Quickly prepared, very tasty, highly recommended. I had lunch and there wasn't that much going on.

We have been a guest for years, unfortunately never again.. everyone gets a second chance, but sorry, that won't work anymore..

Their meat is very delicious. Their employees are caring.

The food was good, but the portions were very small. There was a lot of salad on the plates to cover up the small portions. This then puts the price into perspective again. I rate the service so poorly because the waiter behaved extremely pushy. I wouldn't go there for dinner again.

The place was actually good but they never listened and I waited for my tea for 2 hours until it finally arrived

Hello, since I came here to visit Hanau, I wanted to visit and test this restaurant. There were three of us and we went for dinner. I ordered fillet of beef with fries, one pizza and the other plate was chicken skewer, it has everything tasted great. Conditions were very friendly and the food was great. I would recommend it to everyone..

Disastrous!! It couldn't be worse! I ordered Coke Zero. Waitress brought me "Sinalco" and said "it tastes exactly like Cola Zero!!". You can somehow still accept that!! But if you order a pizza with sucuk and get a pide instead then that doesn't work at all!! This time the waitress said "colleague is new and made pide instead of pizza" I have never experienced such impudence and impudence!! I pay money for my food and I expect that I eat what I ordered and not what tastes similar or what the bakery makes!! Never go back!

There were seven of us there and we had 6 kebab plates and an Adana. There was hair on 2 of these dishes. Adana was good, kebab plates were all extremely bad. So we barely ate. Meat was hard, dry and cold. Salad was bland and without sauce. There was very little rice or chips. The prices are relatively high for below average taste. Price performance is not right at all. I regret that we left a lot of money there... The grilled food we ate there was good but overall I wouldn't go there again!

Absolute disaster. Ordered a kebab plate. Flesh was rubbery and old. Rice was dry. Definitely an industrial spit. By far the worst kebab meat I have ever eaten. And that for just under €15?! Give this place a wide berth and eat somewhere else. At that price you can get something better. A joke and an impudence.

The Lalezar Restaurant in Hanau is a real treat. The food tastes excellent, the ingredients are fresh and the dishes are always deliciously prepared. The cleanliness of the restaurant is remarkable and is continually maintained at the highest level. We come here regularly and feel welcome every time. Absolutely recommended for everyone who appreciates good food and a pleasant atmosphere!

I went out to eat again on May 10, 2024 after a long time. 1. Why do people simply speak to you in Turkish when you enter the restaurant? You can also say “good day” first. This shows that the staff does not speak German and this has also been confirmed. 2. The kebab costs 7€, ok, that's how it works...we were there with children. Children should be served their food first. The bread was cut open too much and everything was then spread out on the plate. 3. We paid €2.50 for an Ayran that wasn't fresh at all and there was no salt in it. The worst Ayran I've ever drunk. I would have liked to ask them if they also drink something like that themselves. It was definitely not fresh. 3. There was a broken bone in one of the kebabs, just disgusting, we reported it, not even an apology or maybe a new one wouldn't be offered as an apology, let alone the boss (another waitress) didn't speak any German either. 4. In the end the bill came for €47.50. At the end nothing was said about seeing you again or anything else would have happened anyway. Where has the friendliness gone? I will never eat there once and never again. There was no tip at the table under any circumstances. I paid and the remaining amount was simply left on the counter. Just rude. Then go to the Döner House in the city center.

Recommended by a colleague and I don't regret it. Incredibly delicious. Great service, always smiling and accommodating when ordering at the table. The special menu with cheese on top was really delicious. Homemade Ayran great. I am happy Had the Lalezar Special, Iskender and Şış Kebab and Adana Dürüm

Was here again today after 2 years. Just as great as back then. Mega delicious food, top service! Thank you for the wonderful time in your house!

Very welcoming, the boss was also very accommodating and the hygiene/cleanliness in the toilets was excellent!

One dish was burnt and the other was too salty. There was no dressing in the salad, one dish came 10 minutes later than the other dish. After dinner we waited forever for tea. They used to be really good. No idea what happened. Really a shame.

We were there on Ramadan, we were able to make a reservation by phone, everything went smoothly, the food took a little longer, otherwise we would happily go again Food was delicious 😋

I had chicken pieces with rice that were seasoned to death, I don't know, maybe that's how they cook in this culture, it's not my cup of tea, the service was good, the ambience was ok.

