Discovered by chance. A beautiful address. The employees are adorable and the pizzas, very large 45cm, with very thin dough are delicious.

Very nice service and delicious food for a good price. The waiting time was reasonable and we were seated straight away without a reservation.

Nice place for dinner. Food and drinks come quickly and in big portions. Both pasta and pizza are delicious. Service is good as well. Location is nice close to Hauptbahnhof. Good view over the water and the street is not too busy.

Anastasia, the waitress, is very sweet and puts you in a good mood very quickly.

Cold food and extremely spicy pasta

The waitress was so rude. We ordered pizza, pasta, soup, bruschetta. They first brought pasta and pizza and when i said but we had soup and bruschetta, she so rudely said but I only have two hands. Dude, you don’t know starter should come first and not after the main course? You are in the wrong business

Hello guys, we were there a few days ago, beautifully located at the Humboldt harbor, street noise at the front of the house, at the back where the pizzeria is, wonderful peace, we ate there 3 times, pizza and pasta, pizzas as big as a car wheel, thin and easy to cut, you can't make it without being very hungry, it's better to cut it in half and put it on 2 plates, pasta tortellini - tortelloni alla pana, green tortellini with a heavenly taste filled, but there is a but, in contrast to the pizza, the amount of tortellini is too little, eating to one's fill was not an option, there should be at least 5, I repeat at least 5 tortellini more on the plate, at the price of 15-16 € you are better off with a pizza, I will go there when I get the chance to test whether my review has been of any use, otherwise have fun eating there

Food very tasty, friendly service and no long waiting times

Very disappointing - never again! We ordered pizzas from L’Osteria and had to wait over three hours for delivery. When the food finally arrived, not only was it completely cold, but we were also delivered the wrong pizza that we couldn't eat. That would have been annoying enough - but the customer service was a disaster. When I called the branch I was treated absolutely unfriendly by the manager. No understanding, no apology, instead they just hung up on me while I was still talking. That's not how you treat customers. This behavior is simply unacceptable for a restaurant in this price range. Definitely the last time we ordered there.

Don’t have manners how to behave with riders..the staff member doesn’t respect to riders I don’t know how they will respect to customers.

Beautifully located on the harbor basin of Berlin Central Station. I reserved online 2 hours in advance and my seating request was implemented. There was a mistake in the kitchen during preparation and mushrooms ended up on the pizza. The waiter pointed this out immediately when he brought the food and it was taken into account accordingly in the bill. I am very pleased with how the error was handled here and what the replacement service looked like. I'll come back here again soon. :) A big thank you to the tall, dark-skinned man with a gray beard and glasses. He does his job really well.

If you want to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes, this is the place for you. Was going to celebrate my grandson's 12th birthday, when 1 hour and 10 minutes had passed my grandson left the restaurant in tears because we had to wait so long, he was sure it was his fault. The food they make there takes about 4 to 10 minutes to prepare, they shouldn't be allowed to run a restaurant!

Reserved two weeks in advance, for 20 people. On the same day there was a change in the reservation (communicated by phone). I was told, OK, but it only works until 8 p.m. and then the next ones come. Ok, let's ignore the fact that I think such a system (max. 2 1/2 hours, then next customer) is disgusting and money-hungry. Surely a group of 20 brings in enough revenue to allow for a cozy evening without reservations for a follow-up? What actually happened to the cozy Italian food culture? Instead of another grappa and espresso, it's more like "get out, the next banknotes are waiting." Well, whatever, that's the way it is at this restaurant. But IF you handle it that way, then it's rather unfortunate if someone only shows up after 30 minutes to take the first drink orders, another 20 minutes pass until the food orders are taken, the food is still a long time coming, and then at the end you complain that the nasty customers won't be ready by 8 p.m. In addition, after the first friendly hint from the first waitress, the first person in charge pointed out in an extremely unfriendly manner "that this was all agreed upon over the phone and we don't need to complain now." Sorry, no matter how good the food is, the only way I can describe this service is absolutely subterranean, never again!

The food was great and the pizza was huge. You can even have half the toppings on pizza. The service staff were friendly, quick and courteous. We'd love to come back.

