Definitely a place to visit. The beers are good. Teh schnitzel and chips are delicious. The atmosphere is styşish and nice.👍🏽

For me the food was excellent and tasteless. It doesn't even taste that good to me. But that's my personal taste. Suitable for larger groups.

Food was lovely, really filling. Berlinger pilsner was also really good. Inderlok waited our table and was really professional and attentive. Portion sizes are good.

A really great evening at Lindenbräu. The food was really excellent, but what I have to particularly emphasize is the service from our waiter Ayhan. He was extremely courteous, friendly and made the evening very special. He even implemented the countless special requests to our complete satisfaction. All in all, we can only warmly recommend Lindenbräu! Even our last-minute change of appointment was no problem at all. Top! Keep it up!!!

It’s a good place but their food wasn’t good enough

Portions are large. The menu lacked beer snacks. The skin of the pork is very tasty and crispy, but the meat turned out to be dry, the side dish was very lacking in potatoes, there were potato dumplings next to it, which were very ordinary... Vienna's schnitzel was tasty, juicy, but the side dish was unacceptable to us, as I understood cold potato salad or something similar. Chicken pieces in a pan with potatoes and onions - homemade, rustic food :)

A nice pub/South Tyrolean style place located in the Sony center. The tables with windows are beautiful so you can observe the Christmas decorations outside. The waiters are not the most friendly but efficient: I had booked in my name and when we sat down at the table designated by the card, he was kicking us out thinking we weren't us and it was difficult to make him understand. Very good food, we took a trio of local sausages and goulash accompanied by potatoes and polenta, the desserts were also very good. Low price.

I was there for the company Christmas party. The buffet was rich, very good quality and the beer selection was extensive and tasty. The only thing that tore the event apart was the division over 3 floors. However, for a private visit this should have no further meaning and I would be happy to come back.

A Bavarian restaurant with Berlin beer? Difficult to impossible! In my opinion it's just a facade: it says Bavarian and Berlin is inside. Of course also overpriced, tourist shop.

Delicious food, good service and great atmosphere.

Food as always very good. I like to go there with visitors to Berlin. Unfortunately, there are currently construction sites nearby, so the view outside is not that nice.

Well, we were looking for some real classic German food & beer...This is the place! Great atmosphere, very relaxed, great service 👈, food was excellent! Reasonable prices.

Food was okay. We ordered for 60+ people, it was okay. 3 dishes, casual till budget food.

Great restaurant, good selection of food and excellent service. The desired "Bavarian ambience" is almost achieved there, but anyone who has already had a culinary experience in Bavaria will recognize the non-Bavarian atmosphere ;-). But that doesn't detract from your stay, we'll be happy to come back.

The knuckle spectacular typical Munich food and very good service

One of the most enjoyable places in Berlin. It is a nice atmosphere, inside a mountain chalet that is rebuild . The staff is very attentive and very nice. The food is extraordinary and comes in very large portions. It's a good value restaurant.

From our point of view there is nothing to complain about here. Service quick and friendly. Food was also very good.

It was the single worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I got to the restaurant at around 5:10pm by myself and was seated in the corner of the restaurant. The waitress started off pretty friendly to help with my order. After I got my coke and potato soup, I sat there for 40 minutes and slowly sipped on my drinks. The waitress clearly didn’t care about her service because as she was getting ready to help the table next to me (40 min after I got my soup), she realized my table was empty and causally asked “oh haven’t they served you food?” I replied “no.” People say good things take time so you would’ve thought the dish could be pretty appetizing. Upon receiving my Roasted Leberkäse, three quarters of the edge area of the plate was covered with greasy finger prints. 🚩🤮 The dish was basically some raw lettuce, potato salad, a meat loaf with an egg. Unless their secret sauce is to wait 40 minutes, I don’t see any reason why I had to wait that long to get my food. I was traveling all day and this was my first proper meal. So sadly I had to force myself to finish the food or else I was pretty tempted to just leave the restaurant after seeing the insane amount of greasy finger prints. Now, you would’ve thought the only way is up from this point onwards. But unfortunately I waited another 20 minutes just to catch my waitress attention so I can get the check and leave asap. But hey she got me the check and the payment terminal within 30 seconds. Impressive. She asked for me to click on how much I want to tip and complete the payment, I recognize one of the few German I knew and clicked “nein.” She didn’t seem to care because she knew there was practically no service given at all for my dinner.

