Super leckeres Essen, freundlicher Service und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wer in Berchtesgaden ist, sollte hier unbedingt vorbeischauen – klare Empfehlung!

Nach einem wanderreichen Tag haben wir es uns in der Lederstub'n gut gehen lassen. Hier is(s)t man abseits der Massen an Schnitzel oder Haxen unterwegs. Hier findet man eine Küche, die Lust auf was anderes hat und es auch kann, ohne zu viel Blabla oder krampfhaft Oberklasse sein zu wollen. Sie Gerichte sind wirklich lecker und haben einen tollen Geschmack. Ja, das Weißbier-Tiramisu ist tatsächlich der Hammer! Insgesamt sind die Portionen nicht riesig, aber dafür bekommt man eine tolle Zubereitung in entspannter Atmosphäre.

Sehr gutes Restaurant. Spezialitäten des Hauses, aber sehr gut. Der Kellner ist sehr nett.

Der Salat war sehr vielfältig, die Suppe hatte einen Geschmack, den ich noch nie zuvor erlebt hatte, die Pasta war leichter als erwartet, und der Burger, den ich zum ersten Mal mit Fleischsoße und Meerrettich probiert habe, war köstlich! Die Preise waren auch angemessen, daher war ich sehr zufrieden!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Restaurant hatte eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Meerrettich-Fleischsauce-Burger auf der Speisekarte war köstlich; die reichhaltige Fleischsauce harmonierte perfekt mit dem erfrischenden, leicht pikanten Meerrettich und ergab eine wunderbare Geschmacksbalance. Das Personal erwähnte, dass es sich um ein Spezialrezept des Restaurants handele. Der geschmorte Hirsch war exzellent; man musste sich keine Sorgen machen, dass traditionelle bayerische Fleischsaucen zu salzig sind. Aufgrund von Empfehlungen anderer Nutzer auf Google Maps probierten wir auch das Tiramisu, das uns nicht enttäuschte – es hatte eine cremige Konsistenz und eine feine Alkoholnote. Die cremige Suppe mit Ingwer, Kurkuma und Kokosmilch war ebenfalls sehr gut; die drei Aromen harmonierten perfekt, ohne dass eines die anderen überdeckte. Es war ein Abendessen für zwei Personen, und die Portionen waren genau richtig. Das Abendessen in diesem Restaurant war eine angenehme Überraschung; insgesamt war es ein fantastisches kulinarisches Erlebnis.

Wir waren gestern mit Freunden hier essen. Es war alles in allem ein wirklich gelungener Abend. Angefangen mit der netten Bedienung, den guten Getränken und dem köstlichen Essen. Wer einmal etwas besonderes sucht, und nicht das übliche ( deftige, aber durchaus auch mal leckere Kost) sucht, ist hier am richtigen Ort! Wir kommen wieder.

Gemütliches Ambiente, freundliche aufgeweckte Bedienung, super leckere Gerichte in bester Qualität. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Wir haben dort sehr leckere Gerichte von der Tageskarte gegessen. Die Speisen war geschmacklich hervorragend und liebevoll angerichtet. Auch der Service war ganz ausgezeichnet. Kurzum das kleine Lokal mit einer überschaubaren Speisekarte ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren heute leider nur zu Kaffee und Kuchen dort. Der Rhabarbercrumble und der Apfelkuchen waren einfach genial. Die Auswahl auf der Tageskarte war sehr verlockend, leider fehlte uns die Zeit. Der Service war sehr nett und bayrisch direkt😁. Eine echte Alternative zum Mainstream. Hier stehen die Inhaber hinter einem klarem Konzept. Übrigens die Weinauswahl hat mich sehr angesprochen. Beim nächsten Besuch in Berchtesgaden sind wir Abends zu Gast.

Tolles Restaurant! Sehr freundlicher Kellner, jedes einzelne Gericht (wir hatten Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Nachspeise) war super lecker. Preis-Leistung auch top!

Applaus! Super Team , lecker Essen , tolle Auswahl von Bieren und Weinen . Super Kaffee , schöner Laden , gemütlich drinnen und unter freien Himmel , zentrale Lage, faire Preise .. alles super ! Hingehen aber besser reservieren .. wird zu Recht schnell voll .

Perfekt für uns! Ruhige, angenehme Atmosphäre. Eine kleine, aber feine Speisekarte, ideal für Ausländer, und die Garantie auf hausgemachte Gerichte. Und vor allem: Es war köstlich. Freundlicher und effizienter Service. Unser bestes Restaurant während unserer 10 Tage in Bayern.

