Linde – Ristorante Pizzeria in Weiler-Simmerberg

I dined here during my vacation in Germany and was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I walked in, the warm, family atmosphere made me feel right at home. It's not easy to find a truly Italian restaurant, but this one far exceeded my expectations.

Everything was perfect. We stopped in spontaneously after a hike. Despite wearing hiking boots, backpacks, and appropriate clothing, we were warmly welcomed.

I ordered and picked up antipasti and a pizza here. Unfortunately, the antipasti was disappointing: it consisted almost exclusively of sausage and a little arugula – ingredients you wouldn't necessarily associate with a classic antipasti. For €15, the portion was quite small, and the sausage was also sliced ​​very unappetizingly. Overall, it seemed rather carelessly presented. The pizza was okay, solid in taste, but nothing special. Part of the toppings were missing on one side, which spoiled the overall impression. What a shame.

We went out to eat today; the pizza was large and delicious. The side salad was much too large; it should normally be smaller. Service was friendly. One point deducted: you couldn't pay by card, for whatever reason. What was a bit odd was that if you can't finish the whole pizza and want to take it with you, you're given a pizza box and charged €1 for it without telling you beforehand. We didn't think that was entirely fair.

Very tasty, friendly staff, good selection

We went out to eat today with 12 people, and we've rarely had such a bad pizza. The base was soft and undercooked. I also had the arugula salad for €12. That was 500g of arugula and a quartered tomato with a slightly oily dressing for €12!!! Unfortunately, we really have to advise against this pizzeria.

Delicious, friendly, nice ambience, again and again

Very friendly service and very good food. Reasonable wait times and very good service. Despite the insane heat, the dining room was bearable. We definitely recommend it. One small criticism: A notice stating that card payments are not accepted should be visible on the website.

The pizza was super delicious, with a tasty thin base. The server was very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A small deduction was made because we were offered side salads, which cost €9 and were quite large. That's not a side salad for us. And you couldn't pay by card.

From the outside the building may not be the highlight of Weiler, but as soon as you enter the dining room you feel at home. The food - pizza and ravioli - were excellent, the service was friendly, fast and professional and thanks to the background music from an Italian radio station there was a real holiday flair.

A really good, authentic Italian. The menu is full of exceptional dishes from Italian cuisine. Paccheri N'duja is rare, tagliata, wood-fired pizzas. Also the espresso class, strong, good crema, warm cup. Unfortunately couldn't try everything, but definitely on my list this season. Good value for money, not like in Austria next door. Absolutely recommended! One star deducted only because I think you can put the bread in the pizza oven for a short time so that it is warm.

Delicious pizza, right in the center of town. Unfortunately, one star is deducted for the service; everything takes far too long and the staff could be friendlier in some places. The ambiance is also dated and could use a refresh. Other dishes, such as salads and pasta, weren't quite our cup of tea.

Wow, that was bad service. Rarely seen. The place was 20% full and if you only want to order a beer the monsieur hates it.

I had visitors over and we chose this restaurant based on the other reviews here. All the dishes we ordered were excellent. Even at the next tables there were only happy faces. Owner and staff with a real Italian heart ☺️

We are visiting my sister-in-law for the first time and went to this restaurant. The service was friendly and everything went quickly. But the best thing was the food. The pizzas are very large and thin with delicious toppings. I had pasta with mussels and clams. There was a lot and it was super tasty. Our daughter had a stuffed lemon with lemon ice cream for dessert. That was also very good. The prices are very good. There was also a small aperitif beforehand.

The quality is decreasing more and more. The pizzas are getting smaller. We had reservations for 12 people. When we arrived we were immediately told that we couldn't order too many different foods because the kitchen couldn't handle it. Furthermore, the quality was really poor. The cream for dessert was bad. The noodles were in the water for far too long. The taste of the sauce was horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there.

