Good food at the snack bar or to go, and a great cook. However, you have to reserve lunch the day before.

We met for lunch today at Anna's Gasthaus and received a warm welcome. The dining room is bright and inviting. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The pizza dough was homemade, and the portions were generous and well-topped.

Great view and reasonably good, albeit somewhat expensive, food.

According to the internet and locals, it's open on Thursdays. A sign at the entrance to the facility read "Friday pork knuckle - closed Thursday." A larger hiking group was also perplexed. There were no other options within a radius of over an hour. We ate our granola bars instead. If you use the internet, you should keep it up to date if you care about your guests.
