The store used to be much better. It is not in good hygienic condition. The play area is dirty. There were toothpicks lying around everywhere. It stinks in the store. The windows are leaky and even in winter there are flies in the restaurant. The whole family had diarrhea after eating. We won't go there again.

We have been coming to this restaurant for years, we are always satisfied, everything is great, always fresh bread, the waiting time is only short, the prices are ok, we will be back :)

I was in the juice shop yesterday. While I had to wait 30 minutes for my food, other speedsters were able to push forward and taste their food before me, even though I had been there longer. The food is okay. The prices have now increased but are still fair because the portions are filling. Service average. Children's area run down and sometimes dangerous because things are broken in the play area. But what doesn't work at all and that's why the points are deducted: Card payments don't work in this store. I've been here occasionally to eat and every time since I've known the restaurant the situation is the same when it comes to paying. Apparently the EC device is on strike. Today I was sent to the bank to get cash. Tip: Either write on the door that it doesn't work or inform at the table, especially if you have a large group of 18 guests. It's not natural to carry that much cash with you. As a guest, it's unpleasant to disappear for 20 minutes in the cold and look for a vending machine. A leisurely visit is something different. I will no longer come as a guest, good luck in the future.

Fantastic experience at Köz Restaurant in Hanau The Köz Restaurant in Hanau is a true pearl in the area. It offers generous space for guests and is ideal for smaller celebrations such as engagements, birthdays and wedding dinners with family and friends. The atmosphere is impressive and stylishly designed, modern yet cozy. Particularly noteworthy is the separate play area with a ball pit where children can climb and play. This shows that even the smallest guests have been taken into consideration. The staff is extremely friendly and tries to accommodate every guest's request so that you really feel comfortable. A rich breakfast buffet is offered in the morning and the kebab dishes are a delight as they are cooked on charcoal. The price-performance ratio is excellent, so you can often afford to eat in the restaurant even with a small family. The freshly homemade bread is another highlight and always a pleasure. There is plenty of free parking in front of the restaurant, which makes the visit even more pleasant. After your meal you will receive free tea and before your meal you will be served fresh bread with various appetizers for snacking. Overall, the Köz Restaurant in Hanau offers an all-round successful experience that I can only warmly recommend.

This is the third time I've sat on the toilet today because of diarrhea after eating. The restaurant is run down, the entrance and the toilets stink and it wasn't clean. The bread was just warmed up, not fresh and the meat was dry, especially the kebab meat was probably 3 days old. The only thing that was fresh was the salad. Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars although they would be too much. Treat yourself to a kebab around the corner before you eat here.

We have been here for several years. We liked coming here because of the children's corner. But for several months the quality of the food, especially the kebab meat, has declined massively. We had dinner there last Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was really only occupied with 10 tables - so not very busy. My husband ordered an Adana plate and I ordered a kebab plate. However, the food was pretty bad. The rice on both plates was half cooked. Considering that it really isn't difficult to cook rice, this was quite disappointing. My kebab meat was cold. When we asked the waiter about the cold meat, he brought my plate again within a few minutes - this time with lukewarm kebab meat. Despite the fact that the food is bad, the prices are cheap compared to other Turkish restaurants.

Unfortunately, my review from 2019 has to be changed negatively. The kebab is no longer as big, but the prices have (quite understandably) increased. If the quality of the food changes negatively and the price changes positively, then something must be wrong. The floor was unclean and slippery like an ice skating rink. Unfortunately the situation was similar at the table. Please be sure to provide the invoice during the payment process so that no calculation errors occur. As much as I enjoyed being a guest here for years, I won't be one in the future and 4 stars will now become 2.

My children and grandchildren first went to the play area and I went to the buffet. When I wanted to sit down with my plate, my children and their grandchildren came towards me. The little one had slipped through a dilapidated part in the play area and fell down. He felt sick and they went straight out to the car with the little ones. Since I had already filled my plate, I went to the cash register and wanted to pay for one meal and take it with me. I tried to explain what was happening but suddenly no one could understand me anymore. I was asked to pay for the adults, the children were free. ?????? We were there for ten minutes, there was no one at the buffet except me, I wanted to have the food from the plate packed up. What a drama....🤬😡 They insisted on €36 for three adults. NEVER AGAIN Now with the little one's accident no one understood me anymore. This was the most expensive Al you can eat. I didn't know how dilapidated and dangerous this play area was. The gentleman at the checkout was no longer friendly. No matter how nice it was on the first visit, today I was so disappointed with the way I was treated that I won't recommend it.