Mein Freund und ich waren schon zweimal in diesem Restaurant, und beide Male waren wir begeistert. Wir wurden stets sehr herzlich empfangen und besonders freundlich und aufmerksam bedient. Die Speisekarte wechselt saisonal, was wir sehr schätzen, und die verwendeten Zutaten sind hochwertig und stammen aus der Region. Jedes Mal haben wir wunderbar gegessen, und die Preise sind absolut angemessen. Genau solche Lokale unterstützen wir sehr gerne. Vielen Dank!

Sensationelles essen, der Rehbraten ein Traum.

Ein hervorragendes Restaurant mit regionalen Zutaten und transparenter Herkunftsnachverfolgbarkeit. Wunderbar zubereitete Gerichte, mit Liebe gekocht, und ein freundlicher, aufmerksamer Kellner – alles zu fairen Preisen. Ich komme gerne wieder, solange ich in Berchtesgaden bin.

Mein Partner und ich waren gestern zum Abendessen vor Ort. Wir kamen völlig ausgehungert von einer Wanderung zurück und was sollen wir sagen...: Es war wirklich hervorragend! Mein Partner hatte den Burger und ich die Frühlingspasta. Vielen Dank auch für den netten Service. Wirklich eine schöne Abwechslung zum traditionellen Knödel-Koma. Pfiat eich!

Wirklich ein tolles Lokal mit tollem Team und essen

Für mich ist die Lederstub’n eine richtig gemütliche und urige Adresse mit viel Charme. Schon beim Reinkommen spürt man die traditionelle Atmosphäre – warm, herzlich und typisch österreichisch. Der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und angenehm persönlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Speisen waren frisch zubereitet, bodenständig und sehr geschmackvoll ehrliche Küche mit guten Zutaten und ordentlichen Portionen. Auch das Ambiente hat mir besonders gefallen: rustikal, gemütlich und genau der richtige Ort, um in Ruhe zu essen und den Abend zu genießen.

Ein tolles Café mit einem sehr beeindruckenden Tiramisu aus Weißbier. Viel Liebe zum Detail und Rücksichtnahme auf regionale Produkte.

Ein kleines aber sehr feines Restaurant. Es werden regionale Zutaten verwendet und klassische Gerichte in einer besonderen Art serviert, es steckt hier offenbar viel Liebe in der Arbeit. Die Gerichte schmeckten von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert wirklich hervorragend. Wir können diese kleine Perle mitten in Berchtesgaden wirklich wärmstens empfehlen.

We were looking for something a little different from the region's classic cuisine, so we stumbled upon the Lederstubn and were absolutely thrilled. The ambiance, professional and attentive service, and excellent cuisine were all truly impressive.

We received such a warm welcome at the Lederstub'n that it felt like we'd been regulars for years. During our stay in Berchtesgaden, we ate here twice and thoroughly enjoyed our meal each time. Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and super friendly service – we'll definitely be back!

The best tiramisu ever! It's absolutely amazing! The mascarpone cheese is so refreshing, unlike the usual creamy ones in Taiwan. The finger bread on the bottom is soaked up with wheat beer!!! It's absolutely delicious. You absolutely have to try it. The turmeric coconut soup is also delicious ~ so refreshing. The pasta is also delicious 🤤

If you visit Berchtesgaden, please do yourself a favour and come eat here! The friendliest service and the food is absolutely delicious! The best meal we had! Would come here again and again! We had a lovely evening!

A great place run by the owners, amazing food, truly a new interpretation of what a restaurant should be. If you're in Berchtesgaden, you should eat there, especially if you're younger.

Excellent regional and organic food

Since we were nearby, I looked online to see where there were nearby restaurants. When I first looked at the menu, I thought, "Wow, there's very little." But that turned out to be a very positive experience. You don't find such delicious food and something so special in every restaurant. My daughter and I really enjoyed it. The service was very friendly. It's definitely worth it. You can get schnitzel with fries or a meat hamburger almost anywhere, but I've never seen a fish hamburger before. Thank you so much for everything.

Simply wow! Had the salmon trout today – an absolute feast for the palate! The service was super friendly and the food extremely creative and delicious. Chapo! Highly recommended!

The food was good, but that in no way justifies charging €8 for two simple jugs of tap water. To my surprise, I was told this was "normal" when I returned to ask. Not only is this completely abusive, but it also goes against the spirit of honest service. I hope to be reimbursed, but as it stands, this practice is unacceptable. One star because the overall experience was tainted by this more than questionable pricing policy.

