A very nice team invites you to linger. You can sit outside and the food was very tasty. Ideal stopover on a bike tour around Lake Grimnitz.

The perfect place for a delicious meal and cool drinks, where Brandenburg is so wonderfully quiet and beautiful. Relaxed, rustic, charming and wonderfully calm, with the best service and really good food at moderate prices. Where else can you find something like that?

Price/performance rather disappointing. Unfortunately there is no alternative on this lake. Next time again Werbelinsee.

After a total failure 2 years ago, we no longer had any ambition to visit this restaurant in Leistenhaus. But now, with the new operators, we tried again. It was the complete opposite. Very nice attentive staff, great price-performance ratio! We felt completely comfortable and wish the operators all the best because they deserve it. Thanks for the great food. We spontaneously went there for dinner. But we've wanted to go there for a long time. The gentleman from service was very competent and friendly. We had the burger with fries and the deer with dumplings. Everything was homemade or regional products, which was confirmed to us when we asked. The ambience has to be said to be a bit quirky, but that's not meant in a negative way. Otherwise everything was clean and tidy. We recommend the Leistenhaus and would love to come back ourselves!!

Actually nicely located. DiexGarteneinrichtung could use an update. The food is perfect for that. We were able to charge our ebike batteries here and take a tasty break. Thanks.

We ended up there by chance on Whit Monday. The waitress was very nice and even gave us anti-mosquito spray before eating. The food was also very good. However, the atmosphere was typical campsite and it was a shame that you couldn't sit out facing the lake. But overall we liked it.

New owners are turning this place into a fantastic spot for some food and drinks in the middle of nature. With the lake and forests nearby, there is plenty to do in the area. The restaurant serves a traditional German cuisine, with classics like Schnitzel and Bratwurst, alongside specials such as wild boar cooked over a spit fire. Both the food and beer are brilliant. The service is also top. Highly recommend!

Himmelfahrt+ Eisbein+ Bier = Katastrophe... Nächster Besuch erst im nächsten Leben... Anfang September hat diese Kneipe zugemacht und seitdem geschlossen. Also Wandersleute in Althüttendorf oder Joachimsthal den Hunger stillen oder im Leistenhaus fasten ... Da ich nicht diesem Verein angehöre brauche ich auch keine Gefälligkeitsbewertung abgeben...

Reopened with new operator. Cheap drinks and otherwise quite reasonable prices. The game was super tasty. Nice quiet location. Perfect for taking a break on a bike trip. Don't forget your swimming trunks in summer, great swimming area! Be sure to reserve in advance, as it is an excursion restaurant (open seasonally) and the number of guests varies greatly.

Quark cake was still warm, uniquely fluffy, simply great. The venison ham was tender and very tasty and also the Pork ham was excellent. We actually just wanted to have something to drink, but this snack is highly recommended.

Was there by chance and ate delicious freshly baked cake. Then I got a taste of wild ham and I was impressed with the passion with which the chef works there. It could be tasted and felt. Simple atmosphere but very nice staff who leave nothing to be desired. Thank you for this gem! We recommend!

Always beautiful and delicious. The cake is made with so much love and fresh every day, there is nothing left over. The rest of the family also raves about meat skewers and other delicious things from the grill (game is available from the in-house hunter). Update! Yesterday I ate the best beetroot of my life (and I eat them often ;-). Dietmar has expanded his vegetarian selection, highly recommended. In addition, help is probably still being sought in the service department. So if you have experience, you'll find a relaxed team, great guests and of course cooling off in the lake.

There were roulades with dumplings and venison goulash with noodles. Point. But both were awesome! Like nuts... and better. Afterwards delicious ice cream and homemade cake (in our case) to take away. All of this at an extremely fair price. 100% recommended!! We will be back.

We were cycling at Easter and by chance passed the Leistenhaus and discovered this great restaurant. There was an Easter menu. We decided to do it spontaneously and didn't regret it. I haven't eaten such delicious, tender lamb and such hearty sauerbraten for a long time. Delicious! Then an ice cream with homemade strawberry sauce - a dream. We would be happy to come back there on our next trip. Also really humane prices, which has become rare these days. The only downside: It's not open every day because it's a clubhouse and not a restaurant. You have to check the opening times on Google first. But in season it is usually open on long weekends (Fri-Sun) and on public holidays. You can probably also order catering. The buffet was very tasty and definitely recommended as a caterer.

We came there on our bikes at Easter. Very nice quiet access to the lake. The Leistenhaus had probably started the season on the weekend before with a new operator and there was a buffet on Easter Sunday. German cuisine with delicious meat dishes. We'd love to come back!

Sehr hochwertige Fleischessen auch viel Wild, für Vegetarier recht wenig. Große Portionen, Getränke sehr günstig wie zu Zeiten von vor Corona. Sonnenterrasse. Sehr nettes Personal, das versucht auch alle Extrawünsche zu erfüllen. Nicht vergessen zum See vorzulaufen!

Nettes Ausflugslokal im Grünen mit Gartentischen und Innenraum bei schlechtem Wetter. Von Wild über Bratwurst und sehr leckerem Eisbecher für jeden etwas. Öffnungszeiten je nach Saison: An Wochenenden und in den Ferien im Regelfall offen, vorher aber bei Google gucken. Sehr humane Preise. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Ausflug. Tipp: Danach direkt an den See gehen, nur 100 m weiter.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön gelegen für jede Radtour. Das Bier scheint ein bisschen teuer.
