Viel zu kleine Portionen und die Nudeln waren nicht durch. Sind leider sehr enttäuscht.

Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service, Auf unsere Wünsche wurde immer sofort und sehr Individuell eingegangen. Der Abend war für uns und unsere Gäste ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Danke für alles!

Wir waren heute nach einigen Jahren das zweite Mal in diesem Lokal zu Gast, da wir es in sehr positiver Erinnerung hatten. Auch dieses Mal wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: Die Qualität stimmt hier einfach in allen Bereichen – vom Ambiente über den Service bis hin zum hervorragenden Essen. Ein besonderes Lob gilt unserem heutigen Kellner Nils. Er war überaus aufmerksam, ging fantastisch auf die Gäste ein und überzeugte auch an den Nachbartischen mit seiner freundlichen Art. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden Essen war sehr lecker! Besonders überzeugt hat das Tatar! Man sollte vorher reservieren wenn man drinnen sitzen möchte.

Ein wunderbarer Abend in Berchtesgaden. Wir haben unseren Besuch in diesem Restaurant in der Maximilianstraße in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Essen war fantastisch angerichtet. Besonders der Fisch mit der knusprigen Haut und den perfekt gegarten Kartoffeln hat uns überzeugt. Auch der Cocktail mit der Trockenorangenscheibe war erfrischend und ein toller Auftakt für das Essen. Man sitzt dort sehr schön und kann den Blick auf die Umgebung genießen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Abend mit hervorragender Qualität. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das war unser Lieblingsessen der Reise. Ich hatte köstlichen Fisch mit Gnocchi, mein Mann Schnitzel. Wir haben es genossen, draußen zu sitzen, und der Service war sehr freundlich.

Das beste Restaurant in Berchtesgaden, entspannte Atmosphäre, toller Service von Raidi und wirklich wunderbares Essen zu sehr fairen Preisen. Ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher.

Ein wunderbares italienisch-deutsches Restaurant. Wir teilten uns eine Bruschetta mit Büffelmozzarella. Meine Frau hatte die Rindertarta, die einfach perfekt war. Ich hatte eine Pizza, die genau meinen Geschmack traf.

Sitzplatz außen wirklich schön, nette Umgebung. Der Kaiserschmarrn ist war gut, mit Eiern und Butter, wie es sich gehört. Die Kaspressknödelsuppe war leider nicht ganz so gut. Die Knödel etwas hart. Leider haben wir auch sehr lange auf Getränke und Bestellung gewartet.

Wir besuchten das Restaurant außerhalb der Stoßzeiten. Es war kaum voll. Das Personal bemerkte, dass wir nicht gut Deutsch sprechen, unterhielt sich aber trotzdem weiterhin auf Deutsch und versuchte gar nicht erst, Englisch mit uns zu sprechen. Die Atmosphäre war etwas seltsam; keine der Kellnerinnen lächelte oder sagte ein freundliches Wort (wie „bitte“, „danke“ usw.). Eine Mitarbeiterin (vermutlich eine Aushilfe) sorgte dafür, dass die Stimmung einigermaßen angenehm blieb. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Am meisten überraschte mich, dass das Essen nicht gleichzeitig serviert wurde, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Zwischen uns beiden vergingen etwa acht Minuten. Ein Abschiedsgruß wäre angebracht gewesen.

Wir haben leckere Pizza und sehr guten Salat gegessen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und flott. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Es hat uns super gefallen. Niels war toll, das Essen fantastisch, es war entspannend und hat Spaß gemacht. Der Wein war köstlich. Am nächsten Tag sind wir nochmal zum Nachtisch hingegangen. Wir würden am liebsten noch mehr Sterne vergeben.

Wer gut essen möchte und Wert auf ein gehobenes Ambiente sowie tollen Service legt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Das Essen ist sehr hochpreisig & die Qualität unterirdisch ! Die Portionen klein und teuer ! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert . Am besten war der Kräutertee !!