I'm not usually a Karen who leaves bad reviews, but I've never had a moment like this before. We arrived at the restaurant at 8:10 p.m., greeted the man behind the counter warmly, and then waited for 10 minutes, during which he walked past us several times and took dessert orders from the next table. At one point, my Australian partner got up and wanted to get us menus from the counter. When he reached for a menu, the man behind the counter shouted, "THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED!" We left. I would advise against trying to make money entertaining people if you don't like people and can't even manage to leave a card for guests trying to leave money in a half-empty restaurant, or simply immediately inform them that you've decided to close the kitchen two hours before closing time (but only for the couple who were speaking English; the next table will still get their desserts prepared, of course).

We were there for lunch. The waitress was exceptionally attentive and made a lot of effort. Thank you for that.

An absolute highlight – inconspicuous from the outside, but wow! From the moment I entered the restaurant, I knew: everything was just right here. The interior is designed with great attention to detail – stylish, inviting, and perfectly matched by the friendly, authentic staff, who make you feel welcome and in exactly the right place. Particularly impressive are the carefully selected works of art on the walls, which lend the room a very special atmosphere – inspiring, lively, yet harmoniously integrated. A connection between cuisine and culture is created, entirely in keeping with the owner's character. The food? A dream! Every dish was excellently prepared, with a noticeable focus on quality, regionality, and freshness. You can taste the passion that is being cooked here – no frills, but with character. I particularly liked how homely and "at home" the restaurant felt. Conclusion: A place where hospitality, atmosphere, and enjoyment merge into a harmonious overall experience. Unreserved recommendation, enjoy!

We came here for dinner. We sat outside, despite the rain. Thanks to the blankets, it was totally cozy! The food was delicious, and the service was very attentive. We would come back anytime.

A well-thought-out concept with a lot of heart. I had a fabulous time here in the early afternoon, when it was still a bit quieter. The service and food were excellent, and Berchtesgaden can count itself lucky to be home to this restaurant!

A dreamy place to eat and be pampered

Great shop. On the third attempt - it is always busy, so reserve in good time! - we were there for dinner and were convinced. We had warm goat cheese and nutmeg pumpkin soup as a starter, venison Bolognese and Ramsau beef steak from the daily menu as our main course. For dessert, a chocolate guglhupf with pear and the wheat beer tiramisu. Everything was very tasty and tastefully prepared. The service is very friendly and chose a good red wine to go with the steak. A real recommendation for Berchtesgaden.

The very good reviews are inexplicable to me. After we had previously called to reserve a table outside, we were told rather rudely that it was "raining". “After all, you can’t do magic,” was all they said and we were directed to a seat inside. So far so good, or rather bearable. But the subsequent service left a lot to be desired - especially from the gentleman mentioned above. We weren't even asked how the food was. That was only logical. Food satisfactory, service inadequate.

Really great food with great and exceptional selection

Heavenly delicious food from a very very talented chef. The best quality food after many years in the area. Vegetarian, vegan, with high-quality organic meat. Few but well thought out dishes. Bavarian and yet modern and sustainable as well as regional. The coffee and dessert are also in a completely different league than the many other “normal” restaurants in the area. Clear recommendation!!!

We came back from our hiking route from Jenner, hungry and were not disappointed! Small card but very good quality! Venison bolognese and asparagus with tagliatelle were highly recommended, bread with olive cream as a small starter (very tasty!) and the service was also great! Price performance was right and we would give it as a clear recommendation for holidaymakers 👍

Excellent cuisine with creative dishes

Nice and warm place in the middle of the beautiful town centre. Super friendly staff! I ordered a burger and a cup of tea, both were very nice! I wasn’t expecting the burger to have minced beef, but it turned out to be very delicious. A great recommendation if you are in town and looking for a place to chill out and enjoy some great food!

Price/performance 9 out of 10! A relatively small menu with excellent food. Everything is purchased regionally and attention is paid to quality. The map changes regularly according to the season. The white wine Falko went perfectly with the food and tasted very good. The restaurant is in the inner city of Berchtesgaden and has indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting). The service is very attentive and friendly. A pearl in Berchtesgaden. Here you know your craft and the reviews reflect it. It's best to reserve in advance. Restaurant is in demand. The food is DELICIOUS, u can really feel is homemade and done with love. We enjoyed the burger and the pasta and they were both pretty peculiar but extremely tasty and personal. I fully recommend the place. The service was also perfect =)

Und hier wird wirklich regional und saisonal gekocht. 😋😀 Die erste Seite der Speisekarte zählt alle Partner auf. Bio Bauern, Molkereien, Bäckereien, etc. 👍. So viel Transparenz in der Lieferkette habe ich selten gesehen 👍👍👍 Sind begeistert 😋
