Disastrous service & very arrogant. No one asked if I wanted another drink. Even though I told the bar that we were on the fence, the waitress just came to another table to take the payment. No professional check... Even to pay, you had to go to the reception and ask. Then you get a smug smile when you mention it. 5 stars??? Where? It wasn't even full, but rearranging the lights is apparently more important. I'm really annoyed because I was really looking forward to my stay.

The pizza and burgers are simply amazing. I'll definitely be ordering from there again.

I was here for coffee on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was moderately busy. The coffee and desserts were of very good quality, but quite expensive. My criticism is solely directed at the service: there seemed to be more staff than customers, and ordering a coffee at one counter and a waffle at another took almost 35 minutes in total. How is it possible that someone comes by to clear the table seemingly every 10 seconds, yet the order is either taken by untrained staff or there aren't enough people? Especially if you're there with a child and not your partner, this system is a disaster with such long waiting times. If it always takes this long, then introduce those buzzers. Better yet, hire trained staff; what I experienced today was completely inefficient.

The food and atmosphere are very good, but we booked a reservation for the Christmas brunch by phone back in September. We called yesterday to inquire about it and today received a reply saying we weren't on any reservation list. Very disappointing! I have no idea what went wrong, but luckily we followed up.

We arrived at 10 a.m. and waited 25 minutes before anyone came to the counter to take our order. The shop was clearly open, but no one came. A wasted wait…