Typical tourist trap. Is fully geared towards mass processing. Food is better in every side street restaurant. Maybe it was because of my failed schnitzel.

We came here with a small group to spend a nice evening. The waiter seemed more bored or unmotivated to me. The food was average, would have expected a little more for the price.

We had reserved a table a day in advance and were warmly welcomed by the friendly wait staff when we arrived. They knew immediately and accompanied us to a lovingly prepared table with napkins and candles - a really nice gesture. The service was consistently quick, attentive and extremely friendly. The food was very tasty, even if the portions - especially for the vegetarian dishes - were a bit small for my taste. A highlight was definitely the surprise at the end: the birthday child in our group received a delicious birthday brownie with a sparkler - a great gift from the house! Overall, a wonderful experience that we would happily recommend. We'll definitely be back!

I came here after a concert at the Philharmonie because everyone else in the area had already closed their kitchens. That alone is a recommendation! The cheese spaetzle was good, but not spectacular. The red wine (Zweigelt) was excellent but a bit overpriced. Potsdamer Platz. I can fully agree with the widespread praise for the service.

Portion of the pork knuckle is quite large for 2 persons. However the skin was quite chewy and very difficult to cut and chew. As for the currywurst I think there was just too much ketchup on top which was all that I could taste instead of the sausage. Therefore I would not say this is the best German restaurant I have been to in this trip.

impressive location and venue for what it is. food! had an convincing experience but was not exactly wowed by the service; more specifically, why push for fancy bottled water that becomes an insult and detour to that very purpose to seating at a table to drink beer. too, tinny bottles are not doing good to the environment. scrap them as an "upsell" option. in a business principle, they do not make any sense. adios! *beef broth was fabulous. no pic! 🙃

A spontaneous visit to a restaurant and it turned out to be a fun evening. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were greeted very hospitably and were quickly seated. The service was attentive and the food was simply delicious, just like grandma's. The Kaiserschmarrn was the highlight.

We enjoyed a delicious goulash soup with bread. The location is ok, but not special. There was some work going on outside. We had contact with several gentlemen from the service, but actually only the older man was really nice and attentive. He had a chat with us, because he also came to the Netherlands sometimes.

Nach der Reservierung hatten wir einen Tisch am Fenster. Leider trübt die Baustelle direkt vor dem Lindenbräu den Blick. Service sehr gut, schnell und höflich. Die Tische stehen leider sehr eng, so gab es Probleme mit den Nachbarn. Essen: zum Salatteller mit Räucherlachs gab es leider kein Meerrettich.

The food and beer were fine. However, the bearded waiter in the rear seating area on the third floor on the night of November 5th was very impatient and had a bad attitude. He spoke very rudely. This is the first time I've encountered a waiter like this. Despite that, we still left a tip. I hope this can be improved.

Really fun for a family meal. There's a mock-Alpine chalet at the back with mountain scenes playing out, complete with a snowstorm!

Nice brewery. The service is great here and the food came quite quickly, despite rush hour. The food is standard. The prices are quite high considering the portion.

Unfortunately we were forbidden to order from the large menu (the small menu was supposedly made especially for the troops - but it wasn't a good selection!!!) so I had to choose something that didn't taste very good (Kaasspatzen - I've eaten much better ones) sry, but that's how it is.

Unfortunately my visit wasn't quite what I had hoped. The ambience of the restaurant is Bavarian and conveys a cozy atmosphere at first glance. But when it comes to food, the Bavarian taste unfortunately falls by the wayside - there is still a lot of room for improvement here. I was also disappointed by the service: the waiters seemed rather listless and not very committed. Additionally, the tables are placed very close to each other, creating a noisy environment that makes it difficult to have a quiet conversation. All in all, unfortunately not an experience that I would repeat so quickly.

Every time I come to Berlin I never hesitate to come to this restaurant! The place its self is really cozy and warm, the servers are very nice and happy to help, while the food is amazing and delicious!

