I'm shocked. Waited 2 hours for the food and called 3 times. Total price 65€ for 3 people. Food wasn't even 20€.

I'm really shocked! we ordered here yesterday. A portion of fries, chili cheese nuggets and a crispy chicken salad. The whole thing took 2 HOURS to be delivered! After the food arrived, I was shocked by the salad. almost 9 euros for 1 kilo of olives and iceberg lettuce, only 4 pieces of the crispy chicken which were already firm and dry. Then I tried to call the restaurant but no one answered and then I was called on WhatsApp by one of the bosses and was initially treated very disrespectfully and he tried to bribe me to remove my bad Lieferando review and then I would get the order again for free . NEVER AGAIN!!!!! please order ELSEWHERE

I am extremely satisfied with this restaurant! The team is super polite, nice and helpful. I am always completely satisfied with the service. The food tastes simply excellent, whether on site (previously at the zoo) or delivered - I was always thrilled. The opening hours are perfect, from 9 a.m. to 5 a.m., so you can still order late at night. Particularly pleasant for young people. Thank you for the consistently great experience!

The food itself would be okay if comments were also implemented. The instruction 'without onions' is overlooked 9/10 times. Not acceptable for people with allergies or aversion! LAST TIME ORDERED THERE

total disgusting carbonara is made with tortellini with meat not vegetables and you didn't write that you only make vegan pasta I wasted €25 for nothing

Solid burgers, but if you're in the suburbs you can throw everything in the washing machine. You completely smell like a chip shop afterwards. Please ventilate it from time to time. Ambiance therefore only 1 star. Service was still super nice. We got another pizza for free because the first one was a little burnt. All in all, a great place to order via Lieferando because the food is really ok. I wouldn't go there again for the reasons mentioned.

Tried it a few times now, not bad and quick. But that also happened As a customer on site, waiting over 45 minutes for an order directly in the store is not possible. After that, it was also poorly prepared, i.e. burgers that were too cold and limp burger buns. Fries like cotton and without salt. In 45 minutes I had enough time to observe the uncoordinated hustle and bustle behind the counter. Delivery boys who picked up items were always given priority. Strange delivery boys wandered far behind the counter into the kitchen area and helped themselves with packing etc. Goodbye hygiene, it doesn't work that way. People who are not part of the staff have no place behind the counter. Too bad, potential wasted. The food prepared used to be much better fresh and of quite good quality. This is my old review that I leave here for comparison .... from here .... The burgers are a decent size and have good content. Pizza is large and tasty and not too short on toppings. Salad is really fresh. Fries were good, crispy and tasty. The food was better than expected. If you see how the pizza dough is handled and the food is prepared, that's okay. The shop is probably run by people of Arab origin. But that's ok, they seem to know what they're doing. That's why it tastes good. It's better not to look too closely in the corners next to the counter. Visually, the store otherwise makes a good impression. The staff is friendly and really hard working. There is a toilet. The acoustic background to which the dishes are prepared is surprising. Too loud for me and not at all. Regardless, we can recommend it

Ordered there. Took a while. It was pretty tasty though. We had various burgers and the hummus plate. Rating: Recommended. Since we weren't there, I have no idea what the location is like...

Wir bestellen seit kurzem bei dieser Pizzeria, das Essen ist echt gut aber ,so wie heute (28.11.2023) kam die Pizza sehr spät (über 1 Stunde) und vor allem KALT. Wir lieben gutes Essen, aber wenn es kalt ist....?Dafür möchten wir und bestimmt viele andere kein Geld ausgeben. Da ist der Liefer Service ausbaufähig,eine Überlegung wert?Wir hoffen auf Verbesserungen...

Die Pizza ist okay, aber es hat ewig gedauert und sie war kalt als ich sie bekommen habe.