It was my first time in this restaurant and I have never visited such an unhygienic and bad restaurant. The service was horrible, as if we were in the bazaar, eating broken plates was so bad that it doesn't exist. Never again never.....

So where should I start? The last time I was here was over a year ago, back then there weren't even any free seats... Yesterday I was there with my daughter, there were 2 employees sitting downstairs at the entrance with an incredibly real face, then the entrance smelled dirty. Upstairs in the restaurant was messy and dirty, the service was so bad that I have never experienced broken plates. You ask for a dish and people shout across the room to the chef, which is really unbelievable. I ordered a soup and I've never had a bad soup before + it wasn't fresh. The main course was filled with stale rice and fries that weren't cooked through, that meat was overseasoned and not good. I expect a restaurant like this to at least offer tea or give a discount because we noticed that we didn't like it and didn't eat it either. So I won't recommend it and will never go there again.

I have never visited such a bad restaurant that was so unkempt and dirty. The prices were too high for the service, the children's area was already disgusting and I will not recommend it to anyone. Köz Restaurant This Turkish restaurant is really something special in terms of appearance and cuisine. The plates with the dishes are very attractively presented. All in all, I can only recommend this restaurant.

The quality of the food has deteriorated; it used to taste much better. The meat was very dry. 2nd attempt on June 16, 24 Service is very bad, according to the waiter there was no Ayran, rice and then Ayran and rice was served at the neighboring table. Apparently the coffee machine was broken, but after checking with the bar, the coffee machine worked continuously. Conclusion: do not go to KÖZ if you are not Turkish or do not speak Turkish, you will be treated very badly.

I was actually served rotten chicken (tavuk güvec), at least that's what it felt like, because what I ordered was probably an overproduction that was cooled and then reheated, chicken actually gets a disgusting taste after it is warmed up after cooking . It was very unpleasant to eat it and I didn't feel like complaining about it. If I could have given 0 stars for the food, I would have done so with all my might.

Food was OK. Nothing exceptional - standard Turkish cuisine. Service is not taken that seriously. Ambiance isn't really there...relatively large, simple and only the bare essentials. You try to look good but there are some "construction sites"... beautiful is something else. At the entrance with a red carpet you can immediately see that there is something stored in every corner, it's not really clean either. Value for money a little less than 3 stars.

Worst restaurant we have visited. I don't recommend iftar at this restaurant to anyone. The Iftar menu prices are far too high for this poor quality, and it wasn't filling. In addition, the Adana was raw and not well prepared, and it was not visually appealing either. All in all, everything was bad. A pity.

Disappointment at a high level! The food at Iftar was a complete disappointment! Expensive menu but the meat was very old, dry and inedible. My two children have been struggling with nausea ever since!!! Staff was overwhelmed and listless! Never again!!! One star too many!

On the way to Munich, took a quick break and had lunch at Köz Restaurant. I'm simply positively surprised by the delicious food and the good service. From the location: Modern and clean! There is even a play area for small children. You feel comfortable here, and that's a good thing 👍🏻

I absolutely do not recommend the restaurant! The employees were totally overwhelmed and demotivated, they were constantly rolling their eyes. Once we had Kelepaca Corba, which didn't taste good at all. We returned almost all of the soup. The main meals were just OK. The music was way too loud and when we asked to turn it down we were simply ignored. I will definitely not visit this restaurant again.

Great place to eat, special occasions. I can highly recommend it, even though dogs are forbidden, we weren't turned away, thank you for that. The price list is great and you get a mixed main course platter for two, which is more than enough for the money. And service was very nice and quick. Top keep it up.

So I was there for dinner today and what we were offered was quite outrageous. Prices were extremely high. We ordered a mixed grill plate and half the plate was empty. Only onions were offered as a salad and nothing else. In the evening it's 7.30 p.m. and the restaurant no longer has any kebab meat available. The minced meat skewer was not properly grilled as the meat was not really edible. All in all, what was offered to us was a disgrace. Never again.

Wir fanden es lecker dort. Nur dieser Hackfleischspieß hat uns jetzt nicht geschmeckt. Fanden das Fleisch war nicht durch und auch von den Gewürzen nicht ok. Das Gericht würde ich also nicht empfehlen. Das andere war alles sehr lecker. Man bekommt bevor das Essen kommt eine Schale mit verschiedenen Dips und Brot, was wir sehr gut fanden. Es war sehr lecker, gerade das mit Rotkraut hat allen geschmeckt. Eine leckere Geste des Hauses! Die beiden Bedienungen waren auch sehr nett! Gerade bei Kinderwünschen!!! Waren auch sehr freundlich. Wir würden nochmal dort essen gehen.