We have been here at LALEZAR several times. Really recommended for a good and quick meal. The food, exclusively Turkish cuisine, has always been very good and freshly prepared. If you know what you like, you'll feel really comfortable here based on what's on offer. I tried something completely different, which was a little special. That's why I'll stick with my favorite here in the future, the generous grill offering. Delicious 😋! Great service, today the boss was there personally. Otherwise we were served by the nice young ladies. The ambience is slightly adapted to the Turkish style. You can also pay with card 💳 here. Note: remember you don't get beer or other spirits here!

It used to be good, now it's just bad! For the third time something was missing from the food and now it was definitely the last time we ordered there.

You can't really say anything against the food, but the service is just bad. Something is always missing when ordering and then people react to it with a laugh. For the prices, you would expect a different approach.

Dear Lalezar Restaurant, we had dinner there with my wife this evening, the grilled food was nice, but we ordered a lavash bread with zero service, and a bread that had nothing to do with it arrived??? This was my second time I don't think I'll go again.

Overpriced! Food OK. When I was there I wanted pizza and they said they had no more, then I wanted lahmacun, but that wasn't available either. Then I wanted a kebab plate with minced meat but apparently the meat was no longer available and I was told I could have veal. I just ordered veal and then they told me that they didn't have that either HAHAHA a joke And when I wanted to leave I was told "we have a lot of other food that you can order..." No thanks :'D Update: I tried this store one more time…. I just sat down and got you cards and should order immediately. When I said I needed another minute, the waiter rolled his eyes and stood at our table, waiting for my answer. Of course it really stressed me out so I ordered something. The four of us got a starter (meze) and 4 salads. Two of the 4 people were still eating their salad and the starter - so he cleared away the other 2 salad plates and the starter as well, even though there was still a lot on it and 2 people were still eating.

For the first time in years of being customers, we absolutely didn't like the food at Lalezar. The last time we visited, the Manti wasn't as it used to be, but today's visit was totally disappointing. It felt a bit like the prices had become more expensive and the quality had become worse. We each ordered Beyti Kebab and Adana Kebab. Unfortunately, for both dishes the meat was totally unappetizing and you couldn't cut through it or chew it because it stretched like rubber. Feedback was of course given to the waitress in the hope that things would get better in the future. It's a total shame about all the money spent on food that couldn't even be eaten half of it...

Hanau Türklerin yoğun yaşadığı yer olduğu için ziyaret etmiştik. Lalezar’da da akşam yemeği yeme imkanı bulduk, saç kavurma, pide ve künefe yedik. Saç kavurma güzeldi fakat yemeğe göre pilav biraz azdı. Porsiyonlar bize göre (yeniyiz biz :) büyük ve hepsini bitiremedik. Çorba falan içseydik ancak saç tavayı yiyebilirdik. Dışarıda çok yemek yemediğim için fiyatlar hakkında yorum yapamıyorum. Sac kavurma 8/10 Pide 8/10 Künefe 8/10 Ayran 9/10 (beklentinin üzerinde güzeldi) Genel olarak memnun kalarak ayrıldık. İyi çalışmalar dilerim.

Die Qualität und die Ambiente haben stark nachgelassen. Früher top mittlerweile Meilen weit hinter Mitbewerber und das noch zu über hörten Preise.

45 dakika uzaktan geldik. Gerçekten tüm ürünleri lezzetli. Almanya’da yediğim en lezzetli lahmacun burada.

Wir waren dort zum frühstücken. Ich habe Menemen mit Sucuk und Frühstücksteller bestellt. Leider fand ich den Menemen mit Sucuk ungenießbar. Ich war auch mal zum Abendessen da, damals schmeckte mir das Essen nicht. So leid es mir auch tut. Die 3 Sterne habe ich vergeben für: Service - die Dame war super lieb und kompetent! Preise- Leistung ganz gut. Und die Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Schmeckt alles sehr lecker.

Mit Abstand war das die beste Linsensuppe die ich je in meinem Leben gegessen habe. Wenn ich wieder nach Deutschland reisen sollte werde ich jedesmal extra dort hinfahren um die Suppe zu genießen. Waren drei Personen und hatten drei Frühstück Menüs, Menemen, Ei mit Knoblauchwurst und die Suppen. Waren sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiterin mit Hijab war auch sehr freundlich. Alles Top 👍🏾 weiter so.

