Trattoria Acquolina in Berlin

Eine Auszeit in Italien mitten in Berlin Wilmersdorf. Wenn wir hier essen gehen, fühlt es sich an wie Freunde besuchen. Das Personal ist immer fröhlich. Es wird viel gelacht man guckt in freundliche Gesichter und wird auch genauso begrüßt und bedient. Mein Leibgericht hier ist Spaghetti Carbonara doch auch die Pizzen und Salate schmecken sehr gut. Hier findet man bei schönem Wetter immer ein Plätzchen, um draußen die Sonnenstrahlen einzufangen. Wenn es scheint, dass kein Platz mehr da ist, wird es irgendwie immer möglich gemacht. Ich kann das Acquolina als Stammlokal benennen hier komme ich gerne regelmäßig hin.

Die Pizzen waren sehr gut, sehr faire Preise und Extrawünsche wurden ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken angenommen und umgesetzt. Hatten zum Mitnehmen bestellt, es sollte ca. 15 Min. dauern und schon nach 10 Min. war alles fertig. :-)

Sehr lecker und ehr nettes Personal

Während meines Urlaubs in Berlin kehrte ich zufällig in diesem Restaurant zum Mittagessen ein. Die Atmosphäre war einladend und vertraut. Das Personal war überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Essen ist sehr lecker aber die Service ist richtig schlecht geworden. Es gabs ein Kellnerin die richtig unfreundlich ist und arrogant. Wegen die Service würden wir euch nie wieder besuchen.

Wir haben Ihr Restaurant vor 5 Minuten besucht und sind seit über 7–8 Jahren Stammkunden bei Ihnen. Gerade wurde ein Tisch frei und wir fragten eine Kellnerin, ob wir uns setzen dürfen. Sie sagte ausdrücklich ja. Wir setzten uns und etwa zwei Minuten später kam eine andere Kellnerin zu uns und fragte in einem sehr lauten und unangemessenen Ton: „Wer hat Ihnen erlaubt, sich hier hinzusetzen?“ Ich erklärte ihr, dass ihre Kollegin uns den Platz zugewiesen hatte, und bat sie höflich, nicht in diesem respektlosen und erniedrigenden Ton mit uns zu sprechen. Trotzdem sagte sie uns, dass wir nicht sitzen bleiben dürfen und stattdessen stehen warten sollen – obwohl das Restaurant innen fast leer war und draußen ebenfalls noch ein freier Tisch vorhanden war. Es gab keine wartenden Gäste, lediglich einen größeren reservierten Tisch. Ich möchte ausdrücklich betonen, dass auf unserem Tisch kein Reserviert-Schild stand. Dieselbe Kellnerin hat sich bereits bei unserem vorherigen Besuch sehr unhöflich uns gegenüber verhalten. Heute haben Sie leider langjährige Stammkunden verloren. Nach diesem respektlosen Umgang werden wir Ihr Restaurant mit unserer Familie definitiv nicht mehr besuchen.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Abend in der Trattoria Acquolina! 😊 Das Essen war hervorragend – frisch, authentisch und geschmacklich absolut auf den Punkt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service: unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Auch das Ambiente ist sehr stimmig – gemütlich, stilvoll und genau richtig für einen entspannten Abend. Klare Empfehlung – wir kommen definitiv wieder! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

LieblingsItaliener in Wilmersdorf seit 10 Jahren Beste Pizza, unsere Freunden kommen extra aus Moabit, um hier zu essen. Liebevoller Service Egal ob Mittags oder am Abend, im Acquolina sitzt du richtig ❤️, besonders auf der schönen Terrasse.

Essen und Qualität wie eine Zeitreise in die 90er – Pizza und Salate ok, Bruschetta mit Knoblauch-Pulver (fehlten nur noch die schwarzen Arcoroc-Teller 😉) aber Preise billig. Für „mal eben was essen“ völlig okay. Die Kellnerinnen: freundlich, schnell, alles gut (5 Sterne für Kellnerin, 3 Sterne für Terrasse weil viel Sonne) ABER die Chefin leider das Gegenteil: Wir haben höflich reklamiert, dass die 3 Cola Zero‘s entweder keine Zero war oder komplett schal (Kohlensäure raus?). Statt Lösung gab’s peinliche Diskussion mit absurden Argumenten…genau das was man als Gast nicht möchte: Stress! Man will die Sonne genießen essen und trinken und danach zufrieden gehen…. Nach längerem Hin und Her zwei halbe Gläser vor die Nase geknallt bekommen– die dann auch noch als ganze 4. Cola abgerechnet wurde (hatte ich ihr ironisch aus Frust angeboten weil mir die Diskussion einfach zu blöd war aber das sie das dann wirklich auch macht ist so peinlich und ein klarer Hinweis - hier geht es nicht ums “Willkommensein“ ). Wie kann man in einem Kiez so mit seinen Gästen umgehen? Also wir werden dieses Restaurant nie wieder betreten (würde mir kulinarisch auch nicht fehlen).

