This is just about the guesthouse we stayed at for one night!!! For a quick overview: +Price +Room size +Cleanliness - Ambience - Ambience - Simply everything else We booked a double room for one night and weren't at all impressed, even shocked that such a thing is still offered. First of all, I have to say that everything was clean! It starts with the entrance, though: the vacuum cleaner is in the corner, the hallway on the first floor looks like a museum... everything is cluttered. The room could really have come straight from a museum. The bed and bedding are simply a joke, the "bedside lamp" is a floor lamp and only on one side of the bed. The bathroom is no better; you had to let the shower run for almost 5 minutes to warm up, the shower stall was falling apart, there was no shower gel or soap, and no toilet paper holder. The antenna socket was a hole in the wall plus some kind of adapter, and the ceiling panels are about to fall off the ceiling. And a big problem is the size of the room; it's so resonant... especially at night when your partner snores (I've been told that 😉). Parking is questionable, as is whether you're allowed to use the space behind the room, because there's no sign indicating a parking space. For a little money, you could upgrade the room and make it more pleasant (toilet paper holder, bedside lamp, soap dispenser, antenna socket, etc.), but as it is, it's just not a great experience. We definitely won't be staying here again.

On the first visit, everything was fine, so I was happy to give it five stars. However, on the second visit (about two years ago now), things had changed. We felt like annoying strangers (although we were still happy to take their money, of course). Apparently, they were too busy with themselves, the rest of the staff, and a few regular customers. As far as we were concerned, the place was finished.

Spontaneously went to Brossen for dinner... we had 3 different dishes, all of which were very tasty and would be recommended... thanks to the chef

Just poor meat quality and old atmosphere, not recommended!

We wanted to stop by spontaneously and enjoy delicious food. The restaurant was busy and when we asked at the door if they still had a table for two, the man at the counter just shook his head and turned away. You could say nicely that you don't have any tables left. But that apparently wasn't possible for him. Too bad... We won't try again.

Any of the 5 stars are justified Always worth a visit.

Die Gaststätte liegt an der B180 bei Meuselwitz/Brossen. Sie eignet sich auch für Feierlichkeiten aber die Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten sind zur Zeit nicht möglich. Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich aber gut. Der Service ist gut.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Gastwirt war freundlich und auch sehr humorvoll. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden, vorausgesetzt es gibt keinen Wintereinbruch so wie bei uns heute und der Parkplatz ist zugeschneit. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß.

Wir haben unsere beiden runden Geburtstage letztes Wochenende im Gasthof gefeiert und wir waren begeistert. Das Buffet wurde nach unseren Wünschen hergerichtet, allen hat es geschmeckt. Alles war frisch und appetitlich. Das Wirtspaar war sehr engagiert. Es war eine unvergessliche, schöne Feier. Auch unsere Schlafgäste fühlten sich gut untergebracht. Am nächsten Morgen gab es noch ein gemeinsames Frühstück im Kaminzimmer, sehr schön und reichlich. Wir können dieses Gasthaus sehr empfehlen .

Wir gehen hin und wieder ins Dreiländereck essen und ich muss sagen wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Das Essen wird frisch zubereitet und der Wirt ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch eine kleine Familienfeier haben wir dort schon ausrichten lassen und waren sehr zufrieden. Der Gasthof ist absolut zu empfehlen....
