We had an excellent meal in the brewhouse. The atmosphere in the courtyard is just beautiful, a real insider tip.🙂 The service was also good, we were served quickly and friendly. When the sun doesn't shine, it's exceptionally beautiful in the brewhouse. Conclusion: 5 stars

We had our wedding on a beautiful Saturday in the chapel of the half-timbered village. Everything is very nice there, in terms of the atmosphere. However, the state of care leaves a lot to be desired. The lawn hasn't been mowed for weeks, the bushes are very uncontrolled & last but not least, it has to be mentioned that the price for a civil wedding in the Detmold branch is beyond good & bad. It feels like everyone is holding out their hand, wanting to earn and milk. (Starting with the registry office, branch office, surcharge for Saturday, Ms. Liebharts) Everyone wants a piece of the pie. All in all, the day was very nice, although that was in no way due to the half-timbered village! Best regards

We treated ourselves to Easter brunch today. The buffet was rich and tasty. There was something for everyone. Coffee and orange juice were on the tables. Perfect because it eliminated the initial rush. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The tables were lovingly decorated for Easter. Thank you! It was a great start to Easter Sunday!

We celebrated a birthday in the wine parlor, we had agreed everything 1.5 months ago, prices, menu, decoration, rooms. When we called again a week in advance, the new restaurant manager somehow suddenly didn't know our date. So we went back a week in advance and discussed everything again. So, and then the evening comes and apparently we came as a surprise visitor. Not enough seats, not enough food, no cutlery, the staff stood around and looked around, there was no wheat beer (ALTHOUGH EXTRA ASKED FOR BEFORE!), food that was ordered wasn't there, you had to take it everywhere Point fingers so that something is done, we had to take our own liquor with us so that the celebration remained affordable. What a service? 😟 Then we wrote a review and were immediately told to delete it. No understanding, no apology, we wait in vain for it to be forwarded to the boss, but are just brushed off by the staff. Only the bill came. And the review was also deleted and then deleted again on the second publication. A really unfair, unjust and disgusting way to deal with customers who also pay you! From around 9.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. we were finally allowed to eat and were given as much food as we wanted, including leftovers from other events in the brewhouse, schnitzel that was dirty with gypsy sauce or something similar that we didn't have in our buffet at all. Yes, there was stress for service staff too, and even more for us. In the end after the review there was a response, but what good is soup at 9 p.m. if it was served and there wasn't enough at 6 p.m. What's the use of home-made spirits if I've already bought them myself and drinking wasn't the plan. It's a very big disappointment, the price-performance ratio (and everything down to the smallest detail was discussed) is not right at all. Food was served in a very unpresentable manner, ready meals, enriched without a bit of effort or love. I only heard good things from friends until September, so I decided to get an offer and celebrate there. Unfortunately wrong decision. Food looked like it had been counted out and always a little bit, and at the end we were allowed to have it.

It's a shame, a pity, a pity.....it was always a top address that people were happy to pass on. Since the new occupation of the brewhouse, it is no longer as nice. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the food and its preparation have also suffered. The perfect service, which was always an A+, has unfortunately also fallen in the ranking. We happened to be there yesterday on Saturday because the weather was too bad for the open-air museum. We remembered that it was actually quite nice there last year. Unfortunately we were disappointed with this year's atmosphere. The only positive thing was that there was no entry fee on this Saturday. We felt there was a lot more on offer last year. By chance we read a small poster saying that there would be a singing together in the small chapel that day. We stayed and sat in the very cold chapel. The very motivated choir director led the event in a funny way and motivated everyone to take part. However, I (aged 55) was disappointed that only English Christmas carols were sung. Only one song was in German. Some older people also felt the same way and left the event early. I think we also have very nice Christmas carols in Germany and you don't have to sing in English, which is difficult for older people and the lyrics are not always understood. Afterwards we went to the restaurant and wanted to have waffles with a warm drink. Unfortunately, we found out inside that there were no waffles today, even though there was a sign outside. We ordered cake and coffee. The coffee came after about 10 minutes. The cake didn't come even after half an hour. We noticed that things weren't going well at a neighboring table either. However, there was the cake first. We complained and as a gesture of goodwill, we didn't have to pay for our drinks. But I have to mention here that that afternoon at around 4 p.m. there were about 15 guests and about 6 employees. In my eyes that was a six. I understand that it is difficult to find staff, but being able to serve 4 coffees and 4 pieces of cake in 10 minutes without stress is a basic requirement for me when I hire someone. I'm sorry to say that we were overall disappointed with this visit. Dear Liebharts family, please work on your concept and take these many negative reviews written here to heart. I don't think anyone wishes them any harm here, but it's easier to express your opinion this way.