Für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet, aber der Service war Mangelhaft. Uns wurden falsche Getränke gebracht und dieser Fehler wurde ihrerseits dann belächelt. Die Reste, die wir mitnehmen wollten, müssten wir selbst einpacken.... Ja, uns wurde Plastikteller und Tüte hingelegt und wir haben es s lbst verpackt... Ich bin es anders gewohnt. Vom Geschmack des Essens kann ich nicht klagen es hat gut geschmeckt.

Das Essen ist super! Am besten fand ich die kinderspielecke! Ist halt echt voll und die Bedienung wirkt sehr schnell gestresst und hektisch.

Essen an sich in Ordnung, kommt immer darauf an was man nimmt. Teilweise fehlt sehr oft würze und Salz, leider bei mir und beim Kollegen Knochen im hackfleisch Spieß gewesen was garnicht geht. Service ist in Ordnung. Ambiente schlecht, viele Kinder die schreien spielen und insgesamt extrem laut. Alles in einem kein wiederholungsbedarf

Also kommen wir erstmal zum Essen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist okay-schlecht. Die Vorspeisen Dips waren alt und kalt wahrscheinlich vom Frühstück oder vom Vortag. Die Hauptspeisen waren okay nicht besonders lecker aber auch nicht schlecht. Nun kommen wir zum Personal. Erstmal einen Teller zu wenig, dann ein Glas zu wenig und dann ein Besteck zu wenig. Jedesmal musste man das Personal darauf ansprechen. Dann hat man gemerkt das das Personal keine Lust hat, ein Kellner hat immer so eine Fresse gezogen. Dann wird man bei Essenwünschen dumm angeguckt und 3x mal gefragt ob man sich sicher ist einen Pizza ohne Käse zu bestellen. (Lactose intolleranz) Dann möchte man einen Tee zum essen haben und der Kellner antwortet Tee gibt es nach dem essen (unverschämt). Mussten es dann einem anderen Kellner sagen. Ich habe vor 3 Jahren hier noch meine Hochzeit gefeiert und da war das noch ein Super Restaurant. Schade Mittlerweile so schlecht das ich nicht mehr herkommen werde.

Gestern waren wir im Köz Restaurant essen, und leider muss ich sagen, dass ich sehr enttäuscht bin. Lassen Sie uns mit der Sauberkeit beginnen: Die Toiletten waren extrem schmutzig, und der Boden war so nass, dass ich fast ausgerutscht bin. Die Papierhandtücher waren leer, und es gab nur zwei Papierrollen, von denen man sich selbst ein Stück abreißen konnte, das allerdings schon vom Anfassen der Vorgänger nass war. Das Essen: Die Suppe war lauwarm, eher kalt, und wurde so auf den Tisch geklatscht, dass der Unterteller erstmal gereinigt werden musste. Geschmacklich war sie ebenfalls nicht besonders. Die Hähnchenspieße waren in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders gut. Die Künefe war trocken und nicht ausreichend süß. Die drei Vorspeisen, die "aufs Haus" kamen, sahen unappetitlich aus (ihr könntet sie euch sparen). Das Brot war in Ordnung. Spielecke: Die Spielecke, eigentlich der Hauptgrund für unseren Besuch, war verdreckt und teilweise kaputt. Nun zum Schlimmsten in diesem Laden: Der Service !!!!! Euer Service ist grottenschlecht ! Man wartet eine Ewigkeit, bis man bestellen und nachbestellen kann. Einige Bestellungen wurden sogar vergessen. Bitte arbeitet an eurem Service und stellt für einen Samstagabend noch ein/zwei Kellner ein.

Das Essen war super. Die Bedienungen sind schnell und sehr aufmerksam. Flott ist auch Küche trotz des Andrangs unserer größeren Gruppe. Durch die Größe des Raumes, die glatten Wände und die große Glasfront ist es leider recht laut. Sehr schön ist die separate Spieleecke für die kleineren Kinder.

Yanına konulabilirdi. Iyi niyetli çalışanlari vardi. Oldukça güler yuzlüyduler ama yemek kalitesi tartışılır. Umarim düzeltirler ve bunu haber verirler. Saygilar