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes türkisches Restaurant, mit einer auserlesenen karte der besten Gerichte, welche die Türkei zu bieten hat. Gemütliches Beisammensein ist hier garantiert.

Son 4 günde 3 defa lalezardaydım. Arkadaşımla ailecek kahvaltıya gittik, kahvaltı tabağı çok basit,özel bir sunumu yoktu. 12 Euro o tabak için çok fazla. Çorba tabakları oldukça küçük sanki yarım porsiyon gibi, bir normal porsiyon çorba için 2 kase içmelisiniz, oda 14 Euro . eder,;-)). Bugün de 2 defa eşimle ordayım. Çorba yine aynı çocuk porsiyonu gibi. Birde karışık ızgara istedik, evlere şenlik çok tasarruflu tabak hazırlanmış bir küçük adana şiş, bir pirzola, yarım kanat(kanat ikiye kesilmiş yarısı geldi), 1 şiş kuzu olması gereken karışıkta sadece küçük minick bir kuzu eti, yarım şiş tavuk eti, bir dilim köfte bile yok. O tabağın hakkı bence 20 Euro değil 12 yada13 Euro dur. Ne meze sunumu var nede taze bir ekmek. Taş fırın olan yerde insan taze pide bekler;-))). Bu kadarda sunumda cimri olmaya gerek yok bence. Hem porsiyonu küçülteceksin hemde yüksek fiyat alacaksın,ikisi birden bence vatandaşlara yapılan haksızlıktır . Bu yazdıklarım sadece kendi gördüklerim ve kendi yorumumdur,kimseyi bağlamaz. Sizde kendiniz tecrübe edebilirsiniz. Ich war in den letzten 4 Tagen 3 Mal im Lalezard. Wir waren mit meinem Freund und meiner Familie zum Frühstück, der Frühstücksteller war sehr einfach, es gab keine besondere Präsentation. 12 Euro ist zu viel für diesen Teller. Die Suppenteller sind ziemlich klein, wie eine halbe Portion, man muss 2 Schalen für eine normale Portion Suppe trinken, 14 Euro . das sind 14 Euro, ;-)). Ich war heute 2 mal mit meiner Frau dort und die Suppe war wie eine Kinderportion. Wir haben auch einen gemischten Grill bestellt, einen kleinen Adanaspieß, ein Kotelett, einen halben Flügel (der Flügel war halbiert und die Hälfte kam), 1 Lammspieß, nur ein kleines Minilamm, ein halber Hühnerfleischspieß, nicht mal ein Stück Fleischbällchen. Ich denke, dass der Teller zu Recht 12 oder 13 Euro kostet, nicht 20 Euro. Es gibt weder eine Vorspeisenpräsentation noch ein frisches Brot. Man erwartet frisches Fladenbrot im Steinofen;-)))). Ich denke, es gibt keinen Grund, bei der Präsentation so knauserig zu sein. Sie werden sowohl die Portion verkleinern als auch einen hohen Preis erzielen, beides gleichzeitig, und ich denke, das ist den Bürgern gegenüber unfair. Was ich geschrieben habe, ist nur das, was ich gesehen habe und meine eigene Interpretation, es ist für niemanden bindend. Sie können es selbst erleben.

Essen an sich sehr positiv, jedoch wenn man man an den aussenplätzen oder am offenen Fensterseite sitzt wird des öfteren von durchfahrenden und parkenden Fahrzeugen belästigt. An dem Zeit waren leider mindestens 2 Besucher welcher im inneren Bereich regelmäßig geraucht haben.. Schade!

Ich bin langjähriger Kunde bei Lalezar. Damals noch mit ums Eck als kleines Kind im Laden Döner gegessen und heute im luxuriösen Restaurant gegenüber von der Brüder Grimm Schule. Mir gefällt einfach alles an dem Laden insbesondere das Essen. Die Preise sind entsprechend der Qualität und dem Geschmack hoch, aber ab und zu kann man sich was gönnen sowohl allein als auch mit der Familie oder Freunden. Man könnte eventuell mal in Zukunft aber die Ambiente aufbessern. Vielleicht eine neue Einrichtung?

