Landgasthaus Oesterle - Stefan Oesterle in Schömberg

Unfortunately, the experience was greatly spoiled by the extremely anti-child-friendly manager. Despite having a reservation, we were denied dessert at 9:15 p.m. and felt practically thrown out. We definitely won't be back – we'd happily spend our money elsewhere, even if the food was very good. Somewhere where genuine hospitality still exists!

We've been coming here for several years and are absolutely thrilled every time. Mrs. Oesterle and her husband are very friendly and accommodating, anticipating your every need. The food is delicious, and the portions are generous. The seating is lovely both inside and on the terrace. Both our children and our dog were treated very well. We highly recommend this restaurant. Advance reservations are recommended. Enjoy your meal 😬

I highly recommend it! The food is excellent 👍🏻 the portions are generous, the service is attentive, and the ambiance is lovely. You can really relax on the terrace. You get value for your money here. However, you shouldn't go without a reservation, and the place is often booked out weeks in advance.

We drove here for the weekend and stumbled into the Landgasthaus Oesterle by chance. Even though it said reservations only, we were warmly welcomed! I must say, you still get really good food for your money here. Spätzle served hand-scraped, as it should be. We are absolutely thrilled and can only recommend it to everyone. It's great that something like this still exists! A big compliment and thank you!

We've been trying to reach the restaurant for days, even though it was open, and no one answered. Then we drove 20 km to make an appointment in person. We were told succinctly that only Wednesday and Thursday would be free. When we asked which days we were handed a business card with the telephone number mentioned, where no one answers anyway. We've been there many times, but we've never experienced such ignorance...

Rural inn in Schömberg's Schwarzenberg district. Delicious regional, freshly prepared dishes. Generous portions with the best price/performance ratio. With a small beer garden and some parking spaces. Very nice and attentive service. Highly recommended, but be sure to reserve early as it is always busy.

We spent the night in Schömberg, but we didn't like the food there, so we went to the country inn. It was absolutely the right decision, a crisp, fresh, colorful, large side salad, all four different main courses were very, very tasty and the portions were more than generous. We will definitely come back, absolutely recommended! Not to forget the courteous, friendly service! Also a nice selection of vegetarian dishes on the menu.

We were there last week with 4 people. The portions are extremely generous and the price is very reasonable. Unfortunately we had to return a roast roast because it was very tough and therefore absolutely not "chewable". After a while a new one came. Here too, one half was tough, but the other half was perfect. The meat was not cut evenly (butcher's error), so unfortunately that is foreseeable. 🥴The spaetzle were absolutely handmade. 😉 The sauce was very flavorful. The side salad is well mixed and almost a meal in itself 😋 Small breaded schnitzel with crispy fries and salad 👍 Sliced ​​pork and pork loin are also great. Toilets very clean.

Very good Swabian cuisine. As always, very tasty, large portions for a very good price. Since the restaurant is always busy, reservations should be made if possible.

Unfortunately, we missed the famous Swabian hospitality in some inns... not here at all! There are smiles and friendly service. You are attentive and you really have the impression that your job is really still a calling here 🍀🍀🫶🫶The food (schnitzel with fried potatoes) was very well portioned for the big appetite, the salad was fresh and crunchy... the ambience was decorated appropriately for Easter time . And the price ? The blast 🧨! If there were six stars, I would give them too ♥️Thank you very much for the great experience ☀️☀️☀️

Waiting an hour and a half for food is a bit long. Taste OK. The service here is nothing special but all in all okay.

The Landgasthaus Oesterle has stood for good food and friendliness for years. Since my wife likes to shop at the Bertsch fashion store in Schömberg, we like to combine it with a visit to Schwarzenberg

Das Essen war einfach nur wunderbar und unendlich lecker. Die Portionen sind übermäßig groß (Tupperschüssel nicht vergessen). Für mich könnten sie auch etwas kleiner sein. Wenn man wirklich gut essen möchte dann lohnt sich ein Besuch. Eine Vorreservierung ist aber nötig.

Das Landgasthaus Österle ist immer einen Besuch wert. Das Essen hervorragend, die Preise erschwinglich und das Ambiente sehr gut. Man fühlt sich zuhause und kommt immer wieder für einen Abend.

Qualitativ hochwertiges Essen zum kleinen Preis. Sehr nette Bedienung.

Einfach klasse. Angefangen von den Aperitifs, über den kleinen Salat (der woanders sicher als Salat Teller durchgegangen wäre) bis zum Hauptgang -selbst geschabte Spätzle mit Schweinefilet- alles sehr schmackhaft und liebevoll gemacht. Zum Trinken gibt es auch Guave Saft und eine große Auswahl weitere Getränke. Als Nachtisch ist, das saisonale Parfait zu empfehlen, bei uns war das Mirabelle. Die Preise sind für die Qualität fast unverschämt günstig. Und die Portionen unerhört groß. Ich hatte in Deutschland nie ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Und das die beiden Wirtsleute das ganz alleine stemmen er kocht, sie bedient, freundlich und zuvorkommend muss einfach auch noch erwähnt werden.

Wir waren vor Kurzem das erste Mal dort und kommen in zwei Wochen wieder, da es uns so gut gefallen hat. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Portionen sind riesig.

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen dort zum Abendessen. Tisch war reserviert. Das Essen war sehr gut. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier. Die Qualität von Essen war sehr gut. Der Service war freundlich und man fühlt sich im Lokal gleich wohl. Mussten aber nach der Bestellung verhältnismäßig sehr lange auf unser Essen warten. Die Bedienung hat sich dafür auch entschuldig und dies sei normalerweise auch nicht üblich. Gut, werden auf jeden Fall, nach vorheriger Tischreservierung, wieder hier zum Essen gehen.

An sich hatte ich vor kurzem erst eine sehr positive Bewertung hinterlassen. Aber leider muss ich das revidieren. Das Essen ist nach wie vor klasse mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Aber leider wirkt die Inhaberin im Service in letzter Zeit doch wiederholt überfordert, kommt einfach nicht hinterher und lässt diese Überforderung dann noch mit patzigen Äußerungen an den Gästen aus. Das geht so nicht. Wenn der Service für eine Person zu viel ist muss man evtl. halt gerade am Wochenende noch eine Servicekraft dazu holen.
