Linde in Rottweil

It used to always be a great German, home-style restaurant that we enjoyed visiting - back then it also had 5/5 stars. Unfortunately we now have to change our assessment. The restaurant now has a new owner who has retained the German menu and added Indian dishes. We have eaten there many times and tried our favorites from before, but unfortunately we were a bit disappointed this time. Unfortunately, the meat was tough and dry, and the schnitzel, although it was a large portion, was not entirely without tendons. The salad dressing wasn't anything special, but the fries were really good. As always, the waitresses were extremely friendly and nice, which we really appreciated. We didn't try the Indian food, maybe it's better. Overall, we weren't really thrilled with our visit.

We were in the restaurant on February 7th. The atmosphere here is really beautiful. We've been to your place before and had dessert there, so we also had high expectations of the Pinza. Unfortunately, the pinza wasn't baked through - it was raw and white inside. It felt like the dough had just been warmed in the microwave. I wish you only the best for your future development, because in Rottweil there are actually only a few places where you can eat well with Italian flair. Therefore, I ask you to pay special attention to your kitchen, improve the quality of the products and optimize the preparation of the pinza. Best regards Nellie