Ihr Lieben, wer sich Essen liefern lässt und dieses durch den Fahrer Eddi gebracht wird, dem liegt schon ein Gesicht, wenn es an der Tür klingelt. Ich habe noch nie einen solch fröhlichen und aufmerksamen Fahrer erlebt. Eddi ist der beste Multiplikator seinen Restaurants. Er macht schon durch seine Art die beste Werbung die für das Restaurant möglich ist. Vielen lieben Dank, lieber Eddi -- alles Liebe von Annett und Familie Tunn

Das Gute vorweg... Das Essen war gut und für den Preis okay. Was weniger schön war, die Lieferzeit. Von Rummelsburg bis Museum Karlshorst 1 Stunde 30?!Wobei 1 Std. angesagt war. Was ich auch schon sehr lange finde. Das Ende des Liedes war leider, die Pizza war kalt, der Käse aus den Pizzabrötchen hat mehr an der Lieferpackung geklebt und konnte nicht mehr gegessen werden, die Bruscetta waren auch nicht ganz das was man erwartet hat. Schade...

Essen ist ok aber die Lieferung ist fast immer zu spät. Hab schon das falsche Essen bekommen. Es ist etwas billiger als woanders, merkt man auch.

Actual background of this place is lebanese- so best is to order the Lebanese pizzas ( mana2ich) or a tawouk plate or or- at the end, it is a low fy eating place with fresh food and very fair prices- it is great to have such a place in a such a remote neighborhood....

Leckeres Essen und sehr nette Bedienung deswegen bin ich schon lange Stammkundin, Ich bestelle auch sehr oft online und es kommt immer schnell an. Mir gefällt, dass die Zutaten immer frisch sind.

Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen bestellt und war positiv überzeugt. Sehr leckeres Essen und nette Mitarbeiter. Hatte ein Burger Menü

Wir wurden leider nicht zu unserer vereinbarten Wunschzeit beliefert. (Der Fahrer hatte einen Unfall / alles Gute!) Wir bekamen einen Anruf, es wurde um Entschuldigung gebeten, Sachverhalt erläutert, Geld zurückerstattet und das Essen kam dann noch, wenn auch nicht mehr richtig warm.. es war trotzdem lecker! Guter Service, vielen Dank dafür!

Die Pizza war maximal "okay". Nicht besonders schlecht, aber auch wirklich nicht gut. Der Teig schmeckt nach Nichts, die Soße ist charakterlos und fade, der Käse ist mehlig. Insgesamt schmeckt das ganze einfach billig... Doch billig ist der Spaß nicht! 10,80€ kostet die Pizza. Kein ungewöhnlicher Preis für eine gute Pizza Salami. Nur leider kann man hier nicht von "gut" reden. Offensichtlich billige Zutaten, etwas zu lange im Ofen und auch von der Salami ist kaum etwas zu sehen. 6 kleine Stückchen haben es auf meine Pizza geschafft. Ein trauriger Anblick. Oregano wurde a la "einfach mal raufballern" angerichtet. Dass in dieser Zeit ein bisschen gespart wird, ist verständlich. Aber die Pizza so spärlich zu belegen und dann für ein Gericht dieser Qualität verhältnismäßig so viel Geld zu verlangen, ist einfach frech. Es zeigt, dass dieses “Restaurant” nicht zu seinen Produkten steht. Der Anspruch ist hier nicht ein gutes Produkt gegen faire Bezahlung zu verkaufen, sondern darum möglichst viel Gewinn mit minimalem Aufwand und möglichst billigen Zutaten zu verdienen. Eine Taktik, die Ihnen wahrscheinlich nur kurzzeitig zu Gunsten sein wird, lieber Inhaber. Denn so hält man mit Sicherheit keine Kunden. Ich kann nur empfehlen diesen Laden zu meiden.

Pizza- Boden zu weich Rand zu groß. Bei der Hawaii war pro Stück auch ein Stück Geflügel zu finden. Salat gemischt mit Gurke war ein Witz. Da waren Unmengen Jalapenos und ca 50% Rugula Unkraut drin. Es ließen sich sogar 2 Scheiben Gewürzgurke finden. Also lecker und gut ist anders. Ein Salat den man vor Schärfe nicht essen kann ist unbrauchbar, umsonst bezahlt. DANKE.

Die Burger sind köstlich. Die Lieferzeiten sind wie versprochen. Die Preise sind fair für den tollen Service. Ich würde dieses Restaurant jedem empfehlen.

Burger war gut Aber Pommes hat gar nicht geschmeckt.