I was there only for a while, even though I have been living in Detmold for almost a year, I didn't even know about this place and I can tell you that I regret it. They organize nice events, including weddings, there is even a wedding chapel, from what I found out, where you can get married. Nice service, D.J was also good. I would highly recommend

We spent a very nice evening here with friends. After an equally interesting and delicious beer tasting with the boss, we ate very well. Portions are almost a bit too big, everything is super tasty and very good value for money. Not gourmet cuisine, but rustic fare that fits the ambience. Great, dedicated service! Thanks to Holger, who does his job with heart and soul. You feel welcome here.

We celebrated our wedding on June 9th, 2023 in the brewhouse. It was an absolutely perfect day that we will never forget. The ambience is unique, the decoration was a dream and the food had something for every taste. :) The service team is simply unbeatable. We have never experienced such friendly and committed service staff. Every wish was fulfilled. All guests were very satisfied:) It was our perfect day!!!! The half-timbered village was the destination of a bicycle tour. The outdoor catering, tables with enough space to the neighboring table and pretty flower arrangements invite you to linger for a longer time. The menu is varied and the portions are generous. The service was always present and very friendly. We sat here longer than we intended and we really felt very comfortable. One star for the food because the food was served on the plate rather carelessly and in a snack bar style. It's a shame, that could be better

So let's just say in advance: Without Tanja's incredible leadership, we wouldn't have chosen this location. Short summary at the end. We celebrated our wedding there last summer and, as it happens, had many ideas and wishes. Starting with the food: We wanted to have a vegetarian buffet from the start, and since we had everything from 2 to 92 years represented, there had to be something for everyone. No problem for Tanja, who worked with the kitchen to create a buffet that was second to none. In addition to my own experience from many years in the catering industry and the feedback from all guests, we were, to put it simply, thrilled. The food far exceeded our expectations! All wishes were taken into account and our sustainability wish was even fulfilled with local, partly rescued food. On to the decoration. The loving ambience with open wine was lovingly supported with subtle decoration that left us speechless. Our theme with lavender was taken up excellently and Tanja painstakingly decorated everything both outside and inside. Now to the service: During the preparation we were asked what definitely had to be there so that everything that we would most like to drink was there. The service staff fulfilled every request, no matter how special, in a good atmosphere throughout the evening and did an excellent job overall. The drinks were mixed excellently and there was actually nothing that wasn't tasty. Whether fruity or tart, sweet or sour, every taste was catered for. Coffee, espresso and latte machiato were no problem even late in the evening and were served courteously. Overall, when it comes to planning, Tanja can only be seen as an absolutely competent, honest and very hard-working team leader. The entire team can confirm this, something I've honestly never experienced before. We would both like to thank her very much again and can only recommend the location with her as a double package! Tldr; Food and Cuisine: Excellent and local food. Every wish was fulfilled excellently, everything was very tasty and both simple and unusual! Service: Despite the high utilization and standard operation, absolutely perfect service. Planning: Tanja is an absolute workhorse and we really grew to love her that day. Constant consultation and even last minute requests are tried to be implemented in the best possible way. Location: Like Alice in Wonderland. A little piece of Eden in the middle of an industrial area. With many kind regards, the cherries!

Essen war sehr gut. Portionengröße war vollkommen ausreichend. Das Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam.

Wir waren zum Weihnachtsmarkt hier, es war liebevoll gestaltet. Aber irgendwie in den unterschiedlichen Ständen und Läden mit ähnlichen Dingen zum Verkauf, das angekündigte Reiten gab es leider nicht. Ebenso war der Weihnachtsmann nicht da, stattdessen zwei Engel. Krankheit, OK, kann vorkommen, aber dann habe ich doch eine Zweitbesetzung parat. Unser Sohn war SEHR enttäuscht wegen beidem. Echt schade, es hätte gut sein können... Essen und Trinken war dann nicht mehr angesagt.

War auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt ist so liebevoll und gemütlich. War wieder soooo schön. Danke an alle Mitwirkenden.

Das Dorf mit den alten restaurierten Fachwerkhäusern ist sehr schön, immer zur Adventszeit findet dort eine Ausstellung mit weihnachtlichen Artikeln statt. Hier gibt es viel Handwerkskunst, auch für das leibliche Wohl ist gesorgt. Alle Häuser sind weihnachtlich beleuchtet und geschmückt. Es ist dort wirklich eine schöne Atmosphäre.