Mein Tag war wirklich schlecht, als ich dort ankam. Aber die aufrichtige Freundlichkeit und Fürsorge haben mich tief berührt. Dieser Ort und diese Atmosphäre werden mir in Erinnerung bleiben. Danke ❤️

Service ist grauenhaft! Personal war zwar nett aber wenn man 60minuten auf eine Pizza warten muss, und das bestellte Getränk dann auch noch vergessen wird und nochmal 20minuten dauert, bis es gebracht wird ist das echt ein absolut schlechter Service. Für uns war es das erste und letzte mal! Man ist wirklich tolerant und freundlich, aber das war echt zu viel. Essen war gut. Service absolute Schande :(

Essen wirklich frisch und lecker, Service aber leider selten am Tisch. Habe mir ein Glas Lugana zum Essen bestellt, laut Karte 8,50 Euro. Auf der Rechnung kostete er dann plötzlich 12,50 Euro pro 0,2 Glas…. Hab dies dann beim Personal hinterfragt und als Antwort nur bekommen, dass ich ja schließlich auch den teuren Wein getrunken habe, den ich aber do nie bestellt habe… absolute abzocke… schade, war Jahre lang gerne Gast in dem Restaurant, nach heute nie wieder…

Gute Pizzeria mit nicht nur den "klassischen" Pizza-Varianten. Schmeckt sehr lecker, die Preise sind absolut fair und auch die Kellner:innen sind sehr lieb. Oft muss man etwas auf einen freien Tisch warten - aber das spricht ja für die Trattoria. Kann ich nur empfehlen, wenn man gerne gute Pizza ist!

Absolutely an experience Yes, not to be repeated. A single Italian waitress was rude and not up to the task. I urge the owner to come back... not recommended.

I ordered a pizza with salami specifying that I would only take it if it was pork salami, the Italian waitress assured me that they only used pork salami but in the end I got a pizza with beef salami, when I paid and then politely pointed out to the waitress that the salami was not what I had ordered, the waitress responded rudely, insulting me in front of everyone, I have never seen such rudeness, I will definitely go and inform the owner of how careless and unprofessional his Italian waitress is.

Mediocre among the masses of Berlin Italian restaurants... we had the tonno salad (3) and the octopus salad from the weekly menu (2). The latter came with canned squid and a not particularly exciting dressing. The dressing for the tonno (canned tuna is standard, after all) was better and saved the meal from a 3-star rating. Since we were seated relatively close to the edge, we felt a bit neglected by the otherwise polite service. Overall, there could be more to this place if the kitchen made more of an effort to stand out from the crowd.

Service was nonexistent and very hesitant when asked for anything – they couldn't even provide a halfway sharp knife for the beef fillet. Changing the pizza topping (ham instead of anchovies) was only possible for an additional charge. The pizza dough is incredibly delicious.

We only took takeout, but the pizzas were very tasty. The dough was ideal. Price to quality is really good! The interior looks cozy and there are sunny outdoor tables too. Will definitely visit again for a dine-in experience. (Unfortunately we devoured the pizzas before i could take any photos)

Quite simply, an Italian restaurant run by Italian owners and staff. That's a good sign in itself: the prices are exceptionally fair, the service is fast, friendly, and especially child-friendly, and the wait for food is short, even when the place is full. The menu isn't the usual monotony but rather imaginative. It's difficult to get a seat spontaneously; word gets around about quality.

Very good food, they cater to guests' wishes. I had a pizza, but I wanted half with seafood and the other half with ham and arugula. I got it the way I wanted it, and it tasted absolutely amazing.

I really liked it here. We managed to get a small table for two outside. And then everything went pretty quickly, and two blondes and the extremely delicious pizzas were on the table. The prices are reasonable, as were the two friendly women who served us. I'd love to come back soon. Oh yeah, and these are real pizzas, not American cheese crusts or Dr. Oetker Tutti Frutti stuff. That's what pizza should be like for me 😋!

Exceptional place with delicious food and great service. The server we had did speak English and was extremely nice. My brothers said it was some of the best pizza they've had in Germany, and the pasta was also good. I would recommend highly.

The best local Italian restaurant in Wilmersdorf - with an unbeatable sun terrace and authentic Italian flair👌 Manager Diana and her team have been taking care of guests and the atmosphere for 10 years now - with success. The trattoria is uncomplicated, loud, and delicious - a reservation is a good idea during peak times. There are changing weekly menus with delicious seasonal specialties and classics from pizza to pasta, etc. Info: During the week, only from 4 p.m.

It was my first and last time ordering here, so I can't judge the restaurant or the staff. But the lasagne unfortunately didn't have much to do with al forno, no minced meat, small portions, seemed warmed up and that with the prices... the pizza also arrived cold and it's not far to the trade fair. All in all very disappointed at €30 via Über Eats (you should delete it). There wasn't even a piece of bread with the lasagna.

