Friendly service, good food. Hot meals served all day (we were there on the weekend).

A clear menu with delicious dishes, including vegan ones. The schnitzels were large and delicious. The salad dressing was excellent, and the pumpkin soup is highly recommended. Nothing to complain about!

We always enjoy coming here. The menu changes every day, but there's always something for everyone, always delicious, always fresh. The schnitzels are still made by hand here. Very friendly and fair prices. Special recommendation: Nussdellen (nut dough), vegetarian, but I still like them.

We're regular guests, and every visit is a treat: The atmosphere is very rustic and informal, and the service is very friendly. There's a small menu that changes regularly – although there are some constants: there's always a schnitzel, and the sauce and side dishes vary. And the best part: They still cook properly here! You can hear the schnitzel being pounded, and the sauces, in particular, aren't your standard, monotonous dish; they taste really good! The prices are absolutely fair, considering the price. Special tip for summer: a bike tour with a stop at the fantastic beer garden.

The atmosphere is really lovely. There's something for the children to play with outside, and it's very quiet. Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars. I was a bit disappointed with the schnitzel. It didn't taste fresh, but rather like a defrosted, pre-made schnitzel with pre-made breading. Perhaps it's a matter of taste, but it wasn't to my liking. The idea of ​​having toys outside is really good! Unfortunately, the toys were very dirty and some were even broken. For example, there was a small blue water track for children. It was completely disassembled and full of pebbles. If it had simply been cleaned and filled, the little ones would have been entertained.

Super delicious, classic German cuisine with a seasonal menu. It's super rustic inside, and outside is a really nice beer garden with children's play areas. Perfect if you're on a hike and want to stop for a bite to eat. We also found the value for money to be decent.

We celebrated our wedding in the old train station. It was a completely worry-free package. The ambience, food and decoration were completely harmonious, we didn't have to worry about anything. There were also only positive comments from our guests. Special requests were also fulfilled. We can highly recommend the old train station. A very big compliment and many thanks to the entire team.

Points deducted for asparagus on the menu WITHOUT hollondaise sauce or possibly butter. Too dry without sauce and pepper sauce doesn't really fit. Otherwise, a small menu with something to suit every taste.

I already knew the old train station from a bike tour through North Rhine-Westphalia. Beer garden was clean and well maintained. Now I was there at a wedding reception. Food was great. Staff were always on hand and friendly, even if everyone wanted a beer at the same time. Decoration was made with a lot of love. We were able to party until early morning without any problem. Food didn't taste good, it was cold

Mega!! Great ambience, very friendly service and the food is simply amazing. I had a Düsseldorf-style schnitzel with mustard and cranberries and gratinated with cheese. Plus a baked potato with sour cream, everything was very tasty. For dessert there was a wild berry sorbet (or something similar) that was simply outstanding. The menu is one page long and seems to change from time to time. Highly recommended 😍

The atmosphere was fantastic, super friendly, and accommodating. The owner is incredibly nice and takes excellent care of every guest. We've been here a few times and we've always had nothing to complain about. Especially in summer, the beer garden is always a highlight in the middle of nature. The food has always been impeccable and the portions are appropriately large and tasty.

The table was still dirty with leftover drinks and there was food leftovers on the wall. It can happen to guests, but the staff should see it. Walked past my empty glass three times. Very happy again! Beautifully located, an inviting beer garden, the restaurant lovingly and comfortably furnished, very tasty food decorated with great old service, very friendly service and any special requests were responded to immediately. My little dish of choice wasn't available today because it was Friday's offer. Instead, there was a very good suggestion as a solution: today's similar dish of the day as a small portion for a small hunger. Since there was no still water, free tap water was offered as an alternative in a carafe and served in a friendly manner with a smile. Great, in most other restaurants I would have had to drink carbonated water that I didn't like. Thank you, it was very nice with you, I'll be back and certainly not alone!

Friendly break point on the Elbschebahntrasse

Maybe we were there at the wrong time, but the service, nice and friendly, was totally overwhelmed. It took forever and we could only order when requested. This may seem normal these days due to a shortage of skilled workers. Otherwise a top address.

Table service was only available upon request. When I politely asked if there was WiFi, I was told "Nope!" in an unpleasant tone. replied and turned his back. Significantly declining quality (I've been there four times before). The food is overpriced for what is on offer; I do take the high inflation prices into account. Decreasing quality of food and service. That's a shame. A lot!

Spontaneously drove past and managed to get space for a group. The ambience is nice, the beer garden is ok, could be spruced up a bit, but otherwise it is very cozy. The service was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was just ok, the small selection of dishes is fine if the things on offer are good. The schnitzels were well prepared, but there were clearly visible differences from plate to plate. The largest schnitzel at the table was on a plate that was ordered for a child. The dosage of the supplements was also relatively arbitrary. There were fries piled up on one plate, but you almost had to look for them on the other. Similar with the sauces, there was no mediocrity here. One schnitzel almost drowned and the other one didn't even have enough sauce to be able to enjoy each piece with sauce. You could almost only recognize the Champion cream sauce because of the taste; as if by chance, a few pieces of mushroom had spilled onto the plate. One had the feeling that both the chef and the service staff paid less attention to the garnish of the plates, so that even the same dishes were interpreted differently. The food was ok, it wasn't anything special but ok. I doubt whether we will go there again, at least for now.