Wherever we go in Europe, we now look for L'osteria for pizza. While we were in Berlin at the Natural History Museum, we came to the branch 10 minutes away. It is by the river, has two floors, the weather is cold, and there are almost no empty tables even when the other places are empty. We got half a mozzarella and arugula pizza, half a chicken with barbecue sauce and tomato and olive oil pasta. The pizzas are standard and delicious, high quality. The dough is thin and crispy, ideal. The pasta is a little dry for us, but it is cooked and tastes good. The service speed is good considering the crowd, and the tip offer puts the customer in a difficult position. The prices are reasonable. We paid 34 Euros with a large beer.

Was there today with a friend, sat outside with a great view of the water, delicious lasagne and great service. Above all, the waitress Anastasia was super warm.

We had a business dinner with six people, including an Indian delegation. The restaurant was busy, and although we had to wait a short time, everything was handled confidently and very professionally. The service was exceptionally courteous – attentive, friendly, and well-organized. The food was also impressive: fresh, flavorful, and with a selection that even our international guests enjoyed. One small downside: When the house is full, it can get a bit lively and loud. So if you're looking for a very quiet atmosphere, keep that in mind – but it didn't bother us too much, as everything else was just perfect. A clear recommendation – we'll definitely be back!

We had spaghetti carbonara delivered. That worked well too. But what we got was a disgrace. A mini blob of unseasoned noodles. Despite Wolt's discount campaign, it's still extremely expensive. Outrageous

Nice restaurant with fair prices at Humboldthafen near the main station. We were here on a weekday late in the afternoon and were served quickly. The food was delicious, the pizza (BBQ chicken) was incredibly large and would have been enough for two people.

After making the reservation we were still a bit skeptical; After the nice evening we were “ecstatic”. Gladly again!

We were at L'Osteria at Humboldthafen on a Tuesday evening. The service was friendly and attentive. The drinks came quickly and we didn't have to wait long for the food. The lasagna was tasty but unfortunately a bit small. The pizzas were of a different caliber. The beer was nice and cold. The restaurant is located directly at the Humboldt harbor and you have a great view of the water and the buildings behind it. It's definitely a great place to sit outside on summer evenings. If you visit during peak times, you should also make a reservation during the week.

The orechiette was a big disappointment. Carelessly slapped mascarpone and rocket on pasta, no salt or other spices. And then 17 euros for it! Really cheeky. The waitress wasn't interested either. Never again

Today we were there again for a long time! As always, the pizza was very good and our friendly waitress Nancy entertained and served us excellently. We were always helped quickly without being intrusive! Thank you very much, we will come back quickly.

My two children (7+10) and I visited the restaurant last night (6:30 p.m.) and I have to say, it was very, very great! Insanely nice, friendly, professional and relaxed staff. Despite busy times! We had three different pasta dishes, which were served quickly, at the same time and hot. And the great thing is – it tasted great too!! The portions were sufficient and everyone was full. A very nice restaurant where the price-performance ratio is more than okay! I can recommend it without reservation – thank you for the lovely evening!

The pizza I ordered was really good! Loved the flavors and the quality was definitely there. Atmosphere was nice. Service was just okay—nothing terrible, but nothing great either. Could’ve been a bit more attentive. Overall, worth it for the food! Would come back.

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience at this restaurant... Of course it's busy on Valentine's Day and there's a lot to do, but you should talk to customers politely. Typically for Losteria, the food tastes very good. But that day, despite having a reservation, we waited at the door for 20 minutes and if we hadn't spoken to anyone, it would have been longer. We waited about an hour for a pizza that day and there was also a long wait for simple bruschetta... When even paying took 15 minutes, the evening was over for me. I recommend the Losteria in Mahlsdorf... At least you will be politely informed about possible waiting times.

We were there at lunchtime during the week and it was very busy. Service found us a spot quickly and was very friendly, but completely understaffed and in the end we had to wait quite a long time to pay. Food was ok, there are a few vegan options. The bruschetta was completely burnt. Downstairs, I don't know how you can give something like that to the guest, and it even came later than the rest. If you can't find anything else, you can go there

Pizza the size of a wagon wheel at surprisingly fair prices. We had various dishes from the menu, everything was really delicious. Very attentive staff. Nice atmosphere. Nice view of the Humboldt Harbor. Absolutely recommended. We'll definitely be back.

