Lobby Lounge in Wolfsburg

Disastrous service & very arrogant. No one asked if I wanted another drink. Even though I told the bar that we were on the fence, the waitress just came to another table to take the payment. No professional check... Even to pay, you had to go to the reception and ask. Then you get a smug smile when you mention it. 5 stars??? Where? It wasn't even full, but rearranging the lights is apparently more important. I'm really annoyed because I was really looking forward to my stay.

Very nice ambience and exclusive drinks

Today, for tea time, I had it at Riz Carlton! Highly recommended if you like tea. The small teatime snacks look and taste delicious! Many thanks also to the service, very friendly and accommodating! Thank you very much!

I was there with my son for afternoon tea. The food was incredibly delicious and the experience was really great.

The food was very average, even disappointing. The service was terrible: slow, confusing orders, and avoiding customer contact.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful lobby! Very nice and friendly staff. But it takes a while... We were guests for afternoon tea. We were shown to our table quickly, but then nothing happened for a long time. Just as we were receiving our second pot of tea, the cake stand finally arrived. The taste was excellent! The atmosphere was great, but everything took far too long...
