"We were here for the breakfast buffet. The selection was extensive, and there was plenty of everything. Unfortunately, the taste was very disappointing—many dishes had an unpleasant aftertaste and seemed unfresh, some of them old. Furthermore, we weren't greeted upon entering the restaurant; it wasn't at all clear who worked there. We simply sat down and organized everything ourselves. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience."

Disgusting and absolutely unacceptable! The play area is in a completely unacceptable condition. It reeks strongly of urine; children have obviously been peeing there and it hasn't been cleaned. Everything is ripped, dirty, and has greasy residue. My child immediately came out because the stench was so strong. When I went in myself, I almost vomited because the urine smell was so pungent. This area is completely neglected, unhygienic, and absolutely not healthy for children. Something urgently needs to be done about this! If someone were to enter the play area themselves and breathe in the smell, it would be immediately clear that this is unacceptable.

I came for breakfast. There's a variety of options, prepared mediocrely and carelessly. Ideal for those looking to gain weight and consume plenty of calories. Also, the first table on the right as you enter is completely covered in spider webs, including the walls, windows, and so on. Someone should clean it up. The spider guy must have done a great job, so they couldn't bear it. Also, they're allergic to the phrase "Good luck!" and they don't even respond.

It was terrible, the food was terrible, the presentation was okay, but we waited a long time. It was NOT worth going. We were very disappointed. We do not recommend it to anyone. We ordered kunefe, but it arrived after 10 hours, but they didn't pour the syrup. They tried to cover it with 4 pieces of baklava and made another kunefe, but it didn't help because we had already lost our appetite. It was a terrible situation. We were perfectly healthy when we went to Köz, but after eating the food, our family felt so uneasy. It wasn't delicious, it was just an eyesore. We never plan on going back. It was a beautiful day, until we went to KÖZ KEY Fİ RESTAURANT.

We came here as a family for dinner to celebrate my little brother's birthday. It used to be a place we loved eating at. Now, new people have taken over. The food and atmosphere are just as good as before; everything was mostly the same. We ordered grilled chicken, lahmacun, and pizza. The grill was delicious, but I can't say we were particularly pleased with the lentil soup we ordered for starters. It was watery and tasteless. When we ordered dessert, our kunefe arrived dry and without any syrup. When we mentioned this to one of the waiters, they immediately addressed us and offered us baklava as a complimentary treat. They said they would make our kunefe again with plenty of syrup, but we've been waiting for 30 minutes. The baklava was too sweet, and we couldn't eat it. The soups arrived in 10 minutes, and the food in 25 minutes. Although we were tired of waiting, the tea was delicious, the atmosphere was clean, and the staff was friendly and polite. Despite this, it seems unlikely we'll be back for now. The atmosphere is quite calm, the restaurant is not very full and some of the ceiling lights are flickering.

The open breakfast buffet is definitely worth a visit. The service is also top-notch. Unfortunately, it's usually very crowded and noisy.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to this lovingly run Turkish restaurant. I would particularly like to emphasize how child-friendly everything is: There's a lovely, safe play area where our children immediately felt at home and could play freely – a real plus for parents who also want to eat in peace. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. We received a very warm welcome, and all our requests were met with great patience and flexibility. It was palpable that there is genuine interest in ensuring a pleasant visit for the whole family. A particularly lovely moment was when our children received little surprises at the end of the meal – a sweet gesture that they were thrilled about and that made the visit unforgettable for them. The food was, of course, also excellent: authentic, fresh, and lovingly prepared – simply typically Turkish!

We had reserved a table for 6 p.m. on June 6, 2025. Unfortunately, we had to wait half an hour for our table. Then we waited for service until around 7:30 p.m. After that, we didn't order. We informed the waitress, but they didn't even apologize. I'm very disappointed with the restaurant's organization.

Disastrous service. We were a large group, so some got their food early, others didn't get it at all, and the others arrived two hours later. I had the Turkish breakfast buffet and it was simply wonderful! Everything was fresh, delicious and prepared with a lot of love. The selection was large and the atmosphere was very cozy. The service was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be back – highly recommended!”

We came for dinner during the holiday. Even though the tables were empty, the lady wouldn't let us sit. My son went into the playground and spent half an hour trying to get out. We tried to get out of there, but no one was coming or going. The tables were empty, and it was not nice at all.

The new owner is very diligent and committed to ensuring guests have a pleasant stay! Unfortunately, there are some guests who can't behave; they are everywhere, unfortunately. We were there with the family for Iftar. An Iftar menu was suggested to us. We each ordered our own menu for three people. Only small plates with some meze, a few dates and dry baklava were placed in front of us. Apparently these were the only desserts and meze included in the menu. Then we ordered a main course hoping it would be better. Unfortunately it was one of the worst meat dishes we ate in Germany. I chose this restaurant because we had previously been here for breakfast. But I can't recommend it for dinner. The kitchen also didn't make a good impression, especially in terms of hygiene. I hope the restaurant takes the reviews seriously and improves. Then I will also reconsider my rating.

