My husband and I had dinner at Anna's Inn on August 19, 1925. Afterwards, my husband had diarrhea, and I had stomach problems and felt unwell. There must have been something wrong with the food. My husband had pizza, and I had schnitzel. We won't be going there again, which is a shame.

A really good restaurant, very good food, tastes as it should, simply delicious, nothing more needs to be said.........

I had the standard schnitzel with egg, coleslaw, and fried potatoes, and I have to say it was one of the best I've ever had. It was perfectly adequate, the schnitzel was fresh and perfectly breaded. The staff was super friendly, and everything went very quickly. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We spontaneously looked for a restaurant recommendation while passing through and found Anna's Gasthaus. Friendly service, not a very extensive menu, but a fine selection of different dishes, all very appealing, plus an extensive pizza menu. We had ham pizza, hamburger schnitzel with fried potatoes, and a pierogi mix, all very tasty.

A schnitzel with mushrooms and fries for 18 euros and an espresso for 3 euros are breaking price records!

We were on vacation at Werbelinsee and just tried the B test 😁 This means we've been to Anna's Gasthaus for the second time, and we're happy to recommend it. The schnitzels here are delicious (they're audibly freshly pounded and fried with a delicious breading), and the pizza 🍕 is also good. The homemade Polish venison goulash soup as a starter is also very tasty. The prices are absolutely reasonable and the service is good. And what's very important to us is that you don't have to wait forever for your food; everything is very quick. Thanks to the Polish owners of this restaurant; that's what we want to see in gastronomy, but unfortunately, it's become rare in Germany.👍

We were there for the first time yesterday and were pleasantly surprised. The bigos, pirogi, and even the pizza were good. We'd love to come back.

Not for vegetarians! There's no salad, no cake, and the fried potatoes are only with bacon! Otherwise, the food is exceptionally good. Perhaps five out of five is an exaggeration, but where else can you find rustic, home-cooked food with good ingredients, freshly cooked these days? Special tip: the venison goulash soup! Excellent.

Anyone tired of mainstream cuisine will find this is the perfect place. In the group dynamic, there's always someone who gets shortchanged. There's something for everyone here. A friendly welcome is standard. I'd be happy to return.

May 2025 A little insider tip. We landed here via Google while searching for a restaurant. Polish cuisine, generous portion sizes, and fair prices. Fast and friendly service. There's also an outdoor terrace facing the street (although not quite as idyllic). Parking is available right in front of the door. If you can plan your visit, it's best to make a reservation. It was quite busy (Saturday evening). We were completely satisfied and would gladly return.

The goulash soup was very good, with plenty of meat; it could be served as goulash. The venison meatballs were very dry and lacked seasoning. They tasted like they were filled with fillers. Bigos was far too expensive, but it's the cheapest dish in Poland.

In any case, it is good to have lunch here.

Unfortunately, we have to go to the Italian restaurant across the street today because Anna was closed, but I highly recommend the Italian restaurant; it's delicious food. 😋 Right on the water.

I can highly recommend it without any ifs and buts. Everything was freshly prepared, it was very plentiful, although I could usually eat the leftover from my wife, it wasn't possible this time, there was so much on my plate. It was very good and we will definitely come back.

We drank a pot of coffee, but for the price the taste of the coffee wasn't great.

Good price/performance ratio, tasted very good, menu is completely sufficient for everyone, including children's meals. I had schnitzel with fried potatoes, my frsu, the stuffed dumplings, it was all homemade and it tasted good, man, we'll be back, no question.

German Polish cuisine is on the outside, but the menu mainly includes pizzas. I ate a cabbage roll, which was okay, but not a highlight. The price of around €15.00 is at the usual level. Conclusion: I don't have to have it again.

We went there for coffee and cake after the funeral in Joachimsthal. Very nice service staff. Was very empty, but certainly usual during the week and in winter. Located right on the water. Certainly nice in summer, but no direct view of the water. For the tasting: There were 2 types of sheet cake and sandwiches. Very tasty and the sandwiches were nicely prepared. I ordered the venison boulette with fried potatoes and coleslaw for just under €12. Absolutely recommended. Good portion and the price is also absolutely fair.

We ended up here by chance and came out very satisfied and full. Good German-Polish food, like grandma's. The employees were also very nice, spoke German and Polish. Short waiting times, large portions.

