This is the idiot from yesterday who was on the phone and wanted five pizzas delivered...and then she said: "No, we don't do that anymore," even though it's advertised everywhere (Insta, Google, and the website). And then, to top it all off, she said, "Hang up, she's an idiot." I was speechless. You definitely don't need that in Heroldsberg 👎

There were three of us here today. After over an hour of watching guests come and eat, we asked where the three salads were. Putting some greens on a plate can't be that difficult... Then it took another 10 minutes. The salad is simple, and far too expensive for that. Once, and never again. No go

Great pizza, top service, highly recommended

We regularly have our "girls' table" at Carbonara Heroldsberg. Both the food and the service are excellent. We've never had a bad experience and can wholeheartedly recommend the pizzeria. The ambiance inside is top-notch – the outside area could perhaps be a bit more cozy. Unfortunately, the garish Leon lights don't invite you to linger late at night. But that's just complaining at a high level – the outside area often doesn't offer much more. We'd definitely be happy to come back :-)

Nice Italian restaurant in Heroldsberg. We ordered some pizzas and all was good. Price maybe a little bit above average but still OK. Service was friendly. We had a reservation so didn’t have any issues with getting a table.

It's common knowledge that certain dishes – especially when delivered – can suffer in quality. I've been working in the restaurant industry for over 30 years and would therefore like to share my opinion on this. You mentioned that you've ordered here several times – you've obviously been satisfied so far. Unfortunately, these positive experiences didn't find a place in your review. Instead, you rated it with only two stars after just one unsatisfied order and went to the trouble of writing a negative review. I personally find that a shame and not entirely fair. Constructive criticism is absolutely welcome – the staff and the manager are always open to feedback and suggestions for improvement. Direct dialogue is usually more helpful in such cases than a public reckoning. In conclusion: Statements like "12 euros thrown in the trash" seem exaggerated – I'm sure the portion of pasta was still eaten. Greetings, Christian (Guest)

We ordered online. Unfortunately the quality of the food has declined significantly. Pizza specials had more champions on it than anything else. You had to look for the remaining ingredients. There was almost no cheese on it. The portion of the pasta is reduced by half than before. Price is the same. The taste was very bad (then we threw €12 in the trash). It's a shame actually. Have ordered there several times. But today it was really, really bad. Won't be ordering there again for now. 3 stars for service and ambience because ordered online.

Hello dear people, you have to go there, we drive several times from Nuremberg to Heroldsberg to eat, pizza, pasta, ice cream, a culinary delight and I'm not exaggerating, convince yourself. The service is very friendly on the way to Heroldsberg, it's worth it, keep it up!!

The food is good, the rest is bad. Service is super bad, you sit at the table and wait for 15 minutes but no one comes even though there is little going on. The ambience is a disgrace compared to the prices, you sit in an Edeka parking lot and are blasted with ultra loud music. The place used to have nice pubs and restaurants, Carbonara is completely out of place as it's obviously all about profit.

We ordered and had it delivered for the first time today. What can we say... WOW!!! Both pasta and pizza were top and super tasty. We wanted a Hawaiian pizza and got a ham pizza instead, but that had nothing to do with the taste. Mistakes can happen. This isn't the last time we've ordered security for me.

Ordered for collection, supposedly 30 minutes waiting time, actually waited 70 minutes, paid in full and the pizza bread special was then forgotten. Definitely the last time - super disappointed!

Best carbonara ever. The Bolognese is also great. Service is usually very, very good. You don't need to say anything about pistachio ice cream. You can't find anything comparable anywhere! Everyone in the family loves it. Price therefore completely OK. 😀😀

We were at a wedding in Heroldsberg at the end of July 24th. Since we arrived too early, we stopped at Carbonara. We ordered lasagne. I have never eaten such good lasagna. BEST EVER!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍

Another pleasure... however, this time the waiting time for two spaghetti carbonaras was over ¾ of an hour, even though there were only 6 guests on site... a grappa on the house would certainly have been a good addition... while waiting the food delivery people gave each other the door handle...

I have bought food to pick up here several times and have always been pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality, always very tasty! Unfortunately I can't understand the 4.0 star rating. Highly recommended restaurant with very nice staff who can help immediately!

I had a meal there with my colleagues and it wasn't that good. The pizza was very dry. There seems to be a lot of savings on the toppings, as well as on the staff. The German course, 2 of 3 pizzas were made wrong. This is much better and of higher quality at other pizza shops nearby

We spontaneously came here for dinner on a Saturday evening following a recommendation. We were more than positively surprised: a super attentive and friendly service, and the taste more than exceeded our expectations (starter: carpaccio, main course: various pizzas and dessert: bubble waffle and panna cotta). We can really only recommend this restaurant.

Food like in Italy - We had the appetizer platter, the vegetables were still warm, everything was beautifully presented, great dishes, the pizza had nice, crispy and thin dough, the tiramisu was delicious and served well, and the ice cream is sensational anyway, very nice service, we are thrilled and would love to come back!

We ate there with the whole family on January 1st, 2023. Starters great as well as the main course. Service very accommodating. We will come back in any case.

