It's little more than a pub where you can order pinsa. The pinsa was OK, but definitely not freshly made, here they only make it warm! In terms of price, I think it's just too expensive for a store like this, the ingredients are the cheapest you can get in the wholesale market and then it's not even freshly prepared. One employee was quite nice but the others (presumably the owner or his family) were rather rude.

Very tasty pins, very nice service! Unfortunately, not everything on the menu was available to order, but there was definitely an effort to keep us satisfied. The location is more like a beer garden/simple. Since Linda's dough in particular tastes so wonderfully wood-fired, we will definitely eat there again.

The food was very tasty, I have never eaten such delicious pinsa. It's said to be one of the tastiest in the city and I couldn't agree more. It tasted great. But it was also my first Pinsa. The menu still says that there is pizza, but that is no longer true. You can sit comfortably outside under the parasol. There are small soccer goals for children to play soccer and inside there is a foosball machine and two slot machines. I think the price-performance ratio is reasonable as the quality is very good. The staff is very nice, even speaks Italian and the decor is very authentic. The waiting time for food was very short. Unfortunately there is no card payment, only cash payment, but if you know that, it's not a problem at all. Lovely again!

Super tasty pinsa and bruscetta, highly recommended 👌 The location takes a bit of getting used to, it's more like a kind of "gambler's bar" where people smoke and bet in the next room with a loud TV, but it's nice to sit outside.

This Italian restaurant in Freiburg offers very good pide, sometimes pizza, but most of the time it's just pide. The pide was very tasty, you could really enjoy what you bought. The only thing that's a bit fun and unusual is the location. It's kind of a small shop in the neighborhood and not a really nice restaurant. It's more like a pub where you get the pizza, but the pizza is very tasty.

There is smoking in the next room, which isn't really great as a non-smoker. There was no pizza due to a lack of staff, but pinsa. It tasted OK. Staff was friendly.

Great restaurant, we had 2 "little Italy" pinsas, the dough was light and crispy, the filling was fresh. The manager and the regulars were very friendly. It was perfect. Warning: do not take the card, payment in cash only.

Friendly owner and amazing pizza. You could definitely tell a difference with the pinsa vs normal pizza. A bit more airy. Recommended to family and friends! Will be back!

The Pinsa are really exceptionally good. The dough is delicious and crispy and the tomato sauce and toppings are not standard gastro uniformity but really tasty and high quality. Boss is very friendly & personable. Thumbs up.

The ambience is a bit 'special', but the quality of the pizza and pinsa is really unique; I've rarely had such a good, crispy, thin dough. And very warm family owners! I'd love to come back again in the summer, it's certainly very nice outside

From A to Z everything is top small menu but 100% authentic Italian cuisine highly recommended!!!!!

It pleasantly surprised me!! As an "old" Freiburger, I've - unfortunately - never heard of the bistro before. The Google reviews promised good things. It has been exceeded! There were five of us guests there, the ambience was like a bistro. but the antipasti was amazing, surpassed by the pinsa and the spagetti carbonara. Jerder tried each one and raved.

Good pinsa and pizza at moderate prices in a cozy atmosphere. Particularly recommended when the weather is nice, as you can then sit outside. No excessive frills, just a nice Italian restaurant. Very friendly service.

Beste Pinsa und Panini die außerhalb Italiens gegessen habe. Von außen unscheinbar, aber mit sehr viel Liebe geführt und jeder Abend 10/10. Ob für ein Abendessen, einen kleinen Snack oder für einen Drink. Mittlerweile mein Lieblingsladen in Freiburg und jedesmal wie Urlaub in Italien. Einziger Wunsch wäre eine vegane Käsealternative.

Leckeres Essen, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Auswahl an vegetarisch / vegan könnte größer sein.

Wer in Freiburg richtig gute Pasta essen will oder nach der besten Pizza in der Stadt sucht, der sollte hier Mal vorbeischauen. Wir hatten extrem leckere Carbonara ( Spaghetti al dente, perfekte originale Soße) und Pizza Margherita ( meine bisher beste Margherita überhaupt, unglaublich guter Teig, harmonisch abgestimmte Tomatensoße mit Knoblauch und fior di Latte als Topping), es war einfach sehr sehr gut.! Wir kommen wieder.

Super leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal. Leider etwas längere Wartezeiten. Die Pinsa ist der Hammer. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Die Pinsa ist oberlecker zu einem wirklich fairen Preis. Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gut gelaunt, so das schnell das Gefühl aufkommt hier als Gast willkommen zu sein.

Über zwei stummen Bildschirmen flimmern NTV Nachrichten. Italo-Pop läuft im Hintergrund. Der Inhaber unterhält sich lautstark auf Italienisch mit anderen Gästen. Da fühlt man sich direkt wie letzten Italienurlaub. Der Inhaber obernett und macht einem das Wohlfühlen leicht, man ist als Gast willkommen. Der Renner ist die Pinsa. Woanders oft gehypt und überteuert, ist diese hier richtig gut und lecker. Durch Zufall entdeckt, wird dies unser Stammlokal für die kleine Flucht.

Beste Pinsa! Teig außergewöhnlich luftig und knusprig. Hervorragende Spagetti aglio, olio e peperoncino. Carbonara geschmackvoll, geschmeidig. Alle Zutaten aus höchster Qualität. Jung und freundliches Team mit viel Potenzial. Familiären Service. Nur zum empfehlen.

Sympathischer Kellner, das Essen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Freiburg sind, kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Die Pizzen sind super lecker und klein wie Pinse aber auch entsprechend günstig im Preis. Top Restaurant mit vielen Parkplätzen.

Nous avons trouvé le restaurant par hasard , le patron est exceptionnel de gentillesse , et la cuisine exceptionnelle étant d'origine italienne cela fait des années que je n'ai pas mangé une pizza aussi savoureuse 👍👍👍👍 tout est absolument parfait , même l'ambiance avec les habitués qui jouent au carte on se sent comme à la maison , nous étions jaloux de ne pas avoir un restaurant comme cela près de chez nous. Vraiment bravo !!!!

Durch Zufall auf diese Pizzeria gekommen. Was soll ich sagen? Sehr, sehr lecker war es. Hier gibt es „Pinsas“, ähnlich wie Pizza, ein leicht krosser Boden mit den ausgewählten Belägen . Der sympathische Inhaber serviert mit Herzblut seine leckeren Gerichte und man fühlt sich super aufgehoben. Sehr empfehlenswert!