Unfortunately very dirty. Cobwebs over the buffet. Dishes dirty. Unfortunately, the most beautiful country house decoration is of no use if the basis is not right. Food would certainly be delicious, but who has a big appetite if the dishes aren't properly clean. Staff kindly pointed it out, got new plates, unfortunately not clean either. Very unfortunate.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Service war schnell und freundlich. Das Ambiente hat uns nicht gut gefallen, trotz der Tatsache das wir direkt zur Ladenöffnung dort waren sehr dreckig. Gerade mit einem Kind was gerne über den Boden krabbelt macht das keinen Spaß. Generell wirkte es auf uns auch sehr vollgestellt und ungemütlich.

Eine Stunde Anfahrt und es hat sich gelohnt. Leider war es gestern (im Oktober) schon dunkel, aber heute sehe ich im Internet die Fotos. Also ist es von Draußen genauso schön wie von Innen. Ein mega Abend. Sind schon lange nicht mehr so schnell Bedient worden, geschweige denn haben so gut Auswärts gegessen! Für knapp 20 Leute kam das Essen heiß und auf wenige Minuten zeitgleich. Zusammenfassend: Die Küche, die Bedienung, das Ambiente... alles passte einfach! Weiter so!

Seht empfehlenswert. Gemütlich und eine schöne kleine Karte. Wir kehren nach der nächsten Wanderung hier wieder ein.

Durch Zufall haben wir das Landhaus entdeckt. Es war sehr gemütlich und schick eingerichtet. Es gibt auch ein Biergarten in den man einkehren kann. Dir Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Das Essen wurde schnell zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Zahlung ist in bar und mit Karte möglich. Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor Ort. Auch vor oder nach einer Wanderung in dem grünen Umfeld bietet sich das Landhaus an. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Das Schnitzel war gut.Die Soße schmeckte uns nicht. Die Bratkartoffeln waren lecker. Die Garnitur war sehr mager und plump.Bedienungen waren freundlich. Der Biergarten könnte gepflegter sein. Das Ambiente innen ist sehr schön.

Immer wieder ein Besuch wert.... Liebe, nette Mitarbeiter..... Wundetvolles Ambiente..... Leckeres Essen.... Ein Ort zum abschalten und Genießen.... Sogar für die ganz kleinen gibt es dort was zu erleben....

Wer hier nicht hält, hat was verpasst. Im Biergarten holt man sich einfach ein Auflagen für die Stühle und schon sitzt man gemütlicher. Der Innenraum ist absolut niedlich eingerichtet und die sanitären Einrichtungen vorbildlich sauber. Der Service ist aufmerksam und ausgesprochen freundlich. Lecker Bier vom Fass oder andere kühle Getränke, Kaffee und sehr guter Kuchen. Das Essen, ein Traum. Riesige gut gebratene Schnitzel mit leckeren Saucen und noch vieles mehr. Wir haben die Pause hier wirklich genossen.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Leckere Speisen und erstaunlich günstige Preise. Der Spargel war auf den Punkt gegart ebenso wie die Hähnchenbrust. Auch die Würze hat mich komplett überzeugt.

Nach einer langen Wanderung genau das richtige. Wir waren mit 10 Personen dort im Landhaus und wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Bei sämtlichen Kaffeearten und selbstgebackenem Kuchen wurde uns die Zeit versüßt. Selbst unsere Hunde waren willkommen und wurden mit Wasser versorgt.

Wir hatten eine Familien Weihnachtsfeier ca 40 Personen und erlebten eine professionelle Organisation mit sehr freundlichem und aufmerksamen Personal und einem TOP Abendessens-Buffet: eine runde Sache und somit eine TOP Empfehlung. !

Hier kann man richtig gut das Essen am Sonntag mittag genießen. Die Küche ist sehr reichhaltig in der Auswahl und nicht nur sehr lecker, sondern man denkt, das auch die Berg- oder Bahnhofs-arbeiter, hier satt wurden

Wir kommen regelmäßig und sehr gerne in dieses gemütliche, im Landhausstil eingerichtete Restaurant. Es liegt ziemlich abseits...der Radweg führt hier direkt dran vorbei und ein Besuch im Biergarten lohnt sich immer. Die Speisekarte ist relativ klein: saisonale Gerichte, immer frisch und das Essen ist hervorragend. Die Inhaberin und ihre Angestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir kommen wieder!!

Wir gehen gerne in den Bahnhof, Familie Hetmann und das Personal sind sehr bemüht. Die Schnitzel sind lecker und der Salat schmeckt sehr gut, angemacht wie bei „Oma“.

...führte mich auf einer Radtour ins Landhaus zum Alten Bahnhof. Ein Kleinod mitten in der Landschaft geprägt durch ausgesuchte Freundlichkeit im Service. Bei Biergartenwetter eine schöne Zeit im Freien verbracht. Am Essen gab es gar nichts auszusetzen, es übertraf unsere Vorstellungen. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Lokation - nicht nur für Radfahrer. Komme gerne wieder!

Wir waren letzte Woche mit meiner Firma dort, um unser Weihnachtsessen zu feiern ... die Qualität des Essens hat sich viel verbessert in vergleich mit den letzten Jahren und der Service war sehr effektiv! Wir hatten einen schönen Abend!

Meine Frau und ich waren mal wieder in diesem tollen, wie eine Puppenstube eingerichteten Lokal. Das Essen und natürlich auch das Personal passten wieder zu dem Ambiente. Es ist einfach hier alles zum Wohlfühlen ausgerichtet, angefangen von der Einrichtung, über die sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung bis zum toll zubereiteten und sehr ansprechend servierten Essen.