Super schön. Immer wieder gerne. Weihnachtsmarkt an den Adventswochenenden. Posaunenklänge gibt es auch. Sehr fein und stimmungsvoll. Alles in sich stimmig. Keine Corona Regelungen. Allerdings doch sehr viel weniger Angebot gegenüber den früheren Jahren. Wohl nur bis 19.00 geöffnet, außer in den Restaurants.

Ein liebevoll arrangierte kleines Fachwerkdorf mit Restaurants, Brennerei und Eventlocation, sowie im Sommer einem lauschigen Biergarten und einem kleinen gemütlichen Weihnachtsmarkt an den Adventswochenenden. Die alten Objekte wurden andernorts abgebaut, restauriert und hier neu arrangiert. In einer alten Tenne wurde das Restaurant Brauhaus angesiedelt, hier gibt es typische Brauhausküche mit Portionen für den etwas größeren Appetit, stets einen leckeren Gruß aus der Küche und Bier aus der eigenen Brauerei. Nicht zentral gelegen aber stets den Weg wert. Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend direkt vor der Tür. Ein von uns gerne regelmäßig besuchter Ort. Das Cordon Bleu, die "lippische Variante vom Bruschetta und die Kartoffelsuppe mit Räucherlachs und hausgemachtem Brot finden wir besonders gut.

Wir hatten 2 Tage Zeit um die Räumlichkeiten nach unseren Wünschen zu gestalten. 3 Kellner waren für uns da und zum Abendessen sogar 5. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen war lecker und wurde ansprechend und pünktlich aufgebaut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war Top. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Betriebsleitung, Frau Tanja Mastnak, die immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und für alle Wünsche offen war. Wir würden dort jederzeit wieder eine Feier organisieren und es jedem empfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen T und J

Wir haben in dieser Location die Hochzeit unseres Sohnes gefeiert! Es hat alles gestimmt! Tolle Ambiente, super freundliches und hilfreiches Personal! Geniales Essen! Rund um toller Service und geniales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Fazit: es lohnt sich!

Die Location ist nett aber das war's dann auch schon. Wir waren 2x dort (der erste Besuch war schon negativ) aber wir dachten uns dass man dem Ganzen noch eine Chance gibt...naja, falsch gedacht. Beim ersten Besuch haben wir ca 45 Minuten gewartet bevor jemand vom Service kam. Einfachen Kaffee und Milchshake bestellt und nochmal 20 Minuten auf die Getränke gewartet. Zum Bezahlen nochmal 30 Minuten warten müssen. Beim 2. Versuch haben wir ca 50 Minuten gewartet. Niemand vom Service kam. Unseren Sitznachbarn ging's genauso. Wir sind dann unverichterter Dinge wieder gefahren

Eine Traumhafte Location für Hochzeiten, Geburtstage oder Feiern jeder Art. Man taucht vollständig in das idyllische Fachwerkdorf ein, da man hinter traumhaften Fassaden oder blühenden Weinranken perfekt von der Umgebungen abgeschirm ist. Das Essen hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem überstiegen und wurde lediglich von der Kolpetenz der Baarkeeper sowie dem Engagement der Keller übertroffen. Das Lokal konnte sogar (entgegen meiner Erwartung) mit Glutenfreier Kost dienen, um tatsächlich alle Gäste wunschlos glücklich zu machen.

Ich war wegen einer Hochzeit dort. Es ist wirklich wortwörtlich ein Dorf mit super schönen Fachwerkhäusern. Tagsüber wie auch abends ein absoluter Hingucker. Das Essen war toll und der Service ganz OK. Lohnt sich defintiv doch Mal gewesen zu sein!

Unsere Silberhochzeit in diesem herrlichen Ambiente zu feiern war die beste Entscheidung. Alles war perfekt von Tanja (der guten Seele vom Fachwerkdorf) vorbereitet. Sie hatte wirklich nichts dem Zufall überlassen. Das Essen war mehr als perfekt und es war für alle Geschmäcker etwas dabei. Und das Team um Holger hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Diese Location kann man nur mit fünf Sternen bewerten. Wir kommen immer gerne wieder!!!

