The shop is very small, there's no seating area, it's practically a kiosk. I didn't like it.

I wanted to order six sandwiches. While I was thinking for a moment, the employee made a rude remark. I found that disrespectful and inappropriate. Of course, it always depends on the individual employee, but such behavior shouldn't happen. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this particular employee has been rude. The other employees, on the other hand, are always very friendly and polite. Nevertheless, I have to say: the value for money is excellent, and the food is really delicious. I assume the employee was simply having a bad day, but remaining polite is still important.

Very authentic Lebanese cuisine (which reminds me of my aunt from childhood) at very fair prices and lovely service.

Hygiene isn't a priority here – meaning cleanliness isn't taken very seriously. A shop with a long queue, so lots of customers. Low prices. The food tastes good. The portions are small – enough to whet your appetite, but if you want to be truly satisfied, you have to order more. It's like saying, "You get what you pay for." There aren't many seats. The counter where the ingredients are prepared is – as you can see in the photo – not clean. Card payment isn't possible. The server handles countless banknotes and coins and then prepares the food without washing his hands. Whether he wears gloves or not is irrelevant – the cash will get the gloves dirty too. He could use tongs or a grabber to handle the money and keep his hands clean.

This is my third time in Berlin, and I always come here with my friend for lunch and dinner! It's the most delicious I've ever tried, and they have a falafel sandwich for €2.50! Super cheap and delicious. I recommend it.

Ten years ago, as a teenager, I stayed in a hostel nearby for the first time and ate nothing but Lebanese falafel for a whole weekend. When I, not from Berlin, found myself back in that area, I was delighted to find the place still exists. And I have to say: the food is truly fantastic. Very tasty falafel!

wanted to finally try this place after hearing so much about it but had to leave after seeing the cooks handle money and then the food with bare hands, plus puting the same utensils for the shawarma in the salad bar. It's not so hard to follow basic sanitary practices and not give people food poisoning :(

I think this is the only spot I have given 5 star to a kebab/schwarma. The schwarma itself its bang on exactly what you want, at a great location. Right on the path to templehof and close by to plenty of bars that you might find yourself leaving a little peckish into the night. The have a great sauce to meat ratio and good ingredients BUT, the main takeaway is the price! This is the cheapest spot I know in Berlin for schwarma and it doesn’t take away in flavour. The size definitely suffers meaning I could eat two but for me that doesn’t matter so much.

THE cheap Berlin kebab. Between €2 and €4 for a sandwich. We paid less than €10 for two. The service is fast despite a bit of a queue. You can eat in or take away. In terms of choice, you'll find the classic flavors: falafel, shawarma, halloumi, etc. You'll just have to remember to withdraw money because they only take cash. Superb street food!

The food was very average, communication with the waiters was terrible, they don't speak English. And even though it's in Berlin, they don't sell beer, because it's liquor. I don't recommend it.

I opted for the halloumi falafel sandwich. Super authentic snack bar. The prices are unbeatable: the small sandwich with just one ingredient, so either falafel, halloumi, or shawarma... for €2.50, and the mixed sandwich, like the one I had, for €4-€4.50. Super delicious sandwich, the falafel was nice and crispy, the halloumi was melted nicely and rounded it all off, and I think the pickle was perfect! Definitely worth a visit!

A legendary place on Boddinstrasse. I'll think about it for the rest of my life. The sandwiches cost €2.50 (which were €2 not so long ago), the Middle Eastern music blaring, the falafel delicious.

I love coming here. The food is affordable and amazing. The outside seating will randomly become a meeting spot throughout the night. Lastnight I was extremely happy to find them open and waiting for us at 3am. So ofcourse I had to place an order 👌 Update: It's 3:11am Sunday. Tim and I are getting our fix. Update 9 June 2025 @2:43pm I took a pic from the opposite corner (Späti Corner). It's packed.

I always stop here when I'm in the area. If you're just a little hungry, the mini sandwiches are perfect, and they're incredibly affordable. Otherwise, you can, of course, get two. The taste is absolutely fantastic; the sauces and all the salad extras are simply delicious. Highly recommended!

The food was good for the price. I bought several sandwiches just to try. The only thing that I didn’t like was that they only accept cash and when I gave him the cash, he didn’t wash his hands afterwards and touched the food.

They were asking me sexual questions and thought it was funny. I felt very uncomfortable but couldn’t leave since I was waiting for my food. I would not recommend going there at night. It seems like they’re taking advantage of young girls

The food is great especially for the price but don’t expect a cosy place to sit or warm service from the staff. This is an institution of falafel in berlin and it comes just as you’d expect it to if you know Berlin. Don’t be fooled by googles opening hours. THIS IS NOT OPEN 24/7. Trust me, I’ve made the mistake a plenty a times.

Dishes at clearly unbeatable prices. You eat a sandwich for €2.50 depending on what you take. However, when it comes to hygiene, be careful, the work table was not clean and the waiter placed the sandwiches on it and put the meat that had fallen on the counter into another sandwich. Otherwise the service is rather fast and it's not bad, at that price frankly it's very reasonable.

Falafel was without any souses at all, the cook make with tahini for my friend but couldn’t give me the same, seems like they try to save money cause they propose a really cheap price. It was much tastier before, maybe they have crisis

Absolutely rude, the service is catastrophic, you don't even get proper service and rude answers. Just because it's cheap and they don't feel like standing there, you don't have to give in to something like that!

OK. Prices are very cheap. But portions are absolutely tiny. In the end, 2 shawarma sandwiches cost as much as a normal sized one elsewhere. Solid in taste, nothing more.

If the falafel are fresh, they are a ball of crunchy lightly-spiced joy. The portion size is small, but so is the price. The vegetables inside the wraps are flavourless.
