Good food in the snack bar or to take away, great cook. However, you have to order lunch the day before.

We were there for the first time today and we are thrilled. The food is homemade and very tasty. The staff is very friendly, quick and attentive.

We were there at the end of October. In the Leistenhaus we enjoyed a potato and carrot soup, venison goulash with noodles and smoked pork with sauerkraut by the fireplace. Very tasty and plentiful. A gifted chef and very friendly, attentive staff. The restaurant is in an idyllic location, you can enjoy nature and the peace and quiet. There is a magical swimming lake with a small playground in the immediate vicinity. Highly recommended.

We wanted to have lunch here today, we were told there was only ice cream outside the house. Very disappointing and even for that there were only limited places. The question arises in my mind, why does this cafe have a website where food is offered? It really seems like restaurants there are people who no longer need it. Especially since the opening times are only from Friday to Sunday anyway. Our luck, there are still cafes in Joachimsthal where it's really tasty and the guest is still king. (Enjoyment time!!!)

The food was really tasty, the cook knows her craft, which you could see in the lovingly decorated dishes. Real insider tip, unfortunately only on weekends out of season.