Das italienische Restaurant "Carbonara" überzeugt durch exzellente kulinarische Erlebnisse! Die Aromen der Speisen sind authentisch und die Auswahl an Gerichten ist beeindruckend. Die Pasta, insbesondere die Carbonara, ist ein absolutes Highlight. Das Ambiente wird auch beim Lieferservice spürbar, und die Verpackung hält die Speisen frisch. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Lieferzeit, die mitunter etwas länger ausfallen kann. Dennoch ist das "Carbonara" eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die hochwertige italienische Küche genießen möchten.

Da wir in Heroldsberg unsere Standesamtliche Hochzeit hatten, suchten wir nach einem passenden Gastgeber für unsere Gäste nach der Trauung. Und so kamen wir auf das schöne, saubere und mit wohlfühlambiente Lokal "Carbonara". Da wir ca. 50 Personen insgesamt waren musste das Lokal umgestellt werden, damit alle Platz haben und was soll ich sagen? Es ist dem Personal und dem Besitzer HERVORRAGEND gelungen! Alles war bereits perfekt angerichtet und ein Kellner bediente die Gäste je nach Wunsch. Die Leute hatten Spaß, die älteren und von Hochhackigen Schuhen beklagten hatten alle einen Sitzplatz. Die Musik lief und die Gäste amüsierten sich alle! Wir wurden vom Personal überaus freundlich und herzlich umsorgt. Das Essen war phantastisch lecker, unsere Gäste, die meisten Italiener, waren begeistert! Dank dieser Menschen die sich für uns eingesetzt(Kellner etc.) haben, hatten wir als Hochzeitsgesellschaft eine wunderschöne und echt gelungene Feier! Wir danken dem Geschäftsführer und seinem Top Personal aus ganzem Herzen und wir werden dieses Lokal sehr gerne wieder besuchen. PS: Das Eis ist auch exquisit ;) Danke euch allen von Michi & Nella

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Lebensmittelverpackung ist ausgezeichnet.

Wir waren mit Freunden zusammen essen, der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Das Essen hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt und die Portionen waren optimal. Empfehlen kann man die Spaghetti Carbonara (der Name ist Programm ;)) Auch das Pistazien Eis war exzellent! Kann man nur weiterempfehlen 👍🏼

Bitte korrigiert mich, wenn ich falsch liege, aber seit wann besteht eine Lasagne al Forno aus folgenden Schichten: Käse-Pasta-Käse-Pasta-Käse-Pasta-Hackfleisch ? Leider sehr enttäuschend bei dem Preis. Zudem ist es im Öl geschwommen

Wir sind seit der Eröffnung mindestens 1 mal im Monat zum Essen da. Wir waren immer so begeistert vom Essen, vor allem von den Pizzen, welche für uns die Besten waren, welche wir jemals gegessen haben. Seit ca. 2 Monaten hat sich dies leider sehr negativ verändert. Die Pizzen sind mittlerweile nur noch sehr spärlich belegt, sind teilweise lauwarm und geschmacklich gekippt. Erst gestern habe ich wieder meine Lieblingspizza "Gorgonzola, Salame picante, spinaci" bestellt und war wieder enttäuscht. Es befanden sich auf der großen Pizza nur "7" Scheiben der kleinen Salami, den Gorgonzola konnte man nur noch erahnen und der Spinat war auch nur spärlich vorhanden. Noch dazu war die Pizza lauwarm. Darauf angesprochen machte die Bedienung nur große erstaunte Augen und meinte, dass er es der Küche ausrichten wird. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung ... Bei den Servicekräften gibt es auch riesen Unterschiede. Einige sind immer super freundlich und fix, andere haben leider ihren Beruf verfehlt. Sehr schade ... ich kann leider keine Empfehlung mehr aussprechen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, schön serviert, ich komme gerne wieder.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Niveau wurde auch während unseres Aufenthalts aufrecht gehalten. Unsere Pizza waren grandios gut. Da wir Bock auf Limoncello Spritz hatten und dieser nicht auf der Karte war, bot man uns sofort an, Diesen für uns zu kreieren…. … Hammergeil. Fazit: Gute italienische Pizza zu fairen Preisen mit super flexiblen Service. Wir kommen wieder😋

Noch nie eine Pizza bestellt die so wenig Belag hat, für den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. Lieferung zu spät anstatt die angekündigten 45min haben wir fast 90min gewartet.

Super Kombination aus Pizzeria und Eisdiele, immer wieder neue Eiskreationen. Haben schon oft spontan angehalten, erst ein Eis und dann kurzentschlossen noch eine Pizza dazu. Nur Bar-, keine Kartenzahlung, zum Glück ist der Bankautomat ganz in der Nähe 😉

Wir waren dort essen und hatten einen Tisch vorbestellt. Die Bedienung war leider unfreundlich und sehr ungeduldig. Der Tisch war dreckig und nicht gedeckt. Das Besteck wurde leider auch vergessen und erst nach Nachfragen gereicht. Die Pizzen sind jedoch lecker gewesen. Insgesamt kann ich das Restaurant leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