Absolute Empfehlung! Sehr netter, aufmerksamer Kellner. Wir waren mehrmals, in verschiedenen Urlauben da. Vorneweg gibt es einen "Kleinen Gruß" aus der Küche, Weißbrot mit Thunfischcreme und Bruschetta. Sehr lecker. Wir hatten z.B. als Hauptspeise Muscheln in Weißweinsoße mit Pizzabrot sowie Pasta mit Gamba und Steinpilzen. Phantastisch! Uns hat es geschmeckt, aber doch sehr Knoblauch dominant. Muss man mögen. Als Nachspeise ein Schokotörtchen mit Sahne (wirkliche, echte Sahne, keine Sprühsahne aus der Dose). Dazu einen feinen Merlot. Am Ende gab's noch einen Zitronenlikör aufs Haus. Einfach die Fotos anschauen. Die sagen mehr als 1000 Worte. 👍 Wir reisen oft und kommen viel in Restaurants ... Hierher sicher wieder!

Sehr freundlicher Service, große Auswahl an Speisen. Wer mal echte italienische Küche haben will und nicht bloß Pizza und Pasta ( gibt’s aber auch sehr lecker) ist hier richtig.

Eine sehr gute Pizza Linde (Rucola, Parmesan und Parma Schinken) gegessen und mein Mann eine Salami. Pizza war super lecker. Sehr freundlicher Service. Preis Leistung top

Hier drehen die Mühlen etwas Langsamer. Ich hatte mehrere Pizzen telefonisch zur Abholung vorbestellt und war dann kurz vor der vereinbarten Abholungszeit da. Man starrte mich verdutzt an und schaute auf die Uhr, weil ich anscheinend überpünktlich war. Nach gut 20 min warten, erhielt ich dann die Pizzen, wohlgemerkt das man erst zur vereinbarten Abholzeit angefangen hat, die Pizzen zuzubereiten..das kenne ich so nicht und hat mich etwas verärgert, weil ich nach der Vorbestellung bereits 45 min gewartet hatte, in Summe also 65min. Geschmacklich waren die Pizzen ganz gut, dafür gibts Pluspunkte.

Leider gab es an diesem Tag keine Pizza. Der Rest der Karte vor Ort (sieht auch komplett anders aus als online) hatte ausschließlich Gerichte mit Fleisch oder Fisch. Auf Frage ob es möglich ist den Speck bei dem Pfifferlingen wegzulassen: „Nein, der Chef will keine Abweichung von der Karte.“ Hatte dann ein Fischgericht, war okay. Würde aber nicht noch einmal hingehen.

Super Essen und freundlicher Kellner. Preise sind noch normal!!

Sehr leckere Pizzen, wir kommen gerne wieder. Ideal auch zur Abholung wenn man am Anreisetag hungrig ist von der langen Fahrt.

Top in allen Bereichen, mehr geht nicht!

Wir waren hier schon des öfteren und jedes mal zufrieden. Das Essen ist lecker, die Preise normal. Die Bedienung war nett und aufmerksam. Wir konnten im freien sitzen was auch sehr schön war nur der Platz für die Beine ist etwas beengt was uns vom nächsten Besuch aber mit Sicherheit nicht abhalten wird.

Pizza war dreimal gut, Risotto zweimal in Ordnung. Schwächer waren die Vorspeisen (vitello und Carpaccio), ein Nudelgericht war wegen Übermaß an Öl kaum genießbar.

Wir waren jetzt 3 mal dort essen. Jedesmal war es sehr gut. Die Speisen mit Liebe zubereitet. Der Fisch in Salzkruste dauert etwas ist aber eine Wucht. Die Pizza heute war auch erstklassig. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Dazu kommt ein guter Service der auch in Stresssituationen gut zurecht kommt. Freundlich und verbindlich. Danke

Super Restaurant mit vielen leckeren Speisen

Tolles Restaurant. Superfreundliche Bedienung, gutes Essen und entspannte Atmosphäre.

Die Pizza war sehr sehr lecker, aber für eine Pizza etwas zu teigig und zu viel belegt (für meinen Geschmack). Der kleine gemischte Salat ist riesig und geht schon fast als Hauptspeise durch 👍🏼 die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gemütlich und der Service war super freundlich.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, nettes Personal und die beste Pizza nördlich von Neapel👍👍👍👍👍 Wir waren in diesem Ulaub dreimal dort und wurden nie enttäuscht. Gruß aus der Küche sowie Limoncello und Grappa waren inklusive. Dieses Restaurant kann von uns zu 100% empfohlen werden. Im nächsten Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Portionen ordentlich aber nicht überzogen. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich. Es hat alles rundherum gepasst.

