I was generally satisfied with the ambiance, but unfortunately, there was a very annoying incident in the restaurant: I ordered chicken schnitzel, but the meat tasted strange from the very first bite. When I asked, I was assured, without consulting the kitchen, that it was chicken. I don't eat pork for health reasons, but I trusted their advice nonetheless. The meat, however, became increasingly gray on the inside, which clearly indicates pork. I find it irresponsible not to provide reassurance in such a case. Very disappointing.

We thought the food was good, the two waitresses were also friendly and came quickly to place the order. The schnitzels were large but thin. But the quantity was enough. Portion of fries was okay in terms of quantity, potato salad was a spoonful. Were satisfied But the idea of ​​eating in the thermal baths and saunas in a bathrobe or with a towel near the entrance hall is a bit of a shame. The operators should come up with something. That you don't have to go out there to eat something. Many pools have something to eat for bathers and are separated for visitors who just want something to eat. So eating was okay 👍 The operators of the restaurant cannot do anything about the circumstances 👍

After a visit to the thermal baths, we wanted something to eat. There were already six guests in the restaurant. Two of them wanted to pay, and two had already been served. After 15 minutes, the waitress appeared. After laughter and chatting in the kitchen, she then went to two scantily clad men... started a conversation... began listing the entire selection of drinks one by one... then it went back to a more private conversation... She didn't even look at us... There didn't seem to be a menu. After 20 minutes of being ignored, we got up and left. We would never go back. If you want bad service, you'll be well served here. At the time, we read in the newspaper: new owners... want things to be different... always wanted to be independent... well, not like this. This won't last long. The lady gave an impression that was a world away from proper service. Her behavior and attitude have no place in the restaurant industry. You are not welcome as a guest here.

As big fans of the Bären in Fachsenfeld, we chose Belle Etage for our family dinner on December 26th. There were over 20 of us and we ordered a buffet. We received a very friendly welcome and the service was super friendly, quick and efficient. The lady serving the food was also very good. We started with salads, which were amazing, and then the main courses were incredibly delicious! The beef cheeks, braised for over 18 hours, are simply amazing! There were also small roasted sausages, and they were raw inside. The chef apologized and then brought out more, and they melted in your mouth—simply fantastic! We'll be back!

People like to eat here before or after a visit to the thermal spa. Both the daily meals and the regular menu have delicious, fresh and seasonal dishes.

Taste, quality, price performance: 0☆ Large mixed salad with potato salad outrageous to serve. There was hardly any potato salad on it (teaspoon amount)! + Half of a cherry tomato. The rest was green stuff! Unfortunately the greens weren't fresh! With bad dressing! The menu says that there are sprouts on it - unfortunately there was no trace of that! This is outrageous! Cheap tarte flambée from the freezer and not even fully baked. Save your money! Here there is no effort to round off a nice wellness day in the thermal spa with a quality meal.

Miserable condition. Waited at the counter while she chatted in the kitchen. Then I told her that I wanted 2 pieces of cake and 2 coffees, then she briefly showed that the coffee machine works with change and moved on. Then she served others who came behind me at the counter and ignored me for minutes .. when I asked her about it, she reacted rudely, raised her voice and said that I had to wait because she was alone.. I wonder if you wait 15 minutes for cake to be served, how does it feel for you right dish? Under all...

Catastrophe. You have to get the menu yourself and have to wait forever until the staff is behind the counter to place your order. We ordered schnitzel with potato salad and fries. Instead of fries we got spaetzle, which tasted anything but good. You didn't see much of the potato salad. The schnitzel itself was relatively large and tasty. There is no menu for drinks, so you don't get a feel for the prices. Not recommended!

Went here for lunch during a themed visit. The process was nicely explained to us (one review complained that there were no cutlery/spoon... But you should choose it yourself after ordering and take it with you to your seat, the food will then be brought). My schnitzel with potato salad was very good, crispy and juicy. The potato salad was also very flavorful and didn't need to be changed. We also had salad with grilled vegetables, there were plenty of them, including fennel and other unusual vegetables. Price was reasonable. We can only recommend the restaurant, there is currywurst for in between meals and for more sophisticated tastes there is also fish or real Viennese schnitzel.

I think the restaurant in the kiosk style is very good. Orders can be placed at the counter. The food is very good and represents a very good price-performance ratio. You can totally recommend it.

Today we waited an hour for our fries and spaetzle, which weren't homemade and there wasn't even much going on. I can't recommend it to anyone, the staff can't get anything done and is overwhelmed.

The dishes I've had so far were tarte flambée and a large salad. The tarte flambée was really good and the salad was adequate in quantity. Since the restaurant has only been open for about a month, it still has a manageable selection of dishes. I hope the map will be expanded further. The prices are okay for a restaurant. You can expect a waiting time of around 15 - 20 minutes. The employees are nice and accommodating. I would love to come here again to try other dishes.

The self-service coffee was very good and the price was very reasonable. The service mentioned is very friendly. But: The water to take with you to the thermal baths was unfortunately a glass bottle without a screw cap, which I found a bit clumsy. Glass is healthier than PET, I think, but to the thermal baths...unfortunately I forgot to take my drink with me at home.

The Belle Etage (restaurant in the Aalen Limesthermen) opened on November 17th, 2023. All recessions before this time are therefore irrelevant. The restaurant is characterized by good service and good home-style cuisine.

Fettucine gab es mit Chorizowurst, Gnocchi gab es mit Garnelen. Ich wollte gerne Fettucine mit Garnelen-das wurde mir gebracht. Fand ich super. Aber dann: Mir wurde kein Preis dazu genannt, es gab kein Besteck mit einem Löffel für die Fettucine (in Tomatensauce). Der Wein war auf der Karte mit 0.25ml ausgepreist. Mir wurde gesagt, es gibt nur 0.2ml. Ohne den Preis dazu zu nennen (er entsprach dann den 0.25ml). Allerdings habe ich auf Nachfrage alle diese Punkte genannt und ich hoffe, dass alles abgearbeitet wird. Preis ist etwas hoch für die Qualität und den Service. Aber da ich im Hotel mit angeschlossener Therme übernachtet habe, war der Aufenthalt insgesamt gut

Verschämtheit, es dauert viel zu lange bis das Essen kommt. Personal labbrig und nicht gerade die höflichsten. Drecksding i komm nemme.

Schlechter Service trotz leerem Restaurant, Bestellung wurde vergessen. Bedienung nicht wirklich freundlich und unkompetent, Coctails eine Katastrophe. Schneller hätten wir uns selber bedient.

Grande Katastrophe. Speisekarte musste selber besorgt werden. 1 Stunde warten für einen Teller Spagetti. Gäste vor uns habe das Lokal nach eineinhalb Stunden verlassen weil kein Essen kam. Diese Küche ist eine Katastrophe. Die Bedienungen können einem Leid tun.

Das schlechteste, dreckigste, Resturant aller Zeiten. Eine Servicekraft für das Resturant. Wartezeiten über 60 minuten.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett. Auf die Vorspeise(Caprese und Tomatensuppe) haben wir ca. 30 Minuten warten müssen, da der Koch nicht bei kam(vermutlich Pause). Die Bedienung hat selber deswegen erstmal genervt den Koch holen lassen müssen. Zur Info, wir waren die einzigen Gäste bei der Bestellung. Als wir dann die Hauptspeise bestellt hatten, ging es aber relativ schnell. Ich bekam eine relativ gute Pizza die auf jeden Fall selbst gemacht war. Mal zu Mittag nach dem Sauna Gang zu essen ok, aber kein muss.
