topping zusammen. Pizza Regina richtig gut , fluffig Rand ( ich kann es einfach so essen), saftige Inhalt. Pizza Margherits war gut aber der Rand war nicht so fluffig und bisschen übergebacken ( da habe ich den Rand nicht mehr aufgegessen) Personalen sind Freundlich. Die hat draußen ne Garten wo man bei schöne Wetter gut hinsetzen kann, war sehr angenehmen.

An absolute no-go, inferior quality at exorbitant prices. A soup for 7.50 with frozen goods instead of fresh vegetables?! The pasta is only made with cream, not Italian at all. In Italy you wouldn't serve people such disgusting food. I'm pretty sure they don't eat it themselves! The antipasti were probably from Aldi, absolutely inferior food. I don't understand how they got a single good review. Bistro food, the worst pasta we've ever had for 18 euros! The whole thing had nothing to do with Italian food! The result was stomach pain...

A beautiful old villa with a large, well-kept beer garden and young staff who take care of the well-being of the guests with joy and with great speed, especially the boss himself. The pizzas are large, very well topped and taste excellent, as do the super filled pasta plates, for which at least a big hunger is an advantage. The meat dishes are also recommended. A holiday in Bella Italia is unnecessary if you take the time to watch the very fast camerieri and pizza makers at work. The boss can be found wherever there is a need, either serving or helping to bake pizza. He is also at the forefront of instructing the guests and does all of this with the utmost friendliness. Food and service very good. Matching the original in Italy. Ambience completely ok. Typically rustic and old for Munich. Open large spaces with lots of people. Our corner (seen from the outside to the left of the entrance) was increasingly unventilated as the evening went on and became increasingly warmer. Very good restaurant.

Price-performance ratio excellent, very nice, hard-working and courteous staff, you need to be very hungry for a plate of pasta. The food served by the staff looks excellent on all plates and is more than sufficient. They speak not only Italian, but also well-maintained German. Great food, lots of choice and really really tasty pizza. Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. On the first visit a few months ago, the waiter complained about not enough tips (that's probably still the customer's decision). Yesterday we were completely ignored and never asked again if anyone else wanted to drink something or the like.

I was there today with my wife at 5:45 p.m. After the waiter walked past us three times within 10 minutes without even noticing us, my wife asked him the fourth time to at least leave us the menu that he was carrying with him. His answer was "yes yes" and he moved on. After a total of 15 minutes we left again. The food is supposed to be excellent, but we'll probably never know.

I would definitely recommend this place, personally it was my first time here; We were a larger group (even 2 children and 2 toddlers), made reservations in advance, sat outside and enjoyed the food! The pizzas we ordered were perfect, really very tasty wood-fired pizzas! Menu with plenty of choice, taste-wise above average, even something that wasn't on the menu The menu was combined and served upon request. The waiter was great, very accommodating, friendly and personable! We will of course come back!

Pizza, no matter which one - they are all excellent!!

Always happy to go there, varied selection of food. Pasta, wine, beer garden good. However, the pizzas hardly suit our taste anymore - they consist almost exclusively of (partially burnt) edges and therefore far too little toppings.. you have to like it..
