Great Falafel and great service! Loved it. Has some vegan options. I really like the place

The Egyptian staff are excellent in their dealings, the food is cooked very well, the atmosphere is also wonderful, and the staff in general are very helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I absolutely do not recommend it. The smell of oil is extremely strong; you can't stand inside the shop for more than a minute. The Egyptian worker was very rude; he gave me a cold sandwich that he never heated and tried to hide it inside the bag so I wouldn't see it. The worker wasn't wearing gloves and handled everything with his bare hands.

Friendly and delicious. Falafel teller, kebab teller each 9 EU. Water & other drinks 1.5 EU. Every little village has its own style and this is no diff.: Falafel in a donut shape so they cook more evenly, flaky Baklava pronounced BaKLA'vah, kebabs on short skewers, w mild garlic sauce and ketchup/mayo sauce, pickled green beans & pickled turnip(?). Pommes frites (crispy outside, smooth insid5e), kebab, and falafel were fresh cooked for each order, so hot and chicken tender, not overcooked. Generous servings. Street tables.

What a lovely experience I had today eating there for the very first time. I always heard good things about this place, which is close to where I live. The person who prepared my food was very friendly and also gave me a falafel to try while I was waiting for my Halloumi wrap. For me the Halloumi was a tad too salty, but overall the wrap was very delicious with lots of fresh ingredients and hummus on top. The staff also served someone who seemed to be a bit off in a really nice way and gave in to the person’s many, many requests - all the time while the staff was constantly very respectful and kind to him. The price for the wrap was also really good for 5€ - I was actually surprised about it for the quality you get. Next time I’ll try the mix wrap, which includes Halloumi, Falafel and pan-fried vegetables for only 1€ more. That’s insane. Highly recommended place.

The vegetarian mixed wrap was incredibly delicious! Incredibly tasty falafel and excellent grilled vegetables, and the amount of sauce was just right :) The food is inexpensive and it came very quickly. Everyone who works here is very nice. I'd love to go back <3

The falafel at this shop is crispy, fresh, and deliciously seasoned. The bread is soft, and the side dishes are fresh and varied. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast. A great place to enjoy authentic falafel. I highly recommend this falafel shop!

Mix plate was absolutely delicious, with the falafel being a highlight.

Worst service in my life. The guy didn’t hear nor was interested what we’d like inside the wraps, flopped ton of humus nonchalantly, and as a charry on top - double fingered my dish with a bare hand to put in the tomato that was left on the counter. Currenty on my way home trying to not think about what I just ate. The falafel balls itself were probably the best I had in Berlin, so that’s why 2 stars.

As for the food, it's clean, tidy, and delicious. We tried the liver or (sodah) sandwich and it was delicious. Even the falafel had a good flavor, was cooked to perfection, and was well-seasoned. The reception was friendly and courteous. The place is clean. I recommend trying it.

We wanted to try the famous kebab on the other side of the street, but the line was too long, so we ended up here. It was really good and cheap. The owner gave us each a falafel to try while we waited for the food. I recommend the falafel wrap. I had the falafel box, it was good, but it was just falafel, a lot of lettuce, two slices of tomato and hummus. It was good but it was more expensive than the wrap and less filling.

Absolutely friendly and welcoming. Thanks to the small menu, the falafel and salad are absolutely fresh(!) (and, of course, delicious). The food is prepared faster than some fast food restaurants (though they occasionally offer something to snack on while you wait), and—as if that weren't already more than you'd expect in Berlin—the prices are absolutely fair.

Never order. It will take 2 hours minimum and hour food will arrive cold. They also don’t seem to change their oil so fried foods sit heavy if you have a sensitive tummy. Much better spots for Syrian food in Berlin

Imagine you wanted to try Mustafa’s famous kebab but it started to rain and the queue had 50 meters. You were hungry and went through the road to Falafelo. Well, guy lets you taste it before you buy. Crispy, full of spice and overly enjoyable light lunch with great price to performance ratio. If you are hangry, reading this, try it.

Was there for the first time today and it was super delicious! The staff are very friendly and we were each given a falafel ball with hummus to try. I ordered the crispy sandwich and it was delicious, definitely again.

I ordered from this falafel shop and was very disappointed with the hygiene. The employee touched all the vegetables and salad with his hand and placed them on my plate without using a spoon, fork or tongs. He also handled and collected the money with the same gloves, which is completely unhygienic. This is unacceptable. I hope the operator takes this feedback seriously and takes measures to prevent such incidents in the future.”

I'm absolutely pissed and hungry and I got the wrong food. And twice. I ordered food 3 hours ago via the website that cooperates with Lieferando and the order was ultimately confirmed via Uber. After 20 minutes the driver called who was probably sent to the wrong address and then took another 40 minutes to get to me. When he arrived he apologized and the food was cold and then just in flat bread instead of a com sandwich. I asked if they could bring me the right thing, and after talking to his boss he said that wasn't possible, I could get a discount next time (the question is where, the store, Lieferando or Uber?) but I can't get anything warm and new. I was angry, the money was gone and I was still hungry. 1.5 hours have passed since I placed my order. I was already quite angry, but since I really love the hallumi sandwich, I went to the store. 25 minutes later in the store I order and have a nice chat with the employee, who heard what I ordered and cashes in while his colleague prepares everything. Well, I would also like to advise that this should be clarified with Lieferando and uber because it will reflect on your shop. After professionally keeping it warm, I arrive home and just have the flat flatbread again. What the heck? I called and explained that I was waiting almost 25 plus 3 hours of my time for my food and there was no cooperation to compensate for the amount, e.g. by giving an option on the house next time. Instead, it was pointed out several times that the colleague spoke German so poorly and that was the reason. What an absolutely shitty experience. That was absolutely bold and insightful, the employee was nice, but the boss was unreasonable and refused to speak German.

In this small shop, almost exactly opposite a well-known kebab shop, you can probably get some of the best falafel in Berlin. Unfortunately, the store only has a few seats, so if you're visiting with a group, you should probably prefer the take-away option. The vegetables and the sauces go very well together and the prices quoted are more than fair. Instead of standing in line for hours at the kebab across the street, you should definitely choose this alternative when visiting Berlin!

First time I visited Berlin, I found this falafel restaurant. Since then, every time I visit my favourite city Berlin, I definitely go to this place for the best falafel. This is my comfort food place.

It's a great takeaway falafel restaurant. Very affordable and fast service. The staff speaks basic English, so communication is not a problem. There are many vegetarian options. The plates are also very affordable and the portions are large. They have limited outdoor seating.

If you like falafel, this is the right place - whether in bread or on a plate, both are plentiful and delicious. The side dishes and sauces are also fresh and homemade. The seating area inside could use a “freshen up”. There are also a few tables outside.

Forget Mustafas directly opposite. This is the real deal. Super seasoned, lovingly made, my new regular shop in the neighborhood.

Not a safe place for women. I was friendly and was ignored and treated very disparagingly by the staff. There was a bunch of men around me staring at me. I felt very uncomfortable and would never go there again.

I had the falafel plate and it was very, very tasty and it was a large enough portion. I will have to stop here more often.

The cashier shorted me for my 5 EUR change, which lead to some banter. Not going there again for this reason alone. They also got my order wrong by the (presumably) owner addressed that without any fuss. He seems nice but should probably hire better staff. I know you can't expect much from a place like this, but they could have spent some effort on cleaning the outside tables or on hygiene in general.