The fries with schnitzel taste like they come from a snack bar, they even charge for ketchup on the bill and 20 euros per person is already too little

Oh well. We were there for the first time today. There is not a large selection of restaurants here. The shop is not far from our holiday apartment. The schnitzel with fried mushrooms wasn't really good. Completely over salted and dripping with fat. I think the schnitzel was fried. The fries were okay, it's not art. The best thing was the Krombacher on tap. I definitely won't go there again. Just under €18 for a chip shop meal is quite sporty.

We were here to eat and not to stay overnight... highly recommended as traditional Polish dishes are offered and Polish beer is available 😀

Very large portions and everything made by hand, e.g. dumplings! Wow, people in Poland won't buy these! A beautiful advertisement for Poland, showing how delicious Polish cuisine is. The restaurant is full of people! You need to reserve a place to be sure to eat. But that's just a good sign that everyone likes it. Thank you very much for this culinary experience! Stressed, unfriendly, inflexible and anything but hospitable. Unfortunately we as a family (7 people) couldn't get any more space. Even if guests were just leaving and there were a lot of tables available both inside and outside, we would be approached with a "sniffing" and a stressed-arrogant "no space". I have rarely felt treated like this as a guest. Overwhelmed and definitely not recommended.

Today we finally managed to stop in. You drive past it 100 times. Fast, friendly service. Food was good. I had roast venison with red cabbage and classes for the husband and I had the wild boar schnitzel in nut breading with mashed potatoes. The schnitzel was very tender and well seasoned, small disadvantage, for sauce fans maybe add a little sauce or make the pü a little moister, it was a little dry. But we'll come back and try the pizzas.

Food was rather mediocre. Roast venison and schnitzel were good. Dumplings apparently came from a cooking bag, were very soggy on the inside and absolutely unseasoned. Potatoes and fries very salty. Fish was a bit small. But what bothered me the most was the service. Very taciturn, no smile, came across as listless and unfriendly. Very unfortunate...

Yesterday we went here for dinner early in the evening. We had free choice of table. Other guests followed. You can sit inside or outside. We promptly received the drink and food menus. It was clear to us that if we were going to eat Polish food, then it had to be Polish beer. So we ordered two of them. It's bottled beer. Regarding food, we opted for bingos and Pirolito Mix 12 pieces. The plan was to swap meals every now and then. It didn't take long before the ordered dishes were served. The portions are enough to fill you up. We liked both dishes very much. The prices are absolutely fine. The staff is reserved but friendly. The guest room is very clean and tidy, which means that there is little decoration. The toilets were clean. You can easily stop here more often.

You can eat well here. You can also order food to pick up, but the menu on the internet is sometimes unreadable and is already very out of date in 2021. So if a site exists on the Internet, it should be kept up to date.

The inconspicuous little inn is very simply furnished and clean, but impresses with the taste of the dishes. We had e.g. B. the wild goulash soup, which was excellent. Highly recommended. Even side dishes such as roasted potatoes and mashed potatoes showed commitment. We'd love to come back.

Very good and fresh cuisine with very good quality. The service could sometimes be a little more attentive when glasses are empty. But that doesn't detract from the friendliness. Otherwise, the restaurant would do a lot of good with a small play area for children. All in all a highly recommended restaurant with great food. We'd love to come back.

Nice little restaurant with delicious food

On the way north we spontaneously stopped at "Anna's Gasthaus". The order was taken quickly and drinks and food were served quickly. There are some Polish specialties ("Zurek" soup is highly recommended) that taste very good (as does the rest). Thanks.

We had booked a table beforehand and were served very nicely and courteously. The food was very tasty and plentiful. A game soup as a starter, very tasty, plenty of meat and a large plate. Rarely have I eaten such a delicious game soup as a hunter. The price is at today's normal level. Highly Recommended!

Were there again today. Unfortunately I can only give a bad rating this time. Almost all seats were occupied. We (4 adults and 1 small child) were approached very harshly when we asked if we could put two tables together. We were also told in a very unfriendly manner that we would have to wait at least an hour for food. Even if there are many guests and there is stress, you can achieve more with friendliness. We're thinking about coming back again. It's a shame, because so far we've always been treated kindly. The food was always very good too.