Nicht sehr professionell👎. Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe vor Wochen hier angemeldet gewesen. Bei einem vorherigen Besuch wo wir sehr zufrieden waren, hatten wir uns die Räumlichkeiten im unteren Bereich angesehen, und haben alles für diesen besagten Tag geplant. Nun an dem besagten Tag wurden wir abgefangen und mussten über eine Außentreppe in einen großen Saal im Dachgeschoß,wo wir uns sehr verloren vorkamen. Unten war eine geschlossene Gesellschaft, dies konnte man mir aber anscheinend nicht vorher mitteilen obwohl Handynummern und E.-Mail bekannt waren. Naja dann wurden wir mit einem ganz einfachen Essen und kein Menueessen wie abgesprochen abgespeist. Zumindest der Preis dafür war dann eine Genugtuung. Danach gab es leider nur noch schlechte und unfreundliche Mitarbeiter die dann auch dafür gesorgt haben das wir zeitnah die Räumlichkeiten oben verlassen hatten. Leider wurden wir dann auch der Empore verwiesen da wir angeblich die untere Gesellschaft gestört haben. Dieses können wir allerdings überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen, da wir uns ruhig verhalten hatten und nur unsere Getränke zu uns genommen haben. Da niemand mehr nach oben kam sind wir dann zum Getränke holen an die Theke gegangen, aber auch dort wurden wir verwiesen und sollten dann mit den paar Männecken die wir dann noch waren in den großen Saal. Musik die wir selber über Handy organisieren mussten war plötzlich auch zu laut. Das Kabel zog der Mitarbeiter dann auch unfreundlicher Weise raus und legte das Handy einfach auf den Tisch. War schon alles sehr komisch. Der Brüller war, das die überaus freundliche 🤣🤣🤣🤣Bedienung auch noch auf sein Hausrecht verwies und sogar mit der Polizei drohte. Sehr unprofessionell und lächerlich 😟 Um jeglichen weiteren Ärger zu vermeiden haben wir dann sofort bezahlt, und haben die Räumlichkeiten verlassen um anderweitig den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Zuguterletzt will ich dazu noch sagen das ich derartige Planungen/Wanderungen seit ca.15 Jahren plane. Aber so etwas Grottenschlechtes bzw. unprofessionelles ist noch "NIE" vorgekommen. Sorry 👎🤷🏻‍♂️😟

Das Ist schon ein schönes Dorf wo man gerne zu Veranstaltung geht. Nur leider waren zum Osterfeuer zu wenig Personal hinter den Getränke Stand und bei dem Grill. Mussten unsere Pommes wo anders essen! Schade

Da war ich, um mir das Osterfeuer anzusehen. Das ganze Dorf war wunderschön geschmückt. Aber das wussten auch schon viele Leute vor mir. Dementsprechend voll war es. Für eine Bratwurst wartete man locker eine halbe Stunde, oder länger. Auch seinen Platz sollte man nicht verlassen. Dann war er sofort wieder besetzt. Nur vom Feuer Fotos machen war nicht so einfach. Wegen dem Funkenflug. Das konnte ich mit meiner 2 Tage alten Kunstoffjacke getrost vergessen. Sonst hätte ich ein Sieb angehabt, aber keine neue teure Jacke. Da habe ich für nächstes Jahr dazu gelernt. Ich danke allen, für Ihr Interesse ! ,

Vorsicht bei Reservierungen des "Blauen Salons" - der Krach von einem Stock über dir ist "NICHT empfehlenswert".

Ein sehr schöner, besinnlicher Weihnachtsmarkt. Gemütliche Atmosphäre und nette Ausstelller. Wir kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Ein richtig schöner Ort. Ein kleines gemütliches altes Fachwerkdorf. Dort gibt es lecker Essen, Wein, ein Café und ein schönen kleinen Weihnachtsmarkt. Bin oft und gerne da. Oft auch nur mit den Kindern zum Spaziergang. Unser kleinster liebt die Hühner, Ziegen, Ponys und alles andere. Top

Leider war beim Besuch die Gastronomie (Oktober) geschlossen.

Uns haben die guten Bewertungen hierher geführt und wir sind jetzt auch Fans. Man sitzt hier wunderbar entspannt, das Essen ist toll und das Bier (auch alkoholfrei) richtig lecker. Für Kinder gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz der gut einsehbar ist. Die Bedienung ist flott & freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr idyllisches Paradies wo man es überhaupt nicht erwartet. Absoluter Geheimtipp und unbedingt einen Besuch wert! Die freundlichen Bedienungen tun alles für einen schönen Besuch ihrer Gäste.

Wunderbar gelegen, perfekter Service!.

Wir waren am Wochenende spontan in Detmold beim Hermanns Denkmal, da wurde uns das Fachwerkdorf zum Essen gehen empfohlen und es war bombastisch! Wenn man ins Industriegebiet fährt, erwartet man nicht dort eine solche Oase anzutreffen. Es ist wie eine komplett andere Welt. Einfach nur wunder schön! Hinzu kommt, dass das Essen sehr lecker war, die Portionen großzügig, das Personal war suuper freundlich und preislich gesehen empfanden wir es als günstig, für das was man dort geboten bekommt. Ganz lieben dank an das Team für die tolle Bewirtung!
