I don't really teast authentic :(

Sehr hochpreisig, gutes Essen und schönes Ambiente. Haben online einen Tisch gebucht für 1.5 Stunden, wurden direkt nach dem Essen gefragt ob wir weiteres bestellen möchten, wir meinten wir warten kurz -man muss auch erst mal verdauen- kurz darauf wurden wir gebeten zu gehen obwohl unsere gebuchte Zeit noch nicht vergangen war. Sehr schade, wir wollten einen Nachtisch/Kaffee. Für schnellesser ok, wenn man gemütlich essen gehen möchte dann doch woanders.

Little Italy stands for little Italy That's how I describe the non-existent service, the unfriendly service and the unpleasant ambience. The food was ok and tasty, we've probably been to Italy too often and were just expecting the local flair and hospitality. For us, never again little Italy.

The food was a disaster. I was sick for two days. Quality and service leave a lot to be desired. Absolutely not recommended!!

I had dinner there 8 months ago. Very tasty food with creations that you don't get anywhere else, in a nice atmosphere and nice service. I can highly recommend the restaurant. There are no parking spaces directly in front of the door, but there are paid parking spaces nearby.

Today I had lunch in an Italian restaurant and tried a particular pizza. It wasn't your usual pizza, but an interesting combination of sausage, mozzarella, tomato, cooked figs and ricotta added after cooking. The price is in line with the area, although for us it may seem a little high. The place is welcoming and is located in a perfect location, right at the foot of the Duomo. The staff is friendly and also speaks Italian, although the menu is only available in German and English. Convenient payment by credit card.

Wonderfully coordinated, high professionalism and love for the craft.

We had dinner on a Saturday evening. The reservation slots will be honored. We really liked the atmosphere. The restaurant was very busy even when we left at 8pm. Our dishes (pasta and risotto) tasted very good, they were both excellent. The risotto dish had a pleasant spiciness. The portions of both dishes were ok, but could have been a little larger. The service was nice and very attentive. I liked the red wine glasses and the temperature of the wine.

Overall, we had a good evening in Little Italy. Unfortunately, I honestly have to admit that the prices are too high. I had the lemon risotto with sea bass fillet. Luckily I still had a starter, otherwise the portion for just €23 wouldn't have been enough for me. I'll be honest, I was a bit shocked that as soon as you don't order a standard pasta/pizza dish, you usually pay €20-23 per dish. With a starter (antipasti €22...) and a main course each (+ two drinks each per person) the final amount came to an impressive €90. Definitely too much, even if it was admittedly delicious.

The service and waiters were super friendly and very attentive, but the food left a lot to be desired. Little variety of pizzas.

We were very happy about the last minute reservation and were even happier when the food was served to us. Very tasty and very delicious, nicely decorated. Service very nice and accommodating. Recommendation.

Wir waren hier zum Mittagessen. Es war ein komplette Katastrophe von der Vorspeise angefangen bis zur Hauptspeise. Es hat nichts gepasst, mit Sicherheit nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Great Italian food & mixed drinks in a beautifully cozy restaurant with attentive service.

The warm welcome is followed by excellent service. The dishes are prepared quickly and are of good quality. All around, very satisfactory! Keep it up!

Cute restaurant, unfortunately the food was only lukewarm. The service is good and the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately everything is very loud.

Very nice cozy restaurant. The young waiter was very friendly and motivated. The men's toilet smelled very strong right into the entrance area. The risotto with king prawns was tasty, but unfortunately very little, nothing to fill you up. The beef fillet was nice and crispy on the outside, unfortunately cooked on the inside, we wanted medium. Unfortunately after the complaint it didn't get any better, no longer crispy on the outside and almost raw on the inside. Not acceptable for 35€!!! Our conclusion; Price performance just isn't right... What a shame...

We ate there as a family (2 children and 2 adults). The food was really delicious. The pizzeria is not far from the city center. The service was nice and the atmosphere was really pleasant.

Worst pizza ever - rock hard and over salted. Despite a complaint, there was no response from the restaurant. Not recommended and no further visit!

Die Pizza war miserabel! DerTeig trocken, hart und hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Die Nudeln waren ok, aber sehr übersichtlich, das haben wir auch im Lokal moniert!

Yesterday we had reserved a table in advance, the restaurant was nicely furnished in a rustic, cozy manner, unfortunately completely overcrowded with guests, a very narrow small table for 2 people, the boss / service was very nice, the rest of the staff were overwhelmed, the carpaccio starter was okay, the salad with goat cheese was tastelessly prepared , Pizza tuna was not an experience and the dough was not a burner, but rather a ready-made pizza base, very dry. Too bad.......