Great waiter, super friendly. Nice atmosphere. We were there a year ago and we were just as impressed this time. Were there at 5 p.m. and there were still plenty of spots available. But things certainly look different in the evening, so a reservation is recommended. The currently adjacent construction site is not a problem.

What can I say, I come from Upper Bavaria. The place is just “artificially” made in Bavarian. Bavarians certainly won't find this original. I always find it difficult not to be Bavarians/Austrians in lederhosen. The food is OK, but way too expensive for the quality. This is much better in most Bavarian country inns. But the home-brewed beer is very good. You can go there as a tourist, but it's better to drive to Bavaria yourself. 😉

Very nice atmosphere and very friendly and courteous staff. The food is very good and plentiful.

We went there twice because the ambience and service the first time was world class. The waiter quickly noticed that we were from Austria. He went straight into the Austrian dialect and we had a really nice conversation with him. On the second day we went there again and unfortunately this waiter still took our order but then he had his well-deserved end of duty. Then this waiter Mohadin came (let's think so) and he hated any question. It's actually a shame because otherwise the whole staff was great. If we visit Lindenbräu again we will see where it is not in service. Otherwise great place.

Price-performance ratio fits, quite comfortable.

Today I ordered a “Wiener Schnitzel”. I received a catastrophically over-baked schnitzel with a dry, bland breading. A mash of potatoes and cucumber slices was served as a salad. I can only advise against it!

One of the best Bavarian/Austrian restaurants in Berlin. It is super tourist, but the quality of the food, the portions and the atmosphere is fantastic. They also have the best Kaiserschmarrn in Berlin!!! Check us out - @osofoodies

We sat as a group in the Lindenalm and enjoyed the program in front of the "windows".

Great Berliner draft beer, wonderful atmosphere

Had dinner as part of a BPA event, there was a vegetarian dish + dessert. Unfortunately, the cheese spaetzle was subpar. The “cake” is still frozen, along with clotted spray cream. Service and ambience are all fine. I can't comment on the other dishes.

It was very tasty and the staff were really friendly and loved children. Portions were ok, kept on the smaller side. The alpine pasture at the back was cozy and had fun “effects”

I know the location from before Corona and was thrilled back then. The food and service were great but the ambience was lacking. Tables are simply too narrow in the upper area. We were lucky today that it wasn't fully booked, otherwise dining would have been very, very tight. I have the impression that it has more mass than class. Please change that, it's annoying when you sit almost on top of each other.

It was okay overall. Typical German and Bavarian cuisine, but unfortunately there is no Bavarian beer here, which is what I would have expected with such a cuisine. What I didn't like was that when you paid by card you were informed whether you wanted to tip or not.

Nach einem Konzert kamen wir spät als Freunde in einer Gruppe von ca 20 Personen. Wir fühlten uns wohl, rasche und freundliche Bedienung, Essen ordentlich, Preise moderat.

After I had a bad experience at the competitor Paulaner next door, I am completely satisfied here. Even when the house is full, friendly staff, good food and prompt service. Come back.👍

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Some of my family were there before us in their 90s and had just gotten drinks... Food had just been ordered... Our drink came quickly... unfortunately the food didn't. There was also no service in between... Guests who came after us had already finished eating and left... When I asked, her food would be coming soon... The children were very hungry and tired... When the food finally came, the disappointment, unfortunately only lukewarm... As an excuse for the long waiting time, we were supposed to get ice cream... Unfortunately no one came.... after 25 minutes of waiting my daughter went to pay... No goodwill... full payment... after more than 3 hours... . Never again.....

Saturday evening shortly after 6 p.m., sat outside for 10 to 15 minutes, no one came. Then someone came with a self-service stand. Inside it was just drinks outside. Everything is a bit sloppy.

We've come here on several occasions, thus we decided for another stop over today at lunch with the kids. This place never lets us down: service is good and very fast as well as attentive, not to mention kid friendly. Bavarian food is state of the art and the craft beer is very good -> although the restaurant is in a very central location, they've made sure to provide good food for a good price. If you're with a group of friends go for the 1 metre beer tasting, you won't regret it ;)

Pleasant location, a bit expensive

Staff told us we can sit anywhere but made us wait almost an hr but never came to take our orders despite us getting their attention and told us to wait while they serve other customers there. Not a good place to try German food if you’re Asian.
