Landgang in Waren (Müritz)

Although it was open until 9 p.m., there wasn't even a drink after 8 p.m. and the checkout had already been settled 🙈. Two days ago it wasn't a problem to get a beer at 8:15 p.m. and the restaurant was just as busy on both days.

Food very tasty and beautifully prepared, staff very friendly, prices reasonable, ambience at the harbor sensational, greetings, a young Cologne native

Whether fish or meat, the dishes are very tasty and the prices, including drinks, are right.

It tastes quick and you're sitting right at the harbor.

Selbstbedienungsrestaurant direkt am Hafen gelegen. Abfertigung wie in einer Werkskantine. Speisen ( Fish and Ships und Soljanka ) absolut geschmacklos und keinesfalls zu empfehlen. Hier geht es nur um den schnellen Euro. Keine Kartenzahlung möglich !!!

Very nice, friendly staff. You have to get your own food and drink, but that's not a problem. Relaxed atmosphere. Always some music. The food is inexpensive.

Great home cooking, good portions at good prices!!! Everything is self-service, but the employees are very friendly and try their best! And you can relax and look out over the harbor! Gladly again!

Cozy place with a view of the large harbor. You pick up your own food/drinks and clean up after you've eaten, so service is only when you order - but the staff there were nice and welcoming. The food was delicious. But remember cash

First stop when we visit Waren... Self-service restaurant with a direct view of the harbor. Always well attended - no wonder given the delicious food. There is traditional home cooking 😋😋😋delicious!!! There is also an extra card for younger guests. The portions are sufficient and the value for money is right. We'd love to come back. Recommended fried herring, sour meat and chicken nuggets for the kids.

Good dishes at decent prices. Friendly and helpful service. I can only recommend the Hamburger Schnitzel. Plus a fresh pilsner from the tap. This is the perfect way to end the day.

Ich hatte fish and chips bestellt und fand die Qualität schlecht. Habe selten so schrecklich gebratenen Fisch gegessen. Die Pommes gingen teilweise. Ein Bierchen dazu und 17€ bezahlt. Ich kann nur abraten…

Unfortunately just overpriced snack food! Had fried potatoes with matjes and onion-cream quark. The food was unseasoned but still neatly prepared. Unfortunately the name restaurant is out of place here, which explains the self-service. Otherwise everything is clean and friendly in this IMBISS!

You have to like self-service and convenience. Redfish with very few vegetables and potatoes. Too expensive at €18.60 for such a small portion. Beer price (€5.70) beyond the pain threshold.

There is beautiful, classic German self-service cuisine here. It's very uncomplicated, works well and the food is also super tasty.

Self-service restaurant (unfortunately a no-go for us) at the harbor. Price-performance was ok, nothing more. Fried potatoes just average. Portion size too small for the price. NO card payment, as is so often the case in the region🤔 However, there is a playground nearby, which is certainly worth considering for families. We'll definitely try something different next time. Unfortunately just average😕

We were eating with 3 adults and a child. Seasoning meat quite foggy. Baked fish was ok, the potatoes that came with it were hard. Pollock with Rösri. Pollock was good, Rösti wasn't homemade. Like the rice pudding also from buckets. Total disaster.

We're just going to eat here. Food and drinks are freshly made, everything is spotlessly clean and the organization is perfect. For people who get cold easily, every chair comes with a red fleece blanket. Rarely have we been so chilled and comfortably eaten outside. All employees are extremely friendly and helpful. We can fully recommend this restaurant!

We went to dinner with 5 people on Saturday May 25th, 2024. Pike perch with asparagus and fried potatoes. The food was very good, everything was fresh and to the point. The team behind the counter does an excellent job. Always in a good mood, even when an extra request comes along. The boss of the whole thing was also very friendly and supports his team wherever he can. Oh, I almost forgot, the rose wine is also very good. Greetings again now.

A self-service restaurant in a top location, you can sit relaxed even when it rains. Very clean, tables are cleaned regularly. Dogs are welcome. The food is freshly prepared. Big compliments to the kitchen... really tasty. Drinks good too. Good price-performance ratio.

A self-service restaurant but really good value for money

Do not order the Sauerfleisch, served cold, boiled beef, not edible. Unfortunately a completely different dish than the Limburg Soervlees. The rest of the card is okay. I politely indicated that the ordered dish was not to my taste. They looked at me blankly and did nothing.

Very friendly and nice staff. No long waiting times and special requests are also fulfilled. Price-performance ratio is right.

We drank cocoa and punch. For this place with fantastic views it is great value for money. But there is no skimping on the taste; on the contrary, it tastes really good. The staff is super nice. All in all, it's a perfect place for a snack or a meal.

We stayed in Waren for 5 days in the off-season and chose this restaurant as our favorite place at the harbor. The friendliness of the staff (no matter the wind and weather), the quality of the food and drinks is simply great. We will be back definitely. LG from the Saxons.

Gutes Essen zu moderaten Preisen von netten Menschen serviert

Unvergessliche Erinnerung an Waren. Mir wurde als Gast noch nie so unfreundlich begegnet wie in diesem Lokal (hoffentlich war es nicht der Chef) Der dünne Herr mit Pferdeschwanz und ungepflegten Bart gab mir als Gast Antworten die sich gewaschen haben. Bei einer Anfrage an eine freundliche Bedienung am Ausgabefenster was brauchst du doch nicht alles möchte er sich Barsch ein und belehrte mich wie ein kleinen Jungen. Seine Überheblichkeit und Arroganz war nicht zu toppen. Die fünf Punkte für Essen und Ambiente habe ich geschätzt, weil gegessen haben wir denn woanders. Kundenorientiertes Arbeiten in der Gastronomie geht ganz anders.

Waren angenehm überrascht. Trotz Selbstbedienung, sehr gutes Essen und tolles Personal. Könnten sich andere Restaurants in Waren eine Scheibe abschneiden.

Es ist eine bessere Pommesbude. Aber man kann schön sitzen.

Schöne Portion für angemessenen Preis hervorragende präsentiert und sehr gut abgeschmeckt,

Essen muss man sich selber holen, dafür aber günstiger.

Selbstbedienung mit Niveau. Preis- Leistung ist wirklich gut. Essen schmeckt, für eine Auswahl an Getränken ist gesorgt und man sitzt gemütlich mit Ausblick zum Hafen. Stets sauber und einladend- jederzeit wieder.

Das Schnitzel war super lecker. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, obwohl direkt am Hafen. Dass es Selbstbedienung ist, tut dem Ganzen keinen Abbruch. Man bestellt und bezahlt vorne an der Ausgabe, bekommt seine Getränke direkt mit. Für das Essen gab's einen Pieper, das konnte man sich dann holen. Alles tip-top!

Ich war hier an zwei Tagen essen. Sehr gutes Essen und gute Portionen. Preis Leistung völlig in Ordnung. Selbstbedienung. Faire Preise und alle waren freundlich. Lange auf das Essen gewartet, aber Leute ihr seid im Urlaub und habt Zeit.

Hier gibt es schöne klassische deutsche Küche als Selbstbedienung. Das ist ganz unkompliziert, funktioniert gut und das Essen ist zudem auch lecker. Quasi wie ein deutlich besserer Imbiss.
