We went to the Gasthaus Pflug for dinner on Boxing Day. They offered a buffet, for which we had reserved a table for three people. Unfortunately, one person had to cancel at the last minute due to illness. Despite the restaurant being full, we were charged the full price for the third person. The only compensation offered was that we could take the food home for that person. We felt this was unfair and not very customer-friendly, especially since the table could have been given to someone else. The food itself wasn't bad, but the service was unacceptable, and we had the overall impression of being treated like an assembly line. Soup and dessert were charged extra, so we felt the meal was completely overpriced at €37. For these reasons, we cannot recommend this restaurant.
