Shockingly rude host. Rude to me and to several others just asking if there was a table available. Literally said “no get out” and then went out of his way to slam the door.

A wonderful restaurant that truly embodies the Italian ambiance. I recommend the spaghetti frutti di mare, a combination of spaghetti and seafood, to those with a palate that thrives on octopus and calamari.

We booked a table for 4 people. We arrived 15 minutes late and were immediately turned away. There is no mention anywhere that the table is immediately given back if there is a delay and the way we were turned away was rude enough to ensure we would never want to go back.

Sadly our experience was marred. We had just been served our mains when I accidentally knocked my wine into my dinner (breaking the glass). They took her meal away (as to be expected) but then they just left me to sit there and watch whilst the rest of my family ate and drank. I was bought no food to replace, no drink, nothing. We were shocked by this. This would never have happened in the UK, obviously things are different in Berlin or at this restaurant anyway. Food itself was ok. Nothing special but ok. It certainly wasnt the €170 worth we paid (3 x starter, 2x salad, 2x pizza, 1 glass wine, 2 colas, 1 spritz) and then bullied because we refused to leave a tip. A tip for allowing me to sit there with nothing without even attending our table again to see if we required further service, having taken my food.

Very friendly service, especially at Napoli, and excellent advice. The food was superb.

The two of us spontaneously dropped in early on a weekday and got a table right away. We had delicious bruschetta for starters, and pizza and pasta for main courses. The pizza was average, and the pasta was delicious. The prices are a bit above average for Berlin, but the service probably makes up for it, as the servers are very attentive. I would probably go here again :-)

Terrible service and very salty and bad food! I don't know how you got this review, because the service is truly terrible. I was a victim of xenophobia, being completely ignored by the waiter and treated poorly. Don't expect anything good from this restaurant.

We waited an hour for four pasta dishes and two pizzas. When we asked the waiter, he told us we were a "large table." There were six of us. Not sure if it was a large table! And once we were finally served, a waiter came over and said, "Happy?" How disrespectful! And in the end, a 10% tip was mandatory. We had to explain three times that we didn't want to tip. And he pretended not to understand. Terrible service.

A very good Italian restaurant in Berlin. They have outdoor tables and a dining room with windows overlooking the street. Both the tuna salad and the burratta pizza are highly recommended. The service is good and fast, although a bit serious. It would have been appreciated if they could provide glasses of water. I asked for it and they gave me a bottle.

Food was incredible but I found it quite rude that the tip was forced considering this is illegal in Germany. Feels like taking an advantage on tourists.

The food didn't taste particularly good. When I asked for the bill, they told me I had to tip at least 10%, so I had no choice but to pay. It was the first time in Germany that a waiter asked me to tip.

The number one Italian restaurant in Berlin. All the dishes are incredibly delicious, and the staff is friendly. Truly another 10/10 restaurant. The prices are reasonable, the quality of the ingredients and taste are top-notch, and the service is super friendly and attentive. I would like to thank Mr. Ertan for his interest.

The food is delicious, but it could be a bit more substantial. It would also be nice to have cloth napkins on the terrace. The waiters disagree and argue openly. You get drinks, but when they're empty, they don't ask if you need another. Overall, though, the prices are a bit high. The waiters are quite nice, though (Palermo).

For a non-Italian who comes to eat here it is certainly a great place. For an Italian who comes to eat here nothing special, prices too high compared to the quality of the food. Ps. avoid the coffee and still water which costs €6.50 for 0.75l.