It's not just the friendly, homely atmosphere that makes Acquolina always worth a visit: the pasta dishes, the pizzas (and the great salads too) and the other main courses are super tasty, fresh and made with very good ingredients. My recommendations: - Pizza Bufala - Pizza Patate e Provola - Salad with scampi or chicken strips - Pasta Frutti di Mare - Pasta Ortolana The team is very nice and perfectly coordinated: even when it gets busier, they remain organized, friendly and quick. You'll be happy to come by just for a coffee, you'll definitely see some familiar faces every now and then, and so the whole thing feels like a visit to friends and family. Sentirsi a casa.

It's an Italian restaurant near my friend's house, and I had a good experience so I revisited it. We ordered salami pizza and lasagna to share, and it was a choice that did not disappoint. Sometimes it feels like Italian restaurants are expensive, but here you can eat delicious food at a really reasonable price. The service was great and the serving speed was fast.

I love this store. I've known him for about 10 years and the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff have only increased over the years. In Berlin, where you can order something to "eat" anywhere and at any time, but usually some mess arrives and you get 50/50 free diarrhea like a gamble, this shop is simply a ray of hope. The pizza dough is thin and crispy, the toppings are ALWAYS fresh, and the cheese drips down your chin. I fly to Italy very often and this is the only shop where I can really say: it tastes just like it does there. Over time I also tried out the other (mostly pasta) dishes and everything makes you forget for a good 20 minutes that we are in Berlin and not in an Italian village. The staff simply give off an absolutely positive and extremely friendly vibe, the store is their gem and you can tell how much it means to them. You also get the typical "🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 eeeeeeeyy" mentality and that's just sweet. My first and very probably last review ever, which I'm writing while I'm waiting for a pizza and I'm looking forward to it like a little child :)

I love this restaurant. It's cheap, down-to-earth and thanks to the manageable menu, everything here is freshly prepared. Sometimes it can get a little louder, but that's mostly due to the other guests. Some people just don't learn that a restaurant is not their own living room. Well, actually that also speaks for the restaurant 😅

The food is simply not recommended. My carbonara was swimming in oil. My bruschetta didn't taste tasty at all. It was just bread with tomatoes and a bit of basil, not a bit of garlic. I'm very disappointed and ordered there for the last time. The service also left something to be desired. A lot of things were misunderstood, I wanted to take a cola with me. I was brought a cola in a glass.

I ordered the lasagna from the restaurant via Uber Eats because I had read all the good reviews about the restaurant. Unfortunately I can't understand it at all. The lasagna arrived burnt. So the top is black in several places, obviously charred. This couldn't be overlooked and yet the employees packaged the lasagna and sent it out instead of making a new one. Really so outraged and disappointed, it was a complete waste of money. Also questionable for health reasons. Unfortunately no photo when it arrived, just how I removed it from the rest. As you can see, really big spots. I wanted to leave a bad review on Uber Eats but somehow couldn't, so here it is.

I can't say anything about the pasta and pizza because I suffer from celiac disease. There aren't many other options. I ordered sea bream for 25 euros, two small frozen sea bream fillets. I felt cheated, I don't mind paying more as long as they serve me a real grilled sea bream. It didn't even satisfy my hunger. There is nothing for the children, an adult portion of pasta with tomato sauce for 12 euros, it's not about the money either, but at least 3/4 of the pasta ended up in the trash, of course, as did the money. Never again. No changing table.

Very good pizzas and a decent selection of other Italian dishes. Nice to sit outside in summer. It's not a gourmet Italian but very good for what they offer and always fresh and tasty. The desserts are also good, say the kids 😀 Make sure to make a reservation during busy peak times. Super nice service!

Four of us were there on a Saturday evening. Nice little and family shop. Service was normal and down to earth. The pizzas were crispy. They weren't badly documented, but we all thought they were meaningless. That's why it wasn't bad by any means. It was just…okay! Prices reasonable.

Ich war ursprünglich sehr begeistert von dem Restaurant.Gutes Essen- gute Preise. Habe das auch öfter weiterempfohlen. Nach meinem letzten Besuch muss ich meine vorherige Rezension leider revidieren. Essen ist zwar immer noch lecker, aber der Service ist unter aller Sau. War mit zwei Bekannten dort und nach 3 Stunden wurde uns dann gesagt, drei Stunden im Restaurant zu sitzen ist wohl mehr als genug. Unser Tisch wäre dann reserviert und wir müssen gehen. Auf Nachfrage einen anderen Tisch zu bekommen, weil wir ja noch was essen uns trinken wollten, wurde uns gesagt es gäbe keinen Platz mehr. Leider sehr schade. Waren schon öfter da und werden diesen Laden definitiv nicht mehr aufsuchen, wenn man als kleine Gesellschaft nicht mal länger da Zeit verbringen kann. Absolutes no go. Wer also guten, netten Service ohne zeitliche Begrenzung haben möchte sollte da auf jeden Fall nicht hingehen.