The pasta we were served, was lukewarm, and therefore tasted subpar. The service mistook our wine order, but the bustling atmosphere were nice. Toilets were neat, clean and played Italian lessons, a welcome surprise.

As in all L'Osteria restaurants, the food was very good. Unlike many other restaurants, the atmosphere was very cozy and there was no noise. We found a place for two people on a Saturday afternoon without making a reservation and, despite the house being full, we didn't have to wait longer than expected for the food. Beautiful location, typical L'Osteria ambience and delicious giant pizza. The service was friendly. Small point deduction: We had reserved for 6. When we arrived, the tables were pushed together for our table. And we had to wait longer than expected for drinks and food. An employee may have been absent at short notice or something similar. The service was stressful, but still friendly, hard-working and customer-oriented. All in all: recommended.

Was more than outraged about the service today! You could tell the whole time that the employees were overwhelmed. We waited almost an hour for our food, while tables that came after us got their food beforehand. Attempting to communicate with the staff while waiting was extremely difficult as we were ignored the entire time. When our food was finally ready, we had to rush to the main train station - and we had to pay a lot of money to eat the cold pizza out of the box on the train. At the same time, there was no apology, accommodation or offer of reassurance from the staff. For a restaurant from such a large chain, really surprisingly poor organization and service.

The food was great and the service was friendly and accommodating. Portions are generous but the leftovers are packed up without any fuss. A dessert was included free of charge. Gladly again.

We've been to many L'Osterien, but we had the best pizza at your place today. Nevertheless, we were served very well. We'll definitely be back. A promise is a promise, just reserved for January 26th. Until then, we're looking forward to it. Was here on Sunday, great again. So came again on Monday. Come back in February!

Unfortunately rude staff! The service was dismissive from the moment we entered the restaurant and even after repeated eye contact and attempts to attract attention, we were ignored. The food was pretty good, the pizza was surprisingly big and didn't even fit on a plate, but the crust was thin so it wasn't completely inedible (it's best to go on an empty stomach if you want to order pizza!). The tomato pasta has just the right flavor, not sour or greasy. Dunkel's beer is very good, with moderate bitterness and sourness, and a little lack of wheat flavor, but it's pretty good for a chain restaurant. We went there after 2pm on the 29th. The waiter was very serious, responsible and enthusiastic. I give the service five stars.

A favorite for us when we are in Berlin. My sons and I love the giant pizzas, and if you don't know this, they are really HUGE! Even I, who can eat a lot, can't quite manage a normal pizza. Therefore, I can only recommend a maximum of half for children, and for many adults that will be enough. It's also extremely cool that you can order "half-half", for example half with salami and the other with magerita. And then, if you wish, they serve it on two plates, so it's really designed to be very customer-friendly. I had the spicy salami pizza, which I highly recommend to anyone who likes a little spiciness. The online reservation often doesn't work or doesn't show availability, so don't let that confuse you. We got a spot every time without any problems. And the service isn't always quick, but it's super friendly. When something was forgotten, there was an immediate offer to get something “on the house”. We would be happy to come back on our next visit.

I ordered online and tried to reach customer service by phone - unfortunately without success. An hour later my order was simply canceled without receiving a call back or explanation. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Customer service should look different!

My wife's pasta dish was completely tasteless. Pizza didn't really convince me either.

Nice ambience and good service. Unfortunately the first pizza was covered in oil and was not edible. After feedback to the waiter, he had the pizza remade. The second pizza was much better. The red wine tasted good, but unfortunately it was served a little too warm. Nevertheless, we had a very friendly and attentive waiter who saved the evening.

When we arrived was quite full but we got a place upstairs. Our waitress Anastasia was so kind and so friendly (rare to find lately!) specially when you get to a restaurant with kids. We were there with 4 kids and their food came really fast. The food was really tasty. I can only recommend!