Service Fachkraft war einzige Positive im Restaurant Habe nach lange Zeit mich mit ein Freund getroffen Als Vorspeise Kuttelsuppe und Linsensuppe gegessen Suppen lauwarm Brot dazu kann man vergessen war wie von Vortag Ich esse viel draussen aber diese waren 0 Punkte wert Rest Brot von Vorgestern unter Iskenderkebap Es war gar nicht zu empfehlen Sehr Schade Service war sehr gut! Empfehlung gute Brot zu Kunden bringen ❤️

The food was absolutely delicious and the owners were wonderful! The portion sizes were so good for us Americans. Having recently been to Turkey, we loved the food there but this place had it beaten! We would definitely eat there again!

Viel zu fettig vorbereitet als es der Standard vorschreibt, Tische nicht sauber. Service ok. Pommes waren eindeutig älter. Im Außenbereich überall grüne fliegen um unsere Bestellung herum. Naja..

Am Wochenende waren wir in dem Restaurant essen. Leider war es drinnen so warm, dass es sich fast wie in einer Sauna angefühlt hat. Eine Klimaanlage wäre eine großartige Ergänzung, um das Raumklima angenehmer zu gestalten. Der Kellner war nett, wenn auch ein wenig aufdringlich. Das Essen hat mir persönlich nicht gut geschmeckt. Der Adana Kebab war zu scharf und meiner Meinung nach auch etwas trocken. Alles in allem werde ich das Restaurant nicht noch einmal besuchen, da es nichts Besonderes bietet, wodurch ich sagen würde: ‘Wow, ich muss unbedingt wiederkommen, um das zu essen.’ Möglicherweise lag es auch einfach daran, dass es im Restaurant übertrieben warm war. Es wäre ratsam, über eine Klimaanlage nachzudenken.

Sehr gutes Essen vom Holzkohlegrill. Allgemein gefällt mir das Restaurant gut und ich kann es absolut weiterempfehlen

Bin eigentlich alle paar wochen da wen familienfeiern anstehen oder einfach nett essen gehen dann ist das unser treffpunkt meistens wochende bin ich manchmal da man sollte sich bischen zeit nehmen da das essen auch mal ne halbe stunde dauern kann bis es an den tisch kommt dies hat damit zu tun das der Laden immer recht voll ist und sollte man mit gruppe hingehen wollen sollte man lieber vorher reservieren , was das Essen betrift grosse Auswahl mit einigen Spezialitäten es schmeckt wunderbar wen man das essen sieht merkt man mit wieviel Liebe es gemacht wurde auch der Service ist zügig und sehr freundlich solange man auf das Essen wartet kann man sich Warme getränke sprich Tee holen der in der Regel kostenlos ist ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann jedem diese Location nur empfehlen der Männliche Zuständige für die Servicekräfte kommt persönlich an den tisch nimmt bestellungen auf man fühlt sich wie ein" König"

Ich war mit meiner Frau wochentags um 15.00 Uhr in dem Restaurant essen, bzw. wollten essen. Wir bestellten jeder ein Hauptgericht. Der BeilagenSalat wurde uns sehr schnell gebracht. Mehrere Male bat ich um Brot, es wurde aber in 30 Minuten nicht gebracht. Dafür bekamen alle anderen Tische Brot gebracht. Als ich die Bedienung nochmals nach Brot fragte sagte sie mir, dass erst neues gebacken werden muss. Allerdings brachte sie danach noch Brot an andere Tische, obwohl die Gäste nach uns kamen. Auch die Hauptgerichte für diese Gäste kamen vor unseren. Als nach 40 Minuten immer noch kein Brot und kein Hauptgericht kam, sprach ich den Vorgesetzten der Bedienung an, und es stellte sich heraus, dass die Bestellung anscheinend noch gar nicht an die Küche weitergereicht wurde. Enttäuscht verließen wir daraufhin das Restaurant. Meine Frau und ich haben den Eindruck, dass eine Cliquenwirtschaft vorherrscht. Wir gehen gerne türkisch essen, hier aber nicht mehr.

Für mich das beste türkische Restaurant in Hanau. Sehr gutes essen, super schnelle und freundliche Bedienung. Eine echte Empfehlung !