The food is okay. The prices have now increased but are still fair because the portions are filling. Service average. Children's area run down and sometimes dangerous because things are broken in the play area. But what doesn't work at all and that's why the points are deducted: Card payments don't work in this store. I've been here occasionally to eat and every time since I've known the restaurant the situation is the same when it comes to paying. Apparently the EC device is on strike. Today I was sent to the bank to get cash. Tip: Either write on the door that it doesn't work or inform at the table, especially if you have a large group of 18 guests. It's not natural to carry that much cash with you. As a guest, it's unpleasant to disappear for 20 minutes in the cold and look for a vending machine. A leisurely visit is something different. A rich breakfast buffet is offered in the morning and the kebab dishes are a delight as they are cooked on charcoal. The price-performance ratio is excellent, so you can often afford to eat in the restaurant even with a small family. The freshly homemade bread is another highlight and always a pleasure. There is plenty of free parking in front of the restaurant, which makes the visit even more pleasant. After your meal you will receive free tea and before your meal you will be served fresh bread with various appetizers for snacking. Overall, the Köz Restaurant in Hanau offers an all-round successful experience that I can only warmly recommend.

This is the third time I've sat on the toilet today because of diarrhea after eating. The restaurant is run down, the entrance and the toilets stink and it wasn't clean. The bread was just warmed up, not fresh and the meat was dry, especially the kebab meat was probably 3 days old. The only thing that was fresh was the salad. Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars although they would be too much. Treat yourself to a kebab around the corner before you eat here.

We have been here for several years. We liked coming here because of the children's corner. But for several months the quality of the food, especially the kebab meat, has declined massively. We had dinner there last Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was really only occupied with 10 tables - so not very busy. My husband ordered an Adana plate and I ordered a kebab plate. However, the food was pretty bad. The rice on both plates was half cooked. Considering that it really isn't difficult to cook rice, this was quite disappointing. My kebab meat was cold. When we asked the waiter about the cold meat, he brought my plate again within a few minutes - this time with lukewarm kebab meat. Despite the fact that the food is bad, the prices are cheap compared to other Turkish restaurants.

Unfortunately, my review from 2019 has to be changed negatively. The kebab is no longer as big, but the prices have (quite understandably) increased. If the quality of the food changes negatively and the price changes positively, then something must be wrong. The floor was unclean and slippery like an ice skating rink. Unfortunately the situation was similar at the table. Please be sure to provide the invoice during the payment process so that no calculation errors occur. As much as I enjoyed being a guest here for years, I won't be one in the future and 4 stars will now become 2.

The little one had slipped through a dilapidated part in the play area and fell down. He felt sick and they went straight out to the car with the little ones. Since I had already filled my plate, I went to the cash register and wanted to pay for one meal and take it with me. I tried to explain what was happening but suddenly no one could understand me anymore. I was asked to pay for the adults, the children were free. ?????? We were there for ten minutes, there was no one at the buffet except me, I wanted to have the food from the plate packed up. What a drama....🤬😡 They insisted on €36 for three adults. NEVER AGAIN Now with the little one's accident no one understood me anymore. This was the most expensive Al you can eat. I didn't know how dilapidated and dangerous this play area was. The gentleman at the checkout was no longer friendly. No matter how nice it was on the first visit, today I was so disappointed with the way I was treated that I won't recommend it.

So where should I start? The last time I was here was over a year ago, back then there weren't even any free seats... Yesterday I was there with my daughter, there were 2 employees sitting downstairs at the entrance with an incredibly real face, then the entrance smelled dirty. Upstairs in the restaurant was messy and dirty, the service was so bad that I have never experienced broken plates. You ask for a dish and people shout across the room to the chef, which is really unbelievable. I ordered a soup and I've never had a bad soup before + it wasn't fresh. The main course was filled with stale rice and fries that weren't cooked through, that meat was overseasoned and not good. I expect a restaurant like this to at least offer tea or give a discount because we noticed that we didn't like it and didn't eat it either. So I won't recommend it and will never go there again.

The meat was very dry. 2nd attempt on June 16, 24 Service is very bad, according to the waiter there was no Ayran, rice and then Ayran and rice was served at the neighboring table. Apparently the coffee machine was broken, but after checking with the bar, the coffee machine worked continuously. Conclusion: do not go to KÖZ if you are not Turkish or do not speak Turkish, you will be treated very badly.

I was actually served rotten chicken (tavuk güvec), at least that's what it felt like, because what I ordered was probably an overproduction that was cooled and then reheated, chicken actually gets a disgusting taste after it is warmed up after cooking . It was very unpleasant to eat it and I didn't feel like complaining about it. If I could have given 0 stars for the food, I would have done so with all my might.

Food was OK. Nothing exceptional - standard Turkish cuisine. Service is not taken that seriously. Ambiance isn't really there...relatively large, simple and only the bare essentials. Worst restaurant we have visited. I don't recommend iftar at this restaurant to anyone. The Iftar menu prices are far too high for this poor quality, and it wasn't filling. I absolutely do not recommend the restaurant! The employees were totally overwhelmed and demotivated, they were constantly rolling their eyes. Once we had Kelepaca Corba, which didn't taste good at all. We returned almost all of the soup. The main meals were just OK. The music was way too loud and when we asked to turn it down we were simply ignored. I will definitely not visit this restaurant again.

So I was there for dinner today and what we were offered was quite outrageous. Prices were extremely high. We ordered a mixed grill plate and half the plate was empty. Only onions were offered as a salad and nothing else. In the evening it's 7.30 p.m. and the restaurant no longer has any kebab meat available. The minced meat skewer was not properly grilled as the meat was not really edible. All in all, what was offered to us was a disgrace. Never again.