Super Küche und freundlicher Service in toller Atmosphäre!

Tolle Location mit sehr guter Auswahl an Essen und Speisen, leider war der Service nicht sehr aufmerksam.

Die Dekoration für Weihnachten sehr gelungen, modern und Zeitgemäß. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam/ höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Karte hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Von A wie Austern über Pizzen , Burger und Schnitzel bis Z wie Zwiebelrostbraten. Da ich schon des Öfteren Gast war kann ich dieses Lokal mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Es erwarten euch Gaumenfreuden. Passende, leckere Weine gibt’s natürlich auch dazu.

Heute habe ich eine Pizza gegessen und es war fantastisch 🤩 wirklich ein traum Service total nett sehr schöne Stimmung einwandfrei.

Direkt an der Einkaufszone Innenstadt, daher gut besucht. Reservierung wird emofohlen. Das Essen ist sehr gut, die Pizza knusprig und die Bedienung auch, freundlich.

A friendly welcome and a pleasant atmosphere. The food was delicious, although the pizza could have been a bit hotter. Towards the end, the service dwindled a bit, so we skipped dessert. Overall, though, it was a pleasant evening.

We had dinner here today on a very busy evening, and overall the experience was very good. The service was excellent — friendly and attentive. We had to wait a little longer than usual for the food, but since the restaurant was crowded, it was completely understandable. The food was tasty, though the trout was a bit too salty and one of the potatoes was slightly undercooked. The chicken with risotto was tasty, but not extraordinary. What we really liked is that the menu has plenty of options — from hamburgers, pizzas, salmon dishes, soups, and schnitzel to a wide selection of cocktails. The drinks menu is especially good, with many interesting cocktails to choose from.

I have been few times during the last weeks and I highly recommend it. Great service, quality of the food is awesome and reasonable prices.

After a previous bad experience at Bier-Adam, this restaurant was a balm for the nerves and a pleasant evening experience! It significantly improved our view of the professionalism of German restaurants. Modern, with helpful and agile staff, and the menu was more in line with today's food trends, not just traditional heavy German dishes. They spoke English, the menu was in German, English, Italian, French. I recommend it!

The pizzas here are so good, and you can sit outside and enjoy the Berchtesgaden climate!

We're here on vacation and stopped at the Edelweiss. The food and drinks were excellent. Our waiter, Julian, deserves special mention. This is the kind of great service you'd expect. A relaxed and uncomplicated manner. Keep it up. That's very rare these days.

Very delicious food. If you want to go during the day (lunch), that's no problem at all. For the evening, around 5 p.m., you should definitely make a reservation. The pizza was delicious and the service was very attentive. And the atmosphere is great.

Food is delicious! We came here spontaneously yesterday, enjoyed it very much, and came back today. Menu is large providing many options. They also have a great selection of cocktails. Wine menu is relatively small, but I was able to find wines I enjoyed.

We loved our dinner! We were a party of six visiting from the US (Florida) and Wiesbaden and had two kids. Our server Raidi was awesome, friendly and attentive. The pizzas are huge! We will definitely come back next time in the area.

We got a table for four that evening without a reservation. The food was exceptionally good. The service was very friendly, and the restrooms were also very nice.

For the last 3 nights, Raidi has been our server. The first night I needed food for my daughter who was not feeling well, he helped me out immediately. The next two nights he found seating for my family quickly and helped us. The food has been OUTSTANDING. I have never eaten all my meals at the same place before. EINKEHR is worth it and so is Raidi!

If you don't want to eat at a tourist restaurant but are looking for something special in terms of quality, taste, and service, you should stop here. A must-visit restaurant on any visit to Burgenland. Super friendly staff, fresh, very good food!

