I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and served very quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The selection of dishes was large and varied, and the quality of the ingredients was noticeably high. The portions were generous and I felt full and satisfied after the meal. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and order of the restaurant. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was welcoming. Hummus is particularly recommended. I can definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you're looking for a quick, tasty meal. I will certainly come back.

Very bad service and I would never recommend it to anyone

Very tasty and fresh Syrian/Kurdish specialties in a wide variety. Staff is very friendly and service-oriented. I always get tea for free.

I don't even know where to start. This restaurant was one of the biggest disappointments I have ever experienced. The employees were unfriendly and seemed to have no idea about good customer service. It felt like friendliness wasn't a priority there. The store itself was clean, but what good is that when the service is so bad? When I finally got a table, after what felt like an eternity, I was treated badly. The waiters seemed more interested in playing on their phones or talking to each other rather than attending to the guests. I have rarely experienced something so disrespectful. The food came after a long wait and was cold and tasteless. The chef didn't seem to take his job seriously. And I don't even want to imagine what happens behind the scenes. The worst thing was that I had to pay way too much for this experience. Value for money? None. It felt like I wasted my money. When I complained, I wasn't taken seriously. According to the motto: “If you don’t like it, then go somewhere else!” The manager was no help either. He didn't seem interested in customers' complaints. I will never visit this restaurant again. It was the first and last time. The people there don't deserve my trust or my money. I hope that the situation there changes soon so that no one else has to have this bad experience. If you want to have a bad day, go ahead. But don't expect to be treated well or get a good meal there. Total waste of time and pure frustration guaranteed!

The Laziza is a culinary enrichment for Bonn. The food tastes great, is freshly prepared and is very well priced. The staff is also very friendly and quick. My favorite is the Chicken Hind Sandwich.

The fatayers are recommended and the service is excellent, but we tried the new fried chicken and were very disappointed. The price and quality of the chicken are good, but they were a bit raw and the garlic sauce lacked the intense garlic/lemon flavor and almost only tasted like yogurt. The pickled vegetables were old and sometimes tasted like nothing. The flatbread also had almost no chili sauce on it, which is also an important component of such fried chicken. Of course, the fried chicken is apparently still new, but you should definitely work on it. In any case, I'll try again later and hope for improvements.

Went there again today. A must once a week. Syrian feeling and everything freshly and indescribably delicious prepared in front of you. And super nice staff. Will continue to come.

At the begging they were amazing and everything is fresh and hot .. then they keep doing a pies and no one buy so it's just stand there .. and the taste of the pies is a little different than when they opened

Overall I was happy to eat there most of the times, until today: I bought and ate a cheese pie, from the ones they have already baked and I found glass on the filling. It was unbelievably dangerous and fortunately enough I didn't break any tooth or most importantly I didn't swallow it, but it was painful enough. I guess one glass or something broke next to the filling and they still used it. Considering this situation the hygiene situation is a total mess and absolutely dangerous.

Have now ordered Fatayer twice for a celebration. Every time everything was super delicious. Really good service and just incredibly good for the price. Even a salad bowl for 15 people was no problem. Please order here again for your next celebration.

Very tasty snacks and delicious sahlap (warm milk drink) excellent value for money. Staff friendly. In summer with an outdoor terrace. Also available to order for several variants. I love it. I like to come back regularly.

Bisher war ich immer zufrieden Aber heute wurde ich sehr enttäuscht… Leckeres Essen aufjedenfall! Service grauenvoll.. Sonntag 12.11. der liebe Herr mit der Lieferando Jacke hat uns nicht beachtet bei der Annahme Andere Leute vergezogen Und am Ende sind wir leer ausgegangen Ist einfach schade Habe gewunken und gefragt wieso er uns nicht bedient aber nichts. Soll nicht Ruf Schädigung sein, ehrlicher Kritik Punkt einfach.

Die wohl besten Fatayer und Manakish die ich bisher gegessen habe. An Käse, Fleisch, Spinat, Zaatar, etc. wird nicht gespart. Der Teig wird frisch vor Ort hergestellt und belegt. Wenn es schneller gehen soll, kann man auch die bereits vorbereiteten Fatayer bestellen. Klare 10/10!

Beste Falafel in Bonn und eine der leckersten die ich je gegessen hab.

Nun schon mehrmals hier gegessen und die Qualität ist immer sehr gut. Wir haben sogar den Versuch gemacht für eine Veranstaltung Essen bei Laziza zu bestellen! Ich kann nur sagen: TOP! Alle waren ausnahmslos begeistert. Das „Restaurant“ selber bietet zwar nicht viel Platz, aber wenn man einen Platz ergattert, dann ist es recht nett vor Ort zu essen. Ansonsten gibt es auch alles „to go“. Fazit: Auf jeden Fall empfehlenwert! p.s. Den „Sahlab“ sollte man auch probieren 😉.
