The food was excellent - especially fresh and creatively prepared. Had friendly service. The price-performance ratio is reasonable and I can fully recommend this restaurant!

I have to say everything was top The staff is really great, very friendly and very helpful if you have any questions! Rooms also great! 👍🏼 I drive a truck (18 T) for work and asked where I could park. Answer the phone, come here first and then we will show you the parking lot. I ok... I then drove there, but unfortunately I couldn't stop in front of the door at that moment because I had cars behind me. But the staff saw me and suddenly stood next to me, got in and showed me how to get to the parking lot! Simply great! 👍🏼 They made time for me even though there was a lot to do! Later I had dinner in the restaurant, which is also highly recommended. Breakfast this morning was great too! This morning I was also told how best to get back to the main road with the truck. Always my pleasure! ☺

We spent 2 nights in the Jägerstübchen from Sunday to Tuesday. Unfortunately, we were only able to enjoy the very good, tasteful and modern cuisine once, as it was closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Next time we will arrive on Wednesday at the earliest. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. Hospitality is very important here. The double room was large and so was the modern bathroom. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for 2 lovely days.

Addendum September 2024: Once again visiting the Palatinate, we ate once again in the Jägerstübchen. The food was great: we were all more than satisfied! Whether classic schnitzel or Palatinate specialty such as brawn or Palatinate plate: everything is great. The Mini Crème Brulée as an accompaniment to espresso is a great idea. But what made the evening an experience was our nice waiter Mr. Müller: his open and positive manner - always with a mischievous smile on his face is something you rarely find anymore! Keep it up! 2020: Real food at fair prices. Nothing out of the ordinary - but no reason to complain either. We were satisfied and full. Despite the restrictions caused by Corona, all the waitresses were very friendly and thanks to the plexiglass masks you could also see the nice smiles!

Nice restaurant with very courteous service. My food tasted excellent. If I had been here alone, I would have given the full number of stars. Since my companion was served a risotto in which the rice was not yet cooked (I convinced myself), I deducted one star. It's a shame, but something like this shouldn't happen.

We were welcomed in a friendly and funny way and were given a nice place in the winter garden. We were served quickly and it tasted good.

Last Friday we had dinner with friends in the Jägerstübchen. Overall, we had a lovely evening with very good food and cool drinks. The pond and the old trees provided a pleasant, cool shade. Because of the beautiful garden, we always prefer this restaurant when it is too hot elsewhere.

The telephone reservation worked well, the restaurant was very busy... We then realized why. It is simply outstanding! The aperitif that was actually on the house and ended up on the bill (we got the money back and don't take it offended at all, but with humor 😉), a wonderfully fruity passion fruit secco that is really worth ordering! Afterwards there was stuffed pork loin, but instead of spaetzle there were fried potatoes and stuffed tomato gnocchi with chanterelles and parmesan. The pork loin was accompanied by an excellent side salad with a really tasty dressing. Since everything was really great, we treated ourselves to a brownie with Palatinate figs, vanilla ice cream and red wine jus and an espresso with a small créme brulée. As a digestive we chose two extremely delicious liqueurs from Scheibel, an apricot and a forest blueberry liqueur. For the main course there was a great Pinot Blanc and a Gewürztraminer Kabinett. The price was really okay and the service was great. All attentive, friendly, funny. We love the Palatinate because they are simply more human than other members of their species. Warm, open and with this honest, wonderful manner. The @landgasthof_jaegerstuebchen has gained two new guests who will definitely come back. 😊 I can't say anything about the rooms as we only visited the restaurant.

We always come here when we went hiking around Hambach. An imaginative and varied menu that is updated frequently; All the dishes we have ordered so far have been delicious. Visit to the restaurant on a summer evening, the garden restaurant was very busy and you would probably expect tourist food. The opposite is the case. Hand-made cuisine, a great crispy fried pike perch that wasn't fried to death, on a mushroom risotto, with the usual local wines generously served and a winemaker's sparkling wine as a small aperitif - what more could you want? The service was friendly, the dog was provided with water on the terrace and both the dog and her are doing well. A clear recommendation, even or especially when there is a lot going on!

I had the pleasure of dining at Landgasthof Lägersdtübchen in Hambach and all I can say is that it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, exactly what you would expect from a traditional country inn. The food was excellent – ​​everything from the starter to the dessert tasted excellent. I was particularly impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the attention to detail that was evident in every dish. The regional cuisine was presented here at the highest level. The service was also first class. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating without being intrusive. You felt completely comfortable and welcome. The combination of excellent food, friendly service and a cozy atmosphere makes the Landgasthof Lägersdtübchen a real insider tip in the region. I can highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit!

Beautiful garden with an atmosphere like being in your own garden. Super nice and attentive staff. Great Palatinate cuisine: excellent wild boar liver dumplings and fine fried potatoes without onions and bacon. Super quality without frills and chi-chi.

We stopped here for wine and food at the Hambacher Fest. The wine was excellent and the food was good. Unfortunately, the decor was more in the village festival or Oktoberfest style and the music was unpretentious hits. The employees spoke badly about the guests in front of the counter - unfortunately that's not possible!!!