Our waiter was lovely and very attentive! We had short ribs, two Pizzas, salad and bruschetta. Everything was amazing , including our drinks. The food was above expectations. One little hiccup was the bruschetta, when I make it, I always like to add some shallots, peppers, capers , and Parmesan, so the flavors pop.( I was missing some flavors, I get it, it’s personal preference). The short rips where out of this world good. The small salad had the perfect balance of lettuce to crunch and sweetness (pears). It was delicious. When you are in Berchtesgaden, you have to stop here for a meal!

Julian is the best man. The best waitress I've ever encountered. He takes great care of his guests in a humorous and honest manner. Definitely deserves a raise.

We tried the Margarita pizza and the Burrata pizza, both were very good, they were no different from the taste in Italy. Those who will come from Turkey can try these two pizzas here with peace of mind.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable evening at this restaurant. We would especially like to mention the extremely friendly and attentive waiter. The meal was a real highlight. I had a seasonal fish dish: It was not only delicious and sophisticated, but also beautifully presented. My favorite restaurant in Berchtesgaden!

Very tasty pizza! A hit both visually and taste-wise! Prices are reasonable. Because it is part of a hotel, there was occasionally passenger traffic in the winter garden that had nothing to do with the restaurant. Nevertheless, we would like to come back!

The Restaurant Einkehr is a culinary revelation in every respect. The ambience is a highlight for the eye. The staff are totally attentive and give each guest the best tips for their personal taste. The stop is an enrichment for the Hotel Edelweiß.

I've been coming here regularly for dinner on vacation for years. Everything is perfect here, from the service to the dishes. I don't understand how anyone can complain about bad service in a mushy tone. Even small special requests for dishes were always easily accommodated for me. I'm looking forward to the next visit in January.

Here we always had great Caesar salad (one of my favorite dishes) with melted onions, finely sliced, crispy bacon and plenty of parmesan. It has tasted different for a few months and then last week the onions were half raw, the bacon was in very wide pieces and not crispy, almost no parmesan, little dressing. The Aperol Spritz (ordered in the lobby as we were sitting there) was also disappointingly watery and didn't taste good. It's a shame because I always enjoyed visiting the Edelweiss.

A fixture in Berchtesgaden, very good pizza, international menu with seasonally changing dishes. Very good drinks menu. Attentive service, although staff has changed frequently recently. Some dishes, such as the risotto, are quite small, not for those who are hungry. Caesar's salad, on the other hand, is really big and is a main course. It's particularly nice to sit in the newly designed winter garden.

YUM! The Caesar salad was refreshing and delicious. The pizza burrata was also very good. Heidelbeeren Schorle was good. Service friendly and fast. Food came quickly. Fancy, modern cozy, good atmosphere. Would definitely come again. You can’t go wrong eating here, highly recommend!

Today we ordered 2 Viennese veal schnitzels. The food was excellent. The service rather bad. First I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my glass, after which the water was already put on the table. We previously asked for ketchup for both portions, but again only one was brought. Of course that can happen. Still, I don't want to be yelled at when I ask. Until then everything was fine for us. Working as a waitress is not easy, I know that from my own experience. We always try to be understanding when we eat out. However, what happened when the payment was made resembles an attempted fraud. We had previously found out about the menu online. According to the current status as of October 27th, 2024, the price per schnitzel is 27 euros. The price was exactly as listed on the restaurant menu that was handed out. However, for no reason at all we were charged 29 euros per schnitzel. When I noticed this fraud, the bill was corrected immediately. According to the waitress, the error was in the system, as it was already calculating the new prices. The explanation was very unbelievable. It's unbelievable what conditions prevail here now. I want to be billed fairly. I want to pay the price that is offered to me. Everything else is malicious deception. THIS JUST DOESN'T WORK. So I have to give the whole thing one star. The poor tourists who probably endure everything here unnoticed. Really a shame!

Raisa is great, super accommodating! The rest of the staff is well trained and generally friendly and attentive. The pizzas are delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed, accompanied by Italian music. Absolutely recommended!!!
