Global Inn Restaurant in Wolfsburg

We tried the gourmet buffet on the occasion of my birthday. We sat right next to the door to the kitchen - so service staff were constantly walking past our table and the clattering of dishes could be clearly heard. The food from the buffet was very tasty, but a whole main course and the side dishes were simply missing. I didn't get an answer to my query. Too bad! At the beginning we were asked what drinks we wanted - but not again after that. The quality of the food was very good, but I was also looking forward to the fish.

Doner doesn't look good and salad doesn't look fresh. After eating, it takes less than 10 minutes to defecate in the toilet.

The pizza and burgers are simply amazing. I will order there more often.

Beware of rip-offs! It is a lost place where rooms are rented out! When we arrived at the check-in time agreed upon through Booking, all doors were locked and NO ONE was there! Neither anyone at the reception nor any guests! There were two numbers posted that you had to call, and a man answered with broken German. After two phone calls and more than half an hour of waiting in front of closed doors, the good gentleman came and unlocked the "entrance area" (which was also used by a snack bar). When we entered there was a smell of sewage and we were told that the restaurant was closed and that breakfast would only be available at a fixed time. We then got our money back with a lot of emphasis and a request via Booking for a free cancellation. IMPORTANT: in the original contract for booking with advance payment, you cannot cancel free of charge without getting the money you have already paid back!

Warmed tempura sushi, not fresh. Service very unfriendly.