We were here on vacation for a few days. Rooms were very clean and the size was fine. Breakfast buffet was rich, we didn't miss anything. Breakfast eggs as desired, hard-soft fried egg scramble, with or without bacon. Friendliness is a top priority, both from the boss and the employees. Dinner was perfect in terms of quality and taste. We can definitely recommend it.

At the Landgasthof Jägerstübchen, Palatinate warmth is very important. Despite the house being regularly full, the service staff are quick, friendly and unobtrusive to ensure that your every wish is met. The food is a delight across the board. From great salads with delicious dressing to the elegant Palatinate plate to delicious desserts, you can fill yourself up wonderfully here. The great food is rounded off by the delicious wines that the family even produces themselves.

Leckeres Essen, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Insgesamt finde ich es ein nettes Restaurant, allerdings mit weder besonders schönem/gemütlichen noch schlechtem Ambiente. Mit meinem Hauptgang war ich sehr zufrieden, das Vanilleeis mit heißen Himbeeren allerdings hat mich nicht überzeugt. Für ein Restaurant in dieser etwas gehobenen Preisklasse mit feinen Speisen auf der Karte war ich dann doch negativ überrascht von den Flaschenbieren, die zum Selbsteinschenken an den Tisch gebracht wurden, sowie auch Wein oder Wasser, das gehört zum Service normalerweise dazu. In der Gastronomie gibt es gewisse Normen, aber hier wurden die Männer an unserm Tisch zuerst bedient, in starkem pfälzischen Dialekt gesprochen, wie man es sonst von Waldhütten kennt, und eine insgesamt kumpelhafte Beziehung zu den Gästen gepflegt. Essen war wie gesagt super, aber für das Geld, das man dortlässt, würde ich mir einen professionelleren und etwas charmanteren Service wünschen.

Wir haben im Landgasthof Jägerstübchen auf der Rückreise von Bern nach Krefeld Station gemacht. Das war eine gute Entscheidung. Der Gasthof liegt direkt unter dem Hambacher Schloss und verfügt über ein angeschlossenes Weingut. Zwei Schachteln Wein waren bei der Abreise dann auch im Kofferraum. Unser Zimmer war nicht sehr groß aber sehr ordentlich. Das Bad präsentierte sich renoviert. Betten perfekt. Für den kleinen Durst gibt es im Erdgeschoß eine Selbstbedienungsbar für wirklich kleines Geld. Sehr fair. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Halt Pfalz. Das Restaurant war vollbesetzt. Super netter Service. Frühstück war Klasse. Eierspeisen kommen a la minute aus der Küche. Absolute Empfehlung ! Wir werden hier auf der Durchreise wieder Station machen.

Op zoek naar slaapplek langs onze route komen we uit bij dit Gasthof. Hele ruime en goede kamer op rustige locatie. Te bereiken via een prachtig dorpje tussen veel wijn ranken in de Pfalz. En omdat je er ook natuurlijk kunt eten, en dat was me lekker, moet je gewoon een streekwijn bestellen. Nou, zoveel keus zie je zelden. En dus volgende morgen ook maar meteen een doos wijn meegenomen. Zo is een tussenstop dus ook gewoon vakantie. Kortom, dit adres staat nu op de lijst als vaste tussenstop. En de vriendelijke bediening was niets te gek, en bij ontbijt kun je dus gewoon Sekt krijgen. Tot ziens.

Wir waren im Restaurant Gänsekeule essen. Sehr saftig und knusprig. Rotkohl und Maronengemüse sehr gut. Preis/Leistung top. Service sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wir waren mit der Familie zu 5 in Neustadt, der spontane Hunger hat uns hier her getrieben. Trotz voller Stube, haben Sie es geschafft uns einen wundervollen Platz zu organisieren. Anrufen und reservieren empfiehlt sich, gut besucht. Das Essen war vorzüglich und qualitativ sehr hochwertig, die preise sind Mittelklasse und Vollkommen berechtigt für den Qualitätsstandard. Ein wundervolles Lokal vor allem in Kombination mit der Tour über das Hambacher Schloss. Der Service war hervorragend, Junges, nettes und dynamisches Team und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen war spitze. Hatte Zander. Der Landgasthof ist etwa abseits gelegen. Die Preise sind stramm aber gerechtfertigt. Zu empfehlen.

Rustikaler Landgasthof/ Hotel mit einer guten Auswahl an regionalen Gerichten. Wir haben phantastisch gegessen. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr gut gelaunt, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer im Hotel war sehr sauber aber etwas klein. Das Bad war komfortabel und neu renoviert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und auch hier wurden wir total nett bedient. Wir haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt versteckt, da hilft ein Navi, sonst wird die Suche schwierig.

Von unserer Unterkunft aus konnten wir hier zu Fuss hin, so dass die Diskusion, wer den wohl zurück fährt, entfallen konnte... Zum Glück hatten wir hier reserviert, denn es war sehr voll. Alles in allem ein ein gelungener Abend mit gutem Service und köstlichen Speisen.

Waren zum Essen hier. Das Essen war super. Bedienung sehr nett, da macht es Spaß sich an den Tisch zu setzen und sich verwöhnen zu lassen. Immer wieder kann man dort Essen gehen