I ate dinner at Little Italy on December 26, 2024. Service, cleanliness and ambience were 5 stars. The tagliatelle with shrimp and octopus were very tasty and price/performance was okay. The mixed side salad, however, was too expensive from the PLV. The tomatoes were tasteless and a bit of colorful leaf lettuce... The 0.2 wine Lugana for 10 EUR was also very expensive in my opinion. Therefore 4 stars overall. But I can absolutely recommend it and will come back :-)!

Food was okay... service very good. Unfortunately none of the dishes were really warm. The pizza sat at the counter for at least 5 minutes until it was served, which is not an expectation I have. Portions were very manageable for this price category.

Worst Italian restaurant I have ever visited. Gnocchi is overcooked without seasoning, the other pasta dish (orecchiette) is oversalted. The starter plate was completely overpriced and lacked quality. All the positive reviews are incomprehensible and unfortunately we fell for it. Restaurant completely overrated and value for money a disaster. Never again!

I booked this place because the pizzas looked very good in the photos. Unfortunately the reality did not correspond, poorly cooked dough, a pool of oil or fat in the center of the pizza once served and the cheese which had no taste... The atmosphere and the room were nice and the nice service but we were disappointed with the food.

The food was very tasty and extremely good quality. Rarely eaten so well!

Der Empfang war nicht gerade freundlich und man sitzt sehr beengt. Die Pizza ist gut allerdings sehr ölig, der Rest nur sehr durchschnittlich mit nicht gerade top Qualität der Produkte. Geschmacklich sehr fad und ebenfalls sehr ölig. Einfach viel zu teuer für mehr als durchschnittliches Essen. Muss man nicht gewesen sein…..

Went to Little Italy for pizza in the evening. Really good stone oven pizza and a delicious antpasti. Nice service and a really great restaurant. Reservations are a must as it is always full. Overall, I thought it was good, a little more expensive, but completely ok for the location and quality. There is no parking space, parking garage 10 minutes away.

A must visit, amazing pizza and wine

Great location but quite expensive The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is friendly if not always attentive, the quality of the food is good but not outstanding, the toilets... - well, the prices are quite high. As pleasant as the stay is, we are not convinced by the price-performance ratio.

Unfortunately, when it's full, the air in the room quickly becomes stuffy.

There's no better way to finish a long day than an absolutely horrible meal. I am seriously amazed that they could serve their food without embarrassment. To start with, I ordered a beer that was completely flat and without any carbonation. Not a huge deal...it happens. But then the replacement beer was also completely flat, so I just gave up and drank the sad, malty, lifeless beer. The food was the real issue. I ordered a bavette steak that was to tough to chew. It was supposed to come with a "port wine reduction," which sounded lovely but was actually a thick, grey, overly salty paste that was entirely unappetizing to even look at. How a cook could put that on a plate and send it to the dining room is beyond me. To top it off, it was served with potatoes that tasted as if they had been cooked hours before. What a waste of 33 euros. My wife and son shared the tagliatelle with steak. The pasta was undercooked, the beef unchewable, and the whole thing sat in a pile of liquid instead of in a creamy sauce that that sticks to the pasta that you'd expect. Really awful. Would not recommend.

A perfect cozy place for lunch after you end up walking from the main city centre to the church. Excellent pasta in lemon tomato sauce and equally amazing was the tiramisu ❣️ must visit place. The service was fast and with a smile.

Tasty and varied menu, but weak service. Not accepting a reservation for 14 people for the Christmas party on the grounds that it would be on a Saturday is really crazy.

Super fast service, nice staff, drinks and food arrived pleasantly quickly, pasta was super tasty but pizza dough was firm and dry (hard to cut with a knife), ambience and presentation are great, but a must for these prices.

Absolutely recommended! Wonderfully delicious food and definitely one of the best Italian restaurants we've been to so far. The tiramisu in particular was to die for! We will definitely come back when we are in Bamberg again.

A waitress with very long fingernails used her fingernails to pick pieces of lemon from drinks and then served those drinks to customers. 2 pizzas arrived in an hour even though we asked for them several times. They said they would come every time. They said a large group had ordered pizza before us but why weren't we told so we could order something else. A staff member yelled at me when I got angry about the food delay. No staff member apologized and we had to run to catch our train. The food really wasn't Italian and the pizza was ok, definitely not worth 18 euros. This was one of the cheapest items on the menu. They don't serve bread or snacks like other Italian restaurants. They promised us a seat outside after 15-20 minutes and of course we didn't get it. Inside, the ceiling is a bit low. I was sitting in front of bar. One waitress with very long nails took lemon pieces out of drinks with nails and then surve that drink to customers. 2 pizzas came in more than 1 hour time even we asked many times. They say every time it is coming. They said they have a large group ordered pizza before us but why this was not told to us so we could order something else. What a shame that the service wasn't attentive over the course of the evening, so that the guests noticed that personal conversations between the employees were preferred to the guests - that's not a good thing. Empty glasses were also not removed, although here in particular there was very little attention. The types of beer we ordered were also mixed up. A massive mistake - especially in a beer town. Nevertheless, above all, culinary praise goes to the kitchen. 😊

We even ate here twice during our Bamberg vacation because the food was so delicious and the service staff was so friendly. The pizza, pasta dishes and salad were very tasty and we spontaneously got a table every time. Really highly recommended!

