L'ancora d'oro a Heroldsberg in Heroldsberg

Kochkurs bei Freihardts ist was ganz Besonderes. Selber hat man zwar nicht so viel zu tun, aber das tut dem Spaß keinen Abbruch, denn man lernt jede Menge vom Küchenchef. Ich habe einen tollen Abend mit netten Leuten und einem ausgezeichneten 4-Gänge-Menu erlebt und genossen. Aus dem Rezeptheft, das wir mit nach Hause bekommen haben, hab ich schon das ein oder andere nachgekocht und die Familie damit begeistert. Ich freu mich schon auf den nächsten Kurs bei "Hansi".

We enjoyed going to Mai Thai often. In the meantime the prices have been increased to such an extent that the price-performance ratio is no longer right! Especially the drinks: e.g. 4.20 EUR for O.4 juice spritzer. Also the dishes, for example a standard curry with tofu now costs just under 18.00; Duck charges EUR 23.00. A so-called doggy bag costs extra. Simply far too expensive for a restaurant in Heroldsberg with average ambience and service. We won't come anymore.

The absolute best kebab plate far and wide. The meat is delicious and the kebabs are made in-house and you can see the whole thing. That's where quality comes on the plate. The salad actually gets a dressing and it's very good too. You also get fries, rice or vegetables. Every variant is delicious. On top there is an excellent kebab sauce. I absolutely can't understand the bad reviews here, but as the saying goes: you can't argue with taste. The only downer for me is that the portions have become noticeably smaller, but the quality and taste are good.