Sehr freundlicher Service. Das Lokal hat ein warmes Ambiente und man kann dem Pizzabäcker bei der Arbeit zuschauen. Das Essen ist sehr delikat. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind intakt und gepflegt. Familienfreundlich ist das Restaurant auch. Parkplätze vorhanden. Im Sommer gibt es auch eine Terasse. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Schönes gemütliches Ambiente, nettes Personal, sehr leckere Pizza, schön gross einfach top, Tomaten Salat hat mich nicht überzeugt, viel zu wenig Zwiebeln, und nur mit balsamico serviert. Sehr öde. Aber wir kommen wieder, dann wird kein Tomatensalat mehr bestellt .

Die Pizza und die Nudeln waren hervorragend. Dünner, knuspriger Boden aber kein bisschen trocken, mit frischen und gut abgestimmten Zutaten belegt, top. Der Lachs bei den Nudeln war nicht trocken, sehr leckere Soße und eine sehr große Portion. Sehr freundlicher Service runden das Gesamtbild ab.

Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Als Vorspeise gab es zwei kleine Bruschetta und zur Rechnung einen Limoncello. Bei der Karte hat man viele verschiedene Variationsmöglichkeiten und zu den Pizzen wurde noch Knoblauch- und Peperoni/Chiliöl gereicht. Preislich günstiger und geschmacklich besser als viele andere Pizzerien in der Gegend. Für uns wären es 4,5 Sterne!

Nach 1 Std warten wurde unsere Bestellung vergessen... danach wurde auf unfreundlicher Art und Weise gefragt ob wir bleiben möchten oder gehen. Getränke sind auch seit 40 Minuten leer, keine Nachfrage ob wir noch etwas haben möchten. Dann kam endlich unser Essen und dann auch noch das Falsche! Nach Nachfrage bekam ich eine unfreundliche Antwort und nach 20 Minuten kam das neue Essen. Kein Entschuldigung nichts! Aus unserer Sicht leider überhaupt nicht zu Empfehlen. Es gab auch keinen Preisnachlass!

Wir haben selten so gut italienisch gegessen. Das Risotto ist ein Traum. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvor kommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Grazie.

Wir haben bereits zweimal im Rahmen unseres Urlaubs hier gegessen und waren beide Male begeistert. Sowohl die Pizza Funghi, Pizza Allgäu (lokaler Bergkäse, Speck und Zwiebeln) als auch die Pizza Linde (Schinken, Rucola und Parmesan) waren alle unglaublich lecker - ebenso das (einzige) vegetarisches Nudelgericht (Name vergessen). Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und wir können jedem einen Besuch im Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Ein großartiges italienisches Restaurant, wo man nicht nur Pizza und Pasta bekommt. Richtig gute italienische Küche, außergewöhnliche Speisen - eben überraschend für ein Dorf wie Weiler: Schwertfisch, Fisch in der Salzkruste, Tintenfischeintopf. Gute Fleischgerichte, tolle hausgemachte Pasta. Und natürlich Holzofenpizza. Sehr guter und freundlicher, persönlicher Service, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Preis Leistung hervorragend. Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Nette Atmosphäre, man kann auch draußen sitzen.

Wir hatten 4x Pizza, 1x veg. Lasagne und einen Vorspeisenteller. Der flotte Kellner brachte uns zuerst auf Kosten des Hauses je 2 kleine Bruschetta, die sehr lecker waren. Zur Antipasti brachte er gleich nochmal 5 Teller, damit sich jeder bedienen könnte. Die Pizze waren sehr gut und riesig. Die Lasagne dagegen war insgesamt fast geschmacklos. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Abend bei einem Italiener, den man gerne weiterempfehlen kann. Die Reste wurden sofort zum mit nach Hause nehmen eingepackt. Die Rechnung war überraschend günstig.

Wir sind heute zufällig in diesem Restaurant gelandet und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Service war freundlich, unsere Pizzen sehr lecker. Preis/Leistung Top. Wir würden wieder kommen.