The service was great and friendly, the atmosphere is nice. But unfortunately the Pizza Diavolo was not satisfactory. It seems to me that the yeast dough just didn't rise. In addition, the beer was stated as 0.5 liters, but when the head of foam came off, it was only a maximum of 0.45 liters. The complaint went smoothly, but it's still a no-go for me. For the price (pizza €15) I only give it 3 stars.

The Corleone pizza was a highlight. Very tasty with smoked cheese. Very friendly service that, despite the store being full, had an overview and fulfilled all requests quickly. Price ok. One star deducted from Baron Ambiente for the annoying piano music.

Although everything was reserved, we still managed to find a place for our short stopover in Bamberg. It was very tasty and the service was very friendly despite the heat and crowds. Next time we’ll make a reservation too!

I had a diabolo, very well filled and the price at 14 euros was okay for Bamberg. But the most important thing was that the pizza was very tasty and, according to its name, spicy. Not over the top just the way I like it.

The service was friendly, but it took a very long time before the pizzas were served. We didn't get enough cutlery and the beer, which was ordered at the same time as the food, never came. The pizzas were overcooked and definitely not tasty. All in all, a waste of money and the evening.

Had the risotto with chanterelles and a small insalata mista. Was there alone and sat inside. Service was very friendly and made me feel welcome. Food was good too!

The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the menu offered an excellent selection of Italian dishes. Since we unfortunately only had a limited time window, we pre-ordered the food by email, which worked smoothly from an organizational point of view. The dishes were simply delicious – freshly prepared and full of flavor! The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Italian cuisine!

Four of us spontaneously dined here. The conditions were very friendly and gave us the choice whether we wanted to eat outside or inside. We had three starters, all three were very tasty, my favorite was the beetroot carpaccio. The main courses were all very good too. The tagliatelle here is homemade, the steak was perfect and the panzanella was also very good. All four of us were completely satisfied and had a really nice time here.

Yes this is a tourist trap , but what isn’t in this part of this beautiful town? Having said that, the service was excellent. Got to sit in an air conditioned room on a 30 degree day. Had a quite delicious pizza and a Barbera. All over good place to stop for lunch after seeing the nearby sites

Nice, small restaurant with delicious dishes - also open on Mondays, great! Pizza and risotto highly recommended. Unfortunately, on our last visit there was a technical problem in the kitchen, so it took forever. But the restaurant did everything they could to put the faux pas right - thank you very much for that too!

Und hätte man die Pfifferlinge ein bisschen raffiniert gewürzt , wäre das eine tolle Pizza gewesen. Alles in allem: für den Preis- etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail.

They offer and advertise gluten-free pizzas, which pleased me as a person with celiac disease. The surcharge of €4 is far too high and is no longer proportionate for me. There are many places that offer this cheaper. So I ate gluten-free pasta with seafood. The seafood was excellent, the sauce was too salty, the pasta was al dente, but with an additional charge of €3.50 it was also too high. The competition (but probably the same owner according to the waitress?) offers noodles at no extra charge. The service was very friendly, after we had a very incompetent service at the beginning. I wouldn't eat there again. But it wasn't a failure either.

Incredibly attractive card that makes it difficult to decide. There were four of us and we shared antipasti and another starter. Afterwards there was pasta and pizza. Personally, I found the pasta dishes very tasty and better than the pizza. Would definitely reserve! The service was very nice and the atmosphere was great (we sat outside).

Ein schönes Plätzchen und das Restaurant macht sehr vieles richtig. Vor allem das Personal war sehr nett - ein junges Team - und hat mit Humor und Freundlichkeit serviert. Die Speisen sind über dem Durchschnitt: Pizza sehr gut, Pasta fast noch etwas besser. Die Preise sind angemessen - für die Pizza etwas hoch. Man sitzt aber wirklich sehr schön - an einem heißen Abend mit etwas Luft draussen, und nicht zu eng an den nächsten Tischen.

We have ordered two pizza and I got mine first after 10 min we still waiting for my girlfriends pizza. They said nothing, I needed to ask several times for the pizza and they said 1 min. 🤣 no discount and no service.. but the was food was great

This time I had a salad plate with shrimp, unfortunately the specified grains were missing and consisted mainly of arugula. Unfortunately there was no pizza bread either.

We chose this place for the possibility of eating gluten-free food for my boys. Very unique and well looked after environment. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good pizza, both normal and gluten-free. I instead chose the risotto with bacon, provola and mushrooms, very tasty. The tiramisu to close the lunch is also good. Positive experience.
