Addendum: After being invited by the restaurant to make amends, we decided to accept the offer after our visit to the spa. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and without any complications by the staff. The food was not only delicious but also very attractively presented. I was particularly impressed by the chef's personal approach, apology, and concern for our well-being. A mistake like the one on our first visit isn't immediately forgotten, but it's a very valuable gesture when a given promise is truly kept. I was generally satisfied with the ambiance, but unfortunately, there was a very annoying incident in the restaurant: I ordered chicken schnitzel, but the meat tasted strange from the first bite. When I asked, I was assured, without consulting the kitchen, that it was chicken. I don't eat pork for health reasons – but I still trusted their advice. However, the meat became increasingly gray on the inside, which clearly indicates pork. I find it irresponsible not to provide reassurance in such a case. Very disappointing.

8 p.m. and the restaurant was closed. We were not informed of this either online or when checking in at the hotel.

Guy with headphones in his ears standing behind the counter (no respect?!)...No prices on the drinks already smells like questionable behavior.
